Fantastic experience: I must say, I had a most pleasant experience with the entire office, beginning with the efficient and kind front desk employees who were very helpful. She then took me into the tech who did my x-rays and CT and I could tell she was an expert at performing her job. I saw Dr. Tej Vaidya as a new patient for a consultation about a potential root canal. I was very, very impressed with his bedside manner, and the time he took to present me with the options. We had a wonderful conversation about the pros and cons, and he was very honest in explaining to me what was going on with that tooth. In the end, it was obvious to me a root canal was the way to go. Prior to my visit I reviewed this practice and was drawn to the practice because they do a procedure called clear wave root canal, which is different from the standard type of root canal. I had been researching holistic ways and came across this new type procedure and he explained exactly how that worked in detail and highly recommended the procedure in my case. I will be having the root canal done next week so I will come back and do another review. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of their office! I would highly recommend This Office… I went to the office in Clermont.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting from California and was experiencing severe tooth pain while here in Florida. I was referred to Advanced Endodontics, and I was able to make an appointment very quickly! The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming to me. During the consultation they explained everything to me in detail along with the process, expectation and pricing. Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my dentist who thought I needed a root canal. I had never been to an endodontist so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. They were very professional. From the gift bag I received for being a new patient, to the X-rays and CT, I felt like they gave me the best treatment. The doctor looked over my scans and talked to me about them and didn’t give me any unnecessary treatment. I ended up not needing a root canal at all. I really appreciated the care and time they spent to explain everything. I definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Do NOT come here unless you have money to throw away. I recently went as I was referred there by my dentist to get a root canal, who had done work on me prior to coming here including xrays etc. I made the appointment and Advanced Endodontics also did xrays. Why would I go, if I did not need one?! I then see the doctor, she takes look at my tooth and tells me that I will be needing a root canal which was the reason why I went there in the first place. I am here thinking I am going to get the root canal done, but no. I had to make another appointment to get it done. And they have the nerve to charge me $433 to tell me the same thing my dentist told me, that I needed a root canal. And this not to be deducted from root canal which would be over $1000 and then crown which would be around the same amount. Needless to say I will not be returning as I do not have money to waste. I am on fixed income. Then they had the nerve to charge $19.00 me for a glitch the camera made. And send you an email to rate them but they basically tell you what to say on it. This place is a no go for me. Stay away if you can. Read their low scored reviews they basically say the same thing. Hope this helps for those who do not have it like that.

He was there for a root canal consultation with Dr. Ren and her assistant Azriella. This is the practice to come to if you are apprehensive or uncertain, as Dr. Ren has personality plus. Beautiful, clean office and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The facility is very clean and sterile looking as well as the medical areas. The front desk staff were friendly, and very professional. The medical staff were very polite, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed and comfortable with the dentist Dr. Vaidya. Dr. Vaidya greeted me warmly, made me feel at ease, explained my concerns and answered my questions. Negative experience: I was referred to this office by my dentist for consultation. I wish they had told me I have to pay 300 dollars of of pocket after insurance before taking a day off without pay. This is absurd . What a waste of my day. No work ethic.

Fantastic experience: I don't think anybody likes going to the dentist office, particularly an endodontist because you know you're going in for more extensive work. If you need an endodontist don't go anywhere else. From the minute you walk in the door until you are finished you are treated so well. From the sweet young ladies that work the front desk to everybody in the back they are all amazing. Everything is explained to you in detail, you are treated kindly and know you are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done by Dr. Martinez and she was absolutely amazing! Her assistant, Mara, was equally wonderful. I usually get very nervous and panicky at the dentist, but they both kept me calm and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Martinez has such a great way of putting patients at ease—even making up fun little songs during the visit. I didn’t feel a thing! The vibrating device they use as a distraction during anesthesia was a game-changer, and the laser technology made the process so much faster with none of that loud humming you normally feel. For someone like me who dreads dental visits, this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend Dr. Martinez and her team enough!

