Fantastic experience: I love the dentist, the assistants and all the staff. Been going here for years. I love that they are open late, on Saturdays and they are flexible!

Fantastic experience: Great team. Very professional, positive and friendly. Made me feel very relaxed during my procedure.

Negative experience: I had never had a bad experience here until today. I came in to get my temporary crown removed and my permanent installed. I walked in and received no greeting but was immediately received by a rude front desk lady, she was thin with light eyes and long black curled hair. She spoke to me with a bad tone and told me my insurance denied my crown so I’d be responsible for the full price. I asked her why wasn’t I informed of this since I usually get a call a few days before my appointment if there is an issue with insurance, she couldn’t answer that. Any doctor’s office would call before the appointment if there is ever an issue with insurance. I also informed her the front lady by the name “Gigi” I believe had told me if it was within 5 years, the insurance would cover my crown. She even insisted that I get this work done before the end of the year so I can get my end of year benefits, hence why I scheduled this before the year’s end. Today Gigi tells me to my face that she never told me this and there is “audio” that records conversations in the office. I don’t really believe that but if there is, please listen to it so you can hear what was said to me. I was also told my insurance would cover this when I called to schedule my crown initially. I’m not sure of the lady I spoke with but she sounded a bit older and had a slight accent. If calls are recorded and monitored, please listen to this as well. I understand things can happen with insurance but I don’t appreciate being lied to and spoken to in the manner I was spoken to today. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Russell and the dental assistants have all been nice and have done a good job. I was given 10% off the full price today which was approved by the manager but again, that doesn’t change the way things were handled on the provider’s side.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Martineau Dentistry for a little over a year now. It took me some time to get use to because I had a previous dentist that I went to for over 10 years. The staff is very nice and friendly at Martineau and doctor Matt is very informative with any questions I have. I appreciate the staff for making me feel at ease every visit. Thank you! Update: I still love the staff! Doctor Green is so amazing and treats you with kindness and respect. The rest of the staff is also amazing! Thank you all again!

Fantastic experience: My crown fell out Christmas morning and their office was closed until Monday. They do have an emergency number to call but since I was in not pain decided to wait until Monday. I left them a voice message and text message saying I needed to get in first thing Monday. They texted me Monday I could come in at 7:15 am. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you Martineau Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this location has been very pleasant. From the minute I walk in, to the minute I walk out. All the staff is friendly and courteous. My cleaning and services have not been uncomfortable like it has been at other practices. They also inform me of what is going on every time. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office. From the front office staff to the dental assistants, dental hygienists and right up to the dentists, everyone was so kind and personable. Each person explained every step of what they were doing and why. When it came to my care and options the front office staff explained my insurance benefits, how to get the most out of them, as well as offering to break up different procedures I need into different appointments so I don't have to pay as much at a time. I went in for a cleaning on my left side and filling of 3 cavities today and I was done in under 90 minutes. I was nervous about the pain but I didn't need to be. They numbed me perfectly, constantly checking on me, and told me exactly how to handle any pain once the numbness went away. I have the other side to do next week and I am not nervous at all. If you hate going to the dentist, this is the place you should go.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and courteous. I submitted an appointment request through their online portal, and someone from the office called me within 30 minutes. The online forms were easy to fill out, and they communicated promptly whenever additional information, such as insurance details, was needed. Dr. T and the hygienist were excellent, they provided clear recommendations, prioritizing what needed to be done first. No long wait so far the time I went in. Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic experience: They always do a great job! My hygienist tries to make me as comfortable as possible while she’s cleaning my teeth! Also the doctor thought I might have a cavity but after he looked at my teeth, he gave me a good report, so I know they’re not trying to scam my insurance. It’s also very comfortable, clean, and I get quick and friendly service!

Fantastic experience: This office is beyond great! I had a lot of work done at a different office in which I had a lot of lingering issues. I tired to have the original office correct the pain I was having. After multiple visits back and forth, I decided to look for a new dentist. I have been going here for a year now and they have been nothing but amazing. They have help correct all the pain I had. They also did a crown for me and I have had no pain or sensitivity!

Fantastic experience: I managed to break a crown on the weekend. I called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon--and they did the work and placed the temporary crown at that appointment. No pain, no problem. Have been a happy patient here for seven years!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended!! I'd rather have a thousand paper cuts and slowly be lower into baby shark infested water then visit a dental building!!! Today the pain was SO bad I HAD to go in somewhere!! Everyone here was SO KIND and very Patient with me! Dr GREEN is the BEST dentist I have ever seen! I will Actually go back for a regular cleaning and check up at this office! Normally I avoid dental offices like the plague, but this office was totally do able!! They understood my fear and worked with me!! If your putting off going because your afraid, come here!!!!

Fantastic experience: The Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Green was very informative, explained what needed to be done to my broken tooth and provided an estimate. I came in to have my teeth cleaned and was very happy with the hygienist and technicians that assisted. I made an appointment to have the broken tooth crowned. 6/20/2024. Another great appointment with Dr. Green and her Staff! Wonderful Technicians and Hygienists. See you in December! Have a great summer! 8/20/2025 Went to Dentist because one tooth was bothering me: slightly throbbing. With history of nerve damage, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t losing the tooth. X-rays did not show any issue, nor did cold tests. Referred to an Endodontist if symptoms worsen. Dr. Russell was very professional and explained possible scenarios. I chose the wait and see approach. As usual, excellent Staff care. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Russell was great . Moved here last December and my previous dentist I had for thirty one years so I was very nervous trying out a new dentist he and his assistant Susie and the office staff all very nice and professional.

Negative experience: Single most painful experience of my life! Had a post and crown done, I don't think they cared it was a human in the chair. My mouth was stretched to places it shouldn't be stretched. It will be months of healing and pain, also heading to get an x-ray and see if they broke my jaw. 0/10 would never recommend! They used to be nice! Has gone to absolute crap!

Fantastic experience: My second visit to have my teeth cleaned. My hygienist is Linda and I have had such a positive experience both times. For a person like me, with a dentist phobia and a sensitive gag reflex, a positive outcome is huge. I also met Linda's new dental assistant, Julian. Julian was very professional and so personable. Made me feel relaxed and welcome.

Negative experience: The dumbest staff I vet had to deal with!!! Staff did not inform me that my procedure was not authorized and after treatment was done (2 visits), simply told me I owed them $1,940! Office manager never called me back or answered my letter . I paid them but had to get a loan and now I can’t pay loan back. Terrible customer service!!! Not going back!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment at this office was a great experience. The dental hygienist and dentist were very friendly and personable. I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me anything but only offered a quote if I chose to buy the mouth guard either now or later. I will definitely keep going here!

Fantastic experience: As a two-time transplant recipient, I know the importance of regular, expert dental care, and Martineau Dentistry has been my dental office of choice for about 20 years now. At Martineau Dentistry, patients receive superb, conservative care by friendly, highly competent professionals in a pristine office with modern technology. The dentists and hygienists answer all questions thoroughly in a manner patients understand. In addition, patients are informed when a procedure may be necessary in the future, which allows for mental and/or financial preparation. The office staff thoroughly explains and provides a printout of the financial breakdown prior to the work being done.

Fantastic experience: We have been here for close to 5 year's and still are very happy. Such a welcoming office, staff and Dentist. We are so pleased that we found exactly what we were looking for.
