Fantastic experience: Every aspect of my visit was extremely professional! Dr. Mullinix, without question, is in the top of her field of dentistry. All of her assistants are caring and professional as well. Pax Dental has the latest technology and the knowledge of when and how to utilize it . Their the best!

Fantastic experience: Dental visit was great. But, I was notified today that the are not in my dental insurance network anymore. Was told by lady at desk, when I inquired about my cost. She said, they would cover 90% out of network. And I would get billed for the rest later. When I checked out from a cleaning, I had to pay $112. That is not 10% of a $240 cleaning. Done! Moving on to a different dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Misha is wonderful. I’ve had an ongoing issue stemming from a previous dental practice and she was able to help get to the “root” of my pain and finally get my teeth pain-free.

Fantastic experience: I’m Peggy, and I received a professional tooth cleaning yesterday, January 2nd from Bailey. Dr. Hawkins gave a thorough assessment of a problematic molar and two referrals for endodontic doctors. I’m now Ken. All were very professional and efficient. I was impressed about how well Maddi and Dr. Jenny Hawkins worked together..

Fantastic experience: Called PAX Dental at 07:30 on New Year's Eve to see if they had an opening for an "unscheduled" appointment due to my #13 crown coming loose the night before. At 08:00 I received a return call telling me to come in immediately so they could evaluate and determine what could be done to assist. The doctor identified that the crown post had actually broke, so the doctor removed the crown. We decided to just apply a temporary sealant to the remaining tooth and then scheduled an appointment to extract the remaining portion after the holiday weekend. Thank you, PAX Dental for getting me into your office so quickly before the holiday and addressing my immediate issue. I'll be back soon to initiate the final repair action.

Fantastic experience: This is a top-notch dental practice. It is tastefully furnished geared for patient comfort. They use the latest equipment and procedures. Administrative work is handled efficiently. The staff is pleasant and everything is done on a timely basis. My dentist, Dr. Mullinix, is excellent. She is solicitous of her patient's comfort and has a deft touch. She explains what the problem is and what they will do to correct it. I have never had a problem with any of her work.

Fantastic experience: It's an absolutely beautiful facility. You are greeted upon entering and the wait time was minimal. Everything is extemely clean, clean, clean. The dental assistant was professional and most personable. Dr. Mullinix came in promptly and performed the procedures and that as they say, that is that. She was so kind snd reassuring during the appointment and it really helped to put me at ease. Check out was a breeze and they file all your insurance forms for you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Neal and her dental Technicians did a very quick and professional job on my implant today. They checked that sutures were gone and then removed the membrane at the sight. All very well done! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I have entrusted Pax Dental with my oral care since moving back into this area nearly three years ago. I have had nothing but friendly and skillful care from my dentist, Dr Mullinex, my hygienist, Melissa, and the rest of the staff. To the maximum extent practicable, I have even enjoyed my visits for fillings due to their concern for patient comfort.

Fantastic experience: PAX Dental is professional from the moment you walk through the front door. You are immediately greeted by the friendly people at the front desk. You usually only wait a few minutes until your dental assistant comes to escort you to your dental suite. There you go over your medical history and your blood pressure is taken . The dentist comes in and explains the procedure and answers any questions you may have. At PAX Dental every procedure I have had has always been painless and if you need a break, you just put up a hand and are responded to right away. Next step is to go to the area where payment is made. You have already received a print out of the cost of the procedure. If you have dental insurance, you have been told how much your insurance will pay and what your co-pay is. Everyone at PAX Dental is very friendly. They keep to the schedule, so there is usually not any delay. They respect your valuable time. It has always been a pleasure to come to PAX Dental for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had to have my mouth guard replaced. My old one was very rigid. Felt like putting a rock in my mouth. Requested the new one be less so. The dental technician listened to me, imagine that!!! But the outcome was AWESOME!!! The new mouth guard is great. It is something I will use.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is so wonderful and friendly, Doctor Hawkins is always looking after you- she actually found a lump on my husband’s neck, that she said to check into and it was cancer- thank goodness she caught it early, he went through treatment, so far so good. I like the emails in advance as I forget my 6 month appointment. Melissa and Sam are great, as well as Mary. Thank you so much. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: They do basic dental care. Turn you down if you do not have high end insurance. Pretty much has turned in to a Boutique shop with out anyone with real dental skills, such a shame. Miss DR. Gainer.

Fantastic experience: My 15 year old daughter recently got her braces off and ended up with 6 cavities. Dr. Hawkins was incredible with her. Patient and kind but quick and thorough. Everyone in that office had exceptional customer service skills from the front desk, hygienists, and doctors. Not to mention the building itself is stunning. We love it there!

Negative experience: Get a written statement showing all dental codes to be performed on you before your visit. They made a mistake and performed the incorrect procedure on me, then they billed me for it! Ridiculous.

She was very competent, thorough, & made sure I understood her recommendations regarding my dental health. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism & obviously enjoys her profession. Dr. Mullinix performed my exam. I have been a patient of hers since she took over Dr. Jack Knowlton’s practice prior to the creation of Pax Dental. I have always had a positive experience with her. In addition, both Kristen & Dr. Mullinix have excellent chair side manner.

Fantastic experience: It was great visit. I received a dental crown on tooth 2. I must say it was the an excellent procedure. Dr. Mullinix began with a shot for pain. She was excellent because I never felt the needle! That was a first for me and I liked it! The whole procedure was completely painless for me. Her team was very skilled and capable. Within 2 hours her job was done. The fit is excellent and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort. If you need a crown or check up I can highly recommend Dr. Mullinix.

