Fantastic experience: I came here to get my tooth smoothed cause it was affecting my mouth and really needed help right away and they were able to get me in the same day I called. I have anxiety being at dentists and the ladies here were so helpful, calming and very sweet! Thank you guys so much for helping me out. I would love to come back here!! 10/10 recommend.

Kiefer family dental was recommended to me by a family member so I decided to try it. I was greeted very cheerfully and like a friend upon entering. The friendliness did not stop there, but continued With my dental hygienist, Olivia! She put me at ease, answerd my questions, was sympathetic and did a great job.! When leaving, checking out was as great as checking in! I actually left there with the smile.!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so professional and friendly. My hygienist is gentle and thorough plus I’d think she’d put anyone at ease. I love that the dentists are so knowledgeable and skilled but also consult with each other over dental cases as needed. I’ve had a complicated situation with a tooth which they discovered, started treatment but then referred me to a periodontist, complete with helping me set up an appointment and sharing records in a timely manner. I really feel like they are working to help me get the very best treatment whether that’s in their office or with someone else. The office has an awesome atmosphere and I feel like a valued person from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency to get my tooth out. It was actually my molar not the tooth that was hurting that needed to be removed. Dr. Ryan did a fantastic job. So I also scheduled my yearly check up. Very comprehensive, and he took time to explain what was going on in my mouth and with my teeth. Also they accepted my desire not to get Fluorid. Everyone involved was very caring and nice. Everything was explained that was done. And options were presented what needs to be done, and what is optional. No pressure at all. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I was travelling from out of state and started to have a problem with a tooth. I was apprehensive about just picking a clinic at random but was VERY pleasantly surprised with my experience. First, they got me in right away. The office staff was a pleasure to interact with. The dental assistant was excellent and my experience with Dentist Kort Herman was top notch and actually a pleasant experience. My issue was addressed in the same visit; I was fully expecting at least two visits. I highly recommend this clinic and wish this was my "home" clinic! GREAT JOB Kieffer Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: KFD in Rapid City is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! The entire team is ALWAYS sooo polite, happy, and is family owned! They have the most current gadgets/technology I've seen! I got a quote from KFD and a competitor to fix a tooth and the difference in price was shocking in favor of KFD($1500)! I saw kiddos in waiting room unconcerned which as a mom myself was very calming! Highly recommend!!!!

We have been living in this area for a while now and couldn't find the right dental place, but I am extremely grateful and thankful that I finally found a place that my family will be very happy with. Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness! Dr. Kieffer and his associate were phenomenal! They put me at ease right away by reviewing my previous completed work, and providing detailed information that could be causing my pain. Then, Dr. K tested various pressure points using different instruments- informing me what and why for each one. He made some adjustments and I left very impressed and thanking God for sending me there.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 5-6 years since my last Dental visit mainly due to indiscriminate use of their tools on very sensitive areas and the level of pain was too much. My wife encouraged me to go here and, I will say, I had an excellent visit. They listened and respected my fears and trepidation; I kept waiting for the pain to occur and there was none! Sadie, Shawnee, and Dr Cort were wonderful. I am one happy man with clean teeth!

The dentist, the lady that cleaned my teeth, the receptionist, the lady that sets up appointments, and another dental assistant in the hallway; all very positive and kind. The lighting is bright, the color scheme is light and colorful, and it was clean. The dentist told me a bunch of things I needed to know, and answered every question I had in a way that a lay person can understand, with respect and thoughtfulness. I would recommend this dental office to even the most timid of customers. I particularly liked the Christlike attitudes, the Bibles in the waiting room, the pleasant, quiet music, and the cross on the outside of the building.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Super impressed! Kind, empathetic, staff- the dentist who saw my kids had a very gentle disposition. Not the reason to choose a dentist, but indicative if how thoughtful they are- nice soap and toilet paper in the bathroom- and a nice tea and coffee selction in the lobby. Everything us done to create a soothing environment, so the kids left happy
