Negative experience: This time around I was a little disappointed with the service provided. The Assistant we had wasn't friendly enough to keep my son calm, when we were about to leave we asked for a toothbrush and said she didn't had any and she had already disposed of the pink toothbrush she had used with my son. It's a dental clinic your kidding me every dental clinic I been to always provides you with floss toothbrush and toothpaste why is this one the exception? However the time of our visit was quick and that I like.

Fantastic experience: Loved it . Yesterday had my first appointment for my 3 kids and i can finally say i found a great place. My son has Autism and it’s hard for xtrays to get done. The past 4 dentist wouldn’t even try . Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Me as a Dental Assitant I can tell, Excellent Dr. and staff, I took my girls for treatment under oral sedation and they were the best, make them feel safe and comfortable. My kids were not afraid at all to dentist visits anymore,plus the oral sedation reach the real goal and kids don’t be sedated for too long, they left the clinic perfectly fine. Also office is very clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: November 15, 2025 Today, my special needs child was seen by Mr. Josh, for intake and x-rays, Miss Jessica, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Mandy, the singing doctor. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was loving, compassionate, and patient. I want to thank everyone for the outstanding care. I have missed the beautiful Singing Doctor, and was so happy to see her again. Her lovely voice helps calm my child, and it's also soothing for my nerves. I could listen to her all day. She has such an amazing voice. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. God bless you all, and please have a happy and safe holiday season. We look forward to seeing you all next year.

Fantastic experience: Really great place the staff was incredibly kind, and honest. The doctor helped me while on a trip with my church I needed emergency care. They got me together till I could get back home. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Called requesting a last minute appointment for my little one. Got me in within an hour, they were attentive to my questions and concerns. But made sure my little one felt comfortable with the procedure. We were in and out within 35 minutes. Love this place! My little ones are never scared to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Our son, Diego, has gone to Smile Center for Kids for about four years. The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. They accommodate our schedule and Dr. Turki shows a sincere interest in our son and his dental health. He takes time to explain to us how Diego is doing, what, if any, procedures are needed. Diego loves going to the dentist. I think that’s the best reference we can give.

Fantastic experience: Both my Daughters had to get treatment done and it was a really good experience for both. The Dental Assistant that assisted during both procedures was very nice and helped my oldest daughter since she was a bit nervous. Super sweet and caring. The Doctor hands down was awesome. He explained the treatment, answered any questions and the way he treated my daughters and explained everything to them was great. My youngest daughter was sedated but conscious during the entire procedure and she did amazing after her treatment. She has no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to a different dentistry due to location but after our worst experience at Divine dental with Dr. Gurulev, I decided to bring my daughter back to Smile Center for Kids, they make my daughter feel at ease and explain everything they will be doing beforehand, the Dr’s here are very caring and understanding and treat my daughters like real people, they dont dismiss anything just because they are kids. I highly recommend it here!

Fantastic experience: Nice family kid friendly dentist. There’s a section dedicated for coloring, with mega blocks to play with, and a tv on the wall playing kid friendly movies and also a reading area. My grand daughter had a good experience here. Waiting time was very short. Staff is friendly and the dentist has a nice friendly handsome face. Believe it or not this helps when kids are afraid.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr Griego, whom I absolutely love, and I was extremely impressed by her assistant Priscilla. When Priscilla called me back I was not only nervous since I had a few cavities to be filled, I also explained to her how my blood pressure always is high when I go to any Drs office, she was so sweet and assured me everything was going to be fine! She closed the door and had me relax and just breathe for a few minutes before she took my blood pressure. No one has ever done that for me, and it worked, I felt relaxed and my pressure was normal! Priscilla was so kind and reassuring during my entire appointment and made me feel at ease during the treatment. I was so blessed to not only have the best dentist in the world fixing my cavities but to have had the pleasure in having Priscilla by my side!! I whole heartedly recommend Dr Griego and Priscilla a million percent!!!

Fantastic experience: Sarai is by far the best hygienist I have experienced in years! She gave me a 5 min floss refresher that has promoted me to become an excellent daily flossing. Sarai also cleaned my children’s teeth recently and they loved her.

I am just so lucky to have staff, dental assistants and Doctors that really care about my daughter. Been going here for about 7 years now and would never choose another place for dental care!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience at this clinic. I just bought my dental insurance and I was looking for a dentist I called and made an appointment at this place, but they never called me back to confirm the time of my appointment I was new and I didn't know how they manage. I called today to verify if my appointment was at 4 o'clock the lady not in a nice way just told me my appointment had already passed and she didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted to make another appointment. The first red flag I was disappointed I was happy to start checking my teeth but it wasn't the right place.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Turki! He is amazing with kids. My daughter had a bad tooth ache and saw her within 30 minutes of calling.

Fantastic experience: Every staff member we have come in contact with has been friendly, sweet, and patient with my toddler. The facility is clean and the waiting room is a parent’s dream come true. Dr. Mandy is truly amazing. She called my 2 year old “princess” and sang to her throughout her exam. Lovely experience every visit.

Fantastic experience: Went for the 1st time this week and only complaint I have is the way we were greeted when we walked in, 1st impressions are important, I myself worked in the dental field for over 8 years and part of that was front desk, we walked in and didn't get greeted, didn't get a hi, or how can I help you, i had to walk up and just start with letting her know i was there for a appointment and my child's name. Besides that everything was great, dental assistants, doctors and check out was really nice and they assured me that everything was going to be ok and that they were there to help, loved the call back after the appointment to check up on my child, that was pretty cool. I will for sure be going back for my child's 6 months exams. Thank you to Dr.Wilsons team.

