Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable, the whole staff from front to back made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience in this clinic The did not give any treatment even though I was referred because I had an infection. The dentist said "You had too much done on this tooth I m not going to treat it" "You grind your tooth at night. You just need a night guard" I got charged $200 for nothing! Now Im at the Centennial Hospital with an abcess & Im loosing my tooth! Misdiagnosed & Malpractice!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great with Micro Endodontics. The staff was very nice and courteous, Dr Stout was very friendly and understanding about my disability, he was concerned about my comfort during my root canal and he wanted to make sure he did the job as perfectly as possible. I would highly recommend his office for any specialized dental treatments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Biggs is great. My son went to him and had pulp cap therapy done. He doesn’t force root canals on you and he really tries to save your tooth,if possible. He really cares about what is best for the patient and their long- term tooth health. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect, so I was pretty nervous from horror stories from other people’s root canal experiences. Dr. Biggs’ assistant reassured me that it wouldn’t be as painful as what others have told me. She was so right! The worst part of the entire procedure was the novocaine, and it wasn’t even that bad. Dr. Biggs knows what he’s doing. I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t even need to take any pain medication hours later. Dr. Biggs and his staff was great. I would recommend this office to anyone. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Micro Endodontics for a retreat on a tooth. I met with Dr. Stout, who explained the procedure and the necessity for the retreat. My retreat was done by Dr. Stout without issue. Overall I found Dr. Stout very personable and his office staff professional.

Fantastic experience: I was fit into their schedule on an emergency root canal. Everyone in the office was so kind and patient. Dr Biggs and his assistants were gentle and empathetic.

Fantastic experience: Thorough assessment when setting my appointment to ensure I had enough time for an evaluation & treatment. Additionally, contacted me in advance to disclose the cost of the possible procedures so I wouldn't be pressured while in a chair to make a treatment decision. At the end, the reviewed what they had done & gave me easy to follow next steps. And this last part is the best part- If you had told me I would be cracking up laughing during a root canal, I would not have believed you. From the singing along with Queen, hilarious team interaction to a debate on early 80s superhero actors... I was happily distracted, felt no pain & left smiling... well at least the part of my face that wasn't numb. Highly recommend. Come for the professional & excellent care, stay for the jokes.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience, I have never had a root canal before and only heard bad things about the procedure so I was expecting a lot of pain and to my surprise it was painless, easier than getting a teeth cleaning,and the staff were excellent, made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and finally Dr.Adam Stout was fantastic I immediately felt a comfort level with him.

Fantastic experience: The best place you never want to need! :) haha No one wants to need a second root canal on a tooth (they are fixing the first done by someone else), but if you need an endodontist, Dr. Biggs and his entire staff make it so comfortable and it is easy to trust that everything will be just fine. Even my husband walked out saying “they are all so nice and he (Dr. Biggs) is a great guy!” He’s will avoid doctors snd dentists at all costs so for him to say that, you can trust it is a great place!!

Fantastic experience: Big thumbs up for Dr Biggs! I was so happy with my experience at Micro Endodontics yesterday! My dentist referred me to go there. I was in so much pain and was so scared to go, I didn't even understand what a root canal treatment was. My interactions with everyone there was so professional and pleasant, from conversations with Lily and Lupe, who scheduled me right away, to checking in, to meeting Dr Biggs and Diana and having an exam to figure out what was going on with me (which was a different tooth than my dentist even thought it was!). I was impressed by all their high-tech equipment too. I was so nervous, Dr Biggs and Diana let my husband hold my hand while I got the shots and even let him stay in the room while they did the procedure. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was in good hands (I could hear them humming while they worked). They were a very good team, efficient, confident and relaxed, and the whole thing was over and done pretty quickly. I am so grateful to Dr Biggs and Diana for being so nice, competent, professional and taking good care of me and alleviating my pain. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely go back there again if I needed to.

