Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with Kidiatric Dental office and their team! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Deb at front office was especially wonderful during the initial process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The dentist was patient, gentle, and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the visit. Dr.Parker was so kind. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist! We’ve always had wonderful experiences here. Annemarie was absolutely amazing—she made my daughter feel very comfortable and was so friendly and kind. The whole team always makes our visits pleasant, and we truly appreciate the care they provide.

Fantastic experience: We brought our kiddo here for a second opinion. He is 5 years old and very nervous about the dentist and oral care in general. Elisa and Dr. Nikki were both very patient and made him feel extremely calm. They were able to get multiple bite wing xrays and did so to confirm the original treatment plan. We appreciated the double checking and thorough care our kiddo received.

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience here. The staff and doctor Mike were very patient with my toddlers and made every effort to keep them happy and comfortable. Elizabeth and the whole front desk staff are also so friendly. So glad we found Kidiatric! Update: we had a follow up appointment and AnnaMarie and the rest of the staff was wonderful as usual!

Fantastic experience: Update: My daughter saw Dr. Perkins and he caught a big cavity in my daughter's tooth which itgerwise looked normal from outside. So grateful for the diagnosis and prompt treatment. He answeted all my questions explained the whole process as he was doing rhe filling and the hygeinist AnnaMarie was very helpful, and friendly. Awesome place for the little ones and their precious pearls. From the front desk staff to hygienists to the doctors, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very nice waiting room, with coffee, water, video games, coloring. All in all best kids dentist place seen so far.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing office! My kiddo did not want to switch dentists after we moved, but we needed to find somewhere closer to our new house. His mind changed after our first appointment at Kidiatric. Everyone on the team was friendly from the time I booked the appointment, to insurance verification, and the actual visit. Deb is amazing and super communicative. My son loved the games in the waiting area, and was stoked there was a Nascar magazine sitting out to read. We had a great experience here and will be back when it's time for the next check-up.

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful I found this office. It’s the fourth pediatric dental office I’ve been to in chandler and by far the best. Everything about it is the best. The waiting room is fun and full of arcade games. They have fantastic prizes for the kids to earn, The tvs all have Disney plus for the kids to watch whatever they want during cleanings. The chairs are comfortable. The office staff are kind and fast and always on schedule. It’s decorated super cute. The best part is the wonderful dentists and hygienists. Both dentists I’ve seen are perfect. They do a great job. The hygienists have a way of making the X-rays, cleanings, and even cavity fillings fun and not scary for the kids. Annamarie and Dawn are great with kids. My three sons literally ask to go back as soon as possible. I’m glad I found the team who will be helping me take care of my boys teeth for as long as they are young enough to go there. Such a relief.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience at Kidiatric! We just moved to the area, and my daughter has a lot of dental anxiety. This was the best dental experience I have ever had with my twins! Everyone in the office was patient, kind, explained everything going on, and made it a fun experience! Elisa at reception was super friendly, the hygienists AnnaMarie and Kaicy were incredible, and Dr. Perkins was the best! Fantastic experience: Excellent initial visit experience! I am an anxious dental patient and am so impressed with the care staff has given my son during his initial visit. They had video games for him to play and movies on multiple TVs. Dr and assistance were so sweet and patient with both of us! Elizabeth was awesome assisting with our treatment plan. I am not anxious about him going back!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our twins since they were 6 months old, they are 4 now and love it. The front desk staff is amazing with scheduling and billing, the rest of the staff is sweet and helpful. Dawn has been helpful with our daughters first cavity. We love coming here!

Fantastic experience: Visited here for the first time today and brought my two kids. It was a really cool experience! The lobby was very clean and kid friendly with video games and coloring for the kids. Annamarie and Kacey were the hygienests that did our cleaning and X-rays and they were super friendly and efficient!! I also noticed they disinfected everything after touching which was nice to see how thorough they were with the sanitation. The dentist was very educated and efficient with checking them as well. It was a great appointment and we were in and out within an hour. When we were checking out with Elizabeth she was super friendly and informative and answered all my questions before I could even ask! We will definitely be coming back here again 10/10 recommended!!

