Fantastic experience: The time you enter the office until the time you leave you almost forget the anxiety of the work that needs to be done. Smiles from the whole office makes you feel great and if you are like me and loath dental work than you will appreciate this professional friendly and compassionate practice as I been going to Dr Shor pre Bella Dental and there is no dentist more qualified. Any other practice sent me to many others where Bella has qualified surgeons and from basic work to the implants I will be getting after first of year couldn’t say enough about entire staff. With other medical issues I am facing it’s not always easy to balance all and I tested the patience of these good people. Compassion is never lacking and top notch work is done by every staff member to make you feel comfortable. Work is expedited like no others and end result has always been top tier dentistry. Honestly the office is a great team that works together so well. From the little office when I met them to their growing brand, they they are truly a great example of what dentistry should be. Not being scolded for missing some flosses but a positive let’s move forward plan to make you feel great . Whether it’s a basic cleaning or any type of short or long term project to get your dental needs in order, I would highly recommend to anyone of any age.

Fantastic experience: the absolute BEST experience i’ve ever had at a dentist! i’m sure a majority of us have a huge phobia of the dentist, as do i. yet, this place definitely changed my outlook on the dentist. you walk in there and everyone is so sweet and attentive. they saw me before my appointment time, and the nurse and dentist were some of the coolest people i’ve ever met! they were completely understanding of how nervous i was, and were willing to give me all the time i needed until i was ready. they knew exactly what to say to calm my nerves and told me exactly how the procedure was going to go. and it turned out to be totally painless! (besides the needle in the mouth of course) but overall, 10000/10 experience. i feel like the most important thing when going to the dentist is making sure you are comfortable, and these people did it just with their personalities alone. i will never go anywhere else now! thank you to everyone there for creating such a warm and comfortable environment and getting out of pain!! ❤️ i never write google reviews but knew i had to after this!!!

Negative experience: Left Bella Dental after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes while the entire office staff had a farewell party in the back for Dr Connor. He was my dentist and came in the room for 5 minutes at most. It was his last day. I walked out. Received ZERO cleaning and moved on. Adios to the rude staff as well!!

Fantastic experience: My very first visit to Bella was with a client to get a cleaning and x-ray. The entire vibe of the office was amazing!! I asked the receptionist if they accepted my insurance and once I was told yes I told them I would be making an appointment for myself. Fast forward a week and I was there getting a broken tooth looked at. I’ve had 3 really traumatic experiences with dentists in the past and I communicated this to not only the hygienist but the dr as well. The hygienist was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Brustle was super kind and made it a priority that I was comfortable and not in any pain when doing the root canal, post and temporary crown. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience and I highly recommend Bella to anyone who struggles with the dentist like I do. The ladies up front are friendly and welcoming. Keep doing what you’re doing you guys are great!!

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews for anything but in this case, I have to! To start with, I had excruciating pain in my tooth that was unbearable. My other dentist "did not have availability until a week later" for a root canal that I absolutely needed based on my x-rays. I called Bella Dental as an emergency and they called me back immediately the next morning and got me in that day for an appointment to relieve the pain and start the process of a root canal. Dr. B along with the whole staff at Bella Dental made me feel so comfortable in my first visit that was an emergency. The next day, Dr. B called me to ask how I was feeling. It was such a great feeling for me that he is concerned and trying to be on top of it! I would recommend Bella Dental and Dr. B to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much again to the team for getting me in as an emergency and for helping me get out of pain!

Fantastic experience: The lady who completed my teeth cleaning was kind, thorough and very attentive to the outstanding job she did !

Fantastic experience: I went to get my teeth cleaned by my favorite hygienist, Maureen. She is the best, she always does a wonderful job on my teeth. She explains everything to me in detail. All my questions are honestly answered. I used to dread going to get my teeth cleaned, her knowledge, care and advice are the best. Thanks again Maureen, I am going to try my best to do my part and take care of my teeth and gums correctly.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Brick and needed a dentist. Bella was highly recommended and I found out why. The site is clean and modern. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The dentist (Dr Shor) and dental assistants were fantastic. I had a lot of work done and it went very well. I am going to continue going to Bella and will be recommending them to anyone who need quality dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I went to Bella Dental in Brick yesterday I deathly afraid of dentists, and I was pleasantly surprised from walking in the front door at reception then on to my hygienist Danielle I have gone to dentist many times in past and have never had such a great exam pictures total mouth care lymphatic system in my neck and a great cleaning (my past exams they didn’t focus on total mouth care, just a cleaning and telling you “you have plaque “) I would highly recommend Danielle, then Dr Connor came in gave me an exam (he didn’t say he wanted to get rid of old fillings and do root canals he said we will keep an eye on the(if it ain’t broke leave it for now) I will definitely go back and have already recommended them

