Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to A+ for years for cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign. Everyone has been amazing, from the dental hygienists to dental assistants, the doctors and the front desk staff. Most recently, I had an old filling that had become detached from the tooth, so I needed a crown. The experience wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting! Everyone worked hard to make sure I was comfortable all the way through the process. Doctor was even able to save me from having to get a root canal. Thanks everyone at A+; I highly recommend for any dentistry needs!

Fantastic experience: I've been having gum recession issues for years and was referred to multiple specialists. I was even told that it was related to my grinding and was referred to an ENT specialist. It wasn't until I came here that they quickly figured out the issue and have been able to reverse my gum recession. Everyone here is so kind and professional. I recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: First thing, everyone was very nice during the visit. However, I went in for a consult, X-rays, and a cleaning, and decided to go with another dentist. They then billed me $2500 claiming the services just cost that much. This is the epitome of taking advantage of people. Walking away with just having a cleaning done and spending $2500 is absolutely absurd. While the technician was nice, the deep cleaning left me with a longer recovery time than two root canals. I went in with two problem teeth, and they ended up wanting to do everything other than those teeth because the dentist wanted a second opinion. It feels like the dentist should be able to make a diagnosis and issue treatment. I definitely came here due to the good reviews but my experience with this office is definitely not positive. I don’t recommend this office at all due to their business practices.

Fantastic experience: A+ dentistry has been awesome! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year, so they took a full scan of my mouth and explained in detail every step I should take to improve my hygiene and any procedures they recommended. They were transparent on each service and did not try to sell me anything. All of the work I’ve had done by them was high quality, and the staff has been warm and friendly. The atmosphere is also relaxing and laid back! Their hygiene department is awesome and highly informative as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 10/10. The best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few considering I move around a lot. Dr. Victor, Jahaida, and staff are very kind. They take pretty good care of you. I’ve been seeing them for a couple of months now and have had extreme dental work done (root canal, crown, cavity repair, removal of old fillings to replace with composite, and teeth whitening). I’ve recommended them to my entire office at work. They really don’t disappoint.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the best! I had a broken front tooth, eesh! So embarrassing! They got me in right away and did a thorough exam, explained all my options and gave me a lot of great information about ALL of my teeth that I didn’t know. It was a quick and painless procedure and they told me what to expect the whole time. They took extra time and steps to make sure I was comfortable the whole visit. It was WAY less expensive than I was expecting it to be. Overall the feeling I got from all the staff was friendliness, calm and competence. I really appreciate these true professionals for making me feel so light in their office. I don’t have insurance and don’t make a lot of money, so dental care goes on the back burner. But after this visit I feel more able to confront the problems and handle them. I will definitely be back here. They have a new patient for life.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff here was very helpful amd kind. The front desk assisted me in how to get my insurance unfortunately so i could get in. They also can text or email which is helpful while working. Dr. Victor and Yahaira were especially thorough in their explanation of treatments and what work I needed. Then the finance lady explained the different payment plans that they do offer. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to go to dentist yesterday to have two metal broken fillings removed and white fillings put in too replace them. Dr.Victor at A +Family Dentistry was wonderful. I never felt the injections to my mouth he kept me informed of what he was doing and when finished. This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist which before here I was terrified of the dentist now does not bother me. If you need an awesome dentist go to A+ Family Dentist everyone from the front desk to the back are wonderful people!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a really badly cracked tooth and they have been able to get me in quickly and fast track the steps to recovery for me. In under a month I’ve gone from being in so much pain I couldn’t sleep well from the tooth to having my root canal, temporary crown and now permanent crown. My favorite thing about this dentist is that they aren’t pushy about things you aren’t interested in doing with your teeth, especially where aesthetics are concerned. Overall I’d recommend them if you need quick and concise dental care from a friendly and helpful staff! Also as a wheelchair user I want to add that the space is accessible for my standard hospital style self propelled wheelchair, and the staff are more than happy to help if you have any trouble personally navigating the space. The door opens both ways in front and has no raise to the entrance, so it’s perfectly easy to get in and out of solo.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! Best dental work I've ever had (thanks, Dr. Victor!), at a good price, with modern equipment, and a really comfortable, sensory friendly experience! (Yes, even the sedation shots!) They take the time to explain everything really well with state of the art visual tools. It was easy to understand what procedures I needed and why. It's a joyful experience coming here (and I say that as a formerly very reluctant dental patient). In fact, after my first appointment, I took notes about the practice and gushed to my friends about how you can really see the meticulous loving care for the work, and attention to patient experience that goes into everything they do. I was surprised how many of the usual discomforts were accounted for and made pleasant (!) here. And it's not just the doctors. All the hygienists/assistants and admin staff, etc., are lovely, really good at their jobs, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work, each other and the patients! Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist did an excellent job with my visits. I haven't been to the dentists for a very long time and I got an excellent consultation of my main issues (cavities, gum infection, tooth decay, etc). The deep cleaning service went smooth, even if there was some numbing issue -- but it ended up helping my gum and removing all the tartar build up. Dr Victor was very patient with me and did an excellent job making sure I did not feel any pain. He's very knowledgable and concern about my overall health as well.

