Fantastic experience: I have an excellent Dental service at Dr. Lily office yesterday 1/26/2026

Fantastic experience: A neat and clean dental clinic with nice environments around. The technician was skillful and the dentist Dr Parkins very professional. My comprehensive exam took lot of time and everything in the teeth and jaws were checked in detail with x-rays and visual exams. Dentist explained everything to me to my satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: My whole family goes to Waterford. I have found the front office staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Dr Perkins is an excellent dentist. Dr Seto has a great attitude and explains orthodontic procedures very well. The ortho assistants and hygienists are very professional. Nina is very knowledgeable, and Maliah is careful and thorough. I actually look forward to dentist and ortho visits.

Fantastic experience: Well organized & efficient team. Very nice staff, hygienist, support personnel & dentist. I would rate this office 4.5 stars if I could, only because they are so good, appointments for annual cleaning is >2-months out…or more

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at Waterford Dental. The back office is excellent. Dr. Perkins and my favorite assistant Zohra have helped me so much with my dental anxiety. I use nitrous and I’m finally not as afraid of dental work anymore. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Kazerani does great implant work and is very compassionate. The only downside is occasionally being billed after being told I’m okay to leave, but overall I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Glants has seriously changed how I feel about going to the dentist. After many horror story experiences, I came into see Dr Glants full of fear and anxiety. I dreaded having to come in but Dr Glants listened to my concerns and really went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My delay in coming in to see the dentist likely caused more dental issues but Dr Glants has been wonderful and she and her staff have been wonderful, never making me feel worse. I appreciate them taking the time to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend Dr Glants! It’s even better that she has a great sense of humor and has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you for all your help and expertise thus far Dr. Glants!

Negative experience: The periodontist I saw recommended surgery - glad I got a qualified second opinion. Definitely no surgery needed and the only reason I got a second opinion as the office made me very uncomfortable with their pushing procedures on me I didn’t need - I recommend you avoid this place unless it’s for a routine cleaning - they are running a profit mill and seem to care more about needless procedures than actual care - will never go back and suggest you avoid them as well -

Negative experience: Too difficult to get an appointment. Not practical to work with a dental office who for a normal cleaning job provides dates which are 4 months apart.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Are you in need of a dentist that is caring, gentle, kind and professional than look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Dominguez. A retired military dentist now serving families in the Dublin and San Ramon communities. Who truly cares about his patients. Down to the smallest detail of my front tooth and matching the lines so my filling wouldn’t stand out. ( If you look really closely your teeth have a few shades within in the tooth that reflect in the smallest lines). Appreciate your work and attention to detail Dr. Dominguez. Negative experience: What should have been a very small, routine inlay filling, was a nightmare for me. I had the US military pull my wisdom teeth and that was a spa day compared to my experience here. My “dentist” gave me so many numbing shots (I believe 6 in total) into my jaw that my face bruised and was numb still the next day. My face was sore for over a month. The back and forth of shot, continued pain while drilling, shot, pain and then not being able to leave, gave me a panic attack. They just sat me alone in the chair until I was calm enough to continue. No apology and zero bedside manner. I don’t get panic attacks normally so this was also very traumatic for me. Oh, and my tooth still bothers me over a year later…

Fantastic experience: Today marked the completion of my Invisalign treatment at Waterford Orthodontic, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Dr. Seto is exceptional; she has done a superb job that has transformed both my smile and my confidence. The results are dramatically improved compared to last year. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Seto. She is a dedicated and compassionate doctor who worked tirelessly to ensure my satisfaction with the results. Upon leaving the clinic today, I felt confident with a bright smile. Dr. Seto is an outstanding orthodontist, and I highly recommend her services. The experience has been truly worthwhile, and I am grateful for her expertise. Thank you, Doctor, and thank you to Waterford Ortho Dublin and the entire staff.

She's very precise with her cleaning techniques, knowledgeable, easy to talk to you, and has improved my dental health with her recommendations on day to day care. I've had zero discomfort in my visits with her, she has my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I had fantastic experience at WaterFord! Susana is really helpful in scheduling my appointment based on my insurance plan and preferred time slots. My visit was with Dr. Perkins for a tooth filling and crown, and he was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly gentle throughout the treatment. His assistant, Zonra, made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the process clearly. Together, they made sure I was at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Perkins and his amazing team!

