Fantastic experience: Very impressive! Needed emergency help while traveling to the area where Grace has its office. They saw me on an emergency basis and fixed the problem for a reasonable charge. Gave me an office tour and left me with a goodie bag as a new patient. Wow!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and was really pleased with the service I received. The office is spotless and spacious. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very careful and did a thorough job without causing any pain at all, which is a most welcome relief compared to my previous provider.

Negative experience: This practice is probably fine for routine cleaning since they have good hygienists but not a good idea to get anything big done. Dr. Kwon is over-aggressive in recommending treatment. I went in for something minor and was pressured into getting two crowns (scared me with wrong diagnosis). The work was done carelessly, with margins placed way too deep under the gums. Almost immediately, I started having issues that should have been expected—but instead of addressing them, Dr. Kwon acted clueless (with a smile) and kept sending me from one specialist to another. One of those specialists finally identified the real issue—biological width violation caused by the crowns. As soon as that was mentioned, Dr. Kwon threw a fit, insisted he was meeting the “standard of care” (which is a very low bar in dentistry), and refused to take responsibility. Meanwhile, I faced weeks of delays trying to get simple adjustments for bite issues and bad taste. His over adjustments messed up my entire left side now, and I am unable to eat for 9 months on the left. Worst of all, one of the permanent crowns I was supposed to get was never even delivered, forcing me to finish treatment elsewhere at my own expense. I have paid thousands of dollars trying to fix Dr. Kwon's mistakes. My experience has been stressful, costly, and damaging to my dental and overall health. Save yourself the time, money, and pain: avoid this practice.

Negative experience: Dr Kwon really messed up my wife's dental health. He is over aggressive in recommending treatment, careless in doing the procedure (creating deeply sub-gingival margins for 2 crowns), when expected complications happen, pretends to be clueless ("I have no idea what is happening") and then keeps sending you to specialist after specialist. One of the specialists identified the real issue (biological width violation) and he threw a fit as soon as he heard that and insisted he was meeting the standard of care (which is a very low bar in dentistry - please educate yourself about the issues by doing some research on over-treatment issues in dentistry). Only reason they have high average ratings is because they run giveaway prizes for people to write reviews for them. Save yourself and avoid this practice.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients at Grace Dental for 1 year. Moving here from the UK, I am constantly impressed with the level of professionalism. I feel that the hygienists and dentists really take the time to explain everything to you during the appointment and take time to listen to your concerns. Not to forget the lovely ladies at the front desk who always greet you with a lovely smile and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Whenever new people arrive to the bay area and ask me which dentist they should go to, I only have one answer…

Negative experience: 3D scan on your teeth has a once per lifetime limit with the dental insurance (Delta, Meta). Now I’m doing Invisalign with another orthodontist, so a new 3D scan is absolutely necessary, and that’s how I found out this claim code was taken by Grace dental, which was completely unnecessary when they did it for me last year as I have no health issue with my teeth, and at that time they just say “its all covered by insurance no worries”. Now I had to pay for the new scan myself with the other orthodontist. I questioned the front desk why didn’t they inform me this 3D scan has a once per lifetime limit. They said many insurances don’t have this limit so they didn’t check. I ask are you able to check my insurance specifically? They say yes they are able to but they just don’t check it and just file it with insurance directly. I’m extremely disappointed with them. I’m not “married” to one dental office. I have every right to choose other dental offices. They are very irresponsible about billing the insurance on claim codes that have very few limits, especially the one that is once per lifetime!

Fantastic experience: Today was to check the last set of my aligners and looked great, very happy with the advise I get from dentist.

Negative experience: Operationally: Clean environment, on time. Fancy building. Communication: After visiting this location for 3-years where I was fully covered under insurance, I was informed this week that I will need to start paying due to a change on Grace's insurance policy, and will need to pay for the last 4 visits spanning the time-frame of a year. Asking for payment for services rendered 12 months ago is extremely non-transparent and unprofessional. Grace did not take responsibility for this and said as the subscriber I should know my insurance plan. In the below reviews, they never respond to poor reviews which and acknowledge fault, similar to my personal experience. Dentist: See reviews below. Predatory upselling of deep cleaning. I was recommended this twice for a significant upcharge.

