Negative experience: Really bad experience today with this office. Today I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dr. Soares is really impatient and wrong person to work with kids. Whole praxis made for convenience of the doctors, not patients. Praise the Lord today after this terrible office I found immediately great Dr for my daughter, she fixed 3 cavities really fast and really professional without IV sedation. And this office want work only accordingly such stupid regulations and children is only amount of money for them. They told me to take my child again to this office and fix her teeth with IV sedation, what I did earlier with my son. It costs a lot of money and this what they want to do. I would never recommend this office. Only one gem in this office is Janet.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Mrs Sara and Mrs Janet are both so amazing! They went above and beyond for me and didn’t have to. Helping me to understand what’s going on with my son and also helping me move forward in the right direction(even though it wasn’t with their practice) Thank you for the guidance and answers! Maybe we will change doctors, especially if everyone else in the office is as helpful and amazing as these two ladies!

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my kiddo here for years and have always gotten fantastic service. The staff is fantastic and the environment is very kid-friendly.

Negative experience: Dismissed my 7 y/o son from the office after missing 1 appointment. Sent a certified letter stating my son is dismissed due to “his history on his account” that does not include abuse, fighting back, being aggressive etc what their actually referring to is the death of my 7 y/o daughter who passed 3/7/23 due to dental malpractice which includes overdosage of anesthesia but not limited to many other things that went wrong that day. Of course I had to share the history with this office bc it was a tragedy for my family. The woman who answered the phone couldn’t even come up with an answer even after she confirmed he doesn’t have a history of missed appointments. He’s only been seen here 2xs. Both for cleanings once last year and again this year. Now I have to find a suitable dentist office And pay out of pocket bc my insurance have already paid for his X-rays, exams etc. This has been by far on of the most disgusting situations I’ve ever encountered. I guess he’s basically saying my son is too risky. The dentist didn’t even have the decency of saying it to me directly after my son was just seen a few weeks ago.

Fantastic experience: Need to update that Isabelle is beyond a legend. So good getting my son’s teeth clean! We are back 6 months later for another clean :) Today we had Dr Cochran and he’s so lovely too Dr Soares saved my 10 year olds gums! He was going to need expensive grafts. Check out the difference in just 6 months. He went from bleeding gums with exposed painful roots to completely normal. I wish I had better before pics but they’d make me depressed looking at his teeth. Here is just 6 months ago and today completely grown back Dr Soares saw him one time in June and did some kind of gum miracle treatment on him! We are patients for life now! Just saw him today 6 months later for a clean. Can’t recommend enough!!!! Also shout out to Isabella the hygienist getting my autistic sons teeth clean. He won’t open his mouth for anyone but I swear this place is amazing with special needs kids. She is a legend too

Fantastic experience: My six year old son had to have some extensive dental work done due to us being uneducated on him falling a sleep while nursing until 2 years old. This is the best and most comforting office staff, nurses and Dentist ive come across. My son had to be put to sleep and with one of my biggest fears is anesthesia they were able to comfort and reassured me the entire time. No one judged me or my husband for the condition of our sons teeth like other pediatric dentist have. Thet explained all of our operations clearly. Thank you so much !

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough nice things about this office (st John's), the staff, or Dr Fetner. My three year old needed to have oral surgery for some extra teeth growing between his baby teeth and adult teeth. Dr fetner was recommended to me by SEVERAL dentists in the area. Dr Fetner recommended the perfect surgeon for my son, and after his surgery has been guiding me thru the whole recovery process and following up with the progression of his new mouth. I know I'm in the best hands, and truly can't stop bragging about her and her office. My two boys love her as well. Thank you Dr Fetner!!!

Negative experience: Over promises and under delivers Drove over 5 hours round trip for coordination of care and was assured our later date was possible to be done When other dates were finalized they didn’t even try to accommodate According to them they’re truly sorry for it but why would you even have me come to consult if you know you can’t coordinate? So disappointed and feel as though my time money and effort was completely wasted bc they couldn’t just tell me from the get go how they could not and would not coordinate care (even if It was bc it’s difficult to do) I wouldn’t have even done the consult but hey at least they got paid for that right?