Fantastic experience: There are few things that I can think of that are worse than root canals and dental work. The anxious feeling leading up to that is sometimes a lot to handle. With that being said, from the moment I walked into AE, I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff really goes out of its way to make you feel that way! Very relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff!

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL STEAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM YOU WITH NO RETRIBUTION! THEY LIED TO MY BANK! THEY LIED TO ME! This was the most shady and dishonest dentist office I have EVER been to. I was charged out of pocket for an x-ray that I was told I’d be given the option of having done. I was given no option because when I asked what the service was before they conducted it, they explicitly did not use the word x-ray and hustled me into the room before I could ask any questions! The doctor himself was very kind and informative but they must have criminals working in their financial department. It was determined I would need a root canal by a dentist. On the day of the scheduled procedure, I was experiencing sinus issues and DID NOT HAVE THE PROCEDURE DONE. They had charged me for the procedure already. They said it will be refunded. IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED. I called multiple times and was dismissed and given little to no information other than it was refunded on their end. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank ($244, I am a full time college student who also works full time!!). I just received notice that the bank cannot pursue the refund and I must handle it with the merchant. That is the reason for this review. THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM THEIR CUSTOMER!

Fantastic experience: Front desk personnel is very friendly, attentive and professional as well the technician that takes the radiographs and prepares you to see the doctor. Dr. Vaidya listens to the patient, answers all your questions, and takes his time to explain the plan of care.

Not only were they professional, and explained everything in detail, but I felt the love and passion for what they do in the way they took care of me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vaidya was absolutely amazing. I came into the office with a tooth that was in really bad shape. They did a CT and x-ray and determined that because of the root structure the tooth was not a candidate for a root canal. Dr. Vaidya took the time to explain to me what he thought the best treatment would be for me and why. He also took the the time to make sure I found a dentist that could remove the tooth and made certain that I was properly medicated until the tooth was removed. If I ever need a root canal he will be my first call. His office staff and assistants were also extremely kind and helpful. Advanced Endodontics is a “First Class” operation!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Advanced Endodontics. As soon as you walk in, the staff accommodates your needs. My husband had to go there a couple of years ago and received excellent treatment as well. I wanted to use the doctor that he had seen but unfortunately she had left the practice. Therefore I had to see a different doctor that I wasn’t familiar with and it was an emergency so I felt like I didn’t have a choice. I was a little concerned since I didn’t know the doctor but Dr. Martinez was a blessing! She was knowledgeable in her field and explained everything where I could understand it. She showed me the X-rays to help me along. Dr. Martinez and her entire staff were friendly, helpful and very genuine in the care that they were giving me. I would give them a 10 STAR rating if I could! They were superb!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone in need of an endodontist! My regular dentist referred me here for a root canal on a molar. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Douglas was great and so was her assistant Liz. I did not feel any pain during the root canal procedure. Dr. Douglas made sure I was completely numb before starting the procedure. I appreciate Dr. Douglas’ thoroughness in her work. The tooth was causing me pain in my jaw and neck also and now all of that has gone away. The office is very modern and clean. You will be happy when you leave Advanced Endodontics!

