Fantastic experience: September 2025 update, Katie is gone. Megan a graduate from Chapel Hill cleaned my teeth today and provided an excellent job. Dr. Ansari completed my check up and I must tell you - I will be back! Thank both of you. This was the second time Katie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. My plan is to return here many more times. Dr. Hassana Ansari has replaced a crown and repaired several teeth that had seen better days. She works with you to develop a plan that makes you happy when done. Dr. Ansari's work is very precise and excellent!

Fantastic experience: Madeline is the best dental hygienist i have ever had in my 50 yrs of living. She takes her time, is caring and is beyond thorough. When I leave her chair I feel like I have brand new teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Everyone here made me feel very comfortable and less anxious about the work I need done.

Negative experience: first time to check up my teeth diagnosed with a good teeth and there was suggesting that I need some scaling from 2 to 4 in 2 sessions with numbing will last more than a hour. Month later had a another hygienist took her time cleaning my tooth and roots and took twice X ray to see that there is no dark spot left ,whole process was done in 50 minutes no need another session just monitoring . Checking out paid with no insurance $664 . Left got a phone call asking me $1025 . The 2nd hygienist stated what she accomplished for 50 minutes no 2nd session how come i get charge $1025 for 50 minutes? I have use scaling in RTP 2 to 4 when my teeth was worse and i have to come in 2 sessions with a full mouth numbed get charge for $550 out of pocket. Purely rip of especially when do don't have insurance

Fantastic experience: Had excruciating pain in my lower right jaw but couldn’t tell what tooth it was coming from. They got me in same day and after a very efficient but detailed exam from Dr. Ansari, determined which tooth was the culprit. It had very large and deep cavities going to the nerve from different angles and Dr Ansari determined the best course of action was to remove it. I had had teeth removed before from wisdom teeth to ones lost from trauma and this was the fastest most painless removal I have ever experienced. It could not have been more than 10 minutes after the anesthetic had taken full effect that my tooth was out, the gauze was in and I had prescriptions and instructions. Great team, great service.

Fantastic experience: I’m thrilled to have found this office, my third attempt at finding a new dentist after moving to the area. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and professional; the high level of care puts me at ease. I appreciate that their services are comprehensive, and I won’t be referred to outside specialists. I feel like they have the sweetest staff of people and they seem to enjoy their work. Fantastic experience: I really love my dentist! The whole team is very professional. Each one has clear roles and duties. The staff and dentists are corteous, efficient and thorough. The clinic is spotless, modern and comfortable. My experiences from regular clinic to an emergency crown has been painless and zero complications. Also, I love that they have an insurance/fina ce person that walks you through pricing and out of pocket costs so there are no surprises ever.

Fantastic experience: My dad was visiting and had a dental emergency (fractured root canal). It was excruciating for him; he could barely eat or sleep due to the pain. I was able to schedule an appt. for 8am the same day. Dr. Nadella and her staff were amazing, so thorough and kind. He had a full evaluation with imaging, tooth extraction, bone graft, and a detailed follow-up plan all within 2.5 hours. My dad was overwhelmed by the care and relief he had received thanks to Dr. Nadella and her team. Would recommend 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Not your regular dentist office!!! Futuristic hip setting that’s very welcoming. All the staff were professional from my first call to the hygienist and Dr. . The hygienist was professional, careful , & gentle while performing the initial exam. The doctor was thorough with her recommendation of what needed to be done what could wait and what I had to do direct to the point no cutting corners. Also a print out was given plus they have payment options. Overall it was a great experience If you need any dental work done I recommend Inspire dental in Apex

