Fantastic experience: It was my first time yesterday with the Front Street Family Dentistry. Because of really bad childhood experiences with my previous dentist, I get really nervous when I have to go to the dentist. But the patient front desk staff Karen,  and cleaning specialist Betty and Dr Veronica made the experience an awesome one. I highly recommend them, 100%. Thank you for everything.

Negative experience: My family and I have been patients here for 5 years, which is what makes this experience so upsetting. Over the last year or so, I've had ongoing billing concerns and repeatedly asked for clear, itemized explanations so I could understand what insurance had covered and what I actually owed. I fully understand that insurance coverage is estimated and can change. However, despite multiple requests and follow-ups, getting straightforward answers required far more effort than it should have. I was told my account needed to be audited, yet the process dragged on for months and the information I received remained inconsistent and unclear. Each time I questioned the balance, the amount changed, but no clear explanation was provided. Today I asked about the audit again and was finally contacted with the review. I don't agree with the balance, but ultimately decided to pay it and part ways. My review reflects the overall experience of months of inconsistent information and difficulty getting clear answers. Being contacted at the end does not change that process or how it was handled. After months of unanswered questions, delayed audits, and shifting balances, my trust in this practice was seriously damaged. That is not something I expected after being a patient for so many years.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Front Street Family Dentristry do several years, and have never been disappointed with the quality of care we receive. Office staff are always friendly and efficient, the clinic is always spotlessly clean, and the equipment is cutting-edge new. I just went back today for my semi-annual exam, and nothing has changed: friendly and professional staff and super-cleanliness. The quality of service continues, but cost of that service may soon price me out.

Fantastic experience: I Love this Dentist! I seriously recommend them to everyone- kind, patient, attentive and their doctors are on the cutting edge of dentistry when it comes to providing solutions. This is the first doctor who actually provided me a solution to my TMJ that worked. Plus I have sensory issues and whether it's the hygienist for a treatment or a dental procedure with Dr.Negron, the staff prioritizes my comfort and safety above all else. Negative experience: Please don’t go here. I got charged 250%+ of what I agreed to pay on the day of service. I came in for a first time visit cleaning, and whatever the insurance did not cover at the time, I paid $100+. However, two months later, I received a bill charging me for another $250+ because they had to update the pricing??? I would never have chosen this place if I knew that a simple cleaning would cost me $350+ Thank you.

Negative experience: The staff person taking X-rays and the hygienist were both caring and professional. After being at the office for almost 2 hours I expected to get a teeth cleaning not to be handed paperwork outlining costs for a “deep cleaning” for $1,750. They advertise X-rays, exam and teeth cleaning intro for $159. The dentist also suggested I get 2 crowns for an additional $4,000. Would I come back and trust this office with my dental care, hardly. My last deep cleaning in a very competent dental office in Miami Beach cost a fraction!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a dentist like the one I had for over 15 years. I succeeded in finding one with Front Steet Family dentistry. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had step by step explanations of what was being done. I would highly recommend Front Street Family Dentistry for your dental needs.

Negative experience: Went for a new patient exam here and wow - absolutely a complete and total scam! After sitting in the chair waiting to get a cleaning for 30 minutes, they came back with an outrageous estimate and then sent me on my way when I refused. Staff seems like they could care less about their patients.

