Fantastic experience: I'm a big chicken about going to the dentist. My experience at Pierpan has made me not dread going back. Dr. Monica, Janice, all the staff were friendly, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns. It's taken me decades, but I finally found a dentist I feel safe and comfortable with.

Fantastic experience: This is an update. Yesterday, 12/03/2025, I broke a dental crown. I called Pierpan Dentistry and asked for an appointment. They saw me the same day. The assessed me for a replacement crown, cleaned the site and fitted me with a temporary crown all in one day. The new crown will be ready next week. I highly recommend Dr. Pierpan and most excellent staff Kathryn, (who did most of the work). Their skill and service are beyond compare!! Again, if you are in Hampstead and need a dentist, I recommend that you should Dr. Pierpan. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I highly recommend the Pierpan dentistry. They are an excellent group. They have handled all of my dentistry needs for years. They have done every dental procedure from cleaning to implants for me. Fantastic experience: We have gone to Pierpan Family Dentistry since they opened - maybe 30 years now. We have had continuous great care and have needed some emergency work done in the past and every treatment was comfortable and successful. Recently had Dr. Monica identify a problem tooth with a root canal and crown. Had a 3-D x-ray done and as a result, Dr. Henry needed to extract the tooth. I was so nervous but he and his assistant Katherine were AMAZING. The procedure was so fast and easy and I never experienced any pain during or after. The healing has been smooth and uneventful. I trust this practice for any any dental procedure necessary. And besides being very experienced and skilled dentists, Drs. Monica and Henry are so friendly and caring and they take time to get to know their patients. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to have found this practice. My first visit was to get a comprehensive assessment of my teeth and gums. Dr. Pierpan also performed a cancer screening of my mouth, neck and glands. At 68 yrs old, and one who visits a dentist regularly, I have never been so genuinely cared for. Dr. Pierpan also told me the best toothpaste and best brushing techniques. All of their staff was equally knowledgeable and efficient. What a wonderful experience. I’m certain with the knowledge and care provided by this practice, I am getting the best dental care possible.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Monica Pierpan for a consult regarding my severe obstructive and central sleep apneas and discussing a dental appliance to assist with my sleep. My sleep studies have shown that I have 60 occurrences an hour which leaves me severely fatigued, as well as dealing with headaches on a regular basis. Dr. Monica explained the whole process, as well as showing me the appliance that I will be using. I am looking forward to seeing the results of my dental appliance and how this can possibly change my life. I was explained in detail the whole process from beginning to end. For anyone that cannot tolerate the CPAP like myself, this is the first step in regaining your health.

My dental work was several crowns, and a root canal. I felt no pain, and was made to be comfortable at all times. The crowns are beautiful and look natural. I highly recommend Pierpan Dentistry.

Negative experience: One more appointment with these inconsiderate, rude, and incompetent people then never again. They forgot to do sealants on my daughter’s teeth last year, called me five minutes after I left to demand that I return that same day. Went in for her cleaning and exam recently, they wanted me to sign a document stating that she will get sealants the next visit BUT despite having had an exam that same day: they could not say the cost because “we don’t know if she’ll need fillings instead”. So…. You just did an exam, but you don’t know if she needs fillings or if it’ll just be sealant. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, sure sounds like you’re going to stick me with a fat bill with zero proof that the procedure is necessary. Absolutely unethical. Switched dentists that same day. Can’t leave out the best part of the story: I’m a divorced single father. The dental assistant made some comment to the effect of: “I’m sure your wife handles all the scheduling so just have her give us a call” EDIT: since the office is more concerned with the fact that I posted a negative review than they are fixing the problem, attached is a photo of the link they texted me, asking for a review whether good or bad on both Facebook and Google.

Fantastic experience: Pierpan Dentistry has been my dentist for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. My dentist is technically outstanding with flawless results. Even they way he administers pain blocker shots is painless. I have been to more than 6 dental groups and I have never witnessed such a pleasant, cheerful and competent staff from reception to technicians.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to both Dr. Henry and Dr. Monica for over a decade and every visit has been awesome. They are capable, kind and compassionate. My wife had talked me into visiting her dentist when my front tooth (a crown) broke off. That dentist wanted to remove the root, send me to have surgery to have a post implanted and then go back to her for a final tooth/crown. All of this would have been miserable, time consuming and cost thousands of dollars. I went to Dr. Henry because I figured if I had to have all of this done, that he could likely do it all in-house. He took a look at my tooth and humbly said, I am not comfortable removing this tooth and giving you an implant. He went on to say, "I can build up your remaining tooth, imbed a simple fiber post and remount the existing (expensive) crown." This way the original tooth was still in place, supporting the crown. He could not guarantee how long it would last but he said It may last a year or the rest of your life. It has been about ten years and I am so glad that he saved me from the inexperienced younger doctor who went worst-case-scenario out of the gate! There is nothing like this kind of competence. My hygienist, I believe her name was Kathryn, was exceptional. She was extremely informative and patient with me. She was also a very calming influence during the process.