Fantastic experience: From the first appointment in the waiting room, the first few trips to this office were unforgettable. I filled out the new patient questionnaire and there were very personable questions and sections for you to express your anxieties or communicate your needs. The front office staff, dental assistants, and doctors are all welcoming, friendly, and you can tell they love their job. When I'm there, I never feel like a bother. I needed a root canal (my first one) and was pretty nervous. Everyone was comforting and kind. The consultation regarding the cost of treatment put me at ease because they were transparent about necessary procedures and the out of pocket costs. I was between choosing A+ Family Dentistry and another facility that quoted less for the root canal and crown treatment, and after the initial consultation, I couldn't stop thinking about how trustworthy and impressively comfortable I was with the people in this office. It has definitely been worth the extra $300 for a quality experience. Dr. Victor was very thorough in the procedure, and did an overall painless job! He was very easy to talk to and ask questions about what exactly he was doing.

Fantastic experience: I get nervous going to the dentist, but Doc Victor and the team has been making me feel comfortable, warm, and assured. They have a TV set up, blankets, and pillows which a lot of dentist do not offer- the little things but it does change a patients pov and they matter. Wish I knew them when I was younger. I definitely recommend their service if you want to be rest assured and have a healthy perfect teeth!

Negative experience: ***WARNING*** Let me start with the problems—because they matter. I was just charged over $100 for a basic cleaning with insurance because they added a sanitation treatment. Yes, the dentist mentioned it, but no one said it was an extra charge. That’s shady. If you’re going to tack on fees, you need to be upfront about it not sneak it into the bill. Worse, on a previous visit, I was quoted a price, paid it, and then was told I owed more because someone on their team didn’t verify my insurance beforehand. That’s not my responsibility it’s theirs. In my own business, if I give a customer a quote, I honor it. I don’t come back later asking for more because I dropped the ball. To top it off, when I questioned the billing error, the payment rep asked me if I wanted to pay it as if it was some kind of moral test. That’s not how you run a business. If you mess up, you take accountability and make it right. Don’t pass the guilt onto the customer. Now, with all that said—yes, the staff is friendly. The office is clean and has a welcoming vibe. My dentist is great—cool, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. But none of that excuses poor communication and shady billing practices. If you’re going to charge premium rates, you need to operate with premium transparency and professionalism. Right now, that’s not what I’m seeing.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't seen the dentist for over 20 years until I had a headache for 6 days due to some rotting teeth..... Just had my 3rd visit here at A+ Dentistry and couldn't be happier. First visit I had 2 rotting teeth removed. Felt zero pain. Second visit I had a deep cleaning done. Felt zero pain. 3rd visit I had two cavities filled and still felt no pain! Staff is very courteous and the place is clean. I think the best part is how accurate with how long procedures take. Also, the radio tunes are always on point. A+Dentistry gets an A+++++