Negative experience: I left my first visit to this office quite disappointed. I ended up paying over $200, which has never happened to me at a routine dental visit before. I take good care of my oral hygiene and stay consistent with my appointments, so this was very unexpected. They performed a so-called “cancer screening” that wasn’t part of the regular exam, yet it only consisted of shining a light in my mouth. Which they charged me $58 for. When I spoke to my insurance, they were even confused as to why this service was being billed in a routine examination. In my past dental experiences, the dentist has always checked for abnormalities during a standard exam. Here, however, I spent less than five minutes with Dr. Negron, and the only topic of discussion was Invisalign. From the moment I sat down, the focus felt more like a sales pitch than dental care. The hygienist immediately began taking photos to feed into an Invisalign simulator—even though my teeth are relatively straight. I’ve never had another dentist push Invisalign on me this aggressively. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than on genuine dental care, and I don’t plan on returning to this office. Update 9/25/2025: I had to return 2 days after my initial appointment due to an allergic reaction I experienced from Regen medication applied on 1 tooth. This appointment began on the topic of Invisalign instead of my concerns, which takes me back to this being a sales pitch. I’m convinced the hygienist receive commission from how much this is pushed on the patients. My concerns with this medication began at my original appointment as side effects began almost immediately but the hygienist brushed it off. Before any action was taken on my wound caused by the medication, I was met again with a treatment plan over $100. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have never encountered symptoms of this matter and I was truly concerned, I wouldn’t have returned to this office. In less than 3 days I’ve been charged over $300 for something that was supposed to be a routine visit. Again, I have been a person to always take care of my oral health and have never had to pay for any additional services during my routine visits. I’m truly disappointed and would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I loved the entire staff especially Dr. Negron and the dental assistant Melissa. They both have great personality. They were very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. I give them 100 out of 100

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice. I called them because I was having an emergency and I couldn't get into my regular dentist, they got me in right away. They went over a plan with me and immediately got started. They are all so super pleasant that I just really enjoyed myself at the dentist office. Even though I am a new patient they make you feel like you have been a patient of theirs for years. Dr. Negron has a great understanding of the extenuating circumstances that I have that causes me to have dental issues and that makes me feel very comfortable with him. The assistants and office staff are top notch. I will be sticking with them in the future.

Negative experience: ⚠️ Read this before booking an appointment here. ⚠️ I’ve been going to this dentist for about a year, and from my very first visit, they repeatedly told me I needed sealants on every tooth “for preventative reasons.” My teeth have always been healthy, so I declined. At my most recent cleaning, they told me I had three “areas of decay.” When I asked if these were cavities, they refused to give me a straight answer—only repeating “areas of decay.” I was shocked because I rarely get cavities, but I trusted their judgment and booked fillings. On the day of my appointment, I told them I always require extra anesthetic and specifically asked to be fully numbed upfront. They reassured me I wouldn’t feel a thing. Instead, they had to stop multiple times during the procedure to re-numb me because I could feel the drill. This was painful, frustrating, and completely avoidable since I warned them ahead of time. At the end of the filling, I was suddenly told I needed three more fillings on the other side of my mouth. Again, when I asked if these were cavities, they refused to call them that—only saying “areas of decay.” None of this was mentioned at my cleaning or written in my paperwork. The lack of transparency left me upset and crying in my car after the appointment. Because of this, I got a second opinion from a new dentist who reviewed new X-rays. The new dentist confirmed my teeth are perfectly healthy and I have zero cavities. They explained I only have minor demineralization, which can remain stable for decades with good hygiene. This place should be ashamed of themselves. They prey on patients with scare tactics, hide behind vague language like “areas of decay,” and push unnecessary, painful, and expensive procedures. I walked out feeling scammed, manipulated, and completely betrayed. No one deserves to be treated this way at a healthcare provider. If you value your health, money, and peace of mind—stay far away from this office.

Negative experience: This dentist office and its employees are a group of unskilled workers and really try to scam us today with the old line can't read the x-ray's from another office. I truly believe that this should be investigated from the Better Business Bureau!!! How dare you take advantage of a SSD individual that would have trusted your word. My advocate was with me today and watched and listened by my side or they would have charged me for a service that I did not need!!! Again Claiming they can not read the x-rays provided. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Negative experience: One of the worst dental offices! They are an in-network provider under United Health Care and tried to charge me more than what they are contractually are allowed to. They emailed me 3 weeks ago notifying me a balance of over 90 + days was due and needed to be paid. I called the office several times and they only answered my calls twice, once to tell me they would call me back later that day (5/30/25), which they never did, and then second when I had to call my insurance and the insurance company got them on the phone for me, just to tell me the balance was no longer due. Avoid this office, they try and cheat you out for money even when they have a contract with insurance networks. Adding some more details to this. They call me on 7/9/25 left me a voicemail to call them and left no detail as to why. I contacted them on 7/11/25 and no one picked up and I left a voicemail to call me back. No one has called me and I called today 7/23/25 and left another voicemail. It is almost impossible to get this office on the phone. They don’t send me emails and never call me back. The most unreliable dental office I have experienced.

