Fantastic experience: A new filling fell out on Sunday only after about a month, I called at 7am on Monday and they got me in for an appointment same day. Fixed it at no charge, and was very quick with the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Just started using Fern Creek dentist when my insurance changed and my other dentist wasn’t in network anymore. So far, so good. The staff is very friendly and I like the fact that they are open on Fridays because I can schedule my appointments at a time when I don’t have to take time off work. It’s a more modern facility so it doesn’t feel like the dentist office of the 70s and 80s. So far I have had a great experience and will continue to go to them.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday 6/16/25 was my husband and my first visit.It was a great experience from the front desk staff, the ones who took us back to the dentist Dr.Lee. They asked us initially if we had any questions. They then explained every procedure they did, and then asked again if we had any questions for them.They took x-rays, explained what needed to be done then explained the cost after insurance and set up payment arrangements. Definitely will recommend others who need a good dentist. I forgot to hit send until 1/8/26

My doctor is amazing he is very kind as well he is gifting me a new retainer since mine is breaking on me since I’m waiting 3 months until I get my implant in. The surgery went very well for the bone graft and the first step of the process went smoothly and wasn’t in pain at all during it. This will forever now be my dentist I go to, they treat you with respect and help you out the best way possible they can and make sure you know exactly what’s going on and talk and make sure you understand everything about your teeth health.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency. They worked me in the same day, Everyone is always friendly and professional. Dr. Patel explained the treatment plan in detail and my treatment was undertaken that day. Nobody acted annoyed for me taking over their lunch break but with respect and compassion. In addition they are an all service dentist. No need to go anywhere else. I strongly recommend them for anyone needing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a routine cleaning and my experience was that it was thorough, timely and professional. The only chagrin was there are no more gift bags with a new toothbrush and dental floss, but this is due to encouraging people to use electric toothbrushes instead, which makes sense.

Positive experience: The receptionist on 11/25/25 in the Statesville office was rude, not at all welcoming. You should probably hire someone with a better personality and people skills to work the front desk and handle your customers. The hygienist was great as always.

Positive experience: Never had a problem with them until I was refused a general cleaning because they insisted upon a “deep” cleaning or none at all. None it is, at least from Fern. The choice should be up to the patient. I can certainly understand they would have a patients best interest in mind and honesty is appreciated, however, if one chooses to postpone, that should be their choice. I had initially called for an Emergency appt and was told they couldn’t get me in for that but they could get me in that same day for a comprehensive checkup (as I hadn’t been in two yrs). That made no sense to me but I agreed. This seemed suspect to me, therefore I will go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This was my first dental procedure experience and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had four wisdom teeth removed and Dr.Patel and his team were amazing. I was thoroughly prepped for the procedure and what stood out to me in particular was how attentive, communicative, and personable the staff was. They helped keep me calm and even had me laughing a few times during the appointment. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort during the procedure, and was even able to take my teeth with me as a trophy .

Negative experience: Your hygienist is the best I have ever had clean my teeth. But you guys are the worst in the rest of your services.. I came for x-rays and a cleaning. You did my x-rays in February and September to do my cleaning.. That is why I didn’t make another appointment, nor do I plan to return.

This is coming from someone who would have taken get in my left arm cut off compared to going to the dentist. Childhood dentist issues kind of turn me off from going. But once I found these guys it really turned my idea around. Will keep coming to them for now on

Dr. Patel remembers my name and always asks about my kids and how they are doing, which to me speaks volumes considering the number of patients he sees daily. He is very knowledgeable, upfront, patient, caring, pleasant, and wants the best for you. As someone who works in healthcare I can also tell that he values his staff and has a great working relationship with them as well and that means a lot. If you are in need of a new dentist give Fern Creek a try you won’t be disappointed. Also, they are open on Friday's which is a huge plus for me. I wish they did Saturday hours like they used to a long time ago.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and transparent.Went because my filling was falling out. Unfortunately I needed not one but two root canals! Everyone was very attentive and make sure I was not uncomfortable the whole time. While coming out of being numb was uncomfortable, I took Advil just before I left and while I was uncomfortable for a short period, took a nap, woke up pain free. Touching the area is sore but I do not have any pain. I am shocked and thankful. The dentist and his assistant knew what they were doing. I am also thankful they do the crowns on site so I didn’t have to come back to be fitted. They took their time to ensure they got everything the way it was supposed to be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came in yesterday for a consult with Dr.McCourt. I was a blubbering mess of anxiety. He was so soft spoken and calm, he made me feel so much better. This whole place has extremely caring staff. I’m terribly afraid of the dentist and I don’t mind coming here at all. Looking bc forward to my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about going into the office for my first visit, it was due to wisdom tooth pain. When I walked in it was very clean and the front desk was welcoming. The woman that did my X-rays was comforting. When I met with the dentist, Dr. Patel, he was honest and to the point. He knew I was in a lot of pain and though he may have been able to do the surgery he referred me out and sent a message to someone he knew to get me in next day, not wanting to risk any nerve damage. He also didn’t push getting the other wisdom tooth taken out knowing I wasn’t in pain and it didn’t need to come out. It had been way too long since my last dentist visit and I’m grateful this one went so well. I will be coming back to Dr Patel and the rest of his staff for my future appointments.