Fantastic experience: Perfectly PAINLESS Dr Douglas, Liz and the front office team were wonderful. I came into the office in misery with throbbing pain in my jaw. My general dentist wasn’t able to locate the cause of my pain and referred me to Dr Douglas. Using state of the art imaging and diagnostic equipment my condition was diagnosed and then corrected during the same appointment! The ONLY discomfort was the quick pinch of the numbing injections. I am so grateful and highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: AE is a standout in Endodontics care. I have had a lot of dental repair experience around the U.S. AE is a state of the art practice in both equipment and staff. Procedures explained well by both licensed dentist and all office assistants. AE assures as little discomfort as possible and works well with insurance. It is a totally professional, caring practice. I highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: The tech who took care of me was fantastic. He listened to and addressed all my concerns, even answering questions about my CT results. I did not catch his name nor did I see a name tag, but he made a great first impression! Then I met Dr. Douglas. She too was great. She listened to my story, never cut me off and truly paid attention to everything I said. She answered all my questions, went over my CT and xrays in detail so I could understand everything she was showing me. I am a retired RN and was beyond impressed with the care and attention I was given. When I left the consultation, I felt well informed about my current situation and satisfied that I was in good hands. So far so good…… UPDATE I went back for my root canal a week later. Got there on time. Was brought back right away and numbed, but then was left lying there for 35 min while Dr Douglas tended to other appointments. i have sleep apnea and don’t do well lying flat. I asked for a pillow of sorts but was unable to make that work for me. When she returned, I needed more local. At least this time she sat me up. I got there at 10am. She started the root canal at 11:15. Back to lying flat. I asked for the suction thing as it’s hard for me to breath and swallow spit at the same time but was told it wasn’t necessary. She finished what she was doing around 11:45 and the tech then had to flush the tooth. That took about 20 min. Then I just lied there again waiting for the Dr as she was in with other patients. She came back 20 min later to finish her part of it and the tech did the rest including the filling. I left at 1:15. I’m sorry but I was not a fan of the waiting. The chair was very uncomfortable and I kind of felt like I was in a production line. In addition, I was concerned that between my mouth being wide open, saliva building up, trying to swallow and breathe unobstructively, that I’d aspirate and start coughing with all this stuff in my mouth. When she was working she and the tech spoke in spanish, so i had no idea what they were saying. I thought that was rude. I have had 3 previous root canals. This one was the first to hurt afterwards. They said to take tylenol and motrin but I did not find that helpful for the pain. I did see the results at my dentist later that month, and she did a great job. I’m grateful for that-but I don’t know that I will go back based on what I experienced in that uncomfortable chair. I gave 5 stars for the first appointment, 3 for the second. Again, the end result was good-she did a good job. It was the waiting for her and general discomfort of that chair that I took off 2 stars

Fantastic experience: This was my second root canal. The first was 30+ years ago and was horrific. I was so anxious and scared to face it again until I went to Advanced Endodontics in Clermont, FL. Everyone was kind, helpful and fully transparent about costs and what to expect. Their fee was quite reasonable given some of the prices others had quoted. Dr. Vaidya and his assistant, Nikki were amazing. My fears dissipated as they explained everything to me and ensured that I was comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure. If I ever need any similar service, I will absolutely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering AE we were welcomed with a warm smile. My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Dr. Martinez explained exactly what she was going to do and was very comforting. Dr. Martinez was very considerate of my injuries to my cervical spine and throughout the entire procedure she asked me if I was doing ok. Her staff was very pleasant and perfessional. Who would think that having a root canal would be so pleasent and pain free. I recommend AE 100%. Thank you to the entire staff for a pleasent experience.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a infected molar and required a root canal. Dr Martinez and her team were absolutely spectacular. I called her on the weekend to let her know I was in pain and she resolved my issues and the following week provided me with the root canal and was wonderful. I was very nervous and they were very kind! Awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Martinez and her staff were amazing for my root canal. They knew I was nervous and were very attentive to me. Dr. Martinez was comforting me the whole procedure and making sure I was ok while the staff played me music. After, they thoroughly explained that the anatomy of my teeth are unique and the roots intertwine making the procedure more intriguing. The whole staff including front desk ladies were remarkable!