Fantastic experience: First time in and it was a great experience for my 5 children and I. They loved the waiting area Elisa was very helpful to us the entire visit. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. , Julieta, & Michelle. Dr. Perkins is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that my children needed and why. Dentists always makes me nervous but I’m happy my children will not have that fear and off to a positive start at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My son loves this place so much that I took my daughter to her 1st appointment and she did so well. I love the friendly atmosphere and Ana was so patient and helpful with my kids. 5 out of 5 stars! 2 years later my kids still love this place. I love how attentive JulietA , Ana Marie, and Dr. P are with my son and daughter. Friendly staff and fun place for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Kidiatric Dental does it again! Today all five of my boys are ready for their routine checkups, and amazingly Kidiatric is always willing and able to get them in back-to-back. Elisa even took the time to call me back when something sooner popped up, and pre-verified my new insurance. 5 star service from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: Elisa and Dr. Mike were great for my 4 year olds first ever dental appointment! The X-ray tech did a great job as well. Even gave me some lead to protect my pregnant belly so I could help get the X-rays. Overall very nice experience

Negative experience: We usually have a great experience here but during our most recent visit, I witnessed the office manager Cherryal speak disgustingly disrespectful to what looked like another dental assistant. Her tone of voice and condescending tone was horrible to witness. Lack of professionalism from the manager especially in front of patients (my son and I, who were there at the time).

Out of concern and a genuine desire to address any issues, we proactively reached out to the most recent patients seen that day. Each of them confirmed they did not leave a review.

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time we came to this office since moving from Tempe. Immediately I walked in and loved how the office is kid friendly with games and Hawaiian themed all throughout making To my school the kids feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Elizabeth helped us get scheduled for more appointments, she was really accommodating to our schedule.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly and did a wonderful job of making my daughter’s first appointment a success. Elisa at the front desk made checking in easy and answered all of my questions. I can’t remember dental hygienist name but she was terrific with my daughter. She explained everything she was doing at her level and was very patient with her. Dr. Mike was great and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Our 2.5 year old just had his first ever dentist appt. From the second we walked in we were greeted with a smile and Elisa was so friendly and kind. My son loved all the games he could play while we waited to go back. Once we were called my son was a little hesitant to sit in the chair but Dawn was so patient and found the perfect cartoon for him to watch. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it in a way that he was able to understand. She was so sweet and gentle with his first teeth cleaning and it made my son so relaxed. Dr. Phillips was very professional and quick with checking his teeth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you are looking for a pediatric dental office this place is absolutely great! My son’s favorite part was obviously picking out a prize at the end but he did say he liked coming to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: The dentist can be a tough place for littles….. but this one is the best! They make it easy friendly and welcoming for all kids! Prizes of course don’t hurt the encouragement for appointments either! Elizabeth was great in helping to understand our coverage and treatment plans and in scheduling follow up appointments! Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office. As a child, I was terrified of my dentist, and still have issues as an adult. I’m so thankful my kids will never have the fears I had. My 8 year old son enjoys his dentist visits and I just took my 18 month old daughter today for the first time and it couldn’t have gone better! The staff is amazing, Walking in the door and seeing the friendly smiling faces is such a treat. The office manager Sheryl is so caring and very helpful with all of our concerns. She remembers us each time we've come in and treats us like family! The back staff was truly amazing with my daughter’s first visit! I don’t know how they always have smiling energetic faces! Great job Kidiatric!!! 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike is always fantastic. Today we were in to extract 2 teeth. Annamarie and Dr Mike did a great job. Annamarie was wonderful to keep our kid relaxed throughout.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to express my gratitude & appreciation for the team at Kidiatric Dental. First off I must say this office is extremely kid friendly and has the atmosphere of an arcade. What better way to get your kiddo excited about going to the dentist. Not to mention they can have a little fun before their appointment. The staff at the front desk were very professional & kind. Today my son had to undergo quite a bit of dental work and he was beyond nervous & skeptical to even walk in the building. But when I tell you Dr. Mike & Miss Elisa make him feel comfortable and truly made the process extremely enjoyable for him I could not have chosen a better team to get the job done! He left feeling confident and no longer having the fear of “The Dentist” If you have a kiddo on the fence about seeing a Dentist look no further because this place is a Gem!!!
