Dental Associates of Warner Robins

Negative experience: I’ve had a standing appt for my kids for a month or so. The day before they call to tell me they aren’t preferred Delta Dental and require payment in full at every visit. Why is it so freaking difficult to tell me this 3 weeks ago like it’s to hard to run a business or something. Truly pathetic.

Fantastic experience: Good morning! I don’t usually write reviews but I went to the dentist this morning having major anxiety since booking a few days ago. I made sure they do nitro oxide they said yes, so I went ahead with the appointment. Have had two prior appointments at this office, but no dental work done yet they’ve always been very kind super kind and courteous and today went there with the nitro oxide, but I really don’t think I would’ve needed it the doctor and which was Derek Coleman and his assistant Chelsea, I think that That’s her name we’re amazing I would totally recommend them and in the future I don’t think I’ll need nitro oxide. I’m very pleased and hope you will be too if you book an appointment with them The ladies at the front desk are super sweet too. If anything, if you’re super nervous about going to the dentist or anything, I hope that this did it job my review

Fantastic experience: Dr. Parkerson and Dr. Coleman showcase exceptional professionalism and outstanding people skills. I have had numerous dental cleanings, screenings, and surgery over the last three years at this place and I've never felt more comfortable at any place but here. The office administration has also been excellent in handling my billing and insurance saving me thousands of dollars. Overall 10/10

I’ve gotten a tooth extracted before back where I used to live and I have to say I was treated so much better here. Such kind and amazing staff. Will be recommending this place to everybody!!!

When I explained my sensitivity and anxiety with dentist, due to previous experiences with other dentists, they took it seriously and made sure they made me as comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and courteous. My hygienist was not only skillful but also extremely personable, taking the time to explain everything to me at each step. The dentist was equally warm and inviting. They made me feel like I was their only patient. The customer service here is truly top-notch. I’m seriously considering making the six-hour drive every time I need a cleaning because their team is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I'm a baby when it comes to a dentist. Dr Coleman was very professional, and very gentle which is the greatest compliment for a dentist. This was my first appointment with him and I will definitely go back. I'm told if he needs to give a shot that you won't ever feel eat. Well now you really have my attention. ! Sam the dental hygienist was very good too. She is professional and good with her patients. She is a little on the fun side too. I liked the way they communicated with each other . Give them a try. I promise nobody is a bigger whimp at the dentist than me or my husband. Both having had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past. This office has us both covered.

Fantastic experience: The patient care at Dental Associates of Warner Robins is always exceptional. Today was just a routine cleaning, but I had a situation in the past where I had a broken tooth. I showed up unannounced & they examined me right away & put in a temporary crown. That was beyond exceptional.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for over 20 years. We used Dr Fraysure until he retired & now Dr Parkerson & Dr Coleman. Their office staff always takes care of the patients, the hygenists are wonderful. My husband now has dementia & hates going to the dentists. Everyone there is very patient & courteous to him. Great group of folks!!!

Positive experience: Michelle, did I not have the ins that reduced the cost to half? If I did not I want to buy it for $99 and then my cost would have been $159 with the years ins. and not $120 with no ins for the year. I always buy it yearly . Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars to Dental Associates of Warner Robins. I would give more if I could. I love their professionalism, friendliness and the care they show their patients. My dentist Dr. Michael Parkerson and the hygienist Dana are the best. The staff at the front desk (especially Michelle) are always smiling and they know you by your name even when they see you out of the office. They really make you feel like family. I have been a patient for many many years, because of the friendly environment and the awesome patient care they provide, I have no plans to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Let me begin this from someone who is deathly afraid of the Dentist! Yesterday I had 2 teeth removed by Dr Parkerson, assisted by Clarissa. They did an amazing job showing a lot of compassion, caring and professionalism in the removal of my teeth. Very little pain and minimal bleeding. I highly recommend them for your dental needs. They are awesome (even though they work in the Barbaric practice of Dentistry ). Great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The root of my wisdom tooth was fractured, no longer receiving blood supply. I decided to have it pulled. The staff walked me through each step with a detailed explanation of the process. I was surprised at the painless removal of the tooth. Their bedside manner and professionalism is very appreciated.

Negative experience: I feel like either they don't want new patients or don't want money. That makes more sense than what I have experienced. I set up my appointment, got a VM that said they don't accept my insurance. Sounded like she was after me to cancel. Sounded the same when she called back and I had to clarify they'd file with insurance but I'd pay the balance. So right off the bat, I'm given vibes they aren't interested in my business since a) they have my insurance but didn't give me an estimate on what my OOP would be and b) I had to get that info out of them. Go to the office, which is like some shady looking entry way - not what I would expect of a dentist. While I'm filling out my paperwork I'm listening to people at the front desk make fun of the spelling of someone's name. Then I listen to the lady (I'm guessing who is cleaning my teeth) pretty much scoff at my paperwork about how I got X-rays last year. I even looked up my insurance claim to give an exact date for them. Totally rude, unprofessional vibe from everyone the whole time. She pulls me back expecting me to have X-rays on me and making it sound like if I don't have them on me - I can't be seen. I'm sorry the last dentist I went to didn't throw a fit about X-rays, they just did them. If your office staff did their job instead of making fun of people, they would have seen my policy covers x-ray bite wings 2x per year. The last dentist I saw did these in May of last year and had no problem performing my cleaning. However, this lady was pretty rude and I was pretty much done with this place by the time she was being abrasive to me. It was really the last straw and I told her I was leaving and that I didn't understand them. I'd rather be seen somewhere that doesn't use every excuse to try to get me out the door. If you want full mouth X-rays, which I'm pretty sure most policies don't cover for like 2 or 3 years then tell your new patients to bring them. Plus, hire some people that actually want to do their job and are nice or at least invest in a partition so your patients don't hear their gossip/rudeness.

Fantastic experience: Due to some health issues I've been dealing with has prevented me from seeing a dentist. I've always used Dental Associates, however my previous dentist has retired and I was seen by Dr. Parkerson and his nurse Jalen (sorry about the spelling of the name) and they were absolutely marvelous in my treatment. I had a stroke and I'm in a wheelchair, the care I received from everyone in the office was compassionate, caring and overwhelming. Thanks to all of you at Dental Associates for your kindness. This office will treat you with the utmost respect, care and treatment.

Positive experience: The staff is awesome, very professional and personable. The office is clean, the waiting room spacious and well appointed. The hygienists are very gentle, but thorough. The Dr I had today was new to me, but seems very good. My only complaint is that I had a lengthy wait between when my cleaning was complete and when the Dr came in in to inspect. Other than that, which is unusual for this office, I give it a five.