Fantastic experience: The dentists are really one of the best dentists I have come across. Dr. Choi and Dr. Lee were highly skilled, and very knowledgeable and thorough. I have done a lot of dental work in my life, but these dentists are the best I have encountered thus far. Dental assistants are nice and cordial, the office staff is polite and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I always am impressed with how clean the facility it, and how competent the staff is. Whether it's getting a crown placed on a fractured molar, or going into for a cleaning, the entire Waterford team always seems happy to see me, and ready to provide whatever dental remediation is in order to a high, professional standard. This goes for the front office as well. By the time I am checking out, they have already run the options for the upcoming work against my insurance and can clearly spell out for me what my out of pocket expenses will be for whichever path I choose to take. Having a Dr. like Dr. Perkins ready to patiently walk me through a procedure takes much of the anxiety out of actually having the work done. He answers my many questions, and then does the work ensuring my comfort throughout. Similarly for my hygienist. Highly knowledgeable in how she works, with a wealth of information on what I can be doing better for my overall oral health. Top marks to the entire team!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend my dental hygienist Suzanne! She’s not only super professional but also very lovely. I went in for a cleaning a few days ago, and I was really impressed. Suzanne was patient in communication, always double-checking if the anesthesia was working, and her technique was gentle yet thorough. In the past, when I did deep cleaning, my gums would often get hurt and the whole process felt painful. But with Suzanne, I barely felt any discomfort at all. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and caring, Suzanne is definitely the one to go to! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Very friendly reception and nurses are attentive. Dr. Glants was very caring to both me and her fellow staff members, but also sports a good sense of humor. She administered the anesthetic very well in preparation for my temporary crown - I was doubting whether I felt the needle at all! I’ve had shorter experiences with 2 other doctors as well: Dr. Mirza (root canal and teeth filling) and Dr. Johanna (for teeth impressions), and both were friendly as well. Dr. Mirza won’t “baby” patients as much and feels less cordial as a result (relatively speaking though, as essentially everyone seems blurry hospitable). However, he focused on his job seriously, checking progress through imaging and making necessary adjustments during the procedure to ensure that my filling results went perfectly. Might scare the kids a bit but he knows what he’s doing!

Negative experience: Due to an emergency and my regular dental office was closed that week, I visited this dental office for the first time. I can’t remember the names of the people who worked on me, but I just remember that the white female dental assistant seemed to dislike me, an Asian female, for no reason. Upon meeting her, she kept bumping into my seat several times pretending the space is too small. She stopped those childish antics when the actual dentist arrived. However, she took the opportunity of doing minuscule things to me while the dentist worked on me such as purposely turning the suction device to the lowest setting so my saliva would get dragged onto my face and neck, pulling the side of my mouth hard, and moving tools in my mouth aggressively. I didn’t say anything or complain as I was worried what this crazy lady will do further. I’ll be avoiding this place like the plague.

Fantastic experience: I have been going there for years. In fact I drive from Manteca, where I live now, to see Dr. Chang and team. I recommend them to everyone in the area.

Positive experience: First of all, I have to say, Dr Pekins method of administering anaesthetic is fantastic, with minimal to zero pain. The chemistry between, Grace, Aniya and Dr Perkins made me feel comfortable and in good hands with their professional "bedside" manner. The amount of information they give while performing the procedure is just enough to keep you engaged. I always dread going to the dentist, and I'm 55 years old, but I always find it a pleasant experience at Waterford. They've been my dentist for almost 8 years and I wouldn't change it for all the non-sugar lollipops in the world.

I have always had horrible anxiety going to the dentist, stemming from when I was younger. Dr. Perkins and his staff are always so sensitive to that. They give me time to breathe if I’m feeling anxious it doesn’t matter how long I need they always make sure I’m comfortable. They explain every step throughly and even tell me how it’s going to feel or what I should or should not be feeling as far as pain or discomfort. It really helps my anxiety when they take time to do this. I have never had this type of care at any other dental office in the past. Also a huge shout out to Zohra (one of the most amazing dental assistant’s) you took the time to really talk to me at my recent appointment when I was feeling sick to my stomach with anxiety. Your patience and care is what makes a patient keep coming back. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. I’m so thankful for this dental team!