Fantastic experience: Service was incredible. The owner, Eric, and his staff showed great hospitality and a deep care for my health as well as my wife and kids. The place is beautiful and nothing like an intimidating dental office. They truly thought of everything to make your experience as relaxing as possible. From warm, clean scents, to relaxing music and tv's on the ceiling portraying calming scenery. I had 2 fillings and a root canal done in the same day and didn't even wake up sore the next day. Shows the amount of precision they put into their work. 10/10 recommend!

I had to get two teeth extracted and I was really debating whether to get them taken out or ignore it until more pain happened. I was completely happy and relieved with the work done to me here at grace dental. Dr.Siavash was amazing. I felt zero paint the whole time. He was very professional and gentle with my procedure. He put my trust back in dentistry. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Twelve years ago, at a different dental office, I received incisor veneers that recently began to chip—a predictable limitation of veneers given their finite lifespan. Upon consultation, Dr. Kwon at Grace Dental carefully examined my case and determined that transitioning to a crown would provide three times the durability and long-term function. His clinical judgment was exacting, and the crown was delivered flawlessly within two weeks. Today, I can confidently enjoy biting into an apple or a crusty bánh mì without the slightest hesitation. That is the mark of restorative dentistry done properly. Equally notable is Dr. Kwon’s stewardship of patient care beyond the chair. He ensures that Grace Dental’s limited parking is prioritized for patients, which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, certain online reviewers have chosen to mischaracterize issues unrelated to dental care, offering commentary that borders on slander rather than constructive feedback. For the record, public street parking falls under municipal jurisdiction; pursuant to city ordinance, curbside access is not private property. Taxpayers maintain these streets, and no resident—affluent or otherwise—holds exclusive rights. As such, grievances about lawful parking have no place in evaluating a healthcare provider. From a legal standpoint, Yelp reviews must reflect actual patient care experiences, not neighborhood disputes or conjecture. Misuse of this platform to disparage a practice for matters outside the scope of dental treatment undermines its purpose and, if persistent, may warrant reporting for removal as defamatory content. To those who invest their time policing cars rather than building community: I will pray for your peace of mind. Perhaps consider that fuller streets deter opportunistic crime, and as scripture wisely reminds us, “Thou shalt love thy neighbor.” In short: do better. Grace Dental, on the other hand, has demonstrated excellence, integrity, and respect for patients at every level. I give them my highest recommendation—for both the practice of dentistry and the practice of neighborly grace.

Fantastic experience: Grace dental was so accommodating. They were able to see me on short notice and perform a root canal procedure. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. The procedure wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The doctor was very thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

Negative experience: Grace Dental might get by for routine cleanings or small cavities, but for anything more serious—especially implants or bone grafting—I do not recommend this place. At first, you’ll be met with fake friendliness: endless emails, probing questions like “where do you work” (to size up your wallet), constant upsells, and surprise charges for things you never asked for. Annoying, but manageable—until the procedures get serious. That’s when everything unravels. During my implant, Dr. Kang forgot tools mid-placement and allowed random people without medical attire to linger in the room. When I questioned it, I was brushed off and gaslit into believing this was “normal.” If it’s so normal, why bother with medical attire at all? The bone grafting was equally sloppy: poorly done stitches, using dark thread —compared to other clinics that use transparent sutures with proper technique. When I raised serious questions about placement and infection risk, nothing was done. The implant failed. Statistically, that’s rare (~3%), but here they shrugged and offered no meaningful support. The owner Dr. Kwon was rude and unprofessional. I was left with a failed procedure, thousands of dollars lost, and the need to start over elsewhere. Currently I am starting a process to obtain my medical information and a refund will update this post regarding this in a bit. Stay safe out there, hope this post helps.

