Positive experience: Knowledgeable friendly staff that listen about your current teeth cleaning routine and offer clear achievable instructions for improvement. Edit to add to not pay for services until your insurance has processed and you are sure what amount is actually outstanding. I overpaid for one of my services and have yet to receive that overpayment back, 5+ months later despite multiple phone calls to the office. Removing a star because of that.

My kids actually felt comfortable and cared for the whole time — which says a lot! The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure we all felt at ease. From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend Metro Dental to any family looking for a place that truly cares about their patients!

Fantastic experience: The most skilled, caring, and painless dentistry available in the Twin Cities, in greater Minnesota, and, as far as I know, in the World today! Dr. Molly accommodated me, as usual, by seeing me at 7am. As today is Halloween, Dr. came to work dressed as the cowgirl in Toy Story, complete with her long, beautifully braided hair. Dr. Molly has a special place in my heart, as she sometimes sings to soothe my dread and anxiety of sitting in a dental chair. WS,JR.

Fantastic experience: My friend was leery to go to the dentist. She is 84 and had not been to a dentist since her 40’s due to bad experiences. Everyone was so kind. The dentist is one of the most genuine and friendly dentists I think I’ve ever met. On our way home, my friend said, “Had I known dentists could be like that, I wouldn’t have avoided them all these years.” So glad she had that experience. Great location and team.

Fantastic experience: Tracy always does a great job cleaning my teeth & answering my questions. Tracy & Dr Henry always laugh @ my corny jokes.

Negative experience: I waited almost eight MONTHS for an open appointment with metro dental after an insurance change led me to try to change dentists. Got a call two weeks before asking me to confirm, at which time I told them I had a work obligation and couldn’t make the appointment anymore. Was told they would cancel my appointment and denied me the option of rescheduling and was very rude during the call, and then hung up before I finished asking my questions about rescheduling. Seems like they have no interest in getting new customers into their clinic. Would not recommend trying to schedule here.

She’s a knowledgeable, kind and very caring dentist and she always puts me at ease.I have been seeing Dr. Henry, over 12 years and has always been incredibly patient with me through some very difficult situations over the years and has knowledge and understanding of my complicated medical issues! She has a great sense of humor and it’s always a pleasure to see her. Tammy has been my dental hygienist for over 20 years and does the best thorough dental cleanings I have ever had in my life! She too is very knowledgeable and understands my complicated medical situation and the impact of this on my dental health! She is also efficient, friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor.! I always enjoy seeing her! In fact, ALL the Dentists, hygienists and entire staff at this location have been phenomenal and accommodating to my special needs! This group is simply the best!

Positive experience: I’ve been going to the Eagan location for years and I have to say that I am getting less impressed each time I go. The hygienist was good. I had a concern I addressed with the dentist and she said, yea it’ll go away in a couple weeks. I don’t don’t think she was even in the room with me more than 90 seconds which is just ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I had a sensitive molar for 1 1/2 days bf my app. Tooth had settled down so had no pain at time of app. Dr Tien followed through to remedy with forthcoming filling.

Called Metro Dentalcare Eagan later that morning and they had me in the chair by 3:00 and out by 4:00 with a temporary crown. Amazing office with great people. Business office was even able to find my supplemental dental insurance which others have had trouble doing in the past. My new goto dental office.

Positive experience: The office staff, hygienists, and dentists at Metro Dental are caring and courteous professionals. Their six month dental exams are very thorough, as are the rest of the dental procedures which are done there. When a something is beyond their normal procedure scope, they always refer their patients to the best specialists.

Positive experience: My appointment was delayed by about 20 minutes due to the dentist fitting in someone else, who then showed up late. I understand, but it still took a lot of patience and understanding on my part.

Negative experience: Dr. HENRY has poor customer service. I always end up leaving the office with a major disconnect for future services

Great at explaining what’s going to happen, making sure we’re comfortable and ready to proceed. The front desk staff was also wonderful in explaining the amounts due and the prices never changed !! I will forever come back to Metro Dental Eagan .

Negative experience: Hygienist Allie is incredibly rough and this is the second time I’ve had her by reschedule. My mouth is still sore. I’ve been going to the dentist all my life and never had a cavity and have NEVER had someone so rough or my mouth be sore after a cleaning. Dr. Henry and her hygienists are amazing, though.

Negative experience: I went in to get an intraoral scan and full mouth x-rays. I needed them for an ongoing clear aligner program I'm doing. I need the scan and my clinical exam notes. I've called SEVEN times and cannot get anyone to send this to me. I get a different answer from a different person every time. There's no follow through and they seem disorganized. I'll make my eighth call on Monday.
