Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and experienced an unforeseen dental emergency. Dr. Pinter saw me the next morning to treat me. She made me feel comfortable and explained the issue. I had the upmost confidence after meeting her. Staff was very warm and welcoming. I can see how dedicated this team is to their patients. Martin Dentistry is my new dental group . An easy choice.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here today. I have anxiety going to the dentist but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Jess was my hygienist and she was the best. They were very thorough and walked me through my treatment plan and cost.

Fantastic experience: I was so appreciative that they were willing to see me with in a hour from the time that I called. My regular dentist had retired and a cap came off a front tooth, I tried several dentist without finding one willing to help. When I called Martin and told them that a front had fallen off, their reply was, we treat that as an emergency and I was in their office within an hour. I have never been in a provider’s office where the entire staff was so friendly and nice. The dentist, Dr Printer, made two impressions of the missing tooth and will have a fake tooth for me on Monday. She wanted to be on the safe side by having two to work with, in case something went wrong with the first one. She said this would get me through the Holidays until I can get an implant. I can not recommend Martin Dentistry highly enough, I hope that they will take me as a new patient now that haven’t chosen a new dentist since mine retired. The front office staff are knowledgeable and they are so on the ball with everything. The hygienists and assistants are amazing. Dr. Pinter has been such a blessing. I wish I could remember everyone that we’ve interacted with, but I definitely want to say thank you so much to Dr. Pinter, Missy, and Trina. My 6 year old daughter enjoys going to the dentist, and I can’t explain how grateful I am for that.

Transitioning to a new office & hygienist can be frustrating, but Brenna quickly earned my confidence in being reliable, answering questions, and always giving focus, time & extra effort to my teeth. I trust these two and their sincerity to address my unique dental needs and sensitivity.

Fantastic experience: All the doctors, dental assistants and hygienists are great. They are very professional and courteous. Dr. Malley is very thorough in her examinations, leaving no tooth unturned. She has filled and capped my teeth without complications and no pain. My hygienist, Brenna, is a joy to be with. She does a great job in cleaning and helps pass the time with her pleasant personality. I haven't dreaded going to dentist in many years. Martin Dentistry is worth checking out. You'll be pleased you did.

Fantastic experience: Had a great fear of going to the dentist and the shape my teeth were in shows it clearly. Dr. Patel is a god send if you have a fear of the dentist. So far I have had two crowns and two fillings and it has been awesome compared to previous dentists I have went to.

Luckily had the availability to take care of my needs the same day, and has ensured that I healed properly through my injury. Dr Omalley is kind, respectful, and attentive. Negative experience: Absolutely awful customer service at the first desk couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone I called multiple times when I arrived at my appointment the first face you see when you walk in is a hateful one. Rolling her eyes at everything I did or said. Absolutely the worst medical experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t even make it past the front desk. The woman I spoke with should be fired or at least sent to be better trained. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’ve never left a review ever so I hope this shows how horrible my experience was here!!!!!

Martin dentistry worked her in and less than 24 hours later, she’s fixed. The visit was only an hour to get her back to her full smile. Doctor Patel was kind, comforting, and so attentive. I also felt like my dentist really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the best possible rates and also spent extra time scraping 13 years of gunk from my teeth lol! This dentist is amazing with her knowledge and perfectionism in her performance of her dental work. I am 80 years old and have seen enough dentist in my lifetime to totally appreciate this remarkable woman. I would recommend and am so thankful to have Dr. Patel care for my teeth and thusly, my health.

Negative experience: Sure not the old dentist I went to for 40 years. Martin seems to be making a play on the insurance company or in my case without insurance, a play on me. Simple cleaning was quoted over 500.00. Wanted two kinds of X-ray, ( two codes I’m sure) Identification in charting of each tooth, which would be another code then an inspection from the doctor and a requirement for two cleanings if you haven’t been there in over a year. We got our charts and hightailed it out of that place. $$$$$$

Fantastic experience: I am very skittish of Dentist’s. Therefore, I have let my teeth go. I pulled two of my front teeth and had the third one that was loose that I could not pull. I searched everywhere for a dentist that would just pull the tooth. Everybody in Johnson City said oh you can go to Morristown. Luckily for me, I found the Martin dentistry down in Kingsport so I thought OK I’ll go there for emergency evaluation. Once I got there, they didn’t take my insurance and the girls were so nice to start calling around and they called their office in Elizabethton. I was very very happy with my experience there. The hygienist informed me That she may not the Dentist may not be able to take my tooth out today, but once she came in and looked at it, she was we have to take this out today. I explained to her that I have such a fright of Dentist and I said please try to make this as pleasant for me as you can. My mouth tells a story about what I think of most Dentist. She was absolutely the best that I have seen since I was a young girl I was treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I come in contact with my dentist treated me as if I was a child but in a woman’s body, she assured me that she would do everything possible. To try not to make it a bad experience for me and she succeeded now I’ve read reviews and you know I totally don’t agree with the reviews that I read because I was treated so good and I’m very happy to say that I will be going back there she will become my dentist and I will get my mouth fixed Once again. I appreciate you all so much for what you did for me today.