Negative experience: Don't be deceived by the shiny office or promotional swag they give you. Read the other reviews. This dental practice has a pattern of predatory upselling. They push deep cleanings as if they're necessary when they're not and it's a cool few hundred dollars they collect in cash from you because it's not covered by insurance. The deep cleaning was recommended at my first visit after having moved to the area and not having similar comments from the prior dentist I visited regularly. I've since moved on to a different dental practice who did not have the same findings as this office. It's a clear money grab and the last thing I want is to second guess if I need care or it's just an upsell that well better line this dental practice's pockets.

Negative experience: I paid upfront for the dental service. They put me in a chair and told me to wait. After 1 hour of waiting they told me that the doctor is busy and kicked me out. No service provided, no reschedule and no refund. So they literally stole my money...

Fantastic experience: Had a great first experience at Grace Dental today. It almost felt like I was at a spa. Trippy! Update: still my favorite dentist!! Update: got a cavity filled and as unfun as it is, it was painless, comfortable, and quick. Update 9/2025 By far the nicest dentist I've been to. Very professional and a state of the art facility. Easy in, easy out.

Negative experience: Part of my family are patients at Grace Dental and have been happy with the hygienists, experience and care. That said, I’m disappointed in the owners’ lack of consideration for Menlo Park residents. Their employees park on neighborhood streets, causing traffic issues, blocking driveways, and leaving trash that neighbors end up cleaning. Despite multiple attempts by residents and city officials to address this, the owners have not responded. I would not recommend them, as I would have expect more neighborly behavior and support for our community.

Negative experience: I will be vague in this review to hopefully not be identified. As with two other reviewers, I also feel that they tend to sell you on something every visit and aren't always upfront about additional charges. On one occasion, they recommended a procedure after a quick examination even though they had not found the actual cause of the problem. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they advised me, after a more thorough examination, to not go ahead with the procedure since they couldn't identify the cause either. The procedure would have made an irreversible change to my teeth... Their prices are also about twice as much as the other office I went to.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a new patient from another practice after moving. Misty made everything so easy. She was amazing for my initial orientation and exam with cleaning. And Dr.Kwan was every bit as amazing with his thorough exam and recommendations. I’m glad to have found a new home at Grace Dental for my oral health needs.

Fantastic experience: Update in August 2025: I’ve seen a lot of hygienists here and they’ve all been wonderful! However, I had my least painful cleaning ever with my hygienist today, Venkatesh. He had helpful suggestions, educated as he went, and used tips and tricks to help my very sensitive teeth/gums. I’m still in shock at how pleasant the entire process was! And Dr. Mei was lovely as always-we didn’t even have to use the numbing cocktail she makes for me! Original post: Definitely recommend! Least painful cleaning I’ve ever had and they showed off their sanitize station. They are very chatty-building rapport and really trying to get to the crux of what YOUR goals are. Janelle and Dr. Mei took great care of me and my incredibly sensitive mouth!

Negative experience: I am also posting under a different name to remain anonymous. We started with Dr. Kwon’s practice when he was still in Palo Alto and followed them to their new location in Menlo Park. We've decided to leave Grace Dental for the same reasons Warren Justice mentions (see Warren Justice review for reference - we share similar experiences). To be clear, the hygienists and dental staff provide great care. But the way the office is run makes me uncomfortable. I am always on guard they are going to upsell me or make me feel like if I don’t do what they suggest, my teeth will pass the point of no return. In the chair you're asked if you want xyz, but they don't tell you it's an add-on, it costs extra and they will collect payment when you leave because it's not covered by insurance. There is also miscommunication so one staff tells you x and another texts and tells you, No it's y - usually it's about insurance, coverage and billing. It adds stress because you have to be vigilant and advocate for yourself for every interaction. Like the Warren Justice reviewer says, there’s a disconnect between patient care and how the office is run. I hope Grace Dental takes this feedback to heart and is able to make some changes for the good of your practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists, and this experience far exceeded any other in care, knowledge, patience, thoroughness, and friendliness. Most of my time was Venkat, who was incredibly professional and engaging. The pristine environment and fancy equipment are appealing, but it is the service that won me over. I had services that I had never had at a dentist: a blood pressure check, thorough gum assessment and 3-D imaging of my teeth. I highly recommend this office and Venkat.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and staff were all so amazing! The front desk is extremely accommodating and very welcoming. The vibe of the whole office is optimized to help you relax. During my cleaning, I barely felt a thing. They were all very happy to tell me about everything about my teeth. Very glad I went here!