Fantastic experience: I left Aspen Dental because I felt I was just another number, so I gave this place a try even though it focuses on kids and I'm an adult. From the beginning with one of the Dr's calling me to welcome me a day before, to Dr. Nguyen being empathetic and thorough with my procedures of my possible implant, to Caro & Kim with their diligent x-rays and cleaning, & finally George - from the billing side, with good personable & astute knowledge. I've done sales most of my life & I can quickly feel when I'm being handled or treated just for their own gain. However I am grateful to finally find a place that treats you like family while still encompassing professionalism & thoroughness with everything that they do. Thank you & looking forward to my next cleaning & proceeding with my tooth implant. This place isn't just for kids!

Negative experience: I personally did not like the way my daughter’s procedure was handled. She had nitrous oxide but they didn’t place topical on her gums before numbing her. I opted out sedation because she did great last time but it was with a different dentist. His excuse was I’ve done this forever and I know how to numb without topical. I was a dental assistant before I went back to school and the dentists I worked with always ensured the patient was numb on the gum line before numbing (on adult patients). I’m just disappointed. I thought I finally found a forever dental home for my daughter but I guess I’ll be looking for another office. It’s frustrating because now my daughter has a fear of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Greatest experience for my son and for myself. Staff is polite, patient, and extremely professional. My son loves to come to the dentist! Fantastic experience: The prior post somehow submitted from a year ago. But yet again, at our most recent visit, I was blown away by the service we received. The Dr that attended to us was absolutely amazing. As a healthcare professional, I appreciated the time he took to not only explain what to look out for but why. He even took the time to google pictures and show me what I should be looking out for with my son without even having to ask for clarification. It was impressive to me to know that he provided other parents and patients education like this. He was very genuine and made sound decisions that had my son’s best interest. Of course the office staff did not disappoint. Always smiling, friendly, and extremely attentive. A great experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Each time I have taken my daughter there we have had amazing experiences. We were actually referred to Smile Center for Kids due to a procedure my daughter needed. The compassion shown was more than I expected. Any procedure needed or being done is explained in the fullest and with no rush. I switched dentists immediately and we have had wonderful visits every time.

Fantastic experience: Smile Center for kids is hands down the best dentist office for pediatrics. We have been going there for 8 years and their staff and dentist are excellent. Skip the dental office with the ice cream machine and the video games and carrousel because those things are nothing more than a distraction. This office caters to children on a much deeper level by truly making them feel comfortable and offering quality dental work free from return visits due to improper placement of fillings or crowns.. I have prior experience working at a dental office and this office is transparent patients centered and amazing from the moment you walk in the door.

Dr. Griego has been heaven sent. Not only does she see my kids but the whole family. She was willing to take my complex case and nailed it! Fantastic experience: Took my 3 week old to have his lip ties fixed last week and they did a fabulous job. Being a pediatric dental assistant myself (displaced because of PCS with husband, yay army!) I can honestly say they did a really good job with fixing his lips and they are gentle and nice with the kiddos. I look forward to going back with them once my little actually has teeth.

Fantastic experience: I took my 6 month old for an evaluation. Both doctor and assistants were extremely kind. They clearing explained the situation with my daughter and provided guidance for preventive care. We will be returning and feel like we already found a lifelong dentist.

Fantastic experience: Being a first time mom, i was very uneasy about finding a dentist for my baby girl. But the staff and dr. Here are amazing. We were in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Brown is amazing!! She answered all our questions, and didn't treat us like some random patient. They take the time to know your children, and their teeth and to make sure your kids are comfortable. And from entrance to exit they made us feel so welcomed. Dr. Brown just has this positive, energetic vibe!! If i could give them 10 Stars I would. I've never enjoyed dentist visits until now.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I have 3 children so working out a schedule can be a challenge. I called and Octavio was the best at helping me. He was able to schedule all 3!! He was polite and able to text me information that I needed prior to my appointment. Although my interaction was only via phone, I could see his smile from a mile away! Fantastic experience: Always a great , wonderful and pleasant experience. My daughter was a little anxious but they actually talk to her before any procedure and she was so happy about that. The Dr. explain me everything in a understanding way. She took her time (that's a plus)

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office!! My kids and I were very comfortable during our visit thank you to the whole staff starting from the front office staff and all along with the back office assistance. They made mi kids feel comfortable doing their X-ray and cleanings. Doctor was very good and professional during their exams and she explained everything and explained to me how important every procedure is and what they needed. Thank you Smile Center for Kids.. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown, Dr. Wilson, and all the staff at smile center are some of the most compassionate, kind, caring people I have ever met. They always make our experience there a good one. We drive from out of town just to see them. Dr. Griego is so endearing and makes my kids feel so comfortable. The office staff always accommodates us and our hectic schedules. Absolutely love them.

Fantastic experience: Second visit and I have nothing but great things to say! My son isn’t the easiest 2 year old patient but the doctor and staff have always been willing to work with him, include him as much as possible (although he still fights them to not check/brush his teeth) I believe in the long run the way they handle my son will set the tone little by little. The doctor that sees my son she’s very detailed with the information she provides. I love how the staff/doctor are willing to slow things down and go off my toddlers comfort level. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