Fantastic experience: I called looking for a consultation for the pain in my mouth. They got me in the same day! Not only that, Dr Stout and staff took great care of me giving me a root canal the same day! Unfortunately, a few hours later I was in excruciating pain because me tooth had a huge infection and the area was very aggravated after he cleared everything. I had to call Dr. Stout after hours and he was great again calling in prescriptions. I really appreciate Dr. Stout and team for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist—I really do. But I was in so much pain, I had no choice. My regular dentist referred me to an endodontist, and I’m honestly so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, the everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and made me feel surprisingly at ease. I was nervous about getting a root canal (who wouldn’t be?), but the experience turned out to be nothing like I expected—in the best way! What made it even better? He started singing “Footloose” in Spanish during the procedure! It was such a random and fun moment that I actually found myself pleased while getting a root canal. Who knew that was even possible? Aside from, well… having a root canal, everything else was a great experience—professional, efficient, and genuinely comforting. If you’re dreading dental work, this place will completely change your mind. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Care, Honesty, and Professionalism I recently visited Dr. Biggs at Micro Endodontics of Las Vegas for the second time, and I continue to be extremely impressed by the level of care and professionalism at this office. My first visit was back in 2017 at their old location, and I still remember how honest Dr. Biggs was with me—he let me know that I didn’t need any treatment at that time, and that tooth is still doing great today. That honesty and integrity made a lasting impression. This most recent visit in two weeks ago in June 2025 reaffirmed everything I appreciated the first time. Dr. Biggs took the time to clearly explain the issue I was having—not just to me, but also to my wife, at my request. He didn’t rush, and I could tell he genuinely cared that we both understood what was going on. Again, he was completely upfront and told me that the type of procedure I needed would be better handled by a different specialist, and he referred me to Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery. That kind of straightforward honesty is rare and truly valued. The office itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, giving you the feeling that you’re in a high-level care facility. Their attention to cleanliness, detail, and cutting-edge technology really stands out. The staff was equally impressive—attentive, professional, and welcoming. I never felt like I was imposing or just another appointment on their schedule. It did took awhile to get my appointment which is a testament to how busy they are so to their excellent reputation. I highly recommend Dr. Biggs and his team to anyone looking for honest, high-quality dental care. Their integrity, expertise, and patient-first approach are unmatched.

Fantastic experience: Had a mystery pain shortly after a filling, and the pain seemed to be coming from the tooth that was worked on. The pain moved around to different areas depending on the day, but I was certain that tooth was the issue as it was very sensitive to heat, cold, and touch. Went and visited with Dr Scott Biggs. They quickly identified the pain as coming from a different tooth. I was skeptical, but they assured me that they knew what they were talking about. I decided to trust the professionals. That root canal took approximately an hour and has completely resolved all pain throughout my entire upper abs lower jaw. I have had filings that were more painful than this root canal. Very capable and professional. Great communication. Cannot recommend Dr. Biggs enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brown is amazing! He performed an apicoectomy on one of my back molars! I was a bit nervous since I’ve never had that done before. He explained the procedure in detail. I followed all of the after care instructions to the T yesterday and so far my swelling and pain is minimal! The nurse who assisted him was great and so very kind as is the rest of the staff! Positive experience: My first visit there was horrible. I had a very bad experience!!! One of their staff doesn’t know what she was doing and the machine broke and all the chemicals went in my mouth and throat, I was chocking and told me not to move or stand. It was horrible experience!! But the staff at the desk are very friendly as well as the doctor.

Fantastic experience: I have now had 2 treatments one with Dr. Bigg and Dr. Stout. Both Dr’s are thorough and make sure you are comfortable before beginning and during the procedure. The Drs focus and specialize saving your tooth which is ultimately the best outcome for your health! I have only ever heard bad things about root canals prior to any treatment but will always recommend Micro Endodontics, my previous dentist praised Dr. Biggs work saying how thorough and cleanly the job was done so thank you to everyone !