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the level of service at Waterford Dental. Used to come here year after year and they just keep overcharging for services now. In addition, my son has been going since he was a young boy and is now a college student. He was home on break and had his check up already scheduled. Waterford Dental ended up changing his appt and when he went in, they had him down for wisdom teeth consultation with the dentist instead of a cleaning. My son had all his wisdom teeth taken out 8 yrs ago at Waterford Dental so I’m baffled how they messed up his appt. He ended up having to leave and they tried to reschedule him but it was the last day before he had to go back to college. Definitely switching dental offices.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Perkins is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. He’s super friendly, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The whole team is great—super welcoming and professional. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now it’s honestly no big deal. If you’re looking for a dentist you can actually trust and feel comfortable with, I highly recommend Dr. Perkins.

Fantastic experience: I have a huge fear of going to the dentist, but everyone here is wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. Tashi, Molly, Serena, Brittany and Dr. Choi are incredible! Tashi especially took the time to talk me through the procedure that I needed, both her and Molly checked in on me several times throughout to make sure that not only was physically comfortable but to make sure I wasn't anxious. Fantastic experience: Well it all started a long time ago. Bart rides, tooth aches, braces and a bunch of sophisticated hygienist. Then came the doctors. They were smooth, cool and professional all the time. Chair side manners were on point, conversation making sure everyone was on the same page was Grand! It is definitely service with a. smile. Then walked in my new doc…. He was cool, not uptight and well spoken, we even chatted about family before we got down to business. So, check the box for chair side manners, he kept that professionalism rolling straight ahead like Miles Davis and was as smooth as John Coltrane playing a ballet…. I guess you can some this cat up in a few jazzy professional terms… Straight ahead, smooth, professional and plays well with his duo assistant. So , Check out Waterford dental… it’s truly a concert from the moment you walk in and they call your name… Because you are up next!

Negative experience: No STARS……Warning: Military, please turn around. I called this office, explaining to them that I am in terrible pain. The female at the front desk… threw all my negative dental work in my face (she made me feel ashamed and embarrassed). She continued to tell me that I will be in pain until I get my mouth fixed. Which is May 13… So I will be in pain … for a moment….This clinic took money off my dental insurance, and now the front desk is saying nope … you will have Pain until 13 May…. I am so over this place…. No sympathy whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Perkins was very detailed in his findings during my exam- he shows you actual photos of the tooth and not just the X-rays. Molly was the technician who did my x-rays, she was very friendly and quick with getting the photos done to ease discomfort. Further the front office staff were nice and accommodating. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Waterford dental group. I am a new patient of Dr. Dominguez and he has been nothing but kind, professional, and very efficient in his dental care. On my initial screening examination, he pointed out Some cavities that developed and what my options were. During my filling today, the procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Dominguez made sure I was comfortable and completed three fillings, very efficiently and painlessly. In addition, I like to give a shout out to his assistant Molly. From the moment, I sat down in the exam chair, she made me feel at ease. She was very kind, personable, and during my filling, she made sure to check in on me periodically. Fantastic experience: I REALLY recommend this place I went in to get a tooth extraction. I was so nervous and Grace the dental assistant made me feel at ease. I felt taken care of. Thank you Grace for looking out for me and being so awesome. She reassured me that everything would be fine. Dr. Furmaneck was very professional and the procedure went smoothly. Waterford’s staff (including the billings department) were really nice and welcoming. In my personal opinion Waterford Dental Group is one of the best places. Thank you guys so much.

Fantastic experience: This office is wonderful. Dr. Dominguez is amazing and does a very good job at making you feel comfortable and his work is above anything I have received before. I haven’t felt any pain or discomfort by him. The staff is equally as wonderful, kind, and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable in what they do. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who is needing dental work done. The pediatric side is also equally as amazing. We brought our 1.5 year old daughter to her first dental appointment and the staff was so patient with our daughter and gentle and made us feel at ease when she started crying by her exam. It has made us feel so much more comfortable knowing how good they have taken care of our entire family.

Fantastic experience: I have been regularly going to Waterford Dental in Dublin for several years. They have truly helped me keep a very healthy oral hygiene. The doctors and staff are phenomenally good at treating you with utmost care. They have the state of the art equipment. My hygienist is Yuri and I see Dr. Glantz and Dr. Lily, they are all very efficient and caring. They slowly build up your dental hygiene routine so you can achieve long term benefits and inculcate healthy dental hygiene habits in your everyday routine. Cannot thank them enough for their efforts and care!
