From getting a tooth pulled, repairing two chipped teeth, treating severe gum disease, multiple fillings, root canals, and completing a two-year Invisalign journey. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Oleg and his team are truly exceptional. Fantastic experience: This practice is truly everything you could hope for in a dental experience. I had avoided the dentist out of fear that then built into shame. I eventually bit the bullet and decided to address it head on. I booked an appointment, had a consultation, and Dr Oleg came up with a treatment plan for me. The staff worked around my extremely constrained schedule without hesitation. They allowed me to decide which procedures I was ready to face and in which order. I have felt in control, supported, and informed every step of the way. At no point during my treatment have I experienced anything more than extremely mild discomfort (even with extractions- NO PAIN). The entire staff is incredibly compassionate and caring, making it a point to pop in and say hi if they’d worked with you at all on a prior visit. Absolutely any excuse or fear I had harbored for all these years has been completely dispelled. I honestly could not have dreamed up a more ideal dental experience. Thank you Dr Watts, Dr Oleg, and the entire staff at Watts Dental.

Fantastic experience: Like many people I dislike going to the dentist! I had been advised many times I needed a crown and just ignored it. Well it happened, my tooth got worse . I called the Apollo Beach location and they got me in immediately. Dr Lundy and Maya were outstanding! They explained everything along the way and apologized for the delay as good enough wasn't the standard perfection was. Maya had to work extra hard as I was a difficult patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible tooth ache and called Watts Dental. They got me in right away and took care of me immediately. It was such a clean and friendly office. The girls were all absolutely amazing! They even called and set up an emergency appt for a root canal the next day. I didn’t even have to make a phone call. They took care of every step! I can not begin to thank them all enough in this very painful situation! I am so thankful for everyone in this office, but specifically Dr. Lundy and her assistant. Fantastic experience: Wow these guys just plain rock. Very clean, accomodating, nice facilities with top of the line brand new equipment, meticulous at what they do, just top notch. Have tried several other locally and just no comparison. Would give 6 stars if could.

Negative experience: I dropped off a mold for a new retainer in April and was told it would be ready in about a week. After two weeks with no follow-up, I called to check in. I explained I hadn't received a call but was told it should be ready. The person on the phone responded dismissively, saying, "It must not be ready if we haven’t called you… but I guess I’ll go check." She came back and told me it hadn’t even been sent out yet, but it should be ready the following week. I waited another two weeks with no update. I stopped by in person, but the office was closed despite the posted hours saying they were open, and no one answered the phone either. I called again the next week and was told the retainers had just come in but still needed to be finished and would be ready the following day. I couldn’t make it that day, so I tried again on Thursday at 3:00 PM. Once again, the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. When I finally went in person again, I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. I could clearly hear the staff behind the barn door gossiping and speaking poorly about others. This office is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. I do not recommend doing business here, save yourself the time and frustration.

Front and office staff are wonderful to work with (calls and in person). They are competent and patient. My dental visit was fantastic.

I’m never pressured into extra services or scared into believing that there are problems when there are not. I take care of my teeth and make my 6 month appointments so I am in and out in a flash! Fantastic experience: I went to Watts Dental today for the first time, needing to establish a good dentist close to home now that I have new insurance through my employer. Watts Dental was on my list of providers, had excellent reviews, and the Apollo Beach one is 10 mins down the road. I was sooo anxious and expecting the worst after not going to the dentist for a while when I was between insurances and also had a bit of a fear of the dentist (I don't like the sound of the tools). I was dreading it and assuming I'd get bad news and have to spend a lot of money that I didn't have for dental work. To my surprise, Watts was wonderful, everything looked great, and now I won't be afraid to go back to the dentist in the future which makes keeping up on my routine care easy breezy!! My hygenist, Megan, was super sweet, knowledgeable, and gentle yet effective. Dr. Lundy was also very reassuring and kind. I'm so happy I don't have to be anxious now!! Thank you for an easy, painless visit!!

Negative experience: The service at this dental office is disappointing, especially for veterans who already struggle to get appointments. Despite calling multiple times, all I hear is “we’re working on the approval” a response they’ve been giving for months. When I contacted the VA dental department directly they confirmed that they already approved the visit. But when I called Watts Dental back and told them what they said, Watts gave me the same response as always. There seems to be no follow up protocols to make sure their patients are being treated. It’s exhausting playing phone tag with them. It’s like you have to hunt them down.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Oleg had the absolute best bedside manner I have ever experienced in a dental office. His hygienist made me feel comfortable and congeal checked in on me during the procedure. My finished result (a crown) was beautifully shaped and the perfect color match. Needless to say we will be moving our family of 6 care to Watts Dental and Dr. Oleg!