Fantastic experience: Most advanced equipment and DR. Big performed my root canal perfectly. I have very long roots that have been problematic in the past. This root canal had curved roots at the end that could cause issues if not fully filled. I have had this issue in the past. Not with DR Big. He showed me the roots after the procedure showing them fully filled. Root canal did not take long at all and there was no discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Our family recently experienced a dental emergency. Dr. Stout kindly stayed after hours to assess the situation. He was unable to schedule the procedure for two weeks but believed the patient could be treated with antibiotics and pain management until then. Unfortunately, the patient's pain worsened in the following days. Dr. Stout and his office worked hard to find an oral surgeon who could see us immediately. This is not a service they are obligated to perform, but they did so out of kindness. We are forever grateful for this office's efforts to care for our needs. He made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure. The procedure went very smoothly, and they took X-rays afterwards to show me the work. Fantastic experience: Professional staff, got us scheduled quickly, clean beautiful office, friendly doctor who put my teenage son at ease. I especially appreciated Dr Stout's perfectionism; he finished the root canal, took an x-ray, then went back in because something very small wasn't perfect. He patiently filed the filling multiple times when my son was very picky about how it felt in his mouth. My son took one dose of ibuprofen and hasn't felt pain since. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was squeezed into an appointment today at short notice as I had an extremely painful tooth requiring a root canal. I am absolutely terrified of having any dental work due to a past experience somewhere else. Adam Stout was my DMD and I have to say whether was an absolute perfect gentleman, he kept me calm throughout and explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend Adam Stout and would have no problem recommending him to anyone who has reservations about dentists. I can honestly say, I only experienced minor discomfort and no pain. Fantastic experience: I put off my root canal for probably 2 to 3 months fearing the worst. I’ve always heard bad things about getting one. The day came and I had to get it done, and I was pretty nervous about going in. As soon as I got there, they made me feel at ease. Dr. Biggs and his assistant were incredible!! Explain exactly what they were going to do, and that I was in good hands, and they were gonna take care of everything. Pretty much painless!! After the numbness went away in my mouth, I have no pain! From the wonderful receptionist to the girls in the back everyone was extremely kind and welcoming! Dr. Stout was exceptional! You can tell that the dynamic in this office is so cohesive and loving!! Tamara, the beautifully sweet woman who checked us out had us feeling like we were getting coffee with a friend! We stayed just talking with her for well over 10 minutes. We very much enjoyed this entire visit and wish that we could come back everyday! Fantastic experience: Dr Brown had to retreat 2 root canals. I'm a very anxious patient but he and the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this office. Kindness, compassion and understanding is what you will receive!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know the name of my doctor because I was in so much pain before I got in the chair, but the staff was extremely nice to me and got me in within the hour I called. Thank you for helping me during the holidays. Very grateful and left feeling so much better.

Fantastic experience: I just had my upper back tooth done by Dr Biggs, I had a root canal and it was surprisingly easy. Dr Biggs showed me my x-rays explained everything he was going to do why it had to be done and basically how he would go about doing it. I like that he answered all my questions and actually answered some that I didn't think to ask so I was quite well informed. I definitely would recommend him the whole environment at this office was cheery and everybody seemed to really enjoy working there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stout has a terrific personality, and performance. I, like most others, fear the needle portion of the visit. He made me feel very comfortable before the injections, and was as gentle as he could possibly be. His entire staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Micro Endodontists and Dr. Stout especially, if you need a great doctor!

Fantastic experience: Dr biggs did my very first root canal! And he did amazing! I was in extreme pain prior to coming in because I had a huge cavity on my bottom left molar tooth #18, and everywhere I had went prior told me that my tooth couldn’t be saved in any way and that it needed to be extracted! I was terrified of the idea of having a very important tooth pulled, and then having to go through an expensive/lengthy process of replacing it with a implant. I refused to let anyone pull my tooth because I felt it could have been saved with the right Dr, and boy was I right! After making multiple office trips around town, Thank GOD I found Dr Biggs! He was able to save my tooth #18 with a root canal and the procedure was truly great! Dr biggs made sure I was completely numb, and during the root canal procedure there was literally no pain or discomfort! Dr Biggs is very skilled in what he does! He was efficient and precise! After he got done with my root canal, I was completely out of pain and felt great. Again everyone else wanted to extract my molar, but dr biggs saved it! Thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Biggs and Dr. Stout in this office. They’re both very professional and do a great job. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Nobody wants a root canal, but if I know, Dr. Biggs or Doctor’s dad is doing it I’m in good hands and don’t worry.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that going to the dentist gives me a literal panic attack. The thought of getting a root canal done cost me two nights sleep, I was that worried. I got referred to Dr. Biggs by a trusted co worker. From making the appointment, to settling into the chair, every member of the staff was friendly and comforting. Dr Biggs was amazing, listening to my concerns, and assuring me that everything was going to be ok. He took extra care in making sure I was numbed and feeling no pain, and explained exactly what was happening. At one point I think I actually dozed off during the painless procedure. If you ever need a root canal, this is the specialist you want doing it! Cannot recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a couple root canals. I drove 2.5 hours to get here, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. The front office staff and dental assistants are amazing. Everybody there is so patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Stout is by far the best 'dentist' I've ever been to. He was very patient with me. Answered all my questions before hand. He made sure I understood everything before we got started. He really put my nerves at ease. The best part is, it was relatively painless!,They run a very clean and professional office. Should I need an endotontist in the future, I won't think twice before calling this office.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with Dr. Biggs and his staff. They were all so helpful with detailed information, x-rays and explanations of the procedures. Dr. Biggs and his assistant conducted the root canal seamlessly passing instruments like a well choreographed ballet.
