Negative experience: Beware, they are filthy and have no regard for hygiene. He tried to put a small, used wooden stick in my mouth.

Negative experience: Will tell you everything is covered and bill you hundreds of dollars in the mail several MONTHS later.

Fantastic experience: I received a wonderful cleaning for my teeth. The hygiene’s was really professional and did a really good job. There was a little confusion about my coverage but I called my insurance and they told me my coverage was active except for 5 treatments that would only be covered after one year from my start date of 11/1/23. I called and left a message with the phone number for billing to call to confirm.

Negative experience: Dental assistant checked with my insurance company and told me all the costs were covered and I wouldn't owe a cent. Then surprise! Months later I get a bill from Refresh Dental for $591.00. I called and told them the dental assistant told me I wouldn't owe a cent. Then they present me with a long form I signed showing a bunch of teeth, many descriptions and many different fees. I glanced at the statement and was told to sign it before I left their office. So since I was told I wouldn't owe anything I signed the form. I believe it's the duty of the employees to explain everything on a form like that. But even if they did that, I was told I wouldn't owe a cent. So what gives? P.S. I went to Refresh Dental three times before to have the same work done (crowns on upper left, lower left, upper right and was always told, "Your insurance is covering everything. You won't owe a dime." And that was the truth. No surprising after charges. I really liked the people at Refresh Dental. Too bad it has to end like this.

Fantastic experience: Have never had a bad visit! Have had routine teeth cleanings, x-rays, and 1 filling replaced. No issues, didn't even feel the numbing shot! The doc is super nice! And each and every lady there has been super sweet and very kind! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lucido is so friendly and down to earth. Having a problem with my tooth...they got me in and looked at it. Ended up he said their was some cement stuck from previous cap and believed that was causing my sensitivity. Treating with special mouthwash and ibuprofen. If not better he said call I'll get you right in. A great feeling knowing I won't be in pain and waiting if this doesn't work. Assistant was super friendly and receptionist was also really friendly! Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Make sure your insurance is accepted BEFORE being seen. When we called to schedule the appointment we verified they accepted our insurance company. We submitted insurance days before the appointment and weren’t told under AFTER xray and exam that they did not take our insurance (they are on our insurance’s list of network providers), then made us pay $110. Why require insurance information before hand if you’re just going to screw over potential new patients by running the insurance after they’ve been seen!

Positive experience: I went there for a cleaning which is a pretty standard thing that probably any dentist could do well, but they were very professional and very thorough.

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent visit due to a fractured tooth. The X-ray revealed an issue that could not be appropriately treated with a filling. Dr. Lucio gave a thorough explanation of the problem and treatment plan. The Hygienist reviewed the plan of care and all costs. Due to the complexity, I need to return for treatment in a few days. Dr. Lucio and his Team are the BEST!

Positive experience: I made an appointment to get a check up and have my teeth cleaned. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and would not give me a standard one. What ever happened to giving the customer what they want? Now my benefits have pretty much been used for this year and my teeth still haven't been cleaned! I will not be coming back! So a couple months have passed and I've gone back to my old dentist. I went in they x-rayed me. Cleaned my teeth and gave me my exam. Nothing was said about needing any root planing so I'm wondering how many unnecessary procedures are being done at Refresh?

I have never in my life been in a Dental Office like this. I would go as far as saying it was Space Age... compared to what I have been used to. Wonderful staff also. They will tell you to bring so much money on the day then bill you the rest after they tell you what your insurance should cover instead of telling you to bring the full amount then you submit to insurance and if you don’t pay what they say send you to collections

Negative experience: I originally had nothing but great things to say about Refresh dental after seeing the care they provided for my boyfriend. I scheduled my appointment in January, and the soonest they could get me in was April. They texted me two days before my appointment that I waited 3 months for that I needed to reschedule due to the Dentist being out of the office. I called to reschedule and the soonest they could get me in was clear in July. They didn’t even attempt to work something out even though they were the ones to cancel on me. If you plan on having consistency I wouldn’t recommend scheduling with them.

Negative experience: My daughter went there to get baby teeth pulled for the process of braces. The dentist appeared to be in a rush to get out of the office and did not let the numbing medicine kick in fully. When the dentist was told that my daughter was in pain because she felt more than just pressure the dentist neglected to listen to my daughter or myself. This review is in regards to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the dentist today. My cleaning was thorough, the assistant was awesome and everyone I encountered was so kind. The team got me back in the room on time too. I know there is a few month wait for cleanings, but that is every office these days, it was worth the wait! On top of that, as the patient I know that knowing my insurance plan, breakdown and coverage is my own responsibility and the office still went above and beyond for me. Great office, ever greater staff. 10\10!

Fantastic experience: I decided to give refresh dental a try and had a wonderful experience. I had a bad experience at another dentist which lead me to needing a root canal. They were so helpful and educational. They offer so many benefits for self-pay patients. I love the atmosphere, the staff and the front desk. Dr. Lucido did such a wonderful job.

Negative experience: I would like to begin with the staff was very friendly and nice the Dentist however was rude curt and basically offered no help I had to ask if they could help me with my problem. He can into the room did not say hello or ask how I was doing I don’t even know his name I’m sure he didn’t know mine . The first time I went there the same thing happened I was uncomfortable then but I thought I’ll give it another try it was an emergency for me I felt so disregarded I was literally in tears he came back into the room after I ask if they could help me. And stood behind me to speak at me not with me . I will not be returning to that office for any treatment.The ladies in the office are really nice but I don’t feel the dentist gave a damn about me .