Negative experience: Been going there for the past year and always felt something was off. They over-charge people and are NEVER transparent about the quotes and pricing. They pushed things on me, making me feel a sense of urgency when it was not necessary based on my prior dentist. The latest thing they tried to push on me was Invisalign (which I had already done 3 years ago) and gave me an outrageously high quote, when I asked for the breakdown of the “dentist portion” of the quote, they refused, so I asked for the doctor to give me a call so we could review it together and better understand what I’m paying for. They told me they don’t divulge the details of the quotes and that I should take it or leave it, I explained that it was not very conducive to good business practice and they practically hung up the phone on me while I was asking questions. The entire conversation is recorded and was very professional - nonetheless, I received a letter from them telling me I can’t go to them any longer and need to find another dentist. That alone says a ton about their work ethics and how they’re undoubtedly not used to people asking questions. If you go there make sure to not be taken advantage of, ask questions and get second opinions. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the hygienist who does cleanings was really nice! But the actual dentists and billing people in there are not worth it.

This office fit me in within 2 hours of me calling. Sandra, Elena, and Dr. Rodriguez made me so comfortable and kept me smiling and laughing the entire visit. The price was incredibly fair. I highly recommend this office to anyone who lives nearby or anyone visiting in or around Orlando who needs a dentist. I would switch to this office if I didn’t live a plane ride away. Fantastic experience: The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Dr. Negron is honest, straight forward, and never recommends unnecessary treatment. Dr. Negron recommended Invisalign for my 10 year old son. It's been less than 6 months and his teeth are almost straight, and his confidence is showing! We couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: Being a new resident, I decided on FSFD for my dental needs. My appointment was very satisfying. It was confirmed that my teeth required lots of treatment. However, Dr Rodriguez and her assistant who did x-rays were kind and reassuring with a touch of humor that said it's going to be alright. So I am happy to have found a new dentist and I look forward to my future visits. And I thank Dr. Rodriguez and the staff for their sincerity and making the process comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Lay Lay is the best hygienist. She is thorough, careful, explains each step as she goes and she employs some innovative techniques to help those who have fears, have a strong gag reflex, etc. She is outstanding in her field. My husband and son commend the hygienists they see at Front Street, as well. I am not attempting to detract from others working there. I merely want to give a special shout-out to Lay Lay in order to let her bosses and others truly understand how good she is at what she does. She goes above and beyond every time yet remains efficient. I'd also like to mention Dr. Rodriguez. She is the doctor at Front Street with whom I have interacted. She is professional, personable and does an excellent job. I do not feel nickel and dimed at Front Street, which seems to be a common practice now-a-days. At every visit, they are not informing me that I need yet another service or procedure. I actually feel as if they tell me when there is an issue needing to be addressed, but when there are no issues, they don't try to fabricate issues. My family and I are very pleased with the hygienists and doctors at Front Street!

Positive experience: I LOVE Dr. Rodriguez! I have been going there a couple of years now, and she has been amazing. She is funny, she is caring, but she does a great job with patients! However, the extremely frustrating part is with the accounting / and dental assistant coming in while you are waiting to get a procedure to collect the money owed before they do the procedure. They can't even wait until you are out of the chair to pay your bill. This just started with the visit yesterday. Yes, they have told me what it would cost so I could confirm or refuse treatment (because of cost), but to have to collect your payment method while you are in the chair, come on....

Positive experience: Dr. Nordman is friendly and has a gentle touch when performing dental work. The dental hygienists do their jobs really well. The downside of this office is that they schedule your time with the doctor and the hygienist in two separate appointments and you must schedule these months in advance to have a chance at them being on the same day and time. Unless you live in Celebration, save yourself the headache of driving to their office twice and find a dentist who does things the standard way.