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had. If you can believe it, I fell asleep during my first cleaning! I was so comfortable. They gave me blankets and a neck pillow. Asked what type of music I liked. Took payment at the dental chair. Dr. Lundy was wonderful and very initiative when I was getting my filling - like she knew when I needed a break before I could even say or wave. Her assistant was so well trained - they were like a well oiled machine and they were fast and flawless. Then, the assistant walked me all the way out the door. Just great service and super cool upgraded equipment, clean and professional.

Fantastic experience: Starting with an emergency tooth ache one day before our 4 week cruise, Watts evaluated and recommended an extraction. I was pain free and got to enjoy our trip. When I got back follow up visits resulted in a process for an implant. Relatively painless and straightforward process culminating in a permanent replacement tooth today. Excellent service all the way through the process.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Watts Dental for 6 years. I recently woke up one Friday morning with a toothache. I was panicked, as I didn't want to go into the weekend with a throbbing tooth. I called the office and they got me in right away with Dr. Oleg at the Apollo Beach Location. After the xray and exam, Dr.Oleg stated that I need a root canal. Fast forward a few weeks - from the root canal to the temporary crowns to the permanent crowns placed, the process was seamless! Dr.Oleg and Julio did not downplay me being nervous, which was explained during my initial visit. They were kind and extremely compassionate. They thoroughly explained every step and what I should or shouldn't feel through the process. Julio is an amazing assistant, and I'm glad he was on my case. He's personable and a true Godsend to anyone who stresses out over going to the dentist. Dr.Oleg is caring and gentle. Dr.Oleg and Julio make a Dynamic Duo! If you're in or around the St.Pete area, I highly recommend Dr.K - she's amazing! Dr.K is caring and compassionate. She also has a great sense of humor. The assistant, Enrique, is as equally as wonderful as Julio. Dr.Watts does a phenomenal staffing his offices with the best of the best!

Fantastic experience: Had a toothache on upper right back tooth that has a crown on it. Diagnosed that there is a cavity under crown and I am going to have tooth looked at another dentist that can do a root canal if I need. I will then come back to Watt’s to have a new crown installed.They are just great at making me feel comfortable with the upcoming procedure.

The admin, Laura is working with my budget making sure she comes up with a plan that is suitable for me; and I truly appreciate that! Fantastic experience: Went to Watts Dental today for a follow-up exam to make sure that my 2 new crowns were working out. And the 2 new crowns are working out wonderfully. Both Maya and Dr. Oleg checked the fit and bite. Accordingly, I am very pleased with the new crowns and highly recommend Watts Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am not from the area. I needed an emergency dentist appointment and they got me in within 50 minutes. Found out I had an abscess tooth and found someone to do a root canal that afternoon. They Took great care of me. Prices were reasonable. Service was great no drama or complications. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter here for her first adult visit. They could tell she was very nervous and treated her as such. They were very prompt in taking her back and getting right to work. Everyone was very personable and kind. The office is very clean as well as the restrooms. They offer guests free coffee, which is always a plus. It makes for a very relaxing time, considering a lot of people have apprehension in going to the dentist.

I don't have insurance, but they offer discount plans in the office that gave me 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and 2 fluoride treatments for the year for the price that I paid for my last visit somewhere else. There are so many dental offices that your just a number this office your actually a person!

Negative experience: Since when did going to the dentist become such a scam? What happened to the good old days of going to the dentist getting a check up having the dentist tell you what’s wrong, give you a price then have the work done, simple right? Not at Watts Dental it’s not. I had a small three tooth permanent Bridge fail after having the work done about 10 years ago. I went to Watts and everything appeared to be just fine. They took pictures of my teeth. Put them up in front of me on a big screen TV and continued to tell me how terrible my teeth look. The dentist came in and told me they would have to extract the bridge and set me up with a partial bridge. I agreed to the extraction and the bridge. At this point a young woman came in with a list of things trying to close me on $10,000 worth of work that I told her I was not interested in doing at this time. When I went back in to have the extraction done and the bridge put in they told me I owed them $2700..I asked, $2700 for one extraction and the bridge? Meanwhile, I already paid for the bridge to be built so the charge should’ve been $350 for the extraction. At this time another young lady who I guess is the “closer” came in telling me how I signed for $2700 worth of work and I was going to have to pay it. I asked her if I signed and all of this work was explained Why would I be questioning it right now? of course she could not answer ,then she proceeded to tell me how my fiancé called the day before and authorized all the work, can you believe the nerve of these people..so obviously I told her I am not paying that bill…she asked me “well…How much are you willing to pay?” Can you imagine? this is happening in a dentists office lol. I felt like I was on a car lot Needless to say, it was the worst experience i’ve ever had working with a medical facility. Stay far away from this place.