Fantastic experience: Our son has been receiving dental care from the practice of Dr. Cochran, Dr. Soares, and Associates Pediatric Dentistry for a while now. The office is always welcoming, clean, friendly, and organized. We have never had a negative experience. We are always welcomed upon entering and someone immediately comes out to proceed with care with a greeting and a smile, never waiting an extended period of time.. Our son enjoys the amenities such as the game room, and the opportunity to watch television while receiving dental care, the nature view with the large glass window is very therapeutic, and the coolest of all, after the appointment, receiving his token to put into the token machine to receive a special prize, such great incentives.. These rewards assist in making the visits less daunting. The staff are fast yet, highly thorough with care, our son has been seen by Dr. Cochran and Dr. Soares, both dentists provide excellent patient care, they focus on establishing rapport with parents and children, and the dentist engage the patients with light hearted conversation with inquiries on hobbies, school, personal interest, etc . I would like to thank the staff for working with us last Friday, there was a terrible accident on the expressway, and even after leaving the house close to an hour before our appointment, we remained in the brunt of traffic. I reached out to the front office staff on three occasions to keep them abreast of our location while in traffic. They were extremely empathetic and accommodating and inquired about our safety.. We are grateful that the office did not reschedule the appointment. Thank you. We were greeted as soon as we entered, again asked about our safety, and they expressed genuine concern. We had a brief wait, and the appointment was exceptional as always. We saw Dr. Soares, and he is wonderful. Dr. Cochran is also fantastic. I also like that if there are issues even minor, there is no pressure towards intrusive dental procedures. The parent is shown x-rays and options are provided as simple as monitoring potential concerns, and if needed, parents can proceed with other recommended services.. If you are seeking a professional, welcoming, friendly, clean, thorough, most of all, fun practice. I highly recommend Cochran, Soares, and Associates, Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This has been our pediatric dentist for both children the last ~10 years. My kids are almost aged out. I can honestly say we have only had stellar experiences with this office, including every member of the staff we’ve interacted with. And Dr. Cochran gets a very special mention, because as others have stated he has the most AMAZING bedside manner with the kids at every age. (Imagine if Mr. Rogers were a dentist. That would be Dr. Cochran!!) My teenagers will be sad to have to move to an adult dentist after being spoiled all these years… they genuinely LOVE getting their exams and still want to go to the treasure box! Ha!

Fantastic experience: I took my 5 year old and 2 year old daughters to the office this week and had a wonderful experience. The hygienists were amazing with both of my kids as it was their first Dental appointment. The staff was kind enough to allow me to schedule them a day apart so that I didn’t have two terrified kids in the office together. Both of the hygienists that worked with us were patient and communicated well with my nervous kids. One took x-rays and polished my oldest daughter’s stuffed animal’s teeth first so that she would be brave enough to do it since her stuffed animal did it. The second hygienist was so good with my 2 year old. She sat on my lap and got her teeth brushed and counted. She was afraid to get her teeth polished, but got brave enough to climb in the chair herself. Dr Cochran was very gentle and kind to my girls. He has a very good bedside manner and you can tell that he truly enjoys his job. The front desk and checkout staff were all nice and attentive. I’m very happy with our experience. My Daughters favorite part of the visit was getting the token to put in the treasure machine. The office was inviting, kid friendly and the waiting room was full both days. We found this office from a recommendation from one of the Nurse Practitioners at our Pediatrician’s office.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a dentist for my son I was hesitant that this office only has 5 star reviews, it seemed suspicious to me. But now having taken my son here twice (once for cleaning and second for a filling) I can confidently say this office deserves all of the 5 star reviews. I have really bad dental office anxiety so I'm very critical of my judgment of both the office staff and Doctors. This office passes with flying colors, I legitimately have no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cochran is 100% my sons dentist for his childhood. I cannot say enough good things about him. He's very chipper, patient, and encouraging.

