Fantastic experience: I love diamond braces, my aunt who’s my legal guardian took me to diamond braces to get braces when I was 15 and I loved the friendly front assistants, the dentists and doctors they are all very professional, helpful, generous and sweet, they make me feel very welcomed and comfortable when I come in for an appointment, and the service is top notch getting braces doesn’t hurt at all, and they know what they are doing they are very very professional , I recommend diamond braces the place to go knowing you deserve to smile, thank you diamond braces for your great and kind service, will be coming back every month for my appointments , looking forward to it

Negative experience: Don’t let these staff member fool you guys . They are very unprofessional. They doors was open at 9 when they originally opened at 10am . I walked in to check out something bout an apt of mine and she said we are not open so I had to wait an hour until the front desk gets there . I asked her then why not lock the door until 10am she said that’s not her problem they just got there early. I believe she was an ortho assistant . Black short hair glasses and had black scrubs . Everytime I need an adjustment or have an emergency they don’t even have a set schedule for the days that they work and they never answer their phone

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Diamond Braces for a few months now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything’s going. Huge shoutout to Anton - he’s been amazing every step of the way. He’s super friendly, explains everything clearly, and really knows what he’s doing. He helped me get started with Invisalign, and made the whole process way less intimidating than I expected. Every time I come in for an adjustment or a quick retie, Anton makes sure everything fits perfectly and that I’m comfortable with the changes. You can tell he actually cares and wants the best results for you. My teeth are already looking so much better, and I’m actually excited to see how it all turns out. Highly recommend this place - and definitely ask for Anton if you can!

Negative experience: The office manager here repeatedly talks over you and speaks to you as if you are dumb. She is frequently dismissive of concerns and seems to be in a rush to end the conversation. Thankfully I know how to advocate for myself. Additionally, they provide no education on the process of Invisalign/braces - instead I relied on google and reddit. I do not recommend this office.

Negative experience: They are closed many days of the week which makes it impossible to make an appointment. In addition there is no way to contact this exact location. There’s just a general number that is basically a call center. The call center will make you an appointment but then the appointment gets canceled by the location because of scheduling. Last week i stopped by, spoke to the manager, she told me she would call me back with an appointment date. Never received a call. I can never make my appointments on a day I don’t work because of their scheduling issues. So in short, I don’t recommend. If you don’t work and have all the time in the day to stop by the locaction on a daily basis and make an appointment then this place might work for you. If not, I recommend you find another orthodontist.

Negative experience: caliah the staff worker here is amazing she even gave me a napkin to wipe off my sweat when i entered .

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. The so called Supervisor can barely speak English, She can't even express herself. Avoid this place at all costs. All staff there are NOT professional or friendly at all. Wait, time it's ridiculous, and nobody there knows what they're doing.

Negative experience: Terrible. They are terrible. Short staffed but want to take your money. If you want to maximize profit, you should make sure the clients are serviced in a reasonable time/manner. I had a 11am appointment for a buildup and 2 hours later, they are telling me that they cannot complete the service or do what I was SCHEDULED FOR until after lunch. Mind you, I have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes and nothing and they want to have me wait another 3 hours. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I visited a consultation for braces in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The check-in process was seamless and efficient.

Negative experience: Today I was scheduled for a 9:30am appt. I was trying to attempt to get in contact with diamond braces to let them know I was running late. Train service was down and had to use shuttle buses. I requested to get a call back from diamond braces as I was on hold for more than 20mins. When I came in I explained to the new desk receptionist that I had an appt at 9:30 and I am late and I was trying to call to let the office know I was running late. I told her that I needed to be seen today and I’m more than willing to wait for how ever long it took. Now here’s where the customer service was terrible. There this girl named Amanda who’s short, blonde highlights, lash extensions. Her way of handling the fact that I was late, and also had an amount to pay was so wrong. I explained to her that I’ve been told I can pay what I can each appointment and can pay more online. She told me “idk who told you that but that’s not how we operate here”. She then stated I will need to pay $275 today. I told her that I couldn’t afford that and could only do $120 today. I told her I tried to call the office stating I was running late. She stated “well you didn’t speak to nobody here sooo” I tried to explain to her that I was on hold for a long time and requested a call back. I told the receptionist to please tell her to remove herself because I don’t like her attitude, her customer service is disgusting…. Amanda stated she is staying right here. I then asked if I could speak to a manger/supervisor she stated no you can’t they not here. Then when she finally walked away I asked the receptionist if I could speak to dr to let her know about Amanda. When speak to the doctor and expressing to her what happened….. Amanda still decided to insert herself in the conversation asking how is she being sarcastic….. I asked her several times to walk away. She then states “What are you going to do”? “Hit me”?….. mind you I have my 4yr old son with me while this is happening. I kept my composure. The dr said they were short staff and I will have to wait till after lunch to be seen. I stated alright and reminded seated in the waiting room. Now not even 10mins passed and I was called right in. Despite the situation with the employee Amanda. I would like to thank the new front desk receptionist, and the other lady who does front desk at times for their help and time. They apologized on Amanda behalf and also her behavior. In all honesty they need to fire Amanda