Everyone is so nice and actually cares about your experience and how you feel. As someone with hardcore dental anxiety, this place is a wonderful change. Negative experience: Left with a BAD taste in my mouth… This was my first visit to Watts. I heard of their kindness and professionalism and decided to schedule a cleaning. My expectation was to have X-rays and inspection by the dental hygienist; followed by a final assessment and review of plan by the Dentist, then cleaning. At other locations the physician has always been the one to scale my gums. I usually have <3mm; but in the back typically 4mm. My prior dentist would just continue with the cleaning. All was going well until the hygienists starts measuring my gums. The hygienist states that because SHE sees gingivitis (4mm) I need a “deep cleaning.” Then she presents a treatment plan [SEE PHOTO] having an “Insurance Estimate” and “Patient Cost”…all based on her assessment…not the physician. What?? I felt trapped. I was disturbed, surprised, and confused. Although the cost was only $50, I just lost my home and all contents due to Hurricane Milton…but kept my appointment to maintain some normalcy in my life. I was so upset! I couldn’t leave knowing that anywhere else I go would expect me to pay out of pocket for new X-rays and evaluation (my insurance will not pay). It was pay $50 or just do the basic cleaning. My hygienist kindly noted that it was “up to me. It’s my teeth.” In my culture that’s called being “nice nasty.” Oddly enough, the second I agree to pay, in comes the doctor…not acknowledging my loud surprised response to the unexpected fee…and he smoothly remarks that he too has lost it all from the previous hurricane. Then continue to explain that I’ll need a filling for $87 post insurance estimates[SEE PHOTO], and cap for $1251.00. I honestly don’t know if these prices are good or not; but I left not being sure if I would return. As I said, they are nice; but I do miss the days of the physicians leading the ship. I felt like all they wanted was the little bit of money I have left. It scared me…especially when just coming in for something as simple as a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: We wanted to change dentist for a while and today I went in and got a tooth checked out and same day did a crown and they were so detailed on what they were going to do I had Dr . Lundy and her assistant Enrique both were great and all the staff I felt so comfortable there my family will be please we switched to Watts Dental in Apollo Beach

Negative experience: I dont understand how this place has a 5 star rating. Money is priority 1 in my opinion. I've done everything. Multiple appointments just for exams, x-rays, referrals. Still, when I go in they say I need another appointment to see if a basic procedure can be completed. To see. No assurance anything will be completed. Maybe another appointment will be necessary. In the meantime, I keep paying.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely incredible first experience, felt like a concierge experience overall. This was a consult but they were unable to help me and referred me to an oral surgeon. Got me in the same day by leveraging their local relationships to get me taken care of. Dr. Oleg made sure I had a backup prescription available in case they weren’t able to do the surgery right away, and Heidi made sure I had the referral and all the info I needed to make it smooth and comfortable. My wife has been using Watt’s and I used another provider. Watts is my provider now!!

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st time here. They came highly recommended by several neighbors. Their facility is very nice. The staff are very friendly. They are efficient and helpful. I will definitely be using them for our families dental needs going forward.

Positive experience: Dr. Lundy was very good diagnosing and working on two cavities in back teeth. The young lady prepping my teeth for temporary crowns was very rough and took a long time. The next morning my mouth is still very sore and swollen.

They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and explain everything thoroughly and offer solutions for any concerns. I only wished I found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: Update : another great experience today (8/5/24). I had a crown pop off last night after hours and was scheduled to fly out on Wednesday. The squeezed me in first thing and cemented it back on. Can’t say enough about the team and Dr. Lundy! Thank you for the sense of urgency and care! Watts Dental is by far the best in the entire Apollo Beach/Tampa area. The dental technicians/ hygienist and dentists are thoughtful, skilled and truly care. A rarity these days. I just had a complicated issue and Laura and Dr Lundy made sure I knew the options and are working with me and my situation. Highly recommend Watts. And you gotta love their pet therapy of pups coming to see you if you’d like. Nice touch

Fantastic experience: Returned from a business trip early due to a severe toothache. Watts Dental saw me the next day and discovered a deep sinus infection. Dr Lundy prescribed an antibiotic and I am close to being pain free. The doctors and staff are the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: I like most people are not to fond of going to the dentist. Everybody at Watts Dental are great. Very nice very helpful and have no problem answering question either in person or over the phone. Throughout my recent procedure Dr. Oleg asked if i was okay and made sure i was in no pain or uncomfortable. After my procedure was done he explained what he had done and what to expect as well as his assistant who was more then helpful in explaining how to take care of the area at home! Great bunch of people and highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Watts Dental is high standard dentistry. Beautiful space, well trained professionals working with the latest technology and tools, kind, pleasant and efficient. I visited several times already (for cleaning, new crown and regular check up) met different assistants, all were incredible. My dentist is doctor Oleg, wonderful, gentle professional.