Dr. Cochran is a great dentist, caring, respectful to patients and parents, takes time to explain things and has a very gentle touch. Saw Dr Suarez in the recent visit, great doctor too. All medical and supporting staff is professional, never an issue in all the years. Wonderful experience all the time.Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cochran was very good with my little one. My 3 year old had an intrusion injury and they were able to get me in as soon as they opened after the holiday. The dental assistant we had that day , I think Danielle maybe , was excellent . Very knowledgeable, and was confident in her skills . Had the most patience and care with my little one . Answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed . The front desk scheduler, was very professional. She empathized with our situation and was helpful when writing a letter for my son’s daycare to permit them to give my sons lunchtime antibiotic dose . My son usually does not do well at doctors visits. However, with Sesame Street videos and their friendliness did very well at his first dentist appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice! I was having a hard time finding somewhere I was comfortable bringing my son to. We were referred here and it was an instant great experience. Dr. Soarez is very nice and personable.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Setzer, Cochran and Soares from the beginning for my son who is now 9. We love all the doctors and hygienist’s at the offices. My son never complains about going to the dentist and usually says he likes it shocking as that may sound. We are so thankful and blessed to have such a great group of pediatric dentists that even though we moved an hour away we are staying with them for our sons dental care!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking.my kids to Cochran, Soares for 15 yrs and the level of service is always A++. Recently my youngest had to have some baby teeth removed. The thought of having her teeth removed gave her major anxiety. Dr. Cochran talked with my daughter during the entire procedure and reassured her that she was doing a great job. His bedside manner made the entire process a wonderful experience for my daughter. Dr. Cochran was amazing!! I truly believe she will remember this experience and not fear dental procedures in the future. I wish he was an adult dentist, because I would love to have him as my dentist. If your kids are in need of dental care that prioritize the needs of your kids, this is the place. You will not be disappointed. I chose them 15 yrs ago (appts 2x a year plus additional for minor things) and not once been disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here for the first time this week. They come highly recommended by other moms in our group and her ENT we had a great experience with the staff it was just so easy compared to what we've had to go through before just to get her teeth x-rayed. Staff is friendly and professional, and this Mama did not have to stress, being that my daughter has down syndrome and most places don't understand our babies needs at times. It's safe to say we've found a permanent dentist..

Fantastic experience: My son needed a fast visit due to pain. I called several practices and no one could see him for weeks or even months. They were so kind and found an appt for the same day. A treatment plan was set and procedure planned for the same week. The Dr and staff were extremely patient and helpful. They showed concern when my son was scared and worked to find an alternative so he would not be traumatized by the experience. 10/10

Fantastic experience: This office is so kind and great with my kids. I am most familiar with Dr. Cochran and he is so thorough and has such a kind and gentle demeanor. This last appointment I saw Dr. Fetner. My 12 year old was in a panic because she had to get a shot. Doctor Fetner was absolutely amazing! She talked with her, was patient with her and kindly encouraged her until she finally stayed still for the shot. I was so impressed with Dr. Fetner. I would highly recommend this group of dentist.

Fantastic experience: I found this dental practice through a Google search and I couldn’t be happier. My children and I have a regular dentist, but my 17 year old son has braces and needed a special extraction. He was referred out. The entire process from being contacted promptly after my appointment inquiry to tooth in hand was seamless. It’s a beautiful establishment. The staff were all courteous and professional. Dr. Soares (pronounced Suarez) was quick and efficient! It was truly a great experience for my son and I. We had zero complaints.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Dr. Setzer and Cochran are truly wonderful! My son is on the Autism Spectrum and he has a lot of sensory issues which can make seeing the dentist very unpleasant. However, the staff here just seem to know how to ease their patients into each cleaning. They make sure Gage won’t ever be scared to come back again. Staff knows to put him in a private room to reduce the sounds. They let him wear his sun glasses and watch You tube videos while they clean his teeth. He has come a long way since he started going there and I can tell he doesn’t mind going to the Dentist;). Thank you all for being so patient and flexible with our son.