There was a cancellation so I was able to be treated in one visit. The dental assistant, Maddie, was very personal, answered all my questions, and kept me at ease throughout the whole procedure.

I switched to Pax Dental around the time they moved to their new location, and I’ve been very happy with the change. Positive experience: We have always enjoyed our visits to Pax Dental. Staff is very friendly and professional. My kids are seen there too and love it. Sadly today we had a small incident and I spoke to the hygienist about it right after it happened but she seemed to just brush it off. It was my fault though mostly because I should have been watching what they were putting on the TV for my child. I will be much more careful next time! Overall we have truly enjoyed our visits at Pax Dental!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in with no appointment and got an x-ray and evaluation on the spot. Update: eval revealed need to remove a wisdom tooth (#32). I've resisted this for decades (mid 70s now) but it has always been partially impacted. Dr. Neal did the extraction. I was fully numbed and there was no pain. It was quick. Just some pressure. No stitches needed. Healed with no issues. Soon after Dr. Mullinix put a crown on #31 due to some cracks on the molar walls. New techniques required no chocking impressions! It is all done with digital imaging. In and out in less than two hours. Dr. also put in a new filling during the prep. Crown fit perfectly on the first try. Very thorough and efficient. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, the whole team is amazing. Always professional, building is always clean. I also feel like I never have to wait long when I show up for my appoinmnet. Which is always a huge bonus, definitely recommend Pax Dental to anyone.

Negative experience: I contacted them to inquire about available openings, and the receptionist was extremely rude. She informed me that there were no openings until May. I then asked if any sister properties could accommodate me sooner, and she replied in a condescending tone, reiterating that nothing was available until May. When I repeated my question, she rudely responded, "Oh no, I'm sorry." Her behavior was very unprofessional, and I do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. I have TMJ and have always had high anxiety when visiting the dentist because of this. Pax Dental has eased any fears I have. They are patient, informative, and everyone I have come into contact with is very kind. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 12-9-24. Follow up with Dr Morrow. Good visit today. He is a wonderful dentist and his dental assistant, Tracy, is too. 12-3-24. Saw Dr Morrow today because of a loose crown on an implant. He fixed it with no problem or pain. DR Morrow was professional and very kind. 3-7-24 Short and sweet check up with night guard. Always a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are always professional and very nice. 3-6-24. Dental cleaning today and had a great experience. Melissa is very nice, professional and excellent. I would recommend Pax Dental for all dental needs and care. 8-15-23 had 6 month cleaning today. Positive experience! Everyone is always professional, courteous and very nice. Negative experience: I was referred to this place from the Naval dental clinic for the second time. I have to say the dental assistant was sweet and answered all of my questions, the dentist was unprofessional and had an attitude. I have never had a dentist gossip over my head while performing dental work until this day. The dentist seemed to be very annoyed about patients that were not PAX dental clients being seen for emergencies in their office and made remarks about the military treatment facility patients being seen there. She realized I was an active duty member who was referred there and got quiet and then hurried to finish the job. Have to say this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Her attitude was almost petty and immature for such a profession. I felt like the dental work I received was rushed and most likely not up to standard because I was just bothering her be being there. Hope to never have to go back here. Maybe they should spend less money on making such a grand building and have some training on professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Been my go to for well over 10 years. Dr. Morrow is top notch. To put it in better understanding, there was a time that my insurance was not accepted here and I still went and paid out of pocket and fought the insurance company after. I did get reimbursed but, it would have been far easier to just go somewhere else that accepted my insurance. In my opinion the great work, professionalism, and just down to earth people at the practice make it very easy for me to decide.

Fantastic experience: Reception personnel were friendly and wait time was minimal. Dental assistant did a painless job of removing the temporary crown and matching the color of the new crown to my teeth. The Dentist was thorough in ensuring the proper bite and fit with the permanent crown. They were even able to digitally scan my teeth to make a replacement retainer avoiding a separate appointment.

Fantastic experience: This was the nicest dental office I have ever seen. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, the cleanliness, the time from which we checked in to being taken back… all of it was amazing. My hygienist was truly an angel and talked me through everything. She explained every single thing she was doing and why she was doing them, which is a huge plus, and took her time. I never felt rushed through this appointment. Even the Dr. was amazing, too! Super thankful to have found this office!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. My daughter was nervous for her first appointment and they made her feel so comfortable with disney music, involving her in the appointment and explaining to her what to expect at each step.

Positive experience: Painful. Long. Numbness wears off but the staff is thorough. Second visit dentist slipped but didn't tell me. Left a large cut on the inner wall of gums that was a very painful healing process I wasn't prepared for. I can tell they knew of the slip because for the first time for an identical procedure a month before, but this time I was nonchalantly given a very weak numbing fluid that doesn't work.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and responsive front desk staff. Ultra Clean and comfortable waiting room. Dental Assistant was also very friendly and super good at explaining the dental work that was going to be done. Dentist was very patient and caring and of my concerns, and very skilled and efficient in replacing two crowns that were difficult to reach; one of the best teeth cleaning experiences I have ever had!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The lobby waiting area is like a 5 star hotel. Everyone was very friendly as they tended to their job. Amy was a new hygienist for me today and a keeper.... I will definitely see her again. There are more dentist to choose from since they built the new building, but I prefer to stay with Dr. Hawkins. I have not met the others, but for them to work along side Dr. Hawkins, I am sure you will be pleased.
