Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist. Good entertainment for the kiddos on the weekends. The Games inside are also a good distraction while we wait for then to be called to the back. No long wating times. All staff is nice and friendly. Paperwork is very easy to fill out. Over all its a great dentist, highly recommend. Love it.

Negative experience: Took my children for the first time & the dont let parents in the back with child. Super wierd. I dont see a reason why not if it just a routine check up. Once I was told that I cancelled the appointment. While waiting for a call to the back I saw children that has a procedure done come out crying in so much pain. Such a horrible experience. Ive gone to other dentist where parents are welcomed in the back. BTW the offer gift card! So what does tha say!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Do not bring your children here. Complete waste of time . They don’t let you go in the back when you lr child is getting a major procedure done ,know that can be a lot for young children. Dental assistant were very unprofessional as well.

Negative experience: I went in for a quote in March of 2025 and was shocked to see what they were charging WITH my insurance. I wasted my Xray coverage going here. They were charging 480 (1440 total) per wisdom tooth and wanted to add unnecessary bone grafts for 780. A total of $2200, I dont recommend going here.

Negative experience: Horrible attitude with front desk staff!! My appointment was scheduled at 12:00 and they said it was at 11 . I clearly asked for my kids to be put at a later time due to school and when arrived I was told to sit and wait as a walk in. The lady continued to argue when I asked how is this my fault if I was told differently and she continued to try to hush me while she finished talking . I will not be returning I can take my business somewhere else that simple. This ladies need to stop coming in to work with a sour lemon face and treat their customers with a better customer service instead of trying to be a smartass . That affected my time my kids time out of school just for the lack of communication they have .

You and your family had an 11 am appointment and you arrived at 12 pm (1 hour late). You asked the front desk receptionist to be seen right away. We had patients at 12 pm who came to their appt on time. We politely just asked you to wait till we check in the 12 pm patients. You got upset and we apologize for any miscommunication. We clearly told you that since you were late for your appointment, you will have a little wait time. We try to provide the best services for all our patients. We wish you the best to find a dental office which best fits your needs.

Negative experience: Today my experience here was not great satisfaction. The heavy set Hispanic at the front desk was not helpful and very rude. The Dr had rude comments about my daughter's mouth as well. I will be filing a complaint. I have been here a few times with both of my children but never again.

Negative experience: By far the worse place I’ve ever been to today I took my 3 year old for a procedure and my baby was crying throughout the whole time and they never came out to tell me anything they proceeded to do the procedure and had her crying don’t take your kids here they don’t even allow you to come back with your kids

Fantastic experience: This was my kids and I first time here and we really enjoyed it. The place was super clean and maintained due to the fact that popcorn is offered. In the lobby there are arcade games to keep the little ones occupied. The service was quick the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location, in which I already have lol.

Fantastic experience: It's a cool placemy grandkids and my Teenage son loves the games and the motorcycle ride. Very polite, clean, it's cooler in the back than in the front though. I also appreciate the staff for allowing me to reschedule and when I did we ended up still late and they accepted us that was very nice of them. Thank you all
