Fantastic experience: Amazingly friendly staff! Everyone in the office was exceptionally kind and helpful. The dentist explained my treatment plan and answered every question I had. Today I needed a filling and it was quick and painless. I barely felt the shot. I highly recommend Wylie Dental Associates. They are reasonably priced and seem concerned about saving you money and not offering a lot of extra stuff you don’t need.

Negative experience: Horrible office, the worst I ever been. The staff doesn’t have any knowledge of dentistry what’s so ever.

Negative experience: My husband has been visiting this location for more than a year for braces treatment in past 4 months the management has been changed and the services have gone down drastically. The staff or hygienist are not able to take measurements for braces properly and wasting time and the treatment time. Doctors does not show up and are the most unprofessional association ever. If anyone is thinking of visiting this location please do not we are already regretting

Negative experience: I was not happy with my experience. It took the hygienist 1 hr 15 minutes just to do X-rays then she had to measure the gum lines. When finished she said she wouldn’t have time for cleaning.it was a very upsetting experience for me, especially since it was my first time.

Fantastic experience: It’s been my second appointment at this Wylie Dental Associate !! My first visit was better than the previous one and I was grateful!! On my Second appointment, it was fabulous and more than I have expected! Starting from my request to change my appointment due to unforeseen conflict the they take care of me with hours short notice and request and able to reschedule with my preference!! Christina who did the scan and clean my teeth, she deserves 5 stars ⭐️ !! Professional , caring and great listener! She was focused on customer based care with her professional advice. I recommend this team!

Positive experience: I had a crown done on my #19 tooth here. The staff were polite and the dentist seemed knowledgeable. The procedure itself went fine, but after the anesthesia wore off I had noticeable tongue pain, likely from pressure or an accidental injury during the treatment. It made eating and talking uncomfortable for a couple of days. It’s getting better now, but the experience was a bit rougher than I expected. Overall, an average experience — good work, but more gentle care would make a big difference.

The exam was unquestionably the most thorough I’ve had. The office has current technology and the Dentist and staff is definitely well educated, knowledgeable and personable. My treatment plan was explained in great detail. I couldn’t give them a higher rating!!

Negative experience: Had to go to someone else for a tooth pulled I got the same day, ideal dental said they had no issues with all my issues to pull a simple tooth.

Fantastic experience: Alexis the dental assistant and Dr Khan were really good. Alexis was very kind and caring and was very neat and clean in her work. She showed empathy and concern. I had a broken ankle that just underwent surgery and she was very mindful of it and my needs. Dr Khan was good with explaining what she was going to do and with her job related to my crown. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Even though the facility is a little older it is very clean and has a stress free environment. Dentists and dental assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this office once and was terrified before I went in. Everybody in the office was incredible. They were all very comforting and reassuring. Then I took my daughter for her first appointment in there yesterday and she was nervous as well, but the same goes they were all very professional and comforting and reassuring. They tell you what they are going to do before they do it, they explain what you’re going to feel and what you’re going to hear… We won’t ever go to a different dentist!

Negative experience: ...I had a very frustrating experience at this dental clinic. Last year, I visited the same clinic and paid $160 for a panoramic X-ray, which was their regular price. This year, I called ahead and made an appointment for the exact same service they said the cost would still be $160. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I waited for about 10 minutes, and after being taken in for the X-ray, the staff suddenly informed me that the cost would be $320 – double what I was quoted. I explained that I had the same X-ray done last year and was told on the phone that the price had not changed, but they refused to honor the original price. I ended up walking out without getting the service. This kind of surprise pricing is unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic if you value honest communication and fair pricing.

Fantastic experience: As always, I very pleasant experience! However, I am sorry to hear Dr. Stetler is leaving, but I will continue with Wylie Dental Associates as I have for nearly 30 years. Once again, a very pleasant experience. Had another appointment today (9/11/19) and was once again very pleased with all staff and Dentist. Had an appointment this week (10/15/24) and was as always very pleased with all staff and the Dentist. Had another appointment this week (4/29/25) and was as always very pleased with all staff and the new Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Docter Brier is a really great dentist and Courtney is a great nurse. His staff is always on top of information and Jackie does great cleaning. I recommend Wylie Dental to people when talking about dental work. I have been going to Wylie Dental for over 20 years.

Fantastic experience: The dental technician Brenda is excellent at cleaning your teeth. Highly recommend The only issue I have a question is the recommendation for a crown but the dentist didn't show me the x-ray to explain why she was recommending this. I am going to follow up to see where the small hairline fracture the dentist said I had. I want to be able to see this on the x-rays etc before moving forward

Good enough is never good enough for this practice! Jackie continues to excel at her job. It's great to have a regular DH. This place is awesome. Brenda did a great job on my cleaning and they gave me so much information about the overall health of my mouth. The appointment took a little longer than normal, but it was worth it for everything that was included. Everyone was very nice, including the ladies at the front desk. They went above and beyond to find days and times that worked for me for my appointment and stayed in constant communication with me. Recommend coming here for all of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I was so impressed. It was my first visit and everyone was so nice. It was a very thorough cleaning with x-rays, and a 3-D computer model of my teeth and bite. They checked my gums and did a cancer check. All of it was covered by my insurance. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Ali Somjee was so smooth. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. It went great and recovery is going good with minimal swelling and pain. The staff was so lovely and warming.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been searching for a dentist since mine retired two years ago and my search is over. The best hygienist ever! Talked me through everything. Thorough. Love Dr. Brier.

Fantastic experience: Always professional and personal. They are great with all of my boys including a 3, a 13, a 21 and a 40 year old. Not super expensive and they offer multiple payment options /discount plans to apply for. Very informative about your oral health, walks through pictures and films when necessary. The facility is always clean, they offer refreshments while you wait and the wait is never very long. Both doctors and all of their supporting staff are wonderful!

Negative experience: If the stars only include service providers it would be 5, but 2 stars for the business all together. I was scheduled for 4 checkup/cleaning sessions. Every time I visited the establishment, I had a surprise payment due. It happened three times in a row and when asked about it the second time, they said insurance only covers 3, and you have 4 services, hence the additional payment. On the third time, they mentioned insurance only covers 2. I finally confirmed with my insurance and it was 2. To this the establishment said, oh we recommend 4. So why not let me know, I am covered for 2 but we recommend 4, and let me decide. This information was easily available to this company, but they were not upfront about it. One could argue that I should be aware of what my insurance covers, and that is fair. However, we go to different health service providers, and these service providers are aware of our coverage, so why not be upfront with the customers and let them know what to expect. Why hide information from customers and trick them to make more money. This type of practice is unethical.
