Fantastic experience: I had the best root canal experience with Dr. Dyer and her assistant Simona! They make an exceptional and inspirational team together. Dr.Dyer made sure to throughly explain the procedure as she went all while keeping me comfortable. Simona supported me throughout the entire process, even holding my hand when I stated to get anxious. Excellent service with these wonderful ladies and would highly recommend them every chance I get!

Fantastic experience: I had the greatest experience starting off with Brooke, one of the hygienists over at Lakeside! She was so kind, very knowledgeable on the right care for me as well as her job as a hygienist, had a great bedside manner, and did an absolute great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Stassen came in after to do my exam. She also was very sweet, gentle, professional, a great bed side manner, and knowledgeable in her care for me as a dentist. She answered and explained every question i had about my treatment needed, and also gave me tips on ways to help avoid cavities. Dr. Stassen made me feel very comfortable in her care. I've also been recommended the Kor Whitening Treatment that Lakeside offers, and I'm truly blown away at the amazing results, how much whiter my teeth are is so much more than i have gotten using any other whitening treatment. Kor is worth every penny and Id spend the money again!! Every person in that office, from the ladies at the front desk to the back office staff, always has a smile on their face, are very quick to make you feel welcomed, and answer any questions you may have. Lakeside is so much more than just a dental office, everyone (the staff, and patients) are treated like family the moment you walk in the door. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience of a lifetime. I said this because you have not met someone who has dental anxiety like I do. I walk in a dentist office and hear equipment going on (example: teeth cleaning, grinding for root canal, etc) my pressure shoots up immediately. My pressure did go up on the day that I had to get two root canals, but Simona (Hygienist) made me felt so comfortable with assuring me that I will be OK. She took very, very good care of me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Dr Regine' Dyer was just an angel sent from God. I love the way she explained everything that she is going to do. Dr Dyer and Simona are very patience, kind, compassionate, great bedside manners and professional. The building and Lakeside Dental Office are very beautiful and clean. The atmosphere of the office is very welcoming, kind and helpful. Yes, I would recommend LAKESIDE DENTAL CARE to everyone. Dr Dyer texted to check on me after I left the office to see how I was making out after the root canals. I felt very comfortable with her.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place I was so scared of the dentist to the point I just let my teeth literally fall out I hid my smile I couldn’t enjoy life bc I also made sure my laugh or smile was small to avoid my teeth showing. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures but they had me laughing and so comfortable. They are professional but personable, efficient, knowledgeable and overall allow for a pretty painless experience. Fantastic experience: It was my first time being there. The first thing that struck me was their friendly, professional and clean atmosphere. I liked the Hygienist right away, because she carries the same name as my daughter, and took her time to explain all dental procedures to include the financial obligations on the insurance and my side. The Dentist came in later and was very informative. I was impressed. I'm a Law Enforcement Professional, and was once the Director for a large Hotel chain. I know hospitality and professionalism when I see it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dyers and Simona were awesome! During my consultation, Dr. Dyers explained the difference between the layers of the teeth in an easy to understand and really funny way. When I came in today for my root canal treatment, the process was super easy and they took care to make sure I was properly numbed before getting to the procedure. The procedure was super chill and comfortable, and the GentleWave made it so much easier and more comfortable. With all that, it was relatively painless and chill. I also loved the massage function on the chair! A root canal isn't something people usually *want* to do, but you gotta do what you gotta do and Dr Dyers and Simona kept me calm and comfy throughout the whole thing. 10/10, would recommend. :)

Fantastic experience: I was sent to Dr. Dyer from my regular dentist who could not perform a root canal that I needed. It was more complex than just an ordinary root canal. Dr. Dyer consulted me one day, the next day she performed the root canal. I have severe anxiety when having dental work done. Dr. Dyer and her assistant Amanda comforted me and reassured that they will do everything they can to help me relax; and that they did! Amanda was a wonderful assistant and explained everything from beginning to end. She was exceptionally kind and gentle. I am so thankful to have been under the care of such a wonderful team.

Positive experience: Dr. Deyer, Andrea and Simona were courteous, gentle and friendly. They made my first root canal almost enjoyable with little pain and a lot of comfort in the massage chair; I fell asleep at one point during the procedure. One ding was my 8:30 am appointment was the consult; I had to return for the procedure at 11:30 am. Overall a great endodontal experience!