Negative experience: I’ve only been at this dentist for 6 months and within that time I’ve had to call 4 times because my dentist forgot to specify if they wanted me to get a retainer or a mouth guard and I had to call multiple times over 2 months to try to get a follow up on this. All the receptionists were so confused on what I was asking for each time and never called me back. When I finally resolved the issue and got my mouth guard it did not fit properly and I had to go back to get it shaved down instead of them making me one that actually fit. Now I got a reminder for an appointment a week out and I messaged their texting line that I was interested in rescheduling so I wouldn’t have to leave work early due to a new schedule. They canceled my appointment immediately without offering me a reschedule. I had to check their website and the next appointment for a typical 6 month cleaning was minimum 5 months out for ANY TIME. I messaged back and they had already given away my appointment time.

Negative experience: I am posting under a different name, as to remain anonymous. I'm terribly disappointed with Grace Dental - their adult practice, not their pediatric practice, which is wonderful and continues to have the highest integrity. My review is for their adult practice: I always feel like I am getting the upsell pitch and guilt trip on procedures and 'nice to haves.' The state of the art office with all its bells and whistles is nice.... but it comes at a cost - and that cost comes as an upsell to patients receiving the care. Every six months, it's the same upsell presentation. All very slick, all very clear... but there is something weird about it. It feels pushy, it feels forced... it feels like a hustle - it feels smarmy. Some advice to Grace Dental offices... please engage with a patient advisor on patient needs and get the feedback you need to make the changes for a less pushy, less aggressive patient experience. The shake down needs to stop... or, if the procedures are legitimate, please speak to patients so it doesn't feel like a shake down of my wallet. I've been going to Grace for 3 years... and every time I cringe when checking out of the appointment and they hand me the cost and breakdown of procedures and it's all up to me to decide, in that moment. You are my doctor, tell me what needs to be done... how much it will cost and that it must happen for the betterment of my care. There is a major divide between care received (hygienist and dentist time) and the end of the care experience (check out and pay time) when I'm signing and needing to make a decision on the work, if I can afford it... and what happens if I don't get the work done? When I need to make these decisions, my doctor is out of the room. The schedulers are there, pushing, and handing me iPads with documents to sign and... I still need to pay.... it's insane the lack of awareness this office has for the actual care of the patient from the beginning until the end. The beginning of the experience start when I walk up the stairs... and it ends when I walk down the stairs. You are scaring patients away - and I caution you, Grace Dental... I am leaving your practice, as I've given you this feedback before (in person) - and now I am getting a second opinion and going with another recommended dentist for my Invisalign. So is my spouse. Please, for the love of God, engage with a patient advisor, someone who will give you honest care feedback... patients from different age groups and different backgrounds... and get their feedback and ideas to better serve your community. Your reputation is tarnishing. And it's sad... because I really wanted Grace Dental to be the right fit.

Fantastic experience: Incredible staff and service. After receiving routine anesthetic, I had an unexpected adrenaline response and passed out (not the staffs fault in any way what so ever). The staff took great care of me and were quick to respond and make sure I was alright. They were incredibly caring, kind, accomadating, understanding, professional, and supportive. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for a year along with my wife and kids. The services are very professional, extremely friendly. There is very little wait. The clinic has great lighting which I find to ease the mood and comfort, so does the TV on the sealing:)

Fantastic experience: Our 3yo and I just started at Grace, they are professional, thorough, and strive to make patients feel comfortable and welcome. Was dreading the kiddo visit but it went great! And they take my insurance, which is what made me switch from my prior office. Husband and other baby are on the schedule, too. We’re happy to have a great dentist for our whole family!