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very kind and gentle with my daughter who needed some repairs following a scooter accident. They minded her injuries and did great to calm her nerves. Her new front teeth look like they're original! I was scared to see the bill since we're in an insurance gap, but they really helped out on that. Also the office was nice and clean. Recommended!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. I have never had a cavity in my life as a result of years of regular (and HONEST) dental care, but Dr. Ansari told me I had SEVEN at my new patient visit. When I returned for my fillings, I was sent home and told to get on blood pressure medication. Casually telling your perfectly healthy, albeit nervous, patient to go get on blood pressure medication simply blows my mind. As if I can just ask my doctor for blood pressure medication for hypertension that I don’t have, and subject myself to whatever side effects that entails - all so you can make a quick buck off of my (spoiler alert!) perfectly fine teeth. I became concerned about the quality of care here at Inspire Dental and had my x-rays sent to my previous dentist for a second opinion. My previous dentist didn’t see any cavities (at least any that would need immediate work, as suggested by Dr. Ansari) but advised me to come in for a consultation to be sure. Well, I just finished that appointment and officially have ZERO cavities. Thank you Dr. Ansari for your poor attempt to bankrupt a young girl just trying to take care of her health and her teeth. I hope this message INSPIRES those reading to take your teeth elsewhere or to at least ask questions of the bizarre diagnoses that this office will throw at you.

Fantastic experience: My dentist of a number of years is retiring so I came to Inspire Dental because of two reasons. They have a ‘new patient special’ that I am taking advantage of and the Apex practice is within walking distance of my house. After my visit, my first impression is positive. The examination was very thorough and a plan of treatment was put in place. So far, so good.

Fantastic experience: This dental clinic was not just great with amazing staff, they are understanding and care about your well being and health. I would recommend Inspire Dental to all who suffer from tooth pain, or just need a teeth cleaning, they were so amazing they brought me to tears, not tears of pain but tears of joy. At Inspire Dental they are so fast but still thorough. And if I'm not doing something well (like flossing) it never feels like a lecture. I love this place!

Madelyn the Dental Hygienist was very gentle and compassionate. She made the x-ray not as painful as other places. She also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Dr. J was very friendly and thorough. She showed concern for my oral health and offered recommendations how to improve it. Shalon explained the services and charges in terms that I understand and made the checkout process seamless. Fantastic experience: If you need dental emergency care when all others are offering appointments in three months from now, call Better Dental. They managed to take me in within a couple of days. And the positive surprises did not end there. The office is well organized and full of light, the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. What was even more remarkable was the detailed examination when creating my file and the extensive explanation of all the options open to handling the tooth problems. I have never experienced such an in-depth examination in all the years I visited dentists. Finally, I was given a full written report of what needs to be done and a detailed estimate of the costs involved. And to top it all, soft music was playing in the background, helping me with my dentist fears!

She was very thorough while making sure I completed understood where I’m starting and what my journey would look like. She took the sting out of the trauma that kept me away for years. Oh my. My visit was super productive and thoroughly enjoyable. It’s been a while( mom things), but I’m on my journey to having the smile I’ve always wanted. Fantastic experience: Had to get two crowns done that I’ve been putting off for an age. Haley got me scheduled quickly and set me up to get both crowns at the same time. Dr. Joyce and her assistant, while very busy, took time to explain things and answer questions. Dr. Joyce was extremely efficient in getting the work done taking time to make sure everything was perfect. My temp crowns were in before I knew it and it was virtually pain free. I can’t recommend Better Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: Stepped foot inside this office today and I haven't been in a dental office in well over 5 years. I was expecting to receive some rough news about the status of my mouth but I actually did not. The team comprised of Haley,Rebecca,Megan and the Dentist who's name slips my mind right now we're absolutely fantastic. My mouth was fairly sore today after experiencing some random pain the other day. I informed the team of that..They took the greatest of care not to root around in my mouth like a bull in a China shop. The team also took great care in explaining every step and talking about pricing as well as guidance on where they'd recommend starting and going from there.. 100% recommend this dental office for your dental needs

Fantastic experience: This office went above and beyond. I was traveling to NC to see my beautiful grandgirls and got a horrible toothache. I called them crying and upset (this is what happens when somethings needs to be addressed and I am at the mercy of others) they saw me within an hour and took xrays and told me the issue. I was able to get enough meds to get me through until I got home. They did not gouge my purse either. I was so impressed I have been telling everyone. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Fantastic experience: Today's visit was for a cleaning, dental exam and xrays. AND, they have a new patient special for the above service. At 99.00? What a deal!!!!!! I was REALLY impressed with this office. My hygienist was super soft handed on cleaning my teeth. There was a LOT of coffee and tobacco staining and she cleaned them perfectly. I met with Dr. Joyce and she was so professional! The office was bright and cheerful. The staff there is friendly and helpful and I'm so glad to have found them! Thank you Better Dental staff! You are definitely essential!

