Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning, X-rays and annual exam. As always, my hygienist, Mary, was thorough, professional and pleasant. She explained each procedure and shared her findings during the cleaning. Dr. Johnson came in to look at the X-rays and check my teeth and gums. He, too, was professional and pleasant. With a fantastic staff, all the latest dentistry equipment, and bright, spotlessly clean rooms, I highly recommend West Shore Dental Associates.

I was a new patient from the moment I called the office to make an appointment they make you feel welcomed no stress or anxiety at all they give you a tour of the practice which really lowers any anxiety you may have after I had a great experience with Kelly doing my X-rays and being very personable to talking to the Dentist so professional. Then on to my second appointment with the hygienist Amanda she made me feel like I was the only one there that day she was so patient with me and really listened to all my concerns which really lowered my anxiety she is extremely professional and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had Amanda is truly an asset to WestShore Dental now I know why they were voted Best of the best RI I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Warwick I wanted to have a dentist that was closer to home, even though I really liked my other dentist. My wife found this Dental Associate and I was totally impressed on the technology and super personel. Felt like family that I had been with for years. My hygienist is Amber and I don’t think she can be beat. She knows exactly what she needs to do to keep me comfortable and the problems that I have. We actually have a fun time with some of the stupid stuff I say or do. West Shore Dental will take care of me for all future problems.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dental experience I have had thus far. Everyone is very friendly and they take the time to explain everything regarding your teeth/gums and answer any questions you may have. Amber the dental hygienist is incredible! She was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. For the consult, they pull up your xrays and explain what they see. For the dental cleaning, they put up the gum health numbers on the screen and explain what they mean. The entire place is clean and they have machines that can make you retainers from the photos they take with their camera. The consult and the cleaning appointments were about 45mins-1hr each. Really awesome place with kind, knowledgable staff and great timing (didn't feel rushed or forgotten about). I highly recommend and will be back.

Fantastic experience: I went to West Shore Dental for the first time yesterday when a crown dislodged in the morning. I called them in a panic and the receptionist offered me an appointment a few hours later, at 1p.m.! What a beautiful experience I had there. The staff is lovely, the clinic is spotless...really, really clean and spotless like I have never seen anywhere in any medical facility I have ever been to. They gave me a tour of the whole dental practice before I sat down in the chair to have my crown reattached by the dentist and I became a new patient then and there. I was even able to get a cleaning too. This practice is 5 star...but I would give them 10 stars. I am recommending them to all my family and friends!

I have a few issues from post cancer treatments in my jaw that make me a bit of a challenging patient. However, this practice is amazing, has solid understanding of patient care, customer service and state of the art facility and can fix anything :) From the moment you check in with reception, then get to see the the hygienists, to meeting with Nikki, David and Dr. Johnson and the rest of the staff you will feel at ease and in good hands. Fantastic experience: This was my first time at West Shore Dental Associates. I had two crowns. One was a front tooth and I was very anxious. I had Dr. Johnson and he is pleasant, takes his time answering questions as well as making sure everything this done right. I was nervous but felt better once the procedure began. And to be honest, I can’t tell looking in the mirror which tooth of the 2 front ones he did! He is THAT good!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to this area and was looking for a new dentist. Since I had the same dentist for about 20 years, it is anxiety producing. A friend recommended Dr Bob Conte and now I’m so glad she did. Yesterday was my 1st procedural visit with Dr Conte. I was very pleased with his friendly, yet professional and informative approach. The procedure (a crown) was incredibly fascinating as they have highly sophisticated machines that make the crown “while you wait” and they showed me the complete process. Tammy is also very friendly and it just makes the dental experience easy. Cheri, a hygienist, gave me a very thorough work over. I feel like I’m in VERY good hands with the whole practice. The experience was very positive.