Yesterday I had a crown come loose and was not able to get in touch with my regular dentist due to the fact he was no longer practicing in the area. I called the office at 4:45 in the afternoon and was able to get seen the next day. The entire staff treated me very well and was able to take care of my crown and also set up some future plans for some work that I have been needing but just couldn’t find a place that I felt comfortable with. Well, I believe I have found a place that not only took care of me today, but will be my future dentist office from now on. Thank you so much for your great attention and care of me today.

Fantastic experience: My recent appointment with Pierpan was beyond a 5-star experience from scheduling, throughout the visit, and ending at check-out. I should start by saying I was not an existing patient when I called first thing Monday morning for their help with a sensitive tooth. My regular dentist, who is also amazing, is located in RTP but the drive wasn’t possible for me with work obligations this week. I spoke with Erin in scheduling, and she found me a same day appointment within minutes. Online, new patient forms were sent via email well ahead of the afternoon appointment. The online form process is super easy and leaves you literally nothing to fill out in the office. We have all done the online forms and then we are give more upon arrival . . . definitely didn’t happen here. When I arrived in the office about 10 minutes early, I waited less than 5 minutes to be called into the back. The entire staff was AMAZING. They were personable, knowledgeable and made, what turned out to be a full service visit, truly exceptional. Dr. Troupes had the pleasure of treating a cracked tooth to round out his day, but he was not in a hurry. If I could hold up a score for his anesthetic administration skills- solid 10s across the board! No pain whatsoever. There were several assistants throughout the process who were amazing, but Cyndi made a real difference in her attention to detail and time spent making my temporary crown. She even made my follow-up appointment while we were in the final steps of finishing the crown. I was the last patient to leave the office around 1730 with all smiles at checkout. As a current small business owner with a history of working in other small businesses, there is always a fear that bringing in new partners and staff that don’t share your last name will change the values and service level of your business. That is the exact opposite in this practice. If high quality dentistry and unmatched patient focus is what you are seeking, this is the place for you. Despite my attachment to my current dentist, I will be moving my routine care to this practice and Dr. Troupes. Thank you all for making my first extensive dental work a great experience! Clearly other patients feel the same with all the five-star reviews.

Dr troupes went beyond any dentists I ever had to make sure I was satisfied with my results. If I had dentists like him in my past I would never have had the dental issues that I have. Those issues he resolved with his staff has made me feel comfortable about seeing a dentist.

Negative experience: Asked for my new insurance card and said nothing about it so I assumed I was still in network- then they did an X-ray before telling me it would be $441.00. Had to dispute the entire ordeal , had I’d know I was no longer in network nbd I would have found another dentist. After all is said and done still paid $80 for literally showing up and getting absolutely nothing done. SO FRAUDULENT. I work in healthcare and under no circumstances would I not inform the patient immediately if they have no coverage at my facility.

Fantastic experience: I did not have a long wait. The entire experience from the Front desk to the checkout was very professional. I felt welcomed and at ease with the friendliness of everyone. Rosemarie was very thorough and demonstrated compassion. The treatment plan was fairly priced and was explained the need but they were not pushy or demanding.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrific hygienist. She didn’t make me feel like my teeth were getting grinded. She was polite, had a great attitude and was gentle on the cleaning. Thank you Pierpan see you again soon.

Fantastic experience: I went in with my three elementary aged children, everyone was so kind and helpful! Every person I interacted with, from initial scheduling through the entire 4 cleanings and exams, were courteous and very pleasant. I would confidently recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Castor today. He was very friendly and professional. He and Jayna were able to put me at ease. Jayna was very informative and friendly. I received a temp crown with no discomfort and no pain after the procedure. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Pierpan Dentistry is a great place. They care about each patient. They are very considerate of your needs and very pleasant to be around. They also take care of the military as well and they have been very caring to me.

Fantastic experience: I am a person that always was afraid to go to the dentist. However, going to Pierpan Dental was the best thing I have done. The staff are wonderful and they made me feel so comfortable. I no longer fear going to the dentist . Dr Monica and Dr Henry are the best. The best of this I no longer use nitro. Thanks, everyone!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the employ of Peirpan is - simply put - THE BEST. Punctual, effective, and very, very caring. I've been a patient here for about 4 years, and my wife is on board now as well because they fixed what her previous dentist completely botched. Sidenote- I drive from Wallace to be seen here! 10/10