Fantastic experience: My son had a dental emergency around 11pm. It was awful and he was crying hysterically. I called the dentists emergency number and within a few seconds a woman answered the phone and spoke to me for about 15 minutes. Provided lots of information and took my phone number for someone to call me the following morning. Impressing as someone did call me first thing in the morning and offered me an appt that day. It was surprising as we hadn’t been there in over a year. She said that they did exams first and would not be able to do same day treatment. We went to the appt and were met with the most beautiful dentist office I’ve ever seen. It was huge and had a great, open waiting room with a tv displaying “frozen.” Once you enter from the waiting room to the back there is a fish tank with a Dory and a few Nemos. Cute as there was a fish tank in the dentist office in “Finding Nemo.” When we got to the very back there were two play station rooms each containing individual tvs and controls for kids to play games. The office was facing a nice wooded area where the office put out bird feeders so that the patients could look out the windows and see nature. We saw Dr. Soares and he was very kind, personable, and though there were absolutely no appts for the day, he didn’t fight me when I asked for same day treatment as my son was in such pain. He and a very kind dental assistant offered to stay later to treat my son. They spoke to my son with such kindness and in the end after treatment offered two coins for being so brave that could be used for treats where my son was able to input the coins in a machine where it spit out some toys inside of those plastic bubble type of containers. He loved it and I thought the idea was an amazing reward system. We ended up closing the office and were the last to leave, from what I saw. I can’t say enough praise about this office. Now I know why there are over 800+ reviews with a 5.0 rating. I highly recommend and wish they had this office for adults. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: We visited this office for a 2nd opinion on whether my daughter needed to have a laser procedure or not. This office has the machine to do the procedure. Dr Soares gave his honest opinion and recommended we did not do it, though said he would if we wanted to proceed. I have been to many a dentist who tried to sell services that are not needed. This place is not it!!! The drs and office staff couldn’t have been any nicer!! The office was clean and very pretty. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the only pediatric dentist our family and several of our friends will attend. The office and equipment are modern. Facility is always clean. The staff are always professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. The dentists and their hygienists are amazing at what they do. They are able to work with the most difficult of toddlers to get them comfortable with going to the dentist. They have amazing bed side manner with not only the children but the parents as well. I always feel heard and not pressured into anything I am not comfortable with doing. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Negative experience: I called to set up an initial appointment for our child after completing the intake form on their website. After getting transferred two times to speak to supposedly the right person, I was in the midst of answering questions, all of which I had already answered on the intake form, when the person with whom I was speaking hung up on me. No, this was not a call dropping, but an audible click that implied we don’t value you as a potential customer and we don’t need your business. This was further emphasized by the fact that they did not attempt to call me back. First impressions matter and this one was not good! If you are seeking pediatric dentistry, consider looking elsewhere first.

Negative experience: Well, I went to this clinic on the recommendation of my dentist to treat my girl since she needed to be sedated, the front desk was incredible. But I couldn't find the paper with the recommendation at the last minute and I said to myself, it's okay since it's a good place, well they sent me to Dr. Soares (he wasn't the one recommended) to begin with, my daughter has hypoplasia and the first thing the assistant told us was that it was not necessary to treat it CRAZY THING!! to which I replied that if I didn't do it, her permanent teeth would be damaged and that was when the other assistant said that I was right, then when the doctor comes in the first thing he asks me is are you breastfeeding and I says yes 3 times a day and he tells me well That's the problem, what your daughter has is because you breastfeed her and you should take it off now! STUPIDITY IN EVERY EXTREME! Hypoplasia is Hereditary ( I had it) Due to Trauma or Medication NEVER from breastfeeding! Said by other dentists who treated me as a child and by the one who is treating my daughter now. Also the appropriate and most effective treatment for my daughter were baby crowns and he did not listen to me and I sent her another treatment (which I did not do) that was not going to be a permanent solution and I would have to take her again and obviously pay again. In addition to keeping a cash credit that was never returned to me. Otherwise good hygiene, kid-friendly environment and all friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Great office, definitely made for kids comfort and overall enjoyment of going to the dentist. My son who typically gets nervous around any kind of doctor is happy to be there. The staff are Akzo great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cochran and staff is AMAZING. Dr. Cochran is so warming and welcoming it puts your child at ease about seeing the dentist. He's very patient and listens to your concerns and makes sure he addresses whatever is needed. Both my daughters have been seeing Dr. Cochran since their very 1st dental visit. The dental hygients are all so very sweet as well. We've been a patient here for over 7 years and we love it. The entire office and staff is so welcoming and friendly. I highly, highly reccomend bringing your child here.