Fantastic experience: I am here for the summer. I was extremely pleased with the attention and empathy provided from the initial call setteting up an appointment for a few hours later. Upon arrival their office I was greeted and immediately assisted with preliminary forms and treated at once. I hadn't been to dentist for over 20 years. I was made comfortable. All staff were respectful and very professional. I strongly recommend Dr. Shor and his group at Bella Dental.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in a good place! All of the girls up front are fabulous, friendly & knowledgeable! I’ve been seeing Dr. Cermenello & Summer( his assistant) for three months! Today he extracted 7 teeth and I got a temporary denture and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how it went! He was done before I even realized it, with almost zero pain! This Dr. has a great disposition, a sense of humor and eases your worries all while being fabulous at what he does. I will continue to go there for anything I need done! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Just an update on my procedure…I needed an adjustment today which is normal, the wonderful ladies told me to come in with no appointment, and Summer made it feel much better, as I know I will need adjustments for a while! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!!

Negative experience: Accountability I’ve had three different procedures done at Bella Dental, and each one has failed far sooner than it should have. Crowns, filing and retainers that should last years didn’t even make it past a reasonable timeframe. When I returned to have their poor-quality work addressed, they made it feel like they were doing me a favor to fix something that should have been done right the first time. In a competitive dental market, this kind of experience is unacceptable. You're better off going somewhere that stands by their work. You’ll save money, time, and frustration in the long run.

Fantastic experience: It was my first experience it was wonderful the hygienist Danielle was very informative and gentle enough! Dr. Connor was very good explained everything and I was very happy with the results. The office staff also was very helpful. I’ve had several appointments and some extensive dental work. Each time everyone is lovely Dr. Connor is gentle I don’t feel anything. And the first crown I got replaced was by I believe a hygienist named Summer. They are all wonderful

Fantastic experience: I went to a Bella dental a couple of years ago, Dr Shore is great, explains everything and Is so competent for all procedures! I tried to find a dentist near me in Manchester because I’m 80 and didn’t want to drive far! Well after 3 dentists near me no good at all, I had to go back to Dr. Shore, he was worth the drive! He’s wonderful and his staff are friendly and so efficient, i wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Went in this morning with an emergency wisdom tooth situation and they took me right in and dr connor handled it with style and grace. Everyone else that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. Doc popped that bad boy right out and I was out the door in a flash. Didn’t have insurance so I set up a plan to become a regular patient there for future dental needs. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Bella dental is top notch, the staff are all very nice and they treat you very well. Dr Connor is an outstanding dentist.. I have had a few different things done on my mouth and most recently had a molar pulled. Dr Connor told me exactly what he was going to do and after numbing my mouth removed my tooth with no issue, I felt nothing at all during and after the procedure. He is the best dentist I have ever been to and takes dentistry very seriously… I wish I had found Bella dental and Dr Connor sooner in my life….

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit with Bella Dental, and these people are great. The staff at the front desk made me feel welcome and like I’ve always been a part of their customer base. Dr. Connor was very informative and extremely professional, as was his assistant Sommer, who made me feel comfortable during the xray process, which for me, is usually a very uncomfortable part of going to the dentist.

He & the most WONDERFUL staff came to my aid when out of state, hundreds of miles away from home Thanksgiving 2024. A huge miserable abscess had developed. They called a pharmacy in Massachusetts to Rx antibiotics for me. Saw me as soon as I got home. And now the offending tooth is gone! No pain; all gain Above & beyond professional care in my dental emergency! I can’t recommend them highly enough but please, if you’re new to the area, get to Bella Dental Brick for the Best care ever! 10 Stars with gratitude for their excellence.

