The moment I walked through the door and was greeted — and especially after my one-on-one with Dr. Ishani — I knew I had found the place. He is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely listens. Honestly, he’s probably one of the kindest humans on earth. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely supported in your decision from day one. Trin was assigned to me, and she is truly incredible. She answered the million questions I had in the beginning with so much patience, and she always made sure I got in and out quickly so I could get back to work. Her care and attention to detail made every appointment smooth and stress-free. I love having the Casady team with me through this experience!

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Casady Square Orthodontics is WONDERFUL! Dr. Payam Ishani absolutely saved my daughter's teeth and smile. She would be experiencing very horrible problems (including teeth falling out) if not for Dr. Ishani's wise work. Thank you, Dr. Ishani! Our former orthodontist moved out of state, and the new one was very young and inexperienced, and so was not able to properly handle my daughter's situation (even started to unintentionally make it worse). Thankfully, God helped guide us to Casady Square Orthodontics while everything was still fixable. Ms. Charyl is especially excellent and strived to understand our situation so she could get us quickly and smoothly transitioned over to Casady Square Orthodontics under Dr. Ishani’s exceptional care. We will always be grateful for what she's done for us. All of the dental assistants are fantastic, but my daughter's favorite is Miss Amanda.

Fantastic experience: This place is simply THE BEST. I was a patient from 2019 - 2021 or so. Recently, I really needed a new retainer, as mine had grown old. I live in another state now. They handled it like it was no big deal, just an everyday thing. Bc I wear my retainer every night, they were able to use my last scan, order a new retainer AND mail it to me in Colorado. I was impressed as an active patient, but I'm more impressed now. Stellar service by the staff. Wear your retainers!!

Everything was explained in great detail with lots of opportunities to ask questions about the treatment. I was slightly skeptical of how many 5 star reviews this office has, but after experiencing it first hand, they deserve it and more. Could not recommend this office enough.

Fantastic experience: The Doctor is very professional and explains very detailed what he will be doing to my teeth. After a long journey, I got to take off my Braces today! Daisy, I’m assuming the dentist assistant was very aware that I am pregnant. She asked me in a professional matter if I’m pregnant so there will be no x-rays done. I love there, she was being very observant. She also kept asking me if everything okay. The Doctor make sure if I was any pain or discomfort to raise my left arm. Let me tell you, of course there was no pain or discomfort. The Doctor is very professional at his work. Daisy explained to me all the processes of what will happen after my Braces were taken off and how to take care of my retainer. Honestly, if I could rate them more stars, I would very professional at what they do!!

I love how they care for you and most important the patience that they have. I highly suggest them if anyone needs to go get a consultation or braces in general. Extremely knowledgeable and the entire office was impeccable. There’s no doubt the entire staff loves their work because EVERYONE worked together like a fine tuned machine. Their “About Us” tab is spot on!! “Leadership By Example!” The easiest financing available for those that may need assistance and, my son was able to get his braces the same day. Negative experience: My daughter had her braces taken off 8 months ago and her treatment was fully paid for over a year and a half ago. During each of her visits I was told that everything looks great and we’re paid up. Last week I called in to get her second round of braces going and they said I owe almost $500 from her first treatment. This is complete crap. 100% do not give these people your money.

Positive experience: I brought my 7 year old to a consultation at Casady Square to see about getting braces for his medically necessary front crooked teeth. While Dr Ishana was very warm and friendly, the assistant told us that Soonercare would likely not cover his braces. They didn't even call to find out, but went straight to payment plans. I went to get a second opinion at Orthodontic Specialists of Oklahoma in Norman. They called Soonercare and we were approved that same day. He now has braces and excellent care at his check ups. If you are concerned about coverage with Soonercare, call Orthodontic Specialists of Oklahoma.

Dr. Ishani also was the only of a handful to have a less invasive and more practical solution that we’ve never heard before that made all the sense.