Negative experience: I wish i could give this place negative stars for how they treat the community. Clearly says they open at 10am on google i got here at 10:15am the place was closed. The texted me to confirm my appointment i texted back three times to confirm. I come into the establishment ready to get checked in. All the small girl in the front is out of uniform and says “we can’t do anything without the doctor here” so i walked out then i thought to myself hold up, i just waited here for 30 minutes. I see the woman who helped me purchase the plan (she’s the only professional person there) here comes the doctor walking 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Looks like she cancelled my appointment so she go have an easier morning disgusting customer services

Negative experience: So incredibly annoyed about my experience here - I went in for a TINY issue and left with a huge one. I needed glue reapplied to a permanent retainer wire on the back of my teeth. They applied glue to all of my teeth instead of just the one and it was so thick that I wasn’t able to bite anymore. The doctor polished it down a little but he kept criticizing everything about my teeth and bite instead of listening to me. And now because of not being able to bite properly all of my teeth are shifting and shaking and it hurts my jaw to eat. I’m so incredibly mad at the service here - the appointment was also rescheduled a couple of times. I wish I had never gone in. Go somewhere else.

Positive experience: Joanna was really helpful in making sure that I got my invislign today. However, I was rescheduled three times. The first time I was given a card that stated that I had an appointment only to come in at the time and date and to be told that I didn't have an appointment. I had left the appointment card at home and was told even if I did bring the card I would not be seen. The second instance I came in 15 mins late and was told the doctor would not see me because I was 15 mins late. The third instance, I came in 20 mins before my appointment time, and had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time, and was about to be rescheduled a fourth time. I expressed my frustration and paid my remaining balance and the next invislign tray was given to me. Joanna was really able to help in making sure. TIp 1: Make sure that your insurance really covers the invislign cost. I was told that the insurance would cover 1500.00 only to start the process and pay 1500 out of pocket because it was not covered by insurance. Tip 2: They send out confirmation text. Which is a better indication of scheduled appointments. Tip 3: Work with Joanna.

Negative experience: Almos a month waiting for my invisible braces finally I had my appointment at 10:00 am , now is 10:41 they said they are so busy, and now they said the braces are not here yet , totally unprofessional, I lost the entire morning, I ask to speak with the manager looks like is going to take for ever, but oh surprise the braces are here , definitely they don’t know what they are doing

Negative experience: I wish I never came to this place. I had the worst experience. They are always understaffed; they have a bunch of children working on you and the rarely comes to make sure they are doing the job correctly. Some of the staff are rude and unprofessional and getting them to explain the process is always questionable. I love my results but I hate that I patronize this establishment. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. This place needs to be revamped!!!

Negative experience: Kala was very rude to me. I have been doing my treatment in knickerbocker for months now. I never had any issue with anyone. She shouldn’t be put at the front desk. She was so abrupt to the point of rudeness.I was reading my receipt and taking a picture of it when she grab it from my hand saying that I don’t need to do so. She refuse to check me in after I told her that I couldn’t on the screen. I was there this morning just for my treatment. I didn’t need all these attitudes.

Negative experience: They are always understaffed, this time the dentist was seeing me and at least other two people at the same time, alternating between chairs instead of doing one at a time. I was there for what was supposed to be a basic appointment and wasn't able to get everything I needed done because after 1h30 of being there I couldn't stay longer as I had to go to work. They are also not organized and just toss you around - I went from the reception to the dentist chair to the reception again and then to the manager's office and then back to the reception and then to the dentist chair once again. Not sure why they don't streamline things better. Didn't get what I went there for and will have to go back next week.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the service and the accommodations at Diamond Braces. The orthodontists and staff have been extremely helpful. Joanna M. has been extremely helpful, accommodating, patient and respectful, I’ve seen her at both locations Fulton and Bushwick. I appreciate her and everyone’s assistance through my procedure with my braces.

Negative experience: For the amount your pay, the services are mediocre at best. Not sure if they made changes to management and front desk staff, but the individuals at this specific location are rude, unprofessional and liars. Specifically the So-called Latina manager Diomary I believe is her name. The African- American front desk lady is even worse, she has not clue what she’s doing, she’s rude, unprofessional, and will lie about everything including services and pricing. She has a bad attitude and shouldn’t hold such a position. When it comes to paying, this company will try to milk you if every cent. They will try to make you pay for everything, including the retainers that are supposedly “Life time value.” The excessive charges and manipulation will began at the end of your treatment, so make sure you read the fine-print on all your documents before signing them. BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO MILK YOU! The actual working staff doing the main job are professionals and decent. But the managers and front desk staff are appalling. I would say use their services but be very cautious when it comes to paperwork and money.