Negative experience: The people who book appointments lied to me and told me they do same day cleanings a waste of time nobody has the time nor transportation to show up to this greedy establishment more than once especially since nothing is wrong with my teeth I’m convinced they only see dollar signs and will do anything to get someone to come in

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Dryer and her Hygienists Sadey made me feel comfortable and at ease from the time I sat down. They truly made me feel and treated me like family. With the back surgeries I had sitting in a reclined dental chair was a challenge. Both Sadey and Dr. Dryer did everything possible to minimalize any discomfort to me to the point that they both separately asked if they could get a towel or blanket and roll it up to make me more comfortable. Sadey explained to me what usually happens and explained how to communicate to them once the procedure started. Dr. Dryer let me know that she had plan A, B, and C to make sure she could get me through this successfully. She let me know that plan A would work and she equated every major step as running bases. I am not a big fan of dentist but Dr. Dryer and Sadey are soo good that they act as if they were symbiotic co workers. They can anticipate not only each others moves but also mine. This has to be the greatest experience I have ever had at a dentist office. This was my first root canal and I heard horror stories about them but they made me feel so comfortable by the professionalism they both had a s showed me in my care that I would gladly return. Fantastic experience: FIVE STARS!!! Amazing is truly an understatement! Dr. Dyer and Simona really gave me the best dentist experience of my life. Long story short, I had a toothache that was so painful that I left work on 3 different occasions to try get fixed but no one could quite figure out the source other than a guess. So I was given antibiotics and pain pills and sent on my way. Well on the 3rd occasion I was referred to Dr. Dyer. She told me on the scale of 1-10 that she could tell that I was at 15 and that she refused to let me leave with a solution. Mind you, she had just met me 15 minutes ago. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly concerned with how I was feeling. We worked through several test until we found the issue. While performing the procedure her and Simona comforted me and insured me that I would leave that office feeling way better than I came. They more than delivered on that promise. But there’s more, she was so concerned with how I was doing that she texted me from her business phone and checked on me everyday! This included the weekend! I had never had anyone go that over and beyond to ensure my well being! I am so grateful to Dr. Dyer and her office. 5 STARS! 5 STARS! 5 STARS!

Fantastic experience: Went to Dr.Dyer for a root canal under a crown, and she is the best. I told her i have complications with numbing, she listened and made sure to take her time and follow up on how i was feeling throughout the procedure. I am so grateful to her ans her assistant Sadie who helped during the procedure! This was worth it!! Also do the Gentlewave if recommended, feel like this is really going to help the health of my tooth!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday and called to change it because of a work obligation. Rather than moving me back a few weeks, they actually found room for me to come in a day earlier. Registering online meant literally zero wait. The hygienist was on point and no nonsense. The dentist took his time and answered all my questions while developing an action plan. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Dyer for a root canal and scheduled a consultation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. During the initial exam, Dr. Dyer and her assistant, Sadey, thoroughly explained the procedure step by step and reviewed insurance and payment options, which made everything clear and stress-free. I felt very comfortable and confident, so I scheduled the procedure right away. When I returned for the root canal, Dr. Dyer and assistant, Simona once again walked me through the process in detail before beginning. Throughout the procedure, they checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. I didn't experience any pain, and the entire process went smoothly. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience for a dental procedure, thanks to the professionalism and care of the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lakeside Dental for years. The check in staff are always friendly and helpful. My hygienist and dentist Dr. Henson are caring and ask how I am doing throughout my cleanings and dental work. I recently had Dr Henson fit me for Invisalign and after completion he corrected my front tooth which was chipped. It now looks and matches the rest of my front teeth.

Negative experience: I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I came in with a simple concern and mentioned that I had slightly moved during my original x-ray. Instead of offering a basic rescan or considering this, I was pressured into paying for an advanced scan before anyone even verified the issue properly. I was told, “We’re doing the scan anyway,” with no flexibility, and that felt coercive and dismissive. What made it worse — they told me my tooth might fall out or that I could have an autoimmune issue based on a flawed x-ray image — one where I clearly tilted my head. These alarming claims were made without symptoms, without confirmation, and before giving me the chance to get a clean re-scan. I was emotionally overwhelmed and scared into going along with it. And in the end, they found absolutely nothing wrong. No cavities, no active trauma, no nerve damage. Just speculative language about “trauma from years ago,” used to rationalize an unnecessary and costly scan. This whole experience was exhausting. It emotionally drained me, disrupted my ability to focus on other priorities, and left me feeling scammed. If you care about respectful communication, transparency, and being treated like a person — not a transaction — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff!! I was very nervous during a root canal procedure, but Dr. Dyer was amazing and insured me that I was in good hands!! She was true to her word, I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure! Would definitely recommend.
