Fantastic experience: Dr. Gibbon is the best! They fit me in the same day I called because I was experiencing a crazy amount of pain and needed a tooth pulled. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gibbon ensured I was comfortable and did everything she could to minimize my pain during and after the tooth extraction. I will be switching over to Towne Lake Dentistry!

Dr Patterson and his assistant as well as the front office staff are kind and make an uncomfortable tooth situation better. Dr Patterson is skilled and does great work—with no pain. The staff was able to squeeze me in before a trip to see Doc Patterson who resolved my immediate issue and made a plan to address to prevent some other issues from getting worse. Negative experience: Both times ive attended this place ihave had a bad experience. The male doctor was pulling on my face so rough and was not listening when I was pain. They do good work but please do not attend here if you want your face yanked on and to not be listened too

Fantastic experience: I currently have a good dental hygienist there I’ve had some not so good ones in between my current fav & my original fav Taylor who left a few years ago to be a full time Mom. Dr Patterson has had to put up with me for a few crown replacements in the last few years. He has earned his wings. Not impressed with the actual staff that does the crowns.

My husband originally came here because of an emergency. Dr Patterson was unable to take care of the issue but he told us exactly the steps to take and where to go. Fantastic experience: Dr Patterson offered me a couple options and I never ever felt like I couldn't trust his opinion, and his staff is amazing. I never felt at all uncomfortable. I was in my head about the procedure but i knew i was in good hands the whole time. All I have to say is this man and his staff gave me my smile back for that I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Went for my dental appointment at Towne Lake Dentistry yesterday with Dr Patterson. Thought I was getting my usual yearly cleaning but was told I needed a “deep cleaning “ and also injections . Being that I hate ‘ Needles’ I was thinking about fleeing, but Dr Patterson assured me that he would be gentle and he was . I ended up getting at least 6 injections but Dr Patterson was so gentle and comforting that I hardly felt anything and so was the hygienist. I’ve been going there for several years now and highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Trey Patterson and all of the staff at Towne Lake Dentistry are professional, polite and attentive to all the needs of the patient. Dr. Patterson will take time to discuss the details of any treatment plan and go over all the costs line by line so you are fully aware of the breakdown and the total cost. The best thing is the wait time for cleanings is less than 5 min. I have been going to Towne Lake Dentistry for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience.

Negative experience: This office has such an amazing staff. They’re super friendly. My family and I have been coming here for years. They make everything so easy and pain free. I love coming here. I’m always satisfied with the service and hospitality they give when you walk in. Thank you to all the staff members at Town Lake Dentistry! But today I was disappointed. When I made an appointment in January it was for a cleaning, but I had to cancel then reschedule. Today was that appointment and no one told me it was for my fillings. It was a huge misunderstanding and I didn't like that at all. Also in the past I sign some kind of document stating the treatment plan and the cost and no one and I mean no one went over that with me. So it was just disappointing today. The doctor and the assistant did amazing but the front needs better communication when it comes to making sure it's the right appointment booked for the patient along with the costs so that patient won't be surprised by the cost.