Fantastic experience: I was having excruciating tooth pain and unfortunately my regular dentist was closed for the 4th of July, so I searched Google and found good reviews for emergency dental treatment by Better Dental, Apex. Better Dental was able to get me in the morning I called and do a root canal. Everyone was professional and so kind. This office gets the highest rating in my opinion!!! Kudos to Rebecca the hygienist who saw me and Dr. Joyce who did the root canal ....and the sweet front lady gal who did my treatment/ payment plan and unfortunately I can't remember her name right now!! Fantastic experience: I visited better dental at Apex as new patient for deep cleaning. I have issue with my jaw and usually find dental appointments very uncomfortable but my experience at Better Dental was very different. My dental hygienist made sure I was very comfortable during the procedure. I was allowed small breaks to relax my jaw. She was communicating with me all the time if i had any pain. Their entire team is fantastic right from front desk to nurses.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this place for a few years now and have had Invisalign, fillings and wisdom teeth removal, and many cleanings and have never had a bad time. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and try their best to make sure you leave satisfied.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars, no hesitation! I got a root canal about two months ago (and had the crown put on a few weeks after that) and the ladies at this practice are SO sweet! I am a very anxious person and usually I hate going to the dentist’s office, but they were very gentle and calmed my nerves. Let me keep my headphones on and my teeny tiny stuffed animal in my hands the whole time. They were patient with my reactions and questions, as well as handling scheduling issues with understanding and politeness. It was the most pleasant dental procedure I’d ever experienced… and THAT’S saying something because again, I had a root canal of all things!

The dentist can be a scary thing, but Better Dental has the art of exceptional patient care down to a T. They are thorough and extremely caring, knowing how to put every patient at ease. Fantastic experience: Fiona did my cleaning today and was absolutely wonderful! I am 8 months pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained each step and was very friendly and professional. My husband and I drive an hour to continue going to this location because of the great experience we always have.

Positive experience: This location was great before they had new dentists come in. I had a crown put on by a new dentist and after a couple weeks I came back after discomfort but the same Dentist assured me all looked great. Ever since then it has had on and off pain. Finally decided to go get a 2nd and 3rd opinion and both Dentists said whoever did my crown had no idea what they were doing. Showed me X-rays and while I’m obviously not a Dentist, even I could see what terrible work it was. Now it has to be all redone properly. Such a shame because this used to be a wonderful dentist office. Edit: After contacting Ray from Better Dental, he was very eager to help, sympathetic to my issue, and worked fast to correct the matter. It’s rare but wonderful to see a business make a mistake, acknowledge that mistake, and work quickly to resolve any issues. Still quite disappointed to have to get the dental work redone, but happy my issue was addressed and resolved to the best of their ability in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Me again, haha! I just had to post one more review about Dr Joyce. As I stated in my last review that I had to have more work done and that included 3 (two wisdom) teeth pulled and some fillings. Again, I have insane dental anxiety and have heard it takes longer to heal as you are older but it was the smoothest and best surgery. Everyone was shocked at how well I was doing the day after and two days I was almost completely back to normal. I am healing amazing, fillings feel great. Just 10000/10 start to finish!!!! Fantastic experience: At Better Talk, the dental hygienist Madison really knows her stuff. She’s super smart about everything to do with teeth and gums, and she has a way of explaining things that makes it easy to understand. But the best thing about Madison is how friendly and upbeat she is. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but she has this way of making you feel relaxed and even happy to be there. She's always smiling and chatting, and it's obvious she cares about her patients. It’s not just about getting the job done for her; she wants to make sure everyone leaves feeling better than when they came in. Madison's a big part of what makes a visit to Better Talk a lot nicer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had wonderful experiences every visit with Better Dental. They have such a great staff like Katie, who handled my cleaning visit today. She was very fast but also very thorough. Very friendly and considerate. Staff like Katie make an already enjoyable experience even better! Definitely would recommend Better Dental to any and everyone I can.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for many years, since the 2 Draper brothers opened it. I admit I do not go as frequently as I should as an anxious dental patient. When I had a painless abscess and decided to stop ignoring it, they got me in the very next morning even though I hadn't been there in a year or maybe 2. Dr. Altak says, root canal for you! This had to happen over 2 phases as was complicated by the abscess. He was absolutely wonderful and did a great job. Very kind and skilled. However, the whole point of my review was to give accolades to Tammy the extremely experienced dental hygienist/nurse. She was absolutely so knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. So kind, calm, collected, and detail oriented. My second phase took almost 3 hours to complete and we were both laughing because our stomachs were LOUDLY rumbling as we were both ready for lunch. I know she was hungry, but she made absolutely SURE that my crown would fit properly, and did not cut any corners to torture me, to make sure she got the absolute perfect fit . As long as it took. I highly recommend this practice. I know they are expanding and have some temps at the moment, but you can see that they hire extremely qualified people who know what they are doing. Maybe, just maybe I won't wait until I need a root canal to come back to the dentist going forward, thanks to Tammy (and of course Dr. Altak).