Negative experience: Existing client….. Had a crown pop off late Friday night. Leaving town for 2 weeks Sunday morning. Called Saturday morning left a message on the emergency number/recording stated that it was an emergency for me and the fact I’m leaving town for 2 weeks, and waited…. Nothing. Called again at 1230, left same details and here it is Sunday morning I’m at the airport and not a single peep out of the dentist office. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: I felt that I was very well taken care of and the Dental Assistant was very thorough and friendly! She made the rather awkward procedure as comfortable as possible. I have to say, however, that I didn’t find the music relaxing or enjoyable. Maybe earphones with a music choice? I really liked the outcome!!

Negative experience: Terrible service and misinformation. Price gauging. We were on vacation and needed an emergency dentist to remove a wire from a retainer that had popped. We were referred to Front St as the “best” however, we quickly found out they only care about money. Wanting to charge $600+. This could have been a quick assist but they were not at all interested. They were disjointed and the front desk was lacking any real knowledge or ability to support. Super disappointing!

Negative experience: I have had two of my sons seen by Dr Ivan Negron. At first Dr Negron was friendly and him and my wife all shared experiences from Machu Picchu, but after becoming his paying customers then Dr Negron said to me in Spanish in front of my wife and coworkers: "You are so negative! You are putting obstacles in my way!" I felt terrible. I asked what was negative? I did not notice anything negative I said. He just tapped my shoulder and left the room without saying what was negative or obstacles. His place is called Family Dentistry but it is far from being for family because they only have the adult size bitewing that cannot fit in a child's mouth. Almost every person at the clinic is in a bad mood and tells you the opposite of common sense. The lady taking my 8 year son's bitewing x-ray's gets so frustrated and lifts her hands giving up, when they don't even have the small tool to take x-rays for children that a pediatric dentist has. So they only charged me for the panoramic for my 8 year old. And for my 13 year old son they confused prices of Aetna and Cigna plans and the receptionist first says to pay $770 instead of $540, with no document at all in front of us, just presenting the credit card scanner, then they force you to pay ahead for fixing 3 cavities without being able to choose 1 or 2 cavities to fix depending what is more urgent. We were there yesterday for half an hour asking which cavity is small, which cavity is big, but they won't disclose this information and won't let me speak with the dentist. Dr Negron is hiding behind the office staff and won't disclose information about the cavities. Payment is requested first. The office manager lady said: "I can tell they are small cavities because the number of surfaces". All 3 cavities listed 2 surfaces. The manager can "tell" they are small cavities because all 3 cavities are listing 2 surfaces each. What a joke. She said the dentist cannot answer my questions because he is with other patients. And me, who is paying more than $1000 so far, does not count as a patient that can get questions answered. At the end when my wife and I offered just to pay the 3 cavities and move forward, the 3 cavities that they force to pay in advance prior to questions, the manager lady said she spoke with Dr Negron and he refused treatment and sent us out with a referral to get a second opinion. He would not disclose which cavity is urgent or small or partially doing a treatment. It's either all "cavities" they found, with no questions asked, or nothing at all. What an embarrassment of a place.

Fantastic experience: After going to this practice for over 7yr i wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend this office to all my family members and friends. Best dental office and doctors. Dr. Rodriguez is amazing she is careful and caring. I have severe dental anxiety she makes me feel at home. Go here if you want a dentist that cares about your oral health, is conservative and helps you prevent cavities. Betty the Hygienist is amazing as well. Fyi. If you are having issues calling just text them they answer right away.

Negative experience: Literally the worst dentist. Walked in with zero pain, walked out and cant eat food. The dentist said if it hurts just call her. She wont respond, her name is Dr. Rodriguez. She comes in with a boat load of confidence, talks down to you saying she has this “new tech” like we dont understand, and thats her main sell. Dont get the phony stuff she tries to sell you. She is a complete fraud. I have now spent over 5000 dollars fixing what dr. Rodriguez messed up, and the most disrespectful part is she wont even answer my calls. Thanks for leaving me Dr. Rodriguez. Be warned shell do the same to you.

