Fantastic experience: The entire staff is super nice! The hygienist is awesome and very friendly and offers solutions that one can do at home like using an electric toothbrush to keep teeth and gums healthy. I highly recommend Dr. S and his staff!

The dental assistant was really nice and helped me with my insurance, and the doctor took time to explain everything to me. Great place and really nice people. Very modern and nice atmosphere. Fantastic experience: I have been going to GEMS Dental FKA Dental Illusions for over 20 years and I love the staff and Dr Saliba is an awesome dentist. I highly recommend GEMS Dental, their office is very clean and updated so your experience can be comfortable and I always enjoy my visits which says a lot for going to the dentist. I have had other work on my teeth over the years and Dr Saliba is always very concious and communicative with his patients to ensure a comfortable environment. This is a great group, If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Negative experience: I am fond of my dental hygiene person. I apologize for my late arrival. During my cleaning I felt scolded and reprimanded. My teeth size and overcrowding was scrutinized. I was then commended on taking care of my teeth to certain extent. I will buy a water pick. I want to be better at dental care. But with my mouth open exposed and spoken to in a matter I can’t change makes me feel empty. No worries, I appreciate your input but felt I needed to speak my truth as well.

Fantastic experience: As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist I can not say enough great things about the doctors and Staff at Gems Dental. Their practice is an actual hidden Gem in the Champions area. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so kind! If you need a great dentist or have dental anxiety you should give them a call!

I found Dr. Saliba through a quick google search for a dentist near me over 7 years ago. I have been going here ever since. This dental office is top notch! It is clean. They keep up with new technology. Everyone you interact with is so kind. The hygienists are great. I had a couple of cavities a while ago and Dr. Saliba was quick, thorough, and did a great job. From the office staff to the doctor you are in great hands. Everyone is so helpful! I have since moved and now drive over 45 minutes just to go to the dentist. It’s absolutely worth it! If you are looking for a great dentist that is honest, doesn’t push unnecessary treatments, answers your questions and just takes care of you then this is your new dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Saliba and his entire staff!!

I went yesterday for a teeth cleaning and the technician, Ashley, was gracious, thorough and very informative about gums and dental care at home. Good chairside manners, explains in detail every procedure, and makes you feel at ease. I love this practice.

Negative experience: My husband was going here. He was having pain with a tooth. He was given an antibiotic and was still having issues. He was having more and more pain. He kept calling and was not being taken serious. We made an ER visit and still no relief. He could barely open his mouth. He was looking very poorly and was in bad shape. I looked for an emergency oral surgeon. We ended up at a dental office of a dentist who was not a dental surgeon but he told us exactly what to do and where to go. We followed his directions and within 3 or 4 hours he was being wheeled into surgery to have the tooth extracted. I truly believe this saved my husband’s life. It was a good move for us to leave Gems dental. Dr. Saliba did not take my husband’s case seriously. I do not recommend. I previously had an instance where he just kept telling me to gargle with salt water which did not help. On a weekend my mouth was so painful that I couldn’t eat. I went to urgent care and was given an antibiotic which enabled me to eat. When I told Dr Saliba. He just made a remark about doctors just liking to prescribe antibiotics. I felt like he did not listen to me.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time there and I loved it. I had to find a dentist that would take care of my front broken tooth immediately. From speaking with them on the phone to seeing them in person, everything was a pleasant experience. I was lucky enough to be squeezed in the morning. Even with being squeezed in they provided excellent care and nothing felt rushed. I now have a temporary bridge and I can’t even tell. Looking forward to my follow up. Ok I'll keep it short...Soon as you walk in, you instantly feel a comfort, yes as if your at home...Check in was smooth, the fish tank cool, and the waiting area super comfy...ALL THE STAFF, CANT CALL THEM STAFF, BECAUSE THEIR SO MUCH LIKE FAMILY..So All the Family were cool, and welcoming ..Everything works like the smoothest machine created...Dr. G, knows his craft, and most importantly he listens to you first, then moves forward with such SWAG (CLASS) for those that are not familiar...As I said I'll keep it short...Case and Point, if you want the BEST, don't mind the rest, none of them has anything on the GEM....

After our first visit, we quickly booked the rest of the family for regular dental care. The staff is extremely attentive to your concerns and explain all possible procedures and costs. It is really nice to be able to have transparency when receiving care. I admittedly, let my dental hygiene lack after having my daughter, and I’ve been trying to get back on track since then.
