We arrived and all of the office girls were very kind and friendly. The dentist was top notch and help me immensely. My whole family will be moving to this office as the experience was great! The dentist was so understanding and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I saw the bad reviews, I was worried. A friend of mine recommended me here to start the beginning of my dental rehab journey. I am terribly afraid of the dentist to the point of anxiety attacks. They were more than accommodating, and took amazing care of me. My tech (Zach) was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything that was going on, once I was introduced to Dr. Little it was no different. Both were extremely kind and understanding of my fears / anxiety. Could not recommend them enough, grateful for the care I received and will refer everyone I know to them!

Negative experience: Highly overpriced on economy dentures. Folks, if you need dentures please do your research on pricing. The economy dentures cost under $500 at other practices. For economy dentures to cost 1'000 or more is just robbery.

Negative experience: i have been coming here for about two years now. I always enjoy the dental hygienist; they always go above and beyond and so friendly! - My issues is with Dr. Little. Coming into my appointment today, i heavily expressed my dental anxiety; The dr seemed to understand at first. He had stated i would feel 0 pain, and if i needed a second because the pressure was too much to just raise my hand and they will give me a breather. While working on the last two teeth they were going to extract, i VERBALLY expressed i could feel the pain and would like w few seconds to take a breather. The dr seemed angry, stating; "If you're gonna continue to act this way, you can find a different dentist." - I thought was completely disrespectful? How do you from telling me to verbalize if i need a break to if i need a break i need to find a new dentist? I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. After the procedure, he then threw his tool on the tray, and walked out with 0 acknowledgment for me. To say I was upset is an understatement. As someone who works in the medical field; I could NEVER imagine treating an already anxious patients like this, to make them feel worse when they leave. also failed to tell me i may be completely numb on the left side of my jaw forever. beyond upset, this was the most traumatic experience i have ever went through. - If you tell a Dr you are hurting, and their first thought is to be frustrated and take it out you, pushing hard and making you more pain because of it, FIND A NEW DENTIST. Dr little heard me cry and knew i was in pain, and made it 10x more painful. EDIT- The manager also is extremely dismissive. if you had a bad experience and try to advocate for yourself; youre met with a rude and dismissive demeanor.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Dr. Littell and couldn’t be happier! He’s so gentle and made getting two root canals and two crowns easy, even though it was my first time. Everyone in the office is super sweet and helpful. I’m really happy here, and I love that they see kids too. My kids will be coming next!

Negative experience: I want to be very clear why I rated this 2 stars. The front end team amd the dental assistant deserve 5 stars. But the doctor / dentist doesn't deserve 1. I'm here to give a warning to anyone with children. We brought my 7 year old in after a freak accident snapped one a front tooth off almost flush with the gum line. The front end team was professional, kind, and helpful. We got in 4 hours after I called. That's excellent. But. We ended up having to do a root canal, and the situation devolved quickly. The dentist was rude, disrespectful, unkind, and inappropriate in the way he spoke to my child, and the way he treated his other staff during this procedure. His hands where trembling as he performed the work, I don't know what was going on. I don't know what kind of day this Man had, and this is going to sound harsh but I don't care. There is no excuse to treat any person the way he treated my child especially a 7 year old who is in pain and scared. We will not be returning, and we will tell everyone not to come here. I paid for a service that my child needed. I'm thankful for the timeliness of the help. But that behavior is inappropriate at best. Do not come here.

Positive experience: I've been suffering with tooth and gum pain over 3 years. I always bring this up at every visit. The hygienists are always sympathetic, good listeners, and we brainstorm ideas. The receptionists are always friendly too. 2 dentists ago was wonderful. He listened carefully to me and had all sorts of ideas. None actually worked, but he sure put in the time with me! I hated to see him go. The next dentist seemed fine as well, but didn't stay long. That brings us to Dr. Littel. He's friendly enough, but seems to be in a dreadful hurry. He had no idea to offer for my sensitivity except invasalign, which is too costly. I was really taken aback. My problem is in my charts and it's always what I mention first. He should have discussed the problem with me. This makes me feel he's not researching it at all.

Negative experience: I went here around June, as soon as I went up to desk to sign in, receptionist shoving forms in front of me saying doctor recommends this, im like I just walked in here, how does he know what I need, then in exam room, female dentist said I need deep cleaning, I read a lot of other reviews, I see a lot saying they recommend deep cleaning, I told dentist I refuse, she threatened me saying go find another dentist if you don't get this done within a year, im a nurse and when a patient refused a treatment we explained consequences, not sit there and tell them go find another dentist, will NOT return here

Fantastic experience: Due to insurance I had need of finding a new dentist. To my relief I found Distinctive Dental. I receive the care that I needed and more than expected on my visit. My hygienist explained everything she was going to do and tips to help me maintain better care at home for my teeth. I have now found my new dentist and look forward to future visits.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a good experience coming here. Dr. Littell has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. If I have questions or concerns, he takes the time to explain anything and everything to me. Being the nervous type at the dental office, this is something I have grown to appreciate tremendously. My hygienist Cece always goes above and beyond for me during my visits. She too takes the time to explain what her findings are during my exam and what the plan should be to get it under control. Between her and Dr. Littell, I don't think my dental health would be where it's at without them and I will continue to come back because of them.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth that had a prior root canal done years before get reinfected and was in miserable agonizing pain..they got me in 2 hrs after calling and got the tooth numbed to stop the pain temporarily, and made arrangements for the tooth to be reworked as soon as possible..gave me the rx for the antibiotics to start killing the infection...they did all they could when nobody else was able to see me, that makes them Golden in my eyes. Will happily use them again in the future..