Negative experience: I was referred to this practice by a friend who spoke highly of a specific dentist. She performed a root canal on a crowned tooth going in from the side to save the crown. I was sorely disappointed. First off, there was a long wait in the lobby and then in the exam room to be seen. The whole intent of evaluation was to determine whether or not a tooth's root was dead. What I received was that based on a dark spot shown at the bottom there were bacteria present. I was not convinced with the dentist's suggestion that a root canal going in from the side was not feasible. When I persisted on an appointment with the dentist who was trained and capable to go in from the side, they mentioned that she would not be available until some time in May since she works in that clinic only on Fridays. I asked if she works in any other location but they did not answer. Later on I checked and found out that she was working in multiple other locations. Furthermore, their explanations of the costs that would be covered by insurance was vague and I ended up with an unnecessary CT scan at the cost of $175 which they probably knew the insurance would not cover. Finally, processing the payment took in excess of 20 minutes. I don't recommend this practice at all. Update 4/30/2025 - The Response from Advanced Endodontics is indicative of their denial of the specifics of my review. There is nothing further to talk about if they don't own the mishaps and flaws mentioned in my post. A good sign of goodwill will be for them to refund the $175 charge for CT scan which they knew the insurance will not cover. Interestingly, my entire root canal cost with another office was less than $330 and they did not charge for CT scan. I ended up paying $258 at Advanced Endodontics for the visit and no procedure.

Fantastic experience: The focus is from start to finish. The treatment is special to the costumer. I like the place, very clean, friendly and above all the care of the patient is top notch.

Fantastic experience: AE is one of the best offices I’ve ever visited. I went for a root canal and from start to finish everything was painless. During my very first visit I was greeted with a warm welcome and even a complimentary first timer gift (that was a pleasant surprise) Filling out all paperwork (on an iPad too!) was a breeze. My doctor (Dr. Vaidya) was so kind and reassuring. He explained everything to me in detail (not in an overwhelming way though) and also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am very scared of dentist offices but I can firmly say that AE and Dr Vaidya changed my outlook. I survived my root canal and even got a very nice tshirt stating the same. I don’t want another root canal, but if I have to have one, this is the place I’m coming to. A++ service from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between.

Fantastic experience: When you first walk into the office you are greeted with a smile. Very nice & friendly. I was given a small gift bag because I was a new patient. I was called promptly & taken back for X-rays. Dr Douglas looked at my X-rays & explained the procedure that needed to be done. I was glad when she informed me it could be done on the same day. Dr Douglas & her assistant were very concerned with my pain level & how I was doing. Hopefully I will not need another root canal but if I do I would definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Went this week with my young daughter for a consultation and the treatment was nothing short of amazing. They made sure she was comfortable and answered any questions we had. The appointment was not rushed nor did we feel judged… thankfully my daughter did not need services but happy to see places like these exits in such nerve racking situations . Dr. Ren and the DA Natalia were great!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff were all friendly and professional. The DA, Nikki, was very patient and kind. I have bad anxiety and some medical/dental professionals tend to get annoyed by my anxiety. Not Nikki!! She was patient and made me feel comfortable, which helped a lot with my anxiety! Dr. Vaidya was great. I had two teeth looked at and he decided to just do one root canal for now and watch the other tooth. He didn't pressure me to get both teeth done!

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in the door I was skeptical of the care I would be receiving because of a very negative first impression. However, I gave a 5 star rating because Natalya and Dr Vaidya were very friendly and welcomed me warmly. They were very kind, caring and professional. Dr Vaidya made me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional. The office is beautiful, clean and features up to date technology. I saw Dr. Vaidya, and he seemed very knowledgeable and reasonable in his diagnosis. I was sent to him for an analysis of a tooth and he wants to check it again in a year and have a baseline. Very thorough yet conservative. I really liked him. He listened to me, and I felt he was making the right decision for me. Very happy with this place.

Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant experience! The clinic is very hygienic and beautiful decorative, askin and clinical staffs are very nice and respectful. Doctor who saw me was very professional and keep patient best interest at heart when she gave me recommendation.

