The dentist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a very calming environment. Overall, the care and service I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Fantastic experience: Went in to see if I had a tooth that was abscessed. After X-ray and exam of area, all was fine. Doctor advised other things for me to have checked out to resolve my problem. The whole team was very helpful and supportive! Very pleased my tooth was fine, grateful for the advice on my next step. Always a 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this Dentist office yesterday. I've been wanting to be closer to my dental office for some time. I asked around and got some good info so made an appointment for next Summer which was the earliest available. I was on a cancellation list. Fortunately I was called in a week or two ,at a time I could get there, to have a check up and cleaning. WOW! Ashley gave me the most thorough and BEST cleaning I've had in years! I had been going to a place in S Springfield for at least a decade. I thought I liked it. They moved even farther south and to a really beautiful hi tech fabulous stand alone building.Very nice. I hadn't been feeling that super clean feeling after a cleaning in about 3 appointments. Good time to switch. I'm so happy I did! I haven't even brushed my teeth yet this morning and they STILL feel so much cleaner! The receptionist was very cordial when she called and when I arrived later. And Ashley has a very good and friendly personality which is such a plus! I'm HAPPY

From slowly giving me the numbing shots so that I barely felt any discomfort to consistently checking on me to make sure I was still not feeling any pain. Fantastic experience: Took my wife in for a referral to have her wisdom teeth removed after another dentist told her she would have to have all 4 removed. Dr. Goodman was straight forward and honest and told her she only needed one removed. The level of care and compassion was extraordinary, his assistant was amazing as well. Will be using Dr. Goodman for years to come

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was great! She saved me money by letting me know I was near my max insurance coverage by only doing a cleaning and putting off exam and x-ray. When I had crowns put in earlier this year, I was very happy with the care I received from the doctor and staff.

Fantastic experience: Went in just to have a "veneer"'glued on. This was at 4pm. Found out it was not simple. Needed a new bridge for front teeth. Old one was 34 years old, found a big cavity underneath. Dr. Goodman started right in & by 0515 had a temporary bridge & awaiting new one. Swift & caring/all the workers. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: After loosing a crown I was able to get an appointment right away. I was treated with concern and kindness. The tooth had to be extracted. It was quick and painless. I appreciated getting it taken care of right away.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Goodman dental for a few years now. They have always been amazing and great to me. I have had multiple issues with other dentist in the past. Being a red head it’s hard for my mouth to be numb. Goodman has been very understanding with that and already knew how to take care of me as soon as I said I’m a natural red head. I have high anxiety coming into the dentist office since in the past I had issues at other dental offices because they didn’t get me numb and made me feel bad for it not working and I had to have them stop. They have never done that to me ever at Goodman office. They even talk me through everything to help with my anxiety. I’m very happy with Goodman dental and will always be a customer here. Front desk is always super nice as well and so helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Heinrich is truly exceptional. While dental appointments are rarely pleasant, Dr. Heinrich eased my anxieties and consistently monitored my comfort throughout the extensive procedure. His genuine care and dedication to his patients' well-being are evident. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Was so glad they were able to see me sooner, as I had lost a tooth. Dr. H and I made plans on getting my mouth in better shape and was able to start with treating infection with root canal and antibiotics to save another tooth that afternoon due to a cancellation. I’m glad I found him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Heinrichs is my dentist at Goodman Dentistry. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He takes more time when he gives shots than most dentists do and they hurt less than the other shots I have had at a dentist's office. I had a partial plate from another dentist that fit poorly and had to be removed and cleaned if I ate anything. After Dr. Heinrichs fitted it properly, it was comfortable and I could wear it all day without having to clean it. He genuinely cares about his patients which shows in the excellent dentistry he performs. Bolivar is fortunate to have a dentist like him. I recommend him without reservation.

Negative experience: Very expensive - couldn't afford to go back. Sad medical providers don't actually have compassion for people but instead see them as mere $$$ opportunities. I will only give good reviews to medical providers whose policy is "what can you afford?", NOT, "this is what you owe us".