Fantastic experience: Love this pediatric dentistry. Doctors & staff members were great. Very professional & friendly. My son has no problem getting any dental work done, but I very much appreciated Dr. Cochran for constantly checking how my son was feeling/doing throughout the procedure. On top of that, I was thankful I was allowed to be in the room with my son throughout everything ☺️ my presence definitely helped keep my son and myself calm.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Soares! He’s been awesome with our 17 yo son since his first visit about 14-15 years ago! Our son is on the autism spectrum and when he started going to Dr. Soares, our son was non-verbal. The office showed us their process for working with disabled children and our son has always enjoyed going! Plus he’s only had 2 tiny cavities to date, which were easily handled. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The experience with this dental group was amazing from the first call to schedule my 3 yr olds first appt. The staff from frontdesk check in and check out was amazing. The Dental assistant was so patient when my 3 yr old did not want to take xrays but we made it happen. Dr Cochran was so awesome and helped ease all our worries about our sons surgery and he even engaged my son and made him feel so comfortable that he was happy to let the doctor check his teeth and even let the assistant clean them. I cannot express enough how wonderful they all are. The surgery coordinator was very sweet and shared her stories of her children and made the scheduling experience great as well. I've already made an appt for my 7 yr old and I know he will love it. The whole office decorated for kids with real life Nemo and dory in a tank and gifts for the kids.

Fantastic experience: First time visit was AMAZING from the time I walked in to the time I left my daughter experience was everything. I can’t remember the individual name who assisted us for the cleaning visit she was awesome and the Doctor himself was very nice and upfront and mentioned everything that needed to be done to my daughters teeth. Fantastic experience: This was our initial visit with the Dental Clinic and Dr Soares. We we’re running late and we received a call from the clinic to check on our status. They were friendly and supportive. The clinic was kid friendly, nicely decorated. My children were excited to see and play at the gaming waiting area. All the staff were seasoned and professional dealing with the kids and the families. Dr. Soares and team worked well with my children, making them feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Soares bedside manner was excellent. He had a great rapport with the children and me. We’re very happy we were able to have our children referred here. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had never been to this dentist before. When my daughter had an accident on the playground I was referred to this office. They were able to see me (my daughter) almost immediately, which I know was difficult for them since they had a full schedule that day. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and friendly towards me and my daughter. The office was very clean and inviting. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here, and I’m definitely going to continue bringing my daughter here, even though it’s rather far from my house. Update: I’ve been to this dentist’s office three or four times now with my daughter and every experience has been great. I love my dentist too, but there’s a small part of me that wishes I was a kid, so I could be a patient here. It’s just a really pleasant place.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 3 year old’s second visit. Just as our first visit, service was EXCEPTIONAL! The front desk receptionist was so excited to get us signed in!! When we got called back Hailey was so sweet, pleasant, professional & really took pride in cleaning my little boy’s teeth & directing him every step of the way, advising what she would do before doing it. Dr. Soares was kind & knowledgeable, following up thoroughly on concerns I had during the very first visit. I can’t wait to come back for our 6 month routine cleaning AND have my daughter seen soon. I would recommend this office to ANYONE!!! I wish they had adult care lol.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely INCREDIBLE! My son has always struggled with dental visits. The team at Drs. Setzer, Cochran, Soares and Hubbard was amazing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cochran and his assistant Carrie were absolutely amazing for my 8 year old daughter. She wasn’t a current patient with their practice and I called at 7:30 am for emergency help after getting 3 adult teeth knocked out. Amanda in the office was so kind and accommodating. They took my daughter in at 10:30 am. They were so amazing with my daughter and her teeth looked just like they did before the accident. I can’t thank Dr Cochran and Carrie enough for everything they did for us. Forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: The office staff never disappoints. My oldest has been a terror at the dentist before (bc he's scared) but we let my youngest go first and the hygienist explained everything so well and helped him feel so comfortable throughput the appointment so by the time it was my eldest child's turn he was excited to have his teeth cleaned. I love this practice!