Fantastic experience: Super patient, especially with a HIGHLY ANXIOUS patient like me. Explained everything they did, very gentle, friendly and they had chats that were interacting and helped distract me from the work. Halcion was awesome.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this dental clinic. Their main concern seems to be making money rather than providing honest diagnoses or real care. They did not offer genuine advice or treatment that benefits the patient. Because of this, I will not be returning to this clinic again. This is not the level of professionalism or ethics I expect from healthcare providers.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works in the office is incredibly friendly and understanding. I, like many of us, did not grow up going to the dentist regularly, so when I first got to the office, I had a lot of work to get done. Each doctor was patient and kind with me as I made up for a lifetime of neglect. It was not easy, but now I’m all fixed up and getting my regular cleanings and check ups to prevent future problems. I smile bigger now with straight teeth and fresh breath.

Negative experience: They took advantage of me when I was in a vulnerable state. They performed work on my tooth that has been terrible years after, and it has damaged my opposing tooth. If you are young, impressionable or neurodivergent, bring someone who has been to other practices who can advocate for you if you choose to do business here. Do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of, or manipulated into performing expensive treatments and taking out loans for dental work that your insurance should cover.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been to! They’re great at explaining all the stuff that’s going on in my mouth and they remember from appointment to appointment. So they give me feed back about progress from the last time I saw them and make adjustments as needed. They also use some crazy fancy tech so I know they’re not BSing me when they say I grind my teeth or show me pictures of my inflamed gums.

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience there. Got my tooth extracted and got my fillings. The whole process was painless! Also, staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend it!

Negative experience: Years ago I went into this location looking for resolutions to dental pain. One of the sisters resolution was to pull all of the effected teeth (in the front of my face mind you) It has now been 6 years since I first came in and thank goodness I got a second opinion. I still have all of my teeth, healthy and smiling. I don't doubt they are good for routine cleanings but if you are in any sense of peril DO NOT GO HERE.

Negative experience: It's been two years since I went to this dental office and I am still angry with how they treated me. I could not visit this office without paying for something out of pocket. I have never spent so much money at a dental office. They push you to immediately make a decision and pay for something. I was told I needed a deep cleaning of my gums immediately. They literally came at me with a syringe to immediately numb half my mouth before I consented to the procedure and then caused me immense pain for refusing. When I told them I wanted to wait and get a second opinion, I was pushed to give them a reason why and the expense of the procedure/never needing this treatment before was not enough. They measured my gums after and made it hurt on every single tooth. My whole mouth was throbbing when I left and I never went back. I can't believe I sat through the pain and didn't storm out punching that woman on the way. I wish I could remember her name. Terrible dentist. Do not visit. My new dentist refused to do a deep cleaning on me because it was unnecessary.

Dr. Sigafoos got me in within the week and walked me through the entire treatment plan, and I had my surgery that day! He gave me a detailed explanation of everything and walked me through the whole surgery. The people he works with also are so kind and accommodating. They always make sure I have no questions when I leave, and when I text the number I always get a response instantly!! 10/10!

Negative experience: Stay far away from Dr. Doan. The office is quick to schedule you, but when it comes to answering billing questions or resolving issues, they’re nearly impossible to get in touch with. I paid a premium price for dental work that ended up being subpar. The crown Dr. Doan placed was poorly done, and I had to go to another dentist to fix it. To make matters worse, she even sent my X-rays to another office where half the tooth was completely cut off. When I requested my PHI, it took forever to get any response, and when I tried to escalate the situation, she dropped me as a patient. Clearly, customer service and quality care are not priorities here. If you value your time, money, and dental health, do yourself a favor and avoid Dr. Doan. There are plenty of other, more trustworthy dentists out there.