Negative experience: This morning, my husband called with an emergency: he had a broken tooth and was experiencing intense pain. Unfortunately, he was subjected to an unnecessarily long questionnaire. They informed him that the earliest appointment available was for the following day. The woman on the phone had a somewhat mocking tone and showed no intention of helping. It's difficult to understand how someone with that attitude can work in the healthcare field.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Did a terrible job. Literally ruined a tooth. Do NOT go to this office or see this dentist. You are risking great harm to yourself. We have called over 10 times and they won’t return our calls. Went in for a normal exam. We were told by another dentist there were 2 cavities that needed to be filled. That dentist was not in our network. Front street dental was. There, the dentist said 5 cavities needed to be filled. Tried to sell a bunch of preventative dental ungraded. There was no pain at all before seeing this dentist. After she filled 5 cavities although another dentist said there are only 2 … there is so much pain, can’t eat. They won’t take our calls and basically sent a link to root canal. Com. The office is so rude. Won’t take responsibility. Do not go to this dentist. They sell and treat non existent problems which causes problems. They will not help. Office manager has been called over 10 times without return call. DO not use this dentist. You are risking your health as we did. We are now forced to seek legal guidance due to to not returning our calls.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Everyone at this dentist office was kind & skilled, from office personnel to doctors & technicians. I am a dentistry coward due to not-great past experiences. I was so appreciative of the professionalism & skill displayed, combined with the supportive & gentle care I received. I especially noticed that while the Dr. was working, his voice & demeanor toward his assistant was as soft & kind as to me, his patient. Best of all, the pain I feared was hardly noticeable. Negative experience: A family member just left this office for a first time visit, I have worked in the dental industry for over 12 years, the add-ons that were not necessary or explained and not covered by insurance were staggering. I would seek your dental care elsewhere

Negative experience: 2 minutes ago New ZERO STARS. I have had a tooth that has been causing issues and found out that I need a root canal. I informed this office that I was losing my insurance and had asked if they could help me get the crown put on before my insurance ran out. They made me wait almost 2 weeks because they kept trying to ask the dentist. I came in two times and the dentist told me to my face "please tell the front desk to make smaller payment arrangements with you." Each time I asked, they told me the dentist said it was not possible. He knew I was losing my insurance, am in extreme pain, am going through divorce and was only looking to have the payments broken up more so I could afford the crown. Not only did the dentist lie to my face by assuring me he would offer lower payment break downs so I could pay the full amount, just broken up more, he continued to tell the front desk to make sure I knew I had to get the crown within 30 days of the root canal. This dentist cares about absolutely nothing other than money. I have 3 friends and 4 family members who go to this office and am absolutely going to tell them about this so they continue to find another practice. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dentist who cares and do not go to this money grabbing place.

Positive experience: I went for the first time to Front Street Family Dentistry in Celebration. Dentist Veronica L. Rodriguez was really friendly, also the staff. If you want to be treated with respect; ask for Dentist Veronica L Rodriguez. The only bad thing is that anybody offered me any type of payments plans even though I asked.

Positive experience: The dentist Dr Rodriguez is a delight, has a great musical voice while she does great dental work. The practice score is not higher because billing tends to charge more that’s required (frequent large credits that materialize only if I keep making appointments) and the practice has been hard to get a hold of to make appointments.

Fantastic experience: There was no wait. Clean office. Wonderful experience. Dr. Negron took time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable.

