Negative experience: Edit: THEY ARE MAKING FAKE REVIEWS SO MY REVIEW DOES NOT SHOW UP TOP - Terrible from start to finish. I just got my braces removed 9/15/25 and started treatment 2023. Before my VERY FIRST appointment, the office was shut down for 2-3 weeks I believe something major happened. Almost like the board demanded shut down due to an issue that may have occurred. Boy do I wish I had took this as a sign. When my first issue happened with the office, I sent a text to their portal stating something along the lines of “I see why they shut you guys down, they should do it again” EDNA, then called me literally yelling. I’m not even exaggerating when I say this woman was yelling at me for the comment I made via text and then threatened me with “I CAN HAVE THE DOCTOR DISMISS YOU AND YOU’LL ONLY GET 20% OF YOUR PAYMENT BACK” Being that I had my braces on for 3 months at the time and paid them in full, I was in NO position in getting “dismissed” so I had to play the part well and apologize which is INSANE lol Fast forward to my 2nd last visit, I flew out from tx since I no longer live in FL. This visit was to do a scan for the removal/retainers.. The scanner didn’t work lol can’t make this up. No sorry, no empathy, nothing!! CAROLINA stated “well it’s not working what would you like me to do?” In her very monotone way. I then asked to speak to the doctor because I paid $300 specifically to make it to this appointment (I live out of state) and he got argumentative. He was laughing sarcastically and not allowing me to speak Till I finally said “allow me to speak, I’m The one who flew out here just for you guys not to be able to do absolutely anything other than reschedule me” After I left, I asked them to release me since I no longer live in FL and found a much better doctor that was willing to remove the braces and complete the work, only if Dr.lach provided a letter of approval. Took a week to hear back just for Edna to let me know that Dr.lach said no because he wants to finish the work himself. I told her no worries, I’ll leave a review on yall. ****She then bribed me by offering the teeth polishing for free in lieu of a good review***** They ended up telling me they don’t recommend I do the teeth polishing on the DAY OF but still gave me the option to do it if I wanted to. I just said forget it, I’ll gladly pay the money else where. Keep Your free procedure that probably would’ve came out a hot mess. And you know what, I honestly was going to give them some grace and leave a better review and not share as much of the negative but then during my last visit (YESTERDAY 9/16/25) For some reason I was not scheduled for the teeth polishing. After waiting 40 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer so he went to check with Brad and BRAD responded “idk, Edna scheduled her not me” He said it in a way as if I was such a bother and loud enough for Me to hear it. He’s very passive aggressive. So here you go, here’s your honest review. Do better. RESHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Negative experience: There are many nice people who work at this office, which is why it’s so hard for me to leave a bad review, (Read my other 17 Google reviews for all types of businesses including dentists - they are all 5 stars) but compared to Moopen Anderson Orthodontics, which we used six years ago but sadly is no longer is in our insurance plan, I would actually leave a one star. It’s like going to Walmart versus Publix.. . Sometimes you have to do it, but you just know that you are your own advocate and you better be on top of things because no one else is going to be. One child had braces at age 17 ( he is now 20). He is very responsible and has never had a cavity in his life. He is also very easy to get along with and he said that whenever he had a question, Dr. Lach was very condescending. He actually only saw Dr. Lach maybe three times during his whole treatment! When it was time to get his braces off, I mentioned that his bottom teeth were not quite aligned before signing the papers and So they left them on a few more weeks and they looked much better. Once again, I don’t think I should be the one having to say that. It feels like patients are cattle being herded through this practice. Another son did Invisalign and never completed his treatment. That was part our fault and part the fault of the office as my son went to pick up his new trays in the office and the office had up and moved without any notice! My son then went out of town for a few weeks and by the time he got back, his teeth had shifted too much to wear his trays. At one point, he needed a little filing between his two bottom teeth and he said Dr. Lach came and filed them roughly -didn’t say one word to him and moved on . Not once have we ever been contacted by the office to see if we needed another appointment. Once they get your money, forget about priority service. Once again, There are some nice office staff, but overall I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I was once a patient of Dr.Lachs years ago, it was excellent work. My teeth are absolutely beautiful. The work then was well done from my teeth, my permanent retainers and my plastics ones. However, after 9 years my permanent retainer finally broke so I made an appointment to get it fixed, I was really disappointed with the outcome. The retainer was originally on my 4 front teeth, the wire was thin, smooth and the glue dots were small & thin, they never were uncomfortable. Then randomly my retainer was stretched out to my front 6th, not only that the glue was super bulky, not evenly applied & I couldn’t floss between them. There was little to no communication during service of what was being done so I was completely unaware of what was going on. I called the next morning as I was super uncomfortable, and a piece of glue had broke off one of my front teeth within hours of the service being done. My teeth literally felt trapped & brought on immense anxiety. They did get me in asap which I appreciated. I had the retainer removed and opted for a plastic retainer because of how uncomfortable & bulky the permanent retainer was, I really didn’t want to be bothered with the whole process again. They did the impressions & all was well. I came in today to get my plastic retainers and waited almost an hour to be “seen” I even arrived 10 minutes early & wasn’t seen until 45-50 minutes later, It’s very clear they are understaffed. Once I was taken back I then sat down and waited some more time. I understand that they were busy & I was more than happy to wait, but once I tried them on they felt okay. I wasn’t 100% sure since I had no mirror to get a good look of the retainers, please keep in mind I am very familiar with how they’re suppose to go on & fit. Once I got to my car I was incredibly disappointed as the retainers didn’t fit 100% & was coming down on the front teeth when i’d bite on my back teeth. I didn’t want to go back in as this was already the 3rd time I have been in a week and I some how had to manage this all around my busy work schedule as a service provider myself. I will say the staff was extremely sweet & accommodating. I just wish the job was done right the first time. I never imagined 9 years later I would be writing a poor review as I genuinely had a great experience with Dr.Lach & was super happy with my smile. I now have to go else where to have a new retainer made, I’m incredibly disappointed with the service, I was more than understanding & willing to give them the chance to fix it just to be greeted with more disappointment. I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: 2nd time in orthodontic treatment. First as a teen, now as an adult. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Weeks and his staff! They were very upfront and honest about the whole treatment process. Braces are uncomfortable at best, they do their best to make it a smooth process. Shout out to Ms. Neddy ! She was my primary assistant during treatment. I asked her questions during the process and she always explained it in simple terms. Pricing is affordable and broken down in such a way its manageable. I know so many people are terrified of unrealistic dental prices and push off treatment. If only they knew, pricing is manageable and to stop pushing off dental treatment.

