Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time about two weeks ago for a cleaning, my hygienist (unfortunately, I do not remember her name) was so warm and friendly, AND she did an amazing job on my teeth. I needed some fillings and let me just say, Dr. Kibler is WONDERFUL. I absolutely hate dental work, but he and his assistant made it as pleasant as it possibly could be. Everyone I have met in the office is genuinely so kind and welcoming. If you are weary about finding a new dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Kibler and this practice enough. I moved to the area last year and procrastinated finding a dentist, because the last one I was with I legitimately saw the entirety of my life. And with hating dental work, finding a new one was a bit scary. Everyone here does their best to make sure you are as comfortable as could be and really tries to get to know you as a person and patient. I would give a million stars if I could.

The waiting room is pleasant and bright, very welcoming along with the receptionist! Back area is large with many rooms. Room including the bathroom are very, very clean. I was given a treatment plan with no pressure and all my questions were answered politely and clear by Dr. Mike and Andrea. Highly recommend this office.

So happy to have a reoccurring dental home here on Old Trolly with two fine dentist and their team of hygienist like Tiffany. This team are my guys/gals for all things dental. IF you're good enough dentist for the Navy Blue Angels...you're good enough for me...and the rest of Summerville. They are close, convenient, and cordial.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have never had a bad experience at this practice. Both doctors and all the other staff members have always been professional, kind and willing to answer any questions. They have a clean, modern, comfortable and calm environment. They also gave me an appointment on a Monday and personally arranged an appointment with an amazing oral surgeon the next morning when I had a dental emergency over the weekend. They're the best.

Fantastic experience: I first found Old Trolley Dental back in 2019 after chipping my front tooth just a week before my wedding photos. Every other dentist I called was booked months out, including Old Trolley. When I explained my situation, Dr. Mike went above and beyond, he stayed late to fix my tooth and even completed a full dental exam the same day. I’ll be honest…. I didn’t take great care of my teeth when I was younger, and I was really paying for it. The team at Old Trolley worked with me to prioritize what needed to be done, balancing the urgency of each issue with my budget. Over the years, Dr. Mike and Dr. Kibler have completely transformed my smile. Today, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. I drive over an hour to see them, and I’d gladly drive twice that far if it meant staying with this team. They truly care about their patients, and it shows.

He takes time to answer questions throughly, clearly explains procedures, and demonstrates patience and compassion. His corrective dental work is also outstanding. My hygienist Tracy also did a great job with my bi annual cleaning. She is a caring and personable individual. The entire staff at Old Trolley Dental is wonderful!

They make you fill so comfortable. They talk with you. They make you welcome. They always seem concerned with your dental needs. After a couple emergencies they fit me in on every occasion. I'm really glad I chose this place, I was getting some crowns and matching my previous work was a concern. The work is custom to what I wanted to accomplish, it was so well done. Their tender hands made short work of installing and fitting my bite. Thank you for a great experience from the moment I come in to my smile! 6/9 A great teeth cleaning today and I was nervous had something stuck way up inside of a pocket got infected carefully she numbed me and wished it out in a moment. They have provided necessary and valuable advise for our dental care and treatment, always treated us with the utmost care and respect everyone desires, and provided timely and invaluable advise on ensuring our insurance provides us with the best cost/service possible. Positive experience: Overall my experience was great! The dentist was great the young lady that clean my teeth was amazing, but when it time to check out thats when i felt lots of attitude and un welcoming !! She was very unprofessional and continue to roll her eyes as I'm checking out. It wasn't my business to know if two employees called out sick or that her workers didn't give her know any information. She continue to be rude and unprofessional!! I will be notifying her supervisior/boss. She was just not kind!

Positive experience: Anna, the perio hygienist is absolutely wonderful. She was professional, cautious about the sensitivity of my mouth, and courteous ! The checkout person needs an attitude adjustment.she was rude to her coworker and to me. There’s other people who could do her job a lot better !

Positive experience: Seemed a little too focused on getting a lot of money out of me when there are less expensive alternatives and even for stuff I specifically said I didn’t want because I’ve tried it and doesn’t work for me. Dental hygienist was terrific and did good job.

Haven't had any problems with my teeth since my early 20's, bonding at its infancy, I worried about finding someone new who would care for my teeth as well as I do. Of course as with all things, I recently lost a filling and like the rest of the world, I Googled. I reached out on their website then followed up with a phone call and scheduled an appointment. Not an emergency. I took the next available that fit my schedule...best decision ever. From start to finish, beautiful offices professional staff, personable, knowledgeable and with their plan option it was a no brainer. They listened and respected me, my concerns and needs. I have never experienced a more thorough exam, or pain free cleaning. New patient and only my first visit, but would recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: I had my regular checkup today. I was taken in promptly for my appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and why. She found one small problem and notified Dr. Kibler. He checked my entire mouth and I had an appointment to fix my problem before I left the office. Great place and great people!