Negative experience: Go elsewhere. I was looking to transfer as a patient from my previous office to this office. I called to ask questions regarding allergic reactions to certain products. The person didn't know the answer, but made my appointment and said someone would call me back. I got a call back the following day. I asked the same question to that person and she stated she didn't know and would have someone call me back. I explained that's what the lady the previous day stated. After finally getting the okay regarding my allergies, I let them know I only wanted to do a routine cleaning right now and nothing else, but that I had my records to send them. They stated all new patients are required to do xrays, otherwise they don't know how to treat them. I let her know I have my previous records already to provide. She stated, "we can't trust someone else's." She stated that they will not do my appointment without xrays, which I'm pretty sure is against state regulation. I hung up, called back, and had to leave a voicemail asking for an office manager to call me. Instead of getting a call back, I received a message that they canceled my appointment. It proved to me that I'd rather go elsewhere than come somewhere that treats patients this way, before they even walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentist work. I can honestly tell you, I have never felt so comfortable. I have a lot of work to be done and the entire staff makes me feel so comfortable, from the office staff to the doctor. My daughter recommended this would be the dentist for me and I trust her with my life! I am very happy to say I finally found a dentist office that understands my anxiety and fears with the process.

Positive experience: I have been going here for approximately 6 years now. Hygienist's overall have been good. However, It's difficult to get through on the phone, and many times no one calls back after leaving a detailed message. Billing my insurance has been wrong on many occasions, overcharging or not sending work to the insurance triggering deductibles which were already paid if the insurance was advised of previous work done. I do not like that they charge cancer screenings. In all my years I have never had a dentist who did not check my overall mouth for possible visual oral abnormalities such as discoloration or an abnoral growth.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at Front Street Dentistry. Dr Veronica and Betty the hygienist are always friendly and point out the good and bad with my teeth. They give a very thorough exam. When I told the front desk I changed my insurance they said yeah we know and already updated your file. My wife and I both highly recommend Front Street Dentistry.

Negative experience: I have great insurance, scheduled teeth cleaning. Morning of cleaning, was phoned and informed that I have to receive a special "periodontal" cleaning about < $1,000 (FOR ONLY ONE SIDE OF MOUTH with numbing, etc) that is "deep cleaning" for gum disease, which I do NOT have. My portion would be ~ $400+ -- AND would have have to come back to repeat on opposite side, along with double the out-of-pocket COST. I've had regular cleanings and great teeth/gums (NO cavities) for nearly 50 years and have only ever needed a "regular" cleaning, which is the service I desired. After some argument and actual shock, they declined to provide a "regular" cleaning service, no exceptions. So, I had no other option but to cancel my cleaning appointment that was supposed to take place within 30 minutes of this phone call -- and told them I would find another dental office who would provide the service desired covered by my insurance company and NOT in business to extort patients and decline basic health care! Will definitely be sharing this info. with my insurance company! PATIENT BEWARE of their refusal to provide basic teeth cleaning service covered by your insurance!

Negative experience: I'm a new patient and unfortunately I couldn't make it to my first two appointments. I called them earlier today to reschedule and the answer I got was that because I missed my first two appointments they no longer would work with me and that I will need to find a new dentist. I understand the issue with missing appointments but for a clinic to tell a patient that he can't be helped anymore just because they missed two appointments is very unprofessional to the say the least , if anything I would expect them to charge a fee due to missing an appointment but not to cancel permanently a patient. I'm glad this happened before my first visit because I wouldn't want to be helped by a clinic with such practices and bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: They are very thorough in your first visit. This is the 2nd dentist I have tried in the area and there was such a difference between the two! Estephania (the dental hygienist who examined and cleaned my teeth, took my x-rays, and performed the majority of the work) was sweet as can be. The staff and Dr. Rodrigues were equally as helpful and pleasant, which told me that I had finally found our family’s dentist in Florida. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and more relaxed than normal in the dentist’s chair.

Negative experience: While I like Dr Negron, the scheduling is ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled for the past 5 months & 2 days before the appointment they called to reschedule me. Their next available appointment wasn’t for another 4 months. The scheduling & office management is horrible. This also isn’t the 1st time I’ve had this happen with them either.

