Negative experience: My most recent experience at Cocalico Dental was less than satisfactory. I received no feedback whatsoever about the status of my dental health. I assume that no problems were found but was not told that explicitly. I brought up again for the 3rd or 4th time the issue of the overhang of a crown on a premolar, which is very annoying. This is a fairly new crown and the overhang was blamed on toothbrush abrasion, which I do not agree with. I suspect that the lab did a poor job making the crown. I did not notice the overhang initially but it became very noticeable after some minor gum recession exposed the overhang. Unless I see a significant improvement in the communications and feedback that I receive I will be seriously considering moving to another dental practice.

Positive experience: I am a new patient this month. I had a great experience from the front desk personnel and the hygentist was thorough and explained everything. Dr Justin was very nice and pointed out the things that I needed. I need my wisdom teeth pulled and they do that there too! It’s a one stop shop which is great. i wish they offered a discount for people without insurance though because they are a little pricey. Overall I had a good dental experience!

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience at the office for my 83 year old father who was a new patient who had a broken tooth with an infection. We were able to get him in for an appointment quickly when no one else could. They were able to do a tooth extraction at the initial visit which was very convenient since he lives at a nursing home and is wheelchair bound. The entire staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful from the first phone call to checking out at the end of the appointment. The cost of the visit and extraction was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cocalico Dental!

Fantastic experience: They brought me in on a Labor Day Friday eve. even though the schedule was full. They gave me the same care as if I have been scheduled for six months. Did not rush me, were comforting and explained everything. I had three teeth removed two were broken. They were all infected.. Even the receptionists were caring and patient with me. Dr. Justin was excellent!

Fantastic experience: I have to say, my experience with Dr. Prankun was nothing short of amazing. Before I went to see him, I was absolutely terrified of dentists. I hadn't been to one in over 20 years because of my fear. I finally decided to face my anxiety when I needed a bad crown removed and some prep work for an implant. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated like a valued customer. The staff was welcoming and genuinely caring, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Prankun was wonderful—he explained everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The work he did was great, and I can honestly say I no longer dread going to the dentist. If you're like I was—nervous, afraid, or even petrified of dental work—I highly recommend this team. They really know how to help you feel relaxed and cared for!

Fantastic experience: We love the service we received from everyone in there, they tell you everything that will need to be done and they make sure you are comfortable. They all do such a great job with taking care of you. I highly recommend this place if you can't stand waiting.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Cocalico Dental since Dr. Funk (my brother) opened his practice in the early 1970's. My treatment has always been very professional and efficient . The staff is current on dental practices and approachable in every way. The facility is nicely decorated and makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Jackie, my hygenist for the first time, did an excellent , thorough cleaning of my teeth - thank you, Jackie!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pranchun was AMAZING with my timid 3 year old's first dentist appointment. He put my son at ease and was a natural when it came to calming his fears but also getting some assessment done on his teeth. Wendy the hygienist was great at setting the stage of what to expect and sat with us for a little while we waited to see the doctor. Front desk staff is super knowledgeable and organized. A+ organization all around.

They are always kind and understanding. I never feel judged and they are incredibly considerate and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Dr. P was amazing and Julia as well, I was super nervous due to bad experiences before but from the secretaries to the doc I was made to feel comfortable no matter how bad a situation I get I was in! Recommend 5/5 stars and will be back again as I still need work! Also provide great alternatives to anesthesia making hard jobs easy procedures!

Fantastic experience: My crown came off and I called Cocalico Dental because my friend recommended them. I'm so glad I did! They were very friendly and helpful. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and had excellent bedside manners. They weren't out to rip me off and didn't insist on doing all kind of extra x-rays etc. and recommending me to do all kinds of extra work. They took care of my problem in the most cost effective way. I will definitely be using them again!

I can have high anxiety, and I haven’t experienced this level of gentle, positive care since my childhood dentist (Dr. Jay Wonder). My teeth feel immaculate after a detailed cleaning, and they did a great job fixing a broken filling in a difficult spot. Fantastic experience: It is always a great experience at Cocalico! Very educational, calming, and friendly! We especially love our visits with Brenna as she really takes the time to get to know us, make my young children feel comfortable, and most importantly educates us. She was instrumental in identifying my five year olds tongue tie and corresponding issues. We moved out of the local area but will continue to travel back to Cocalico because of the great experiences.

Fantastic experience: Had first appt today, comprehensive exam. The receptionist/admin staff was very welcoming and nice when I arrived for appt and also at the end when checking out. Dental assistant, Stefanie, was great also. She made me very comfortable throughout entire appt, letting me know what to expect at each step. Dentist, Dr. was also awesome! Great sense of humor! Him being prior horse jockey and all!! He also made me very comfortable with talking to me and explaining what he was going to be doing and what to expect next. And I scheduled my next appt, my cleaning appt for the very next day, and I absolutely used to HATE the dentist so me going two days in a row definitely says A LOT!
