Fantastic experience: I was a new patient here coming from out of state. I was impressed with the thorough cleaning and inspection as well as a detailed discussion of my X-rays. I wasn’t pushed to do any work on the small cavities that were just starting to form. Lots of just “watching” which is my preference. I was a little weary because of all the promotions (like what are they compensating for), but now that I have a $90 sodalicious gift card in my pocket, I have to say it was an overall awesome experience.

Negative experience: I've gone to Art City Dental for 15+ years since I was a kid. They were great for a long time but in recent years I've had several bad experiences. Today was the last time I'll go there. I went in for a crown appointment and it took over 5 hours. They had issues with their machine and they make the permanent crown during the appointment, which I understand made the appointment take longer. But, of the 5 hours I was there, at least 2 hours was sitting and waiting on the dentist, not waiting on the crown to be made or anything. There is no excusable reason a 1 pm appointment should be ending at 6 pm, it felt extremely disrespectful of my time. I've had several cleanings take much longer than they should as well. It mostly feels like they are overbooking themselves at the expense of the customers. I would not recommend going here anymore.

The staff here were amazing and took the time to make my son feel comfortable and explain what they were doing. He never asks questions and he felt confident and comfortable enough to ask questions about what they were doing. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I went to Art City Dental for the first time today. I was so impressed with Brooklyn at the front desk. Morgan cleaned my teeth and she was awesome! Dr Adams was really kind and explained my teeth options so very well. I’m excited I’ve found this great dental office! I’ve been to Art City Dental at least 4 times now. They are great! The front desk employees are so friendly and kind. The girls who took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth were awesome, and Dr Adams is the best! Just adding more to my previous reviews! Fantastic experience: I am bad with computers so if this is posted twice forgive. Dr Adams and his two assistants went above and beyond. We ran into a problem that the ex-rays could not have picked up on. Dr. Adams took the extra time to fix it while keeping me inform every step of the way. I still can't believe how fast they got me in. I still have follow-up visits to finish but I am fulling happy with the work that was done. I understand that the cost of everything is going up, but I feel that I was worked with to keep my cost down as must as they could. If you are looking for a Dentist, I would recommend this office to anyone.

Positive experience: The people were nice, professional, and thorough though it took a long time. My appointment was at 2, they came to get me at 2:30 and I got done at 3:45. The assistant hygienist was very personable and nice to talk to and everyone else did a great job as well. I still recommend them just be aware of the time issue.

Negative experience: I've had a few issues with Art City over the years. First issue was they didn't tell me I was going to get charged for something that my insurance wasn't going to cover, so I got sent a bill in the mail that I was stuck paying. I sent a letter with it saying they should have let me know, and I shouldn't have to pay this, but they cashed the check anyway. The next issue, I had no insurance for a little bit, so I was unable to go to the dentist. They called and texted me constantly trying to set up an appointment even though I asked them to stop. They finally did but only after I really got after them. Now to the BIGGEST issue. I went in to have fillings done May 7th. Shortly after I started having pain and sensitivity, which kept spreading and getting worse. It got to be super bad, but no one could figure out what was wrong. I ended up having to have a root canal. Something in my dental visit caused the issue, but they won't take any responsibility for it. I can't afford to pay for the dental work that was caused from my dental fillings being done by them. I am changing dentists and will never go to Art City Dental again. I won't even let them put the crown on to finish the dental issue they caused. I don't trust that they won't cause me another issue, and I'm not going to spend any more money at their office.

Fantastic experience: If you need a “Good dentist” I highly recommend Art City Dental! Dr. Fullmer has been looking after my teeth for 35 years. You or your kids won’t regret his experience. He is a fun and friendly. Grateful for the skills that Dr. Fullmer has in Dentistry. I was scheduled to have a crown put on yesterday. The procedure went as planned. His staff are top notch as they each have a roll in slim lining the process to make it as painless and comfortable as possible. I have a rare stomach disease that makes me vomit a lot and he was so open to listen and not accuse me of substance abuse, which has definitely happened. He said he'd come up with a plan and wanted to start where I wanted too. So freaking friendly!!!! Fantastic experience: I genuinely hate the dentist. The drill noises and everything I just hate it. This was my first time at Art City Dental. The Hygienist was so gentle and understanding of my anxiety about 1. being in a new office and 2. being at the dentist office in general. The Dr was EXTREMELY kind. he asked me so many questions about myself just to get to know me before even touching my mouth. I’ve also been having some sensitivity with a tooth for a couple or years and he took a picture of my tooth inside my mouth (not just an x ray, an actual photo) and showed me what the problem was and explained it all to me. I loved this dentist office and the people even though i get really anxious to go, I didn’t feel quite as anxious this time!! Thank you!!!