Positive experience: I was a patient for a while and I liked Dr. Rodriguez. The information was clear and the steps they took with my health made sense. The reason I stopped going was because of the hygienist and office staff. Poor scheduling with conflicting information made it frustrating. They also have you sign forms and paperwork while in the chair and don't give you time to look through it. For a preventive cleaning, I was charged $60 because they didn't verbally tell me about the cancer screening, and one other service wasn't included. But it was in the paperwork that they rushed me to sign and tried to chat with me. As I said it can be a great place but they have some questionable staff. I won't be going back but I would recommend caution with this location.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Negron for over 20 years. Even though he used to be close to me, and now has his own practice not AT ALL close to me, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. This practice is so special. Everyone is so pleasant and fun and it is well organized administratively. Of course, I fully trust my dentist and the assistants and hygienists. They are very up-to-date on equipment and knowledge. I never have to worry about pain. They do everything possible to make you comfortable and secure. Thank you Dr. Negron!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: Scheduled an appt 5 months out and then 3 day before they confirmed, then the next day they said there was an issue but when I called they said it was fine, then morning of they said they couldn't see us and the next reschedule was months out. No apology and so hard to get a hold of!! I had to find a new dentist

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation with a broken tooth. I called in the morning and they got me in at 11:00 a.m. that same day! Service was so excellent and so friendly and so knowledgeable! They took care of my pain and inflammation. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be going to Front Street Dental!

Positive experience: The staff and hygienist were all helpful, pleasant and professional. Due to a mix up in appointment time I was 15 minutes late for an appointment for which I thought I was 15 minutes early. The dentist couldn’t be bothered to stay (she was there when I arrived) so I had to make a second appointment for service that should have been handled in one visit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me.

Positive experience: Staff is very friendly and explains everything that is being done. They also pay attention that you are comfortable, not in pain and take their time to complete the job correctly. Unfortunately they were late getting started. They called me before I was there and indicated they were running about 10 minutes behind schedule. It was closer to an hour later. The treatment room was freezing cold. The A/C was blowing directly on me. I was wearing a jacket but It was not warm enough. I need to bring a blanket for my next appointment.

Positive experience: My time at Front Street Dental has generally been positive, largely due to the exceptional care provided by Angie in billing and the doctor's meticulous attention to my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when, during my Invisalign treatment, I raised the issue of a tooth that was on the verge of splitting in half. The doctor resolved the problem without issue and advised me to wait until the end of treatment to add an additional protective layer. However, once treatment ended, the tooth chipped, and when I sought repair, Front Street Dental tried to charge me $500, causing me to miss an hour of work and feel like they valued profit over my loyalty as a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: Went to Florida on vacation and had major problems with a previously worked on tooth and they took me in the next morning and got it taken care of at an affordable price. Alejandra (I believe that was his name) and Dr. Negron were nothing short of incredible and salvaged this vacation for me! I’d give 10 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I chose Front Street Family Dentistry! Everyone is always so nice and professional! I even recommended them to other family members and friends too! I had an issue with one of my front teeth for years and after just starting with them, they were able to give me a whole game plan on how to fix the issue and everything with that plan has been amazing. Could not recommend enough!

Negative experience: Scheduled a dentist appointment during the summer around June for November 3rd. I received a text message 2 days prior to my appointment “Good Morning from Front Street Family Dentistry. Due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment for Friday, November 3rd will need to be rescheduled. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our team in office is ready to assist with rescheduling for the next best available date. Thank you” I call she answers the phone with no greeting instead she asks for my name multiple times and then she tells me January 27th. Why should I have to wait another 3 months due to issues within your establishment. I asked to speak with an office manager and was told that the only thing she could do for me was schedule me for the January 27th appointment. Very unprofessional. You will not see me nor my family. Please get better staff who at least pretends to care about your patients or at least have respect.

I am usually apprehensive with needles and it didn’t hurt at all. She is very thorough. I have been her patient over several years now. Fantastic experience: On vacation at Disney when I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible toothache. I endured through another night until I had to see someone. I did the chat service at 7 am. I was in at 10 and finished by 11. Very friendly; and the dr seemed to really care. I appreciate it. Now I can go enjoy the rest of our Disney vacation with my family.