Negative experience: Grace dental used to be attentive and caring. Now after they moved to Menlo Park and scaled up, outsourced their front desk to 3rd party, the experience has deteriorated. It’s impossible to schedule follow up visit after a surgery. Their coordinator can’t get a hold of the doctors. After 5 calls and 3 emails I still couldn’t get follow up visit. Their communication has failed. Also in the past when I did teeth cleaning and asked to use hand tools due to sensitivity, the hygienists were very patient. Now when I made the same request with the new hygienist, my appointment was always rushed

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for the past 5 years and I simply love everyone in the office. Everyone is so welcoming and they always accommodate your needs. Plus the hygienists there are really well trained and they work so smooth.

Negative experience: I publish under a different name to remain anonymous. Small filling turns out to be quite a big operation/filling, I believed Dr. Kwon screwed up. I even heard part of teeth bounced to the floor and asked about him, he just lied. He found quite a few cavities that all other places I visited (I got second option from 5/6 other dentists) said there are no cavities there.

Positive experience: My original review (2022): Competent, thoughtful, and delightful staff!! Grace dental is literally incredible, which I realize is bizarre to describe a dentists office as, but they really are. Genuinely friendly and helpful, and they just make sure your whole experience is so pleasant. 1/20/25 edit: after 2 years, I now feel the service is variable and not all hygienists are trained equally. I would not recommend getting a deep cleaning with some of the hygienists. My first went great, but my second (on a different tooth, which previously had NO symptoms), they were extremely aggressive with the pick and laser, causing damage and bleeding in the area for 2 months (again, previously had NO symptoms, and I couldn’t floss the area for a month after the cleaning). I do not think there is enough evidence for laser treatment. All that said, I will continue to come here and love Dr. Mei, she is the best!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Grace Dental due to a tooth infection that had spiraled out of control. It was one of the most fortuitous bounce’s I’ve ever had. Dr. Kwon took care of me that day and I’ve been grateful ever since. Elaborating of my time since, I’ve gotten check-ups and even Invisalign with this office. Everyone knows what they are doing. I’ve never gotten a surprise bill, never been disappointed with effort, or treated like I was on an assembly line. I’ve brought my wife’s entire family to Grace dental. I’ve recommended Grace Dental to coworkers. Now, I am recommending Grace dental to the reader of this. Grace Dental might be the best dentist office on the peninsula.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Grace Dental is really great! The dentist and hygienist were both very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They also did a good job explaining everything to me.

Positive experience: Five stars for all doctors and front desk staffs I’ve met over the past four years at Grace Dental, they are all kind and patient. One star for the hygienist today. She didn’t introduced herself so I don’t know her name, but she’s been very rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. At the end of the appointment, she said she’s just helping out today, so I guess that’s part of the reason, but I wasn’t informed about this fact at all. It feels irresponsible and disrespectful to have someone who’s not well-trained to treat patients properly. Please, if you’re hiring someone, no matter it’s a full time job or “just helping out”, do proper training and take your patients seriously! More details about what happened today — when taking x-ray, the regular sensor is too large for my mouth, so I asked if I can switch to a smaller one, she said there’s only one size. After a few tries with the regular one and didn’t work out well and I felt really uncomfortable, I asked again and saying there’s a smaller one during my previous visit, she finally asked someone else and bring it in. After this, she’s been frowned the whole time and making a face to me. Near the end of the session, she asked if I’d like to have fluoride. That seems odd since I wasn’t asked like that before so I asked if it’s free, and she said no. It’s so weird sine it’s been free all the time so I asked if she can double check with front desk. Guess what? it’s indeed free for me.

Fantastic experience: Overall positive experience. However I felt the cleaning went super quickly and perhaps was not as thorough as cleanings I've had at other clinics. I understand the dentist doing the cleaning is probably very busy, but my front bottom teeth don't feel as squeaky clean as they usually do after cleaning. Fantastic experience: I’m a fairly new patient of Grace Dental. My orthodontist is Dr Joseph Choi. So far I have had a very positive experience at this clinic. The hygienists are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The doctor has been wonderful. He has explained every procedure and every outcome very clearly. I’m glad to have found a great place for my dental needs.