Fantastic experience: Took my 18 month-old daughter here for her first visit to the dentist. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Dr. Cochran and his staff were professional, and courteous. They were calm and patient during my daughter’s examination and did what they could to put her at ease. They also explained in detail the current state of her dental health, as well as what we can do to keep her mouth healthy moving forward, and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this office.

Great dental practice and we highly refer them. Our child is disabled and has special needs. And that is saying something about his care givers. It takes a village. They are awesome! 'Nuff said!

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my kids to Pediatric dentistry since they were very young. They are now both teenagers. They have always both loved coming to see Dr. Cochran and all the dental hygienists and staff! We have never had a negative experience. Every visit has always been positive. My son is autistic and used to have a very difficult time with anyone getting near his mouth. But the staff at Pediatric dentistry has always been very patient and kind with him. With time and patience he grew to be more comfortable and trust the staff and no longer has those issues. I highly recommend Pediatric dentistry!

I have known Dr. Cochran for a little over 25 years and he’s still the same kind, friendly man. Ms. Oliver, the office manager, is a gem! Fantastic experience: Love, love, love everything about this office. Everyone is super friendly, the facility is clean, and well organized. My kid’s dentist is extremely patient, and knowledgeable. Each room has TVs in the ceiling and each child is given headphones to watch a movie during their visit. Since COVID, they’ve updated their protocols which was pleasantly welcomed by my family.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous as to my son has ASD and this is his first Dental check up. He is 3yrs old but it's been a real struggle to find a place to check all my boxes with really great reviews on professionalism and understanding for the children and their families with special needs loved ones. My son is soo terrified of clinics that he screams when anyone in a Dr. Uniform or a Nurses scrubs comes close but even through all that they were still very professional and assuring me that it's ok and this is what they do and still had a smile on their face while I had a horrified look on mine lol. Aside from his screaming, his check up went better than I thought it would and I would 100% recommend anyone to this clinic..

Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist office ever! Nicest people on earth. The decor makes it a place your kids will remember forever. I’ve been driving out of my way for 10 years to go here with no plans to stop. My kids love it too. They have a fish tank with Nemo and Dory. There is a little hidden sitting area in the main waiting room where my kids love to play office. And if they have to wait in the back, there’s a room with vIdeo games for them. They always wish they had to wait longer! Lol, I guess we should go early.

My youngest was very difficult when she was little but they had a way of making her feel comfortable in order to do what they needed and was always so patient.

Today was another cavity free visit and removal of a spacer that has protected the future development of his teeth. Happy son and parents! Highly recommend My 8 year old is a true fan of Dr. Soares. He counts down to the next visit. I accompany my child the entire visit. Staff speaks to me and my child explaining every step, aftercare, and dental health tips. Clerical staff on point with warm check in, medical history review, and billing. Impeccably clean, safe, proactive without suprise cost or procedures, and true care for patients. Highly recommend! We drive 42 miles just to have their care. Continued amazing visits for 3 years!

We had and emergency and weren't even patients yet and they fit us into the schedule less than 3 hours later. Both my kids will be coming here. I cannot recommend them enough especially if you have a child with unique abilities.

Fantastic experience: Today was my sons second appointment and I can’t express enough how amazing this office is! Both visits have been exceptional. Today we were helped by Jen and she went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable, he’s usually pretty shy and doesn’t do so good with doctors visits but I was so pleased and proud that she was able to keep him calm, talk to him meanwhile cleaning his teeth! That is skill! The doctor came in and he was just as great. We recently moved to the opposite side of town but this office is worth the drive and we will continue to come here.

One of my children has sensory sensitivities and they are very patient and explain each thing before and as they do it which makes him so much more at ease. I do know that they are a very popular pediatric dental office and they work with special needs children. It may be difficult to get in as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I switched my daughter to this dentist because her old dentist never called me back for a follow up in regards to scheduling her next dentist appointment and somehow forgot that she has seen them before. I found this place and was impressed with my visit. Every staff member was friendly and very welcoming. While my child was getting her teeth cleaned the lady doing the cleaning was very interactive with my child and made her feel welcomed. The doctor came in and was the same way as well. I definitely will be continuing to come here. Also, the place is kid friendly and the decor is amazing inside. Thank you for making this visit enjoyable for my child and I.
