Fantastic experience: Dr. Vu and his staff are the greatest! Office is very clean. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentist. They made me feel at ease and show so much compassion. Everyone is so kind. The best dental care I have ever had!!! I have had crowns, tooth implant, cleanings, and root canal. Dr. Vu is the best. I highly recommend him!!!

Fantastic experience: We went to Premier today and were treated very well. Everyone was friendly and professional. As somewhat of a dental chicken I am usually anxious and they were very understanding. Followup 9/17/2025. Went for a crown this morning and I have to say that Dr Vu is excellent. He was constantly making sure that I was comfortable and feeling no discomfort whatsoever. The staff again was considerate and did everything they could to ease my concerns (aka fears). If you have dental anxiety, this is the place you need to be treated. Thank Y'all so much.

Fantastic experience: My boss mentioned the care that he’d received from Dr. H and his team, so I figured I’d try them. Over the past 2 years I’ve driven from Charlotte,NC to Albemarle, NC. From the time that I walk through the door and leave, I receive exceptional customer service from the ladies up front. The Dental Hygienist and Dr. H. were amazing and very detailed in explaining my treatment plan. For me to continue driving 2 plus hours(round trip) for over 2 years, the customer service and treatment had to have been outstanding!! Thank you all and hats off to the entire team!!

Fantastic experience: Went for my six month check up and cleaning today. Unfortunately, I have two cavities, but everyone was so kind and explained thoroughly the options that I have and a plan to take care of the issues. Appointments are made, and we will proceed to fix the cavities. Dr. H And his staff are wonderful And I am so happy with their service July 16 2025. Woke with the entire right side of my mouth aching. I called Premier Dental and they were able to see me later this day. After much discussion, it was determined that i would lose two teeth. The decision was made to go ahead and extract the teeth . Dr. H and his assistant did an amazing job. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism they show! Also thank you so much for their ability to get me in so quickly and to take care of this painful situation.

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd attempt at leaving a reply. This attempt is different it will be short. At my age I can't be sure of their names but Whitney did the X-Rays & Rochelle did the cleaning. Both were skilled, considerate and definite plus to Premier Dental.

I had a horrible experience at my previous dentist and the team at Premier Dental made me feel so at ease, kept me informed and immediately took action on fixing the problem someone else created. I highly, highly recommend. I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could!!! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist and my experience has been more than wonderful!!! Fantastic experience: Just got back in the chair after what was a long fearful break. I know my teeth need work and while I did/do my best at home… there’s only so much I can do. I was welcomed by smiling faces and kind words. Nicole was top notch! She worked with me and her calm presence helped with my anxiety. Dr. H was very explanatory and open about treatments and outcomes. All in all it was a really good, better than I expected, visit!! :) can’t wait for what’s next.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Premier this morning was awesome! I have a really horrible fear of going to the dentist. The young lady (Susie I think) who attended to me was super super sweet and attentive to my fears. Dr Herbert was also the best at helping me to be calm and relaxed. Going to the dentist is not my top thing to do lol but Premier made the experience a good one. In the past I only went to the dentist when I’ve run out of options but I will be going back to Premier for preventative maintenance to maintain my teeth. Thanks Premier!

The dentist and the hygienist are great. I was with my previous dentist for 35 years and he retired. I tried several dentist and wasn't pleased.wĥen i tried premiere they were just what I was looking for. I've had three procedures and one upcoming. I plan sticking with premiere. I'm retired and they help me with my insurance claims. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area from uptown Charlotte and did not want to keep driving into Charlotte for appointments. I will say from my first call to getting my regular service, I have been truly amazed. The front desk staff have always been professional and polite...no matter the times I've had to reschedule for work travel. The service has always been great and they had not been trying to upsell me on any of the stuff my previous dentists had been. The dentist here has saved me money in the long term by providing me options that all work but explained the difference and telling me that they all would work but also giving me the best long term option. I like to describe it as I can pay him a little now multiple times and pay big later or do it the best way now and not worry. My previous office always gave me the first option and I wasted time and money. I am very pleased with Premier Dental.

Fantastic experience: Staff were all wonderful and clinic very clean. They sent my husband home without sending in a prescription for antibiotics or any pain meds after getting 4 jaw teeth pulled!! I was more upset about it than he was, believe you me I got on the phone with the Dr and made sure my husband received the care he should have. We will finish up plan somewhere else.
