Fantastic experience: I have implants and therefore need a thorough cleaning every three. months. I live in West Palm Beach most of the year and in New York City the rest of the year. Today I had my first cleaning at KA Dental with Carla, and I'd have to say. it was the best and deepest cleaning I've had years. Carla was thoughtful, careful, and very thorough. She's had twenty years of experience and it shows. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in April. The staff is helpful and the office is attractive and clearly outfitted with all the latest and best dental equipment. My hairdresser, Elizabeth Rogers, referred me to KA Dental, and I'm grateful that she did.

Positive experience: The dentist (Dr. Vik) that worked on my tooth was fantastic. He was helpful, understanding and answered all of my questions. His customer service was phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from him and the dental hygienists. They made me so comfortable that they didn't make me nervous. BUT it's been over a week and after multiple emails and calls I have not been able to receive a copy of my dental chart and digital images. I have filled out their forms multiple times and they still have not sent it to me. This is why they are only getting 4 stars and not 5. This part has been super frustrating and I hope they fix this.

Negative experience: So upset with my experience. Booked an appointment and they waited till the day off to tell me I had to come in earlier because THEY made a mistake. The whole reason I booked with them was because I work full time and can’t come earlier than five. Super upset with their lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, this is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. Carla, who cleaned my teeth, was so kind to me as she cleaned my teeth. The doctor as well was so catering and caring to my teeth. After a really bad experience with another dental office, who poorly cleaned me and my family's cavities (probably to egg out money), here I got fillers that are still in perfect condition almost a year later! I recommend this place if you truly care about your teeth and how they are treated by the people standing over you.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here at KA dental for a few years now. The new West Palm location is beautiful and clean. Every hygienist that has worked on me is wonderful . Today Carla was my hygienist for the first time and she was amazing. She was so gentle and attentive to my needs. My cleaning felt like a spa treatment. Negative experience: I went in today, and honestly this office is a complete mess. There was a Hispanic I believe her name is Les girl who used to sit and help everyone I was told she’s no longer there. Ever since, the place just isn’t the same. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Rose you will be hearing from my lawyer for lying to my mother and making her sign that it was only a deposit

Fantastic experience: So I went in today just for a emergency appointment quick exam and X-rays and after all that with the nurse Dr Vic came and told me everything going on and understood my phobia and told me everything he will do to help me feel at ease during the procedure. Fantastic experience: The staff runs a very well organized and efficient office while maintaining a friendly environment and comforting manner. Setting up an appointment is simple and easy. Dr. Patel performed the procedures on the visits I have had so far (removal of two wisdom teeth). He and his assistants were very friendly, the procedure was completely painless and both sockets healed cleanly afterwards.
