Fantastic experience: My daughter, a student at Oklahoma State, was in pain, face was swelling and on top of that she had a finals exam. The office was able to see her first thing in the morning, get her evaluated and antibiotics prescribed quick enough to get back to campus and take her exam. Excellent care and customer service. Very easy to work with. Paperwork was all digital and easy to fill out. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Hello there and Merry Christmas! Once again had a delightful visit with Laura and staff who went out of the way to help me get around with my lack of mobility. She was a great hygienist and the doc was very gentle and kind although I couldn't really see his face I wouldn't have known him on the street because he was behind us mask and the lights! But I highly recommend Cornerstone. They're thorough but gentle and they do their best to make things as economical as possible in this new world. They certainly do a great job on my teeth during the cleanings

The doctors were very caring and calm, the hygienists were very sweet and got to know me. I went in for one filling and it took less than 10 minutes for my filling, I felt like I was in and out of there. It was great, and I would definitely recommend cornerstone!

Negative experience: I scheduled a new appointment, when I arrived the staff and dental assistant were pleasant. I wanted 30 minutes to be seen due to staff being short handed which I understand. Once the dentist Lesley arrived, I shared a tooth sensitivity which he suggested was another tooth that needed to be reviewed but asked me to schedule another time because he didn’t view it as urgent since he was busy with other patients. I didn’t feel my time was valued or that my request was heard. I was there an hour, and only saw dentist for 15 minutes. Not a good experience, I won’t see him again.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I am so thankful to have discovered such a wonderful Dental Practice, that offers multiple services, in a beautiful facility. The facility & staff exceeded expectations: Hagan, Dental Assistant, was kind, knowledgeable and professional; Laura, Dental Hygienist, was wonderful----she did an excellent job---very thorough, professional and kind; Dr Littell is amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, professional and has a wonderful calming presence. Truly feel blessed to have such a wonderful Dental Team!

Negative experience: Complete nightmare. I was in so much pain and I called to speak to office and got no where. I have been a patient for awhile there and never was treated this way. Will not be back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and the staff was outstanding! My hygienist was Patricia, she was kind, caring and pleasant while doing her work. Dr. Littell was easy to talk to and informative of all of my opinions for treatment without any pressure. The equipment was state of the art and the office was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised how welcoming everyone was! Go see for yourself what great service feels like! I have now had my second visit and everyone was outstanding! I just had my third visit and could not be happier! Elizabeth was my hygienist the last time and today. She is very kind and great at her job while putting you at ease because you can tell she truly cares. Dr. Littell really has a way of explaining what you should consider to keep you healthy and never seems in a rush. We are truly lucky to have moved to their practice! Thank you all!

Negative experience: nice facility however i kept hearing the hygienist talk bad about all of her co workers and was really just not as comfortable as i should have been there also they would not go into depth about my treatment plan/ other options

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth crown and chose to go with the conscious sedation to help with my stress. I was relaxed and did not remember the procedure. I was told that I snored at some point. This was the first time that I used the sedation and I would do it again, Also, the crown was done in one day. I highly recommend Dr. Metcalf and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, updated equipment and very knowledgeable doctors and staff. Only have one complaint, I do not agree with charging 3.5% when paying with a card. The world is moving away from checks. While I do agree it’s a major expense on the provider, I’d much rather see it priced in to the service.

None of this come back and see me again appointments. I plan on making them my main dentist, this is what I've been looking for in a dentist, a one stop that will fix everything. Fantastic experience: I attended Cornerstone Cares Day on Oct. 12, 2024 as my insurance is not very good and it has been 20+ years since I went to the dentist. I was concerned that my teeth were going to be terrible and I would not be able to afford dental care. Even though there were a lot of customers waiting, the Cornerstone staff were very patient and friendly and pretty well organized in getting through as many patients as possible. Once I got in, I found out I had no cavities, but my teeth were very dirty. My tech spent a lot of time scraping and cleaning and was very thorough and professional. She did a great job. I will be coming to Cornerstone in the future for dental care. The rest of my family have also become patients.

Fantastic experience: As someone with severe anxiety, especially when it comes to surgeries/dental work, I would 100% recommend this place, and their staff, to ANYONE who wants/needs dental work done. Particularly the assistant Hagan, and doctor Littell. They are judgment free, friendly people with a clear passion for taking care of people. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed, as a 24 year old, and I was SCARED. From the moment Hagan came to bring me back, he was understanding, sweet, accommodating, and SO reassuring. When the doctor was required elsewhere, Hagan was sitting down with my mom and me, chatting and connecting with us, never leaving me unattended. When doctor Littell was working on my teeth, he was communicative and receptive, checking in with me throughout the whole procedure. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, definitely a 10/10 experience! Thank you guys for making it a good experience!