Fantastic experience: M dental procedure went very well. Fiona was compassionate towards my dental anxiety and I felt at ease with her compassion and professionalism. My dentist Dr. Anu was great through my procedure and took time to check on how I was feeling throughout the process. I’m thankful for my experience at Better Dental.

Fantastic experience: Sept 7th was my 4th visit to my new Dentist. Each has been an outstanding experience. My dentist is Dr Anu and she is very good at her profession and I’d highly recommend her to friends and family. Tammy has assisted her now on two occasions for crowns and she has made the visits all the more comfortable. Her conversations set you at easy and she very skilled at the technical part of her role as well. Together they make a great team.

Fantastic experience: Always have a great experience here and, ya know, dentist offices aren’t my favorite places! Tammy was amazing this morning! She’s so sweet and friendly, and we had a great conversation. Could’ve been having coffee with a friend (And my dentist was great too☀️)

Fantastic experience: The Dentistry place is super clean and nice. All the people here from the front desk to the Dr are amazing. They know exactly why I am having a problem with my tooth. Tammy is outstanding. She inform me everything during a short wait for the Doctor. I definitely coming back for anything related to teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Better Dental in Apex for about 2 years. Very happy with their service and staff. Last appointment was with Tammy, and she was great! Might need to get her a side gig on American Idol or one of those shows, kept it entertaining.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anu is the best dentist I’ve ever had, extremely timely and very compassionate. Every other dentist I’ve had at this location has been great as well. I drive almost an hour to come to this dentist and it’s for good reason. You won’t go wrong coming here

Fantastic experience: So far every aspect of the experience has been phenomenal . I chose Better dental in apex because Haley the treatment coordinator was the most friendly and informational when I called around to find a dentist. I’m self pay and they have gone above and beyond to get me scheduled immediately and follow up with financial plans so I can get an emergency piece done. Haley is exceptionally sweet and every single person in the office was as well, from a Katie the hygienist to doctor Anu and even the staff I walked passed in the hall. I would highly recommend them, especially if you’re self pay

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to a dentist and I am glad I chose this clinic. Megan did a great job with evaluating my teeth and explaining the best options for me to maintain good oral health. The cost was also very clear before the procedures and it made me know what to expect.

Fantastic experience: Can’t remember every ones names but Madeline, Doctor Bienia, Ivy, and Hunter were all super kind and professional. It was my first visit. Did all the X-rays (the dental assistant who took them was super kind and funny… don’t remember her name but her mom’s a nurse like me) , cleanings, and a surprised filling - which they were able to accommodate on the spot since I have a hectic work schedule. I was informed every step of the way on the plan of care for the visit and future visits. I drove over an hour to the facility and it was NOT a waste of the drive. Best dentist office ever.

Fantastic experience: While on vacation I had a dental emergency. I was in quite a bit of pain and waiting an extra day or two for an appointment would have been brutal. They were able to get in for a same day appointment for a 3 hour procedure! I honestly didn't know dentist offices like this existed. Everyone was friendly, caring and very professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Anu was excellent. Although most of us don't love going to the dentist, the staff here just may have made me change my mind.