After moving to this area a few years ago, I struggled to find the right healthcare providers, and I had been putting off my teeth cleaning for far too long due to anxiety. Fantastic experience: I was seen for a new patient visit at Grace dental and I'm so glad that I've chosen this practice for dental care. The facility is beautiful, equipped with the most up to date technology. Very clean and neat, nicely decorated. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and professional, providing the highest level of care. They give you recommendations, all the costs upfront and referrals as needed. Fantastic experience: Exceptional and exceptional value! I've now been to Grace Dental several times now, regular visits (checkup, cleaning, and x-rays) and to address challenges with my old veneers. All experiences were excellent. They have the best practices of any of the dentists that I've been too, including almost going overboard on taking data about my mouth. Dr Kwon is thorough and thoughtful. The dental hygienists are thorough and regularly take all sorts of measurements. The support staff is knowledgeable and enjoyable. For my veneer issues, they fit me in quickIy. Dr. Kwon and his staff were methodical during the procedures, which was comforting. The work has been excellent. My long time dentist retired a few years ago and I've been struggling to settle with another, looking for good quality at a reasonable cost and not too far away. Dr. Kwon and Grace Dental meet all three and are a significant upgrade to my dental care.

Positive experience: New office is a bit elaborate for my taste. However, staff are very personable and professional. Dr Kwon is an excellent dentist. April 19, 2023 I came today for x-ray and dental hygiene. Everything fine but I am bowled over by the sheer luxury of that office. Next time I will ask that tv/computer in the ceiling be turned off. Dr. Kwon, aging makes me more obnoxious and impatient, ha! Yesterday I had things in my hands and could not open the doors to get in the building - no handicap button to press in or out, glass doors weighs 1 ton! I dropped all my stuff twice before I finally got in with help. I missed seeing you also. All well but fix the button please.

Negative experience: Unsure how they can have such good reviews. Went there for a routine cleaning and while the hygienist was super kind and good, the doctor that came to see me, such a bad attitude. He was not even speaking to me while saying that if if I didn’t want X-Rays or deep cleaning done they wouldn’t take me as a patient. While I can understand if they have certain policies, the tone and way of not even addressing me really felt off. After talking to the hygienist he also addressed me saying the same on a very threatening tone, to which I responded to please end the appointment, paid and left. This kind of attitude is not acceptable and the way to treat patients isn’t either. Also, beware that they just changed their appointment policy and are very inflexible with change of schedule.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kwon and the team at Grace Dental are truly peerless. I’ve seen my share of dentists in my lifetime and Dr. Kwon is the best. As a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, he is objectively the best and I take tremendous pride in referring all my friends to him. Although, selfishly wanting to make sure he’s never too busy to see me, I would want to gate keep this treasure that is Grace Dental to myself. Beyond being the best and the brightest in the field, he also cares deeply about the community. I work at a school that serves a population that often does not have access to dental care, much less the best dentist in the world, so it’s amazing that Dr. Kwon opens up his office to provide free dental care to my students each year on Grace Cares Day. I am so grateful for the regular care that I receive from Dr. Kwon and his team at Grace Dental. Truly the best.

Fantastic experience: Grace Dental is excellent. The place is immaculate. The staff is friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable. Dr Mei was kind, took her time, thorough. She made me comfortable and explained everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them. Despite being in a high income area, their services are priced well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mei takes time to explain whats needed or not and she explains all the pros and cons with regards to all my concerns. Kris is the dental hygienist who I found super amazing, she is very thorough with the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. All other staff are all extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend Grace Dental.

