I had a visit on Tuesday-12/9th for some very serious dental/medical issues that requires some extensive dental care/services. Finally I started looking out of state and I am so glad I did. One appointment with Dr Lewis and he has a wonderful plan in place to finally get this tooth out! The office staff was beyond amazing. Fantastic experience: Honestly, I was hesitant and really did not want to go to this appointment, even though I did understand that it was relevant and important. Dr Baker and his staff were awesome. Dr Baker listened to me and heard me. Also, he reiterated what he heard that I wanted, not just why I was referred to him by my dentist. This in my experience. is rather not the norm in dealing with doctors. He reigns with 5 stars for me. As an older woman this is very important as we tend to disappear in relevance after a certain age. I highly recommend Dr Baker and his lovely staff. As a former nurse, I do not say this lightly or even on occasion. Dr Baker is the exception that you desire.

It was, he took good care of me. I I have no pain at the site. He was so nice and calmly told me everything that he would be doing. I would definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: Will never come or recommend this place to anyone, plenty of other options in town. Ozark Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery REQUIRES whoever drives a patient here to STAY here the entire time the patient is in "surgery" aka getting a tooth pulled. I have never been to any clinic or surgery center in my life that require this, wife had two major surgeries at other places and I had a tooth surgically removed obviously at another place and never was my driver required to sit here for hours until I was done and ready to be driven home. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED- they will not do the procedure unless you have a driver that will sit in the lobby or car (in parking lot) for the entire time until your done and ready to be driven home - MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE to the 99% working class! A SIMPLE END TIME FOR PICK UP AND OR A PHONE CALL IS WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN. "Sir, your father is done and ready for pick up". The staff of course says it’s in case anything goes strong but the reality is they don’t want to take care of the patient that’s on anesthesia after the procedure is over so they want you here to immediately take the patient home…that makes sense and that is what a legit estimated end time, a phone call and a pick lobby is for like every other clinic I have ever been in does. Need mention if they tell you 9:00am do you really think they are starting your procedure anywhere close to that time? So yea, get ready for you and your driver to spend 1/2 - full day at this place.

This is the day after an extration of a bridge and bad tooth, and placing two implants with bone grafting. I am delighted with the results of my treatment, I especially appreciate the gentle approach of my surgeon as I was extremely apprehensive of what pain I would experience from the surgery. Having followed all instructions they gave me, prior to my surgery, I am experiencing only discomfort and no pain. The stiches are incredibly small and very neatly done. Positive experience: You offer excellent care and service, but you don’t accept Medicare or United Healthcare. I was unable to have a biopsy done at your clinic. Please understand that most of us can’t afford out of pocket healthcare. “Power and good health to the wealthy!”

Fantastic experience: I had 5 teeth extracted and a bone graft yesterday with Dr. Baker and his team. I have major dental phobia and anxiety and Dr. Baker was very caring in my consultation appointment. Upon arrival, we spoke to Hannah about some concerns and she was so patient and addressed all our concerns and took her time to make sure we were comfortable before proceeding. Before I went under anesthesia for my surgery, I was having an anxiety attack and the CRNA Rachel and another member of Dr. Baker’s team, Janet were so compassionate and comforting. They wiped my tears and calmed me to help me through the process. Today Janet called to check on me as well. For someone with as much fear and anxiety as I have with dental procedures, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
