Fantastic experience: As always the staff at Riviera Dental is top notch. From check in to check out they are all very courteous, caring, efficient and accommodating. Thank you to Susan my hygienist for always being thorough and keeping my teeth in perfect condition.

Negative experience: Just had a three hour procedure today with Dr. Mclemore. It was grueling on both of us but he managed to save my tooth. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Negative experience: I usually am very happy with Rivera Dental. My boyfriend and I drive from Biloxi, Ms because of Dr Hanson. This appt was for the final work on my bridge. The assistant could have done the preliminary measuring. I could have taken a break while the bridge was being made, which took way over an hour. Then I would have returned to the office. I had done this before with a crown being made on a 3D printer. I have a bad hip and sitting in the chair for 3 hr plus the drive was hard on me. I’m in misery today. A better job of explaining the process up front would have helped. Maybe this will help future patients better plan for the process.

Fantastic experience: I really hate the dentist visits BUT since going to Rivera it's getting better..Tori is awesome and she has a great personality..Dr. Baker is very nice to see also..I am excited to see the improved office space..and glad to know business is that good to need it..

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment wait times have been short, and they are the only place in Foley that accepts VA. I had a new crown completely finished in one day, with zero pain. I didn't even feel the shot, which was done perfectly, and not massively over numbed. I left feeling like I had a check up and not a major procedure.

Fantastic experience: 7/1: Emergency visit today after a face down landing from a slip and fall on wet pavement. The place I fell made me an X-ray appointment there at a time inconvenient to me. Riviera staff rescheduled me to an earlier time and did a great job of getting it all done. Very happy with them! 7/16: Back to Riviera to have a filling for the tooth that got chipped on 7/1. Dr Baker did a fine job on the repair.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to Rivera Dental for several years and that they truly care about their patients.With that being said, Susan and Dr. Harvon you rock the boat, the way you listen to patients concerns and the skill and knowledge you bring to the table goes to alleviate stress on fraidy patients like me.So thank you and the rest of the staff for a FIVE star dental office. Negative experience: BEWARE I had a broken crown they temporarily glued it on the next night it broke off I was in pain when I called they said they didn’t do anything and would not see me that day even though I was in pain. I have 2 different types of dental insurance they said I would have to pay out of pocket to get my work done. Doesn’t sound like a dentist that cares much if his patients are in PAIN. I’m searching for a new dentist

Developing a relationship with your hygienist makes a big difference in how you feel about your dental visit. Mine is great. The dentists are great as well. I used to have a lot of anxiety before I would visit a dentist, but after since seeing JoEllen several years ago, I actually love going to the dentist! Tori was my hygienist today, and she was wonderful. I have very sensitive gums but she took her time and did not cause me any pain at all. This is the only dentist I will ever see!!

Great office staff and it felt like that vibe runs throughout the staff! The dental assistant, Monique, and Dr. Hanson were delightful and very helpful in helping me on such short notice. Fantastic experience: There were no delays where I had to sit in the waiting room and wait for someone’s availability. They took me in right on time. They were very conscientious about making sure that every process was comfortable. I am 69 years old and have been going to the dentist for a long time. This was one of the most positive visits that I have ever had. Seriously!
