Negative experience: I would not recommend this place unless it’s the last place on earth. It’s a very unprofessional place and on the business side horrible when dealing with clients. I highly suggest you skip this place

Fantastic experience: Had a partial root canal. During the procedure, Dr Marbell checked with me frequently to make sure I had good pain control. All the options moving forward were explained and we decided on a plan. All the staff are kind, courteous, and kowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for over 5 years with my family. Always easy to schedule, great staff, and my teeth haven’t had any issues here. Very reasonable pricing and they don’t seem to price gauge like so many places nowadays.

The chief doctor Marbell was very thorough in his examination and the entire team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Fantastic experience: Parkside Family Dental can only be described as “Amazing”, the staff is just wonderful & I would travel to the ends of the world to see Dr. Marbell. When you have complete trust in your dentist, all fears are wiped away. Today I had the pleasure of meeting another hygienist who was amazing Dr. Marbell always goes beyond making sure that I was comfortable and understood what he was doing! If you need a new dentist or already have one, I strongly suggest Parkside Family Dental!

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. This place has really gone down hill in the last year. Had a dental assistant (who had never worked on me before) argue with me about my mouth before she even looked at it. Then abruptly left the room without a word and never returned. After waiting for her to come back for 20 minutes, I decided to leave. Tried to call and address it with the office manager but they wouldn’t allow me to speak with them. Needless to say, I will be finding a new place after going to them for over 5 years.

Negative experience: Dr. Marbell missed his calling of becoming a Mechanic. Zero bedside manner, very rude and rough with his work. I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I wouldn’t recommend his service at all. Find another dentist, there are so many of them in the triangle who can do a way better job than him. Serve yourself some mouth bruising, the push and pull and a frozen bedside manner.

Positive experience: I want to start off by saying the dentists, hygienists, and level of care here is phenomenal. HOWEVER, getting an appointment to be seen makes it not worth it. In multiple occasions I have to call in 2-3 times, do follow up calls, go into the office just to set up an appointment. I don't understand why they have to go through a scheduling coordinator. I could go on, but TLDR, it's daunting trying to make an appointment here. I called another dental office in town and it took less than 10 minutes to be booked.

Went in to switch Dental Practices and the first intial visit to ask questions and get information was amazing. I had an AWESOME dentist in Illinois and I didn't think ANYONE could replace him! But...I've found my replacement and I'm HAPPY!!! I prayed and found this office 5 yrs ago when I moved from Illinois to NC! I HATED leaving my Dentist in Illinois because I didn't think it was possible to find a place or Dentist as good as him!!! As U can see....I've been coming to Parkside for the last 5 yrs. and they STILL provide EXCELLENT service! And today July 23, 2025 was no different! The Dental Hygienist Paula when cleaning my teeth was SO PROFESSIONAL and THOROUGH and her personality made me feel like I was talking to a friend! I thank God for leading me to Family Parkside Dental! I even had my brother to come here for service and he loved it! People...this is the place to come to if U want top notch service!!!☺️

Positive experience: I've been going here for a few years now. I've recently been switched to a new dentist (dr.bowen) in the office, but I used to see Dr.Marbell. Not sure why I was switched...but I hope I continue to have a good experience. I did notice that dr.marbell tends to take his time with his patients which makes it easier to build trust with him. They are a little pricey when it comes to basic procedures than I have previously experienced. But, finding a good dentist is a pain and this place does good work so I'll stick with them until I have a reason to change.

Fantastic experience: I went in to the office as a new patient suffering with tooth pain at 35 weeks pregnant. The staff was so kind, and took such great care of me! As did Dr. Nettey-Marbell. This is the best dental practice I have ever visited and I would private pay if they didn’t take my insurance (which they do!). 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: I remember when I first moved to the area, literally down the street, my family and I tried this dentist and we were not impressed with their service. We found another dentist we liked, but unfortunately they closed down. We started going to this one again and remembered why we wanted to find another dentist. Not sure who is training their office staff but they do a horrible job! Once an office requires a 48’hour notice to confirm or even notify them of a cancellation or change or you will be charged- it’s an automatic no for me. I’ll be taking my hard earned business elsewhere. The dentist hygienist was great though.

Fantastic experience: I'm 47, so have seen my fair share of dentist offices. Parkside is the one I most enjoy coming to. The whole process from check-in to check-out is seamless. The team is competent, nice and caring. And the rooms are relaxing, with TVs on the ceiling for when you're reclined. I have had crowns put on, cavities filled, and routine cleanings. All have been as comfortable as I think they can possibly make you; either due to advances in dental equipment . . . or because they really know what they're doing and work well together. I think it's both. A+

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in decades, so after deciding to get back on track I had to then actually find a dentist to go to! Thankfully Parkside is right up the street from me and had excellent reviews and now I know why! On my first visit I met Miller, Leah and Dr. Marbell. Miller was so friendly, we laughed and chatted the whole time! My X-rays were a challenge but Leah made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and they got them done! Dr. Marbell didn’t try to sell me anything he just kept the focus on what I needed and what my goals were! At the end, it was recommended that I get an intensive cleaning to get me back on track. Leah ended up taking care of me during my second visit for my cleaning, she really took the time to educate me on all the whys behind why I should actually do the follow up recommendations which really made everything click for me! I had dreaded my appointment, but Leah made it feel like I was just hanging out with a friend who just happened to love cleaning teeth! She is very passionate about oral health and it really shows through her work and how she cares for her patients! She even checked in on me the next day via text and it was like texting a friend! I totally love her and now my oral health is just as much of a priority as my skincare and lashes!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice. Dr. Marbell has state of the art technology, imaging equipment, and a great team. Dr. Bowens is wonderful. She is extremely thorough, whip smart, and great at determining the root cause of pain. She helped me tremendously, when I had inflamed gums and a few sore teeth.

Fantastic experience: My first experience here was amazing! Office itself was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Staff was super super friendly and helpful. Update: wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and I’m super thankful D and Dr Harward were there to do it. They were so funny, helped me relax and treated me well. Even the next day I called with questions and medication issues and they had me come right over and checked up on me. They treat you like family!