Fantastic experience: Dr Gabby was the most amazing dentist I have ever met. She showed me so much compassion and understanding. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and she immediately made me feel at ease. She talked through the whole process of the extractions and let me take as many breaks as I needed. She never rushed me or let me be in any discomfort. Anytime I asked for more numbing she was happy to oblige. I will be using her for as long as she's available.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain and needed an immediate appointment and they were able to not only get me in quickly, but took excellent care of me. From the lovely ladies up front to the blanket (thank you, I get so cold) and the fully explained plan for care, I cannot say enough good things. I broke a tooth and it was the most painless and easy extraction I have ever had. Truly thankful I was taken care of so well, I was hurting so badly. Much better now.

Positive experience: I love Dr Little and the Hygienist I use and the direct dental staff. I’m extremely disappointed with sitting in chairs that are very outdated with torn material on the arms. The offices are in serious need of updating. I’m a 71 year old mental heal therapist for the VA and I would never have clients come to an office with furniture like that. I love your providers but not the facilities. Had to be in for over 5 hours yesterday. Staff were amazing but can’t believe you guys have them working in dreary, old, worn out office environment. I actually took pics of waiting room chairs. I question the competence of corporate staff that would allow your organization to be represented this way. The 3star rating is due, totally to the pathetic looks of the place. I bet 40 to 50% of people look elsewhere just because of this element

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a great experience as I did with Distinctive Dental. From my first telephone contact to Dr Littel and his professional staff, excellence was the order of the day. Every member of the staff were kind and welcoming. Thanks to Dr Littel’s assistant Casey whose support and expertise made the visit even more pleasant. I came in with pain and left well cared for and my problem resolved. I have found my dental home (thanks to my daughter) and could not be more pleased. I now need to to add Dr. Gabby as a top professional and her assistant as well. I had another fantastic experience with them as well. I couldn't recommend this office and staff any more than I do. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Negative experience: Staff was kind. But overall things were very disorganized. They also told me they could accept me as a new clients and got my x-rays done just to tell me they can't get me in for a cleaning until June! Please don't accept new clients when you are so far booked out. Again staff was kind and environment was friendly.

Fantastic experience: Went in yesterday with a broken tooth with the nerve exposed, they were very friendly and very thorough. Went over my options and didn't try to talk me in to something I can't afford. I chose the option that best fit for me and was taken care of all in the same day. I will definitely use this office again and will refer friends to them. Great office!

I was impressed with both Macey and Gabbi, I am sorry if I spelled your names incorrectly. But they were both super amazing, fun to interact with, and they explained everything in detail. Fantastic experience: wonderful! the staff was welcoming, talkative, veey nice. the place was older but clean and the dentist was friendly and fast! this was just for a quick filling(they were able to get me in faster then any other dentist on my insurance) and my husband and I will be returning for a new patient appointment with cleaning. also i want to say the dentist did a fabulous job with my front tooth this is my second time getting it repaired and i could always feel the filling just a tab but not with this one she did a beautiful job!!

Negative experience: The dentistry practice is above par, and that's the only reason I will give them another chance this year in 2025. It's been my experience that the hygienists and the front desk staff are not on the same page. There have been multiple times a hygienist has told my wife and I something, but the front desk just wants to schedule an appointment. Additionally, it would be nice to know how long a visit will take so the appropriate amount of time can be asked off work.

Fantastic experience: First time at Distinctive Dental Solutions. My husband and I were both seen about 30 minutes apart. The receptionist was personable, friendly and helpful. She made sure we had everything filled out correctly and explained papers to us before having us sign them. The dental assistants we both saw were incredible, and knowledgeable. The dentist we saw was Gabrielle and she was amazing. I have my next appointment scheduled.

Negative experience: After years of my family coming here I was pushed out of my appointment because I had to take a work call and step outside after I checked in. I have spent hours in the past in the waiting room because hygienists were backed up or not available but kept my appointment. Too bad because I really like the dentist but I’m moving on for better customer service. I was very clear that if they couldn’t honor my appt today I would go look for a new dentist

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of dental anxiety in the past which led me to not see a dentist for a few years, resulting in needing a root canal. However My experience with Doctor Littell was amazing, he was able to get me in pretty quickly as I was in a lot of pain. I will be using Doctor Littell in the future, I really appreciate the patience and kindness I was met with in this office. The only thing “negative thing” I could say is the office is a little cramped and could really use a larger building.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Little by chance when I needed an emergency extraction. I went in very afraid because of a history of childhood trauma with dentists, but I left Dr. LITTELL'S office knowing that I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! Both he and his staff are absolutely amazing. Since my first visit he's done three extractions, and I had zero amount of pain with all of them. In fact, he was so fast with pulling them out, I didn't realize he was finished until he told me. My recovery time was almost just as fast. I didn't even have to take anything for pain or swelling!! It's really incredible just how great he is! Oh, and also, he and his staff have a very caring and friendly chair-side manner. I wouldn't ever consider going to anyone else.