Negative experience: We have been customers since December 2016, my daughter has had 3 different appliances and each time she has to get a new one, no one bothers to contact us. We keep paying, they do not call to notify us in order to make an appointment. Her treatment is taking a ridiculous amount of time due to lack of interest or care for her as the patient. I have complained several times, and since we’ve been coming here the office has had 3 different managers. One of them had the nerve to get a rude tone. This doctor and office came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. After waiting 4 months, for my daughters appliance to come in, I was finally given an appointment. Then I’m told the aplliance has been here for the last 3 months, I have called numerous times, attempted to get in contact and no such luck. Now I sit at the office and wait nearly an hour, because as usual they are running late. I have overheard the receptionist apologize to 2 seperate customers on the phone, and one customer in person for the terrible service. Her exact words were “you’re not just a number to us, I’m sorry, and we do care about you”. It looks like I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. Save your time and your money and go to someone who actually cares about your dental care, that’s not the priority at this office. I had written this years ago and forgot to post. We got to the end of her treatment, it was terrible. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Negative experience: If I could give it a negative zero, I would. The customer service I received once my children were no longer their patients was horrible. The office manager and I had a few unpleasant words, but then she continued to threaten my husband every time he called to get our records transferred, which they wouldn’t do until we fully paid for services that were never rendered. Do NOT trust these people! They will take your money with no work provided!

Negative experience: Don't go here, not if you want your money stolen from you . I've paid just a little over 5 grand for a treatment that I did not receive. I unfortunately had to move out the state of FL and couldn't continue my treatment even after paying . I called back so I can be refunded for the treatment I didn't receive. Edna (case manager) keeps on giving me the run around . She's extremely rude and unprofessional. Fantastic experience: First time visiting Lach Orthodontic to have a consultation. Staff were friendly and you are not waiting long to be called in the time of your appointment. They try to get you in and out from my observation. I decided to have my treatment done the same day and the process was awesome. Dr. Lach is courteous and he'll ask if you have any questions. If you are looking for Orthodontist; thus is the place. You'll not be disappointed.

Negative experience: My daughter's orthodontic treatment requires regular maintenance. However, contacting the office is a major challenge. Instead of a traditional phone line, they use a text-only system. This means that even simple inquiries or requests for appointments result in lengthy delays, often exceeding 24 hours for a response. Rescheduling is equally problematic, with similar delays in communication. While we've been pleased with the orthodontist's expertise, the poor communication system significantly detracts from the overall experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have 7 years of experience with this practice. There is no absolutely zero integrity and customer service is deplorable. Proceed with caution and at your own risk. Buyer beware!! Zero stars!!!

Fantastic experience: The check in process was very easy. The wait to be seen was very short. Carolina did my tightening on my braces. She answered as much question that I asked. Also Brad came over to make sure that I was doing good while getting my braces tightened.Carolina and Brad should be always recognized for they hard work and consistency with their patients

Negative experience: If you will to wait every time over 45-50 minutes to get it. And then get charged hundreds of dollars extra for small things then choose Lach. Also, except the treatment to take at least a year longer than expected

Positive experience: I have been a patient here since 2021. My experience was great with Xavier and Brad. However, I did not have a great experience with Tiffany(the receptionist). She always gave an attitude and wasn’t very professional. Wait times have been long lately. However, I see they are trying to correct that issue.
