Fantastic experience: Amazing crew. Loved this place. New in town and had a crown fall out and explained to them I had to leave next day for meeting in NYC and they were so kind and worked hard between two locations and squeezed me in in the last two hours of the day. Hard to find care like that anywhere. (Never would that happen in NYC!) I found my new dentist! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this dental office expecting the usual horror show—cold tools, ominous drilling sounds, and that sad little spit sink. But surprise! This place is like a spa for your teeth. First off, the waiting room has magazines that aren’t from the Mesozoic Era. Then, the hygienist was so friendly, I almost forgot she was armed with a miniature power washer for my gums. And the dentist? Absolute legend. Explained everything without making me feel like a failed science project. The best part? I didn’t feel a thing during my filling—unless you count the emotional pain of realizing my flossing habits have been a lie my whole life. If you’re looking for a dentist who won’t judge your questionable oral hygiene history (we’ve all been there) and might even make you laugh while they’re elbow-deep in your molars, this is the place. 10/10, would recommend—even to my ex. - This keeps it lighthearted, engaging, and still highlights the great service. I whitened prior to my appointment so was feeling a lil anxious about my teeth sensitivity. They treated me with the utmost care,I never felt pain. They always have the latest and greatest technology and their customer service is second to none. It’s clear their top priority is patient comfort. I love that they use headsets to communicate with each other throughout the office making it as efficient as possible. Also the TV in the ceiling is a nice touch for distracting while being worked on. I’ve had many procedures as well as cleanings done here and never once had an unpleasant experience. Fantastic experience: Update: 10/22/2025 I had my permanent crowns put in today. First off, the process was very easy, so good in fact, I fell asleep several times (I think I snored ). They are amazing. I am so extremely happy with this entire process. Dr. Stephens is one of a kind. He’s not just a dentist, he’s an oral artist. He wants you to look and feel better than you even want to look. He beats all expectations. And he is not going to be happy until it’s perfect. As a matter of fact he saw something he didn’t like today, something very minor that I wouldn’t have even noticed, and insisted on it being corrected. I admire him for that. I am happy with the way it turned out as is. But even happier that he cares so much. I told him my story during the consultation and he took it to heart and I could tell he was going to make this something great. He did. I’m looking forward to finally smiling in pictures, not running from the cameras and building memories with my friends and loved ones. Trust me when I say a beautiful smile makes all the difference in so many ways. Your confidence, for one, skyrockets. My only regret, is waiting so long and not doing this much sooner. Unfortunately it took me that long to find Stephens and Gatewood. From the sweet lady that checks you in, to the hygienist, the assistants, the dentists……I highly recommend this dental practice and as a matter of fact since I started the process, my husband has had a great deep cleaning, will be getting an implant in December, my cousin is getting a consultation for a bridge and my husbands best friend is getting a plan to follow for better oral hygiene. That is just the beginning. I’ve posted some pictures for you. The one of me and my twin brother is the last picture I can find where I smiled. Honestly. That’s pretty sad. I normally just refused to be in the picture. Even at a young age. The next is how all pictures looked before my smile makeover (no smile / not wanting to take a picture). The next one is the temporary crowns (amazing for temporary) and the last 3 are after the permanent crowns were placed today. I have a feeling I’ll be smiling a whole lot now days! Original post I am so glad I chose Stephens and Gatewood for a consultation on a smile makeover along with some general dentistry I need. I felt I was at the right place immediately. I’ve visited several others this year and none seemed right. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. The facility is beautiful. Very clean, very modern. Dr. Stephens is very kind, very knowledgeable and told me exactly what to expect. He answered all my questions and I could tell he was as excited as I was for me to have the smile I’ve always wanted. They worked with my schedule, which we all know is not the norm these days. I will update again once my work is complete.

They use the latest technology, which makes visits quicker and more comfortable—and even helped save me money compared to my previous dentist. I’ve referred three friends here, including one who also had dental anxiety, and we all love it. I also did Invisalign here along with a friend, and we both had great results. I had no pain, felt comfortable, and he did AMAZING work. Decades later, I recently needed major dental work again, and there was NO ONE I trusted more! Fantastic experience: Caring staff who are passionate about their work; from the front office staff to the entire dental practitioner personnel. I was in a car accident where my jaw ended up being pulled out of alignment resulting in TMD, temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Everything was done that could be done by dentistry at the time, and I have had chronic head and neck pain. Jump forward forty years; with cutting edge technology of three dimensional imaging and printing utilized for my dental work. For a couple days afterward I felt odd and a bit disoriented. Then it dawned on me; my constant headache is gone and my neck pain has been reduced by about 85%! Dr. Neimar Sartori is the most brilliant dentist I have ever had the honor to meet and receive treatment from. I also wish to give my deepest thanks to Brittany whose dental expertise was an integral part of this journey, and Molly who has given, and continues to give, invaluable dental care and advice.

I’ve always seen Dr.Pagano for any dental issues, and my regular cleanings are done by hygienist Melissa. Both of them, and the entire staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Fantastic experience: Every thing positive, peaceful atmosphere when entering. Front office staff caring and attentive. I had such a great experience with my dental hygienist! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly thorough during the cleaning, explaining everything she was doing and giving helpful tips for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. What really stood out was her gentle touch. My teeth felt amazingly clean without any discomfort. On top of that, her warm and friendly attitude made the whole appointment fly by. It's clear she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I actually look forward to my dental visits now thanks to her!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Stephens and Gatewood dentistry for over 17 years. Dr. Gatewood put my implant in over 15 years ago and they are the best. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. My whole family (husband and two kids) uses Molly as our hygienist. I would give Molly 10 stars!! She does the best job - thorough and friendly! We drive over 30 minutes to see them, and it’s worth it!! They are highly trained and up to date on all things in the dental community, proactive, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Stephens & Gatewood at the Cypresswood location for many years, where I've found the best team of people one could ask for. Dr. Stephens has been my dentist, and I call him the numbing whisperer - he's so gentle and skilled you hardly know you're getting a shot. Val has been my hygienist all these years as well, and there's none better as far as I'm concerned. Dr. Sartori is also someone who's helped me and my husband, and he's super gentle and skilled as well. A great team, including the staff at the front desk - always helpful and kind.