Fantastic experience: The minute you walk through the door at Bella Dental you are greeted with a smile and the utmost kindness, respect, professionalism and attention. You are greeted like a friend not a client! Due to major health issues I was unable to go to the dentist for a period of time...and I developed such anxiety. Fantastic experience: Beyond satisfied with the staff at Bella. I had to go in for some very difficult work on my front tooth and was very concerned because it was my front tooth. The staff used state of the art scanning and matched my tooth perfectly. The doctor installed the crown and you cannot tell the difference between a real front tooth and the crown - very impressed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in pain and our previous dentist wasn't doing anything to help. They told us to go to urgent care. That it wasn't tooth pain. Of course it was a weekend and my daughter was in pain, not eating and in bed crying. I found the number for an emergency dentist and called. Best decision ever! I spoke with a staff member who told me "we will fit you in and make time for your daughter" and they did. It took a few days to figure out the issue but the dentist called me every day to check in and see what her pain level was and how she was doing. After some antibiotics and a new crown she was finally out of pain. They have been our dentist ever since. The staff remember your name, they ask about you, they take time to listen to your concerns and fears. They truly care. When I needed more than routine check up and cleaning they worked with me to make sure I understood the treatment plan and could afford it. Only bad thing I can say is I wish I had found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: Very good service, nice clean place, I was there at 12:00 pm for my appointment for my crown, very simple took out the temporary crown out, they update you with what tho doing for you so you as a patient know what is going on, the tech cleaned the area very nicely great job & great service, very nicely, she put the new crown, took the X-ray very nice, Dr. Shor came in checked everything & the X-ray as well, he made sure the crown put in correctly & cleaned around it, everyone takes their job & service very serious, thank God I choice them, thanks. Is called today March 25th, 2025 had problems where I had 2 caps on my right side bottom sensitive pain, I was given 12 pm appointment ASAP, the doctor & his staff were very concerned about that, they took an X-ray to pin point the issues & observed any problem that can solve it without costing huge money, they advised me what to do very thorough & gave me the tooth pastes with the dental floss complimentary & I have to do my part & very concerned to get back to them if any issues or changes may needed, so far I am okay, I have to follow up if needed, thanks to all this staff & the doctor & assistant. I had appointment today @ 12:20 pm 1/15/24 for cleaning, I had very good technician, did very good job, no pain at all, I asked for Dr. Shor to check on my previous crown that he put in for me, it was great no problem at all, I am going back for X-rays to check few things in couple of weeks, spoke with Ms. Lyndsey very nice lady sits by the entrance door, just unbelievable will explain everything to you in details and works with you to the Penny & Budget, thank God that Bella dental have her there, she's life saviour. Hello, I had a cleaning appointment today 9/19/2024, it was very good service, no pains at all, took her time, explained everything what should be done, informed me of anything that needs to be looked at by the doctor immediately after the cleaning was completed, my next appointment next year in January 2025, plus looking into get 2 caps or called Bridges to save the original teeth on the left side back bottom, I have to think about that it's pricey when something like this needed, Great Day, excellent service, the Best.

Dr. Shor is very easy to communicate with. His personality is great. He gets the job done right from beginning to end. I know most people don’t like going to the Dentist, but he is great and cares about his patients. Cherilunn, is absolutely wonderful. She really knows her job. The Staff is very nice and helpful. They are always there to help you. So if you’re looking for the Best, this is the place. I just had work done and my new teeth are absolutely Beautiful and Natural. Getting a lot of compliments. So I give them a 10+. Thank you Dr. Shor and everyone there. I know all the other Dentist are great, cause you wouldn’t settle for anything but the BEST. . I had to go in for emergency on Saturday. They took me in right. Dr. Connor’s worked on me. He was absolutely great. He explained everything. I never used him , but I would say I would use him again.

Fantastic experience: This is the nicest experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, the hygienist and dentist they were all incredibly kind, friendly and very informative. It’s obvious that they love where they work and that they truly care about their patients.

Negative experience: BEWARE 8 years ago or so I went here for a routine cleaning. They advised I needed a crown. Upon my next visit they shaved the wrong tooth when performing the preparations for said crown. I was young and unaware of the legal options available to me. Now it is past the statute of limitations and I can not pursue damages. Now have sensitivity on the tooth that they damaged. Had to have another dentist repair the damaged tooth because at the time this office didn't take steps to remedy the damage they caused. When time came for them to put on the crown on the correct tooth, it was not done correctly and fell off not once, but twice. The 2nd time I did not return and went to another dentist. Since then the crown has not fallen off since. I wouldn't recommend this dental office. They are very lucky I am passed the statute of limitations and was naive and young. Now I would sue them for pain and suffering.

Fantastic experience: I have only been to Bella dental once on an emergency visit for what turned out to be a broken wisdom tooth. The staff was efficient, kind, and comforting all at once. Ensuring me that a dr would at least be able to do some X-rays, and devise a plan if there was nothing they could do in that moment and send me home with medication to dull the pain, which is exactly what they did.

Fantastic experience: My father prior dentist was refused further dental treatment and was told all of his teeth should be removed (prior dentist also said to not come back ever). I was referred to Bella Dental and made an appointment. My father was quickly booked for a cleaning and consultation and they were able to save his top row except for two and his bottom teeth were in perfect condition. He now has partial dentures and can FINALLY eat properly. The office staff and dentist treated him with the upmost respect and compassion. They were so patient with him and treated him like a human being. Now he can't stop smiling and taking selfies. I appreciate everyone that was involved in his care and although I couldn't be there at every appointment I was still informed and looped into his progress. Thank you everyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is AMAZING! I am terribly afraid of going to the dentist but the staff here is fabulous! They were very comforting and walked me through everything that was going to be done! Definitely recommend Bella Dental!

Positive experience: Just moved down here and didn't get around to finding a dentis. I had a painfull loose tooth and they got me in right away. The doctor was great and explained everything he was about to do. I can't imagine a more important space to manage expectations than a dental procedure! He was gentle and expeditious. I highly recommend this practice. I took away 1 star because they don't send your prescription to the pharmacy. Standing in line twice at the pharmacy with a swollen and painful face is not good.
