Fantastic experience: Happy Valentine’s Day! This is what they gave each patient that had an appt today. A personalized cookie with your name on it and a blue rose. It was a nice gesture and they’re ALWAYS so kind And loving at the office. They make you feel welcomed, they treat you like family and the office is always so extra clean and inviting. I’m happy I made the switch over to Atlas Smiles. They have state of the art technology, TV screens installed in the roof so you can watch TV while getting serviced and they text you reminders. Raysa makes herself available as much as possible to answer any question you may have or changing of appts. Dr. Atkins is so positive and you can tell he cares about his patients. My husband even switched over to this dental office. It’s a family affair now!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Atlas Smiles I had been unhappy with my previous dental practice for quite some time, but since I’m in the process of relocating overseas, I wasn’t actively looking for a new dentist. That changed after a conversation with my friend Dara, who suggested I visit Dr. Atkins at Atlas Smiles in Plantation. At first, I didn’t give it much thought — but with an upcoming cleaning and Dara’s glowing recommendation, I decided to schedule an appointment. Before my visit, I unexpectedly bit into a bone while having dinner and my crown broke off. I called Atlas Smiles, left a message, and to my surprise, received a prompt call back on Monday. Even though I was a brand-new patient, they immediately found a way to fit me in for a consultation, cleaning, and treatment. From that point forward, I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered in any medical or dental office. In a time when many practices don’t answer the phone, return calls promptly, or communicate clearly, Atlas Smiles was exceptional. They prepared me thoroughly for my visit and made sure I felt cared for every step of the way. When I realized my initial appointment time wouldn’t allow enough time to complete everything, I let them know — and they quickly arranged an earlier appointment for me. Their flexibility and professionalism truly stood out. My actual appointment was amazing. The staff was warm, helpful, and extremely professional. The wait time was minimal, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Dr. Atkins was wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution to repair my broken crown. The office itself is state-of-the-art, offering a wide range of advanced services. It’s truly a one-stop shop for anything you might need — from comprehensive dental care to laser skin treatments, skin tightening, hair transplant services, and more. Even though I wasn’t looking for a new dentist, I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Atkins and Atlas Smiles. Anais, a staff member of this establishment provided information relating to help that they provide towards people who are unfortunate to pay. I messaged her and she responded promptly with concern. As I'm sure she received plenty responses Worldwide. Fortunately, I'm located close to them. I was immediately set up with a free FULL Evaluation to be considered as a candidate for my dental work. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted with kindness and smiles.. not treated differently or feeling uncomfortable for not having the means to pay for my treatment which is medically necessary. Everything is High tech, Immaculate and on point . This has been a Huge, true journey for me. As I NEVER had Any issues with my teeth before. They are the Epitome of Professionalism and Compassion. I was in pain, I made a last minute appointment on line at 11pm.. as a new patient, although I’m an existing patient… I was not asked to re-sch an appointment as an existing patient for a later date, I was seen in the a.m. Dr. Adkins didn’t make me wait days to fix two of my fillings , he examined my teeth and did the work the same day. The care rendered to me, made the process smooth. I strongly dislike “long metal sharp objects that begins with the letter N”… I can tell you I did not feel a thing , believe it or not, I could have taken a nap, I was in Zen! Staff extremely friendly, Office extremely clean. Highly recommend, with or without insurance, this kind of customer care and service will keep you coming back. Fantastic experience: Listen, hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! No lie. I had to get two wisdom teeth removed and I was not happy about the process. However I knew intuitively I was in good hands because I did my research before selecting Atlas research didn’t compare to the actual overall experience. The office was clean and modern. The front desk and staff, chefs kiss! Felt like family and that was comforting. Christina was my angel before, during and after the extraction. She literally held my hand throughout, made me laugh and assured me I would be fine. She was telling the truth, no lies detected lol. NOW Dr. Adkins, I’m going to call him Dr. Smooth Operator because baybee his HANDS are blessed I’ve had teeth pulled before and it was scary, gruesome, took forever! Dr. Smooth (Adkins) took both of my wisdom teeth out in 10 minutes top with ease and comfort , I was surprised when they said it was over. Fantastic experience: Visited Atlas Smiles for tooth pain. After my exam, ended up needing a couple of extractions. Despite my hesitation (I don’t tolerate pain well) everyone at this office is caring, professional and super attentive which helped ease my anxiety. Fantastic experience: The entire vibe of this dental office is love and happiness. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with an honest to God warm smile and excited up beat receptionist. She was amazing! There were three people in front of me, however; she made me feel as though I was the only one there. Check in was easy and the wait was short. Janette (hygienist) was amazing. She was so sweet and kind and listened to me when I felt uneasy and nervous about the dental work I had to get done and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, while working on my teeth. The entire office is clean, and extremely high tech! I felt like I was in 2050! Laying back while getting my teeth cleaned while watching a movie was everything! I have never had this type of experience before! Dr. Morrison was an angel! She explained the next steps of my dental plan and answered all of my questions and I felt heard. I am a new patient and came in for a second opinion of care and so thankful I did. I have found my new dental home! Thank you to the entire staff! I am so grateful to have found you! 5/5 experience!

Fantastic experience: I submitted an online inquiry for an appointment request and received a call back in less than 2 hours. The young lady that I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. She took my information and set my appointment less than a week with ease. When I came into the office, the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised and wishing that I had came in sooner. Dr. Morrison was an absolute pleasure. Although Dr. Adkins didn’t take care of me, he was very pleasant as well. Fantastic experience: My first time here and Milton, welcomed me into the ofc. I was lead directly to the Xray machine and then got a few of the oral xrays that tend to be most uncomfortable. Milton was so gentle that I didnt feel any discomfort whatsoever. #Phew Then he commenced to clean and scale my teeth as it has been a while. I was so relaxed that a short naptime ensued. :) Once done, Dr. Adkins assessed my mouth and told me all was well. Overall, I had a stellar experience. So stellar I already have my 6 month cleaning scheduled. If you are looking for a great dentist with amazing staff, don't walk... Run to Dr. Adkins. His office has such a zen vibe, a great playlist, the decor is lovely and the dental chairs are super comfy. 10 out of 10