Negative experience: Update: My new endodontist confirmed that the tooth had 2 additional nerve canals that Advanced Endodontics missed completely. Insurance won't pay for a re-treatment within 5 years, so I'm out of pocket $1,500 because Advanced endodontics screwed up and wouldn't own up and fix the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !! They messed up my root canal and are now refusing to fix it unless I pay $433 just to be "evaluated". My insurance pays 100% in network or out of network, but because they're out of network this year, and because it's more than 6 months since the original work, they won't even look at it unless I pay 100% of the cost up front. They do shoddy work, and then won't fix they're mistakes, and expect their patients to pay up front and then get reimbursed if the insurance pays. Right, I'd really trust them to give money back ??? Please, for your sake, find someone else to do your root canal !!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to AE Clermont by my dentist for two root canals. It turned out that I had four roots in one of my teeth, which is rare and requires more diligence in the procedure. I could not have asked for better care and attention than I received at AE. From the first moment of stepping into the Clermont AE office I knew that I was in good hands. The front office is very well run. I was greeted, checked in and had any concerns addressed in a professional and timely manner. I never waited for long and always knew that a staff member was available for any further questions I had. My Endodontist is Dr. Vaidya and I cannot overstate how comfortable I felt knowing that I was in his capable hands. Dr. Vaidya is kind, very professional and is an active listener who will make certain any concerns you have are addressed prior to the procedure as well as facilitate your understanding of the procedure itself. My Endo Assistant for the latest root canal was Shianne. Shianne is considerate, funny and incredibly good at her job. Her friendly personality and lighthearted approach made last Fridays root canal fun (a thing I didn’t even think was possible). I was further helped in this process by Endo Assistant Heather, Front Office Odo and several others whose names I do not know. I do not write many reviews; however, this office deserves all of the credit they can get for the stellar job they are doing. Clearly the office, and perhaps the whole practice, is run very well. I have always had a good interaction when calling pre and post procedure. It seems to me AE as a company fosters teamwork, respect, organization and kindness. With this approach they should do very well going forward. Thank you Advanced Endodontics for all your help and care.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience. Shoutout to Dr. Vaidya. He was very professional, kind and a master of his craft. Also to Nikki the DA that assisted with my root canal. She also did an excellent job and made sure I was comfortable and wasnt having any issues during my procedure. Both of them made the experience above my expectations. The desk staff was also able to get me in an appointment quickly and had excellent customer service. The entire building looked clean, new and inviting. Even the gift bag was an unexpected nice touch. I want to thank everyone for helping with my pain and recommend anyone needing these services to come here.

I was seen by two different dental techs and Dr Vaidya who put me at ease after noting it was a difficult case. I had a root canal with no pain and I am VERY grateful to Dr Vaidya. Fantastic experience: I can not praise this office enough! I have procrastinated my dental care for over 10 years and was filled with anxiety and nerves to get ANY kind of work done. So when I was told I had to go to an endodontist for a root canal- I was not ok. Well- my dentist could not of referred me to any better office!! From the front door / red carpet treatment, aesthetically beautiful office to the kind, nurturing , gentle staff. Dr. Vaidya was INCREDIBLE! The procedure was not only pain free- but fast. I was always completely informed. The D.A. Nikki was so kind and I could tell truly cared about my comfort level and constantly made sure I was ok. I never even needed the nitrous! So they also saved me money. I did think , well here is where they get me-the bill. Nope- even the charges were VERY REASONABLE. The after care was wonderful too. They checked on me and seem to truly care. Thank you guys for turning a horrible expectation into a wonderful experience!!

Fantastic experience: Best experience of my life. Dr Vaidya is an absolute rockstar. He got me out of the worst pain I've ever experienced, and during the procedure itself I did not feel a single thing! The team was great, they came in to greet me and talk to me while I was getting numb. Dr Vaidya's technique for numbing was amazing too btw. Shianne was incredible too - she was in lockstep with Dr V, anticipating his every move and waiting to hand him the next instrument like she was on the edge of her toes. They did the entire procedure in just minutes and didn't have to say a word to each other. It was amazing to experience.