Positive experience: Venkat was great - personable and took time to ensure a thorough cleaning. The dentists here do not spend too much time with patients. Front desk personnel are very nice. Beware that there was a $3 fee for using credit card! This seems steep especially for a healthcare treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr. Kwon since 2016. I believe his team deserves more than five stars. Besides regular checkup/cleaning, I have done several major treatments as well with Dr.Kwon: wisdom teeth extractions, fillings, and recently Invisalign. I feel comfortable and relaxed whenever I visit Grace Dental, because I know his team will do their best work with caring.

Fantastic experience: It was my first dental appointment and they made me feel so comfortable, they played the music I like, made sure that I understood my X-ray scans and what they meant for the long term. Dr Mei and her team were super friendly and made me comfortable. The place is super clean, easy to access via a bike, and booking the appointment was also easy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kwon is known in our neighborhood for his extraordinary kindness and gentle approach. He always respects his patients' time and provides exceptional care. His hygienist is incredibly thorough and gentle, and the practice itself is absolutely stunning. It's truly state-of-the-art.-art facility. (Appealing to design and tech enthusiasts alike!) The office is just flawless, I couldn't find a single thing wrong with it! Side note, I also highly recommend his wife’s pediatric practice downstairs. First-class dental care for the entire family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dehghani recently performed surgery on my gums for gum recession. The entire process was seamless. The front desk associates are professional and efficient. Dr. Dehghani and the dental assistance executed a perfect surgery and have fixed my issues. I will continue to use this office for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Im so conflicted with this review because the doctor was amazing. I called due to tooth pain and they were able to get me in right away. They had to person emergency surgery on one of my wisdom teeth. Everything went smoothly. I felt so well taken care of. However when it came to me picking up my prescription for my post op care is when the problem started. I went to the pharmacy, and they said they only received 1 of 2 prescriptions. So no problem I called the dentist and told them. They said they will look into it. I never heard back and so about 20 minutes later I called to get an update. 10 calls later I finally had someone answer and they told me again that I had to wait. I’m in pain. I am sitting in my car crying because I still don’t have the prescription. I am so upset because they still won’t send it even though they are the ones that told me I need it. I’m in so much pain, and I still haven’t gotten an update. So before you leave the office make sure your prescriptions have been sent. Update: the doctor called me and explained the mix up. They have also been calling me to check in on me so I appreciate that. Overall this is my favorite dentist i have ever had and would 100% recommend. I understand mix ups happen. They have corrected the issue and continue to check in on me.

Positive experience: People were very nice and the checkup and clean was good except I’m told at the end that I need to proceed with the 2 hr, 2 appointments long anesthetic assisted “deep clean” procedure (which felt a little pushy) otherwise the dental practice cannot continue with the regular 6months regular check up and clean. I’m happy to find another dentist if that’s the policy. It’d be a shame because this would make it my first and last visit to Grace dental

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Grace Dental for the past 6-7 years. Their newest office is spacious, clean, and equipped with the latest dental technologies. Everytime I check in for my appointments, I am greeted immediately by their friendly receptionists and escorted to an entail room shortly after. Dr. Kang and his team of dental assistants and doctors are always professional, kind, and provide quality service and care. They are patient with my questions and concerns. Although I have moved to a different city now, I still make the drive out to Grace Dental because they are simply the best.

I saw Dr. Choi today (he is there on Saturday), and he is also excellent, explains the issues well, very thorough. Fantastic experience: First off, let me say how easy it was to make an appointment and then check in for that appointment. Once I was there, everyone was so friendly. The receptionist greeted me immediately and I barely had to wait anytime at all before my appointment. The actual dental care facilities are all incredibly clean and modern and luxurious: for example, I watched netflix while reclining. This probably is not the top thing you look for in a dentist but it's a nice perk. My hygienist Nash was very gentle and thorough. I haven't had a such care and attention paid to my teeth in a long time. I would highly recommend people coming here.

The cleaning with Pat was a breeze, the most pleasant teeth cleaning I've ever had, with no pain at all. Afterwards, I sat down with Lulu to discuss the treatment plan and schedule future visits. Lulu was super friendly and patient, explaining everything in detail. Overall, my experience at Grace Dental was exceptional. The team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients.
