Fantastic experience: Came on a Monday morning just days before Christmas for an emergency appointment due to an infection in my wisdom tooth. We were running a bit late due to construction but this had little to no affect on their urgency to help us out. Alicia helped us out with x-rays and asked us a few questions before doctor Hana walked in. I was greeted by him and he immediately took a look into what was going on with my tooth. After a quick but thorough examination he states that I had Pericoronitis and explained my options. He suggested that I have them removed the day of and quickly fit me in last minute. I was very well taken care of from Alicia getting me set up, to Emerald and Mary Anne checking up on me regularly before and after my procedure. After Dr Hana checked up on me as well as Mary Anne and they sent me home with everything I needed for my healing plan. After surgery I had little to no swelling as well as the day after. I deeply thank everyone from the technicians, the front desk, supervisors, and Dr Hana. I will definitely recommend anyone to come here if you are in need of Orthodontic assistance, you will be well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robert Hanna and his entire team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, caring, and extremely thorough. Dr. Hanna took the time to explain everything clearly, and the post-op instructions were detailed and easy to follow, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great experience! I was worried by many horror stories about getting wisdom teeth removed but my removal was quick and painless. I didnt have much swelling after or the next day. Thanks Doc!

Positive experience: Dr Hanna is experienced and has good hands and is always aware of you as a patient, comfort, pain, and end results. The assistants i would give them a lesser praise, they are not as gifted as Dr Hanna. The only real reason why I took off one star is because of the extreme cost, for 3 implants I was charged 19000, so each implant with crown you are looking at 9000 dollars. I am in the wrong business, definitely guiding my son into the same business.

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth extracted here and the service overall is phenomenal. They sent me home with all the proper instructions to care for myself as well as a care kit with all the things I'll need. I was very nervous about going under anesthesia for the first time and my surgery tech lady (long brown hair with pretty tattoos) was very comforting and the doctor did a great job on the whole procedure. I have minimal pain. Would highly reccomend this location for dental work.

Fantastic experience: Was informed by my endodontist that I needed an extraction. Made an appt and had the tooth extracted. I was nervous about general anesthetic but Dr Dudziak did a tremendous job calming me down and diffusing the situation with humor. Great guy and tremendous work.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Doctors were wonderful. I went to IEOSD for a 2nd opinion. Another oral surgeon told me I needed a tooth pulled. When Dr at IEOSD looked at tooth he told me the tooth only needed the root canal redone. Thanks to IEOSD they saved me an extraction.

Fantastic experience: Considering going to the dentist is not a favorite thing to do — sometimes kind of scary and extraction sometimes painful after — this appoint was a breeze. Dr. Hanna and his team very professional. Facility is very clean and employees are all good at what they do. They check on you during procedure — make sure you’re comfortable and they call you after you leave. Even Dr. Hanna called and another team member called next day. No pain before- during or after.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dudziak did the final pieces of oral surgery today for my two upcoming tooth implants. I have also used him in the past and gave him an abundance of praise then as well as today. His two assistants Rosie and Kate as well did an excellent job today by making sure I was at ease. Fantastic experience: I can’t really express how much I highly recommend and thank Dr Hanna, and his entire staff. I had an abscessed molar that was very painful. They provided me with an appointment the same day I saw my dentist who referred me to this office. Immediately I was put on antibiotics N pain relief. Surgery was scheduled and performed the following week. Due to my health, I wasn’t able to be sedated which created a lot of anxiety! Nevertheless, Dr Hanna and his VERY kind nursing staff took such good care of me. Before I knew it, the surgery was over! The office followed up with me the following week. That’s terrific service and care.

Fantastic experience: Writing this review for my daughter that had her wisdom teeth removed this weekend. Good experience, Isaac was helpful and made her feel comfortable, Christina was also helpful and kind. Doctor was also great, explained everything and answered all our questions. Healing is going well and following all the instructions given to us. I will say and this is not a negative, doctor seems like he’s rushing or talking fast. I think he talks fast because his brain works fast. I already knew what to expect from this procedure bc my oldest daughter had it done two years ago. If you feel rushed, just let them know. Everyone in the office was kind and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic experience: The day of surgery I was very nervous to have my Tori removed. The moment I walked in the office I had a warm welcome from beginning to end. Everyone made me feel so much better like I was in good hands. Dr. Dudziak is an amazing surgeon. I had little to no discomfort during the procedure. He explained everything that was going to be done before he started the procedure. After surgery was done the nurse made sure I was feeling ok and I understood the post operative care. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have visited Dr Dudziak. Once a few years ago, to have a tooth extracted, and this time was preparation for a single tooth implant. Dr Dudziak is a fabulous dentist. For my procedure today, he and his staff were wonderful. He kept making sure that I was comfortable. I love the way he converses back-and-forth with his staff and encourages them in the work they are doing. It has only been four hours since my surgery and I feel I am doing extremely well.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I have had to see an oral surgeon far too many times in my life. The one I’d seen for ages retired a short time ago (as it turns out IEOMFS bought his practice). My dentist recommended I go to see Dr Hanna at IEOMFS as he was highly regarded amongst his peers. I was convinced that my previous oral surgeon was “the best around” and anyone else would be a step down. I was wrong: Dr Hanna deserves the title “best around”. He has great bedside manner, is a highly skilled and caring surgeon, and gifted with an inquisitive intellect and “Eagle Eyes; so rest assured he will find any other issues you may have - nothing evades his attention. The staff reflects Dr Hanna’s caring and comforting nature. They anticipate your needs, make you feel as comfortable (as anyone can that will be receiving oral surgery), and they exude confidence in their work and in the Dr’s they work for. I’m glad Dr. Hanna is younger than myself because I know I will have the best oral surgeon for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: Being scared of dry socket and the procedure as a whole (since I never went under anesthesia), I’ve did hella research for my wisdom tooth extraction, and decided this was the best place to go. My doctor was Dr. Dudziak, and the team that day was with him, Sarina, Kate, and Mary Anne. I could not have been more happy with the outcome. Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom teeth extracted, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything went. The whole procedure was quick—just 30 minutes—and done with such professionalism and care. Dr. Dudziak was amazing, and Maryanne was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout. She made me feel completely at ease and took such good care of me. I even received a follow-up call to check on how I was doing, which I really appreciated. The healing process has been going smoothly and quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: They are very professional and made my wisdom teeth removal easy peasy. Dr. Hicke got my IV in on the first try which has never happened. Very good crew. I can’t give a five because they didn’t give me my wisdom teeth. I told them I really wanted them and when I realized they didn’t give them to me, I called them 8 times and they didn’t pick up at all. Not even the emergency number. Got a text the next day saying they disposed of them already.

Friendly staff that offer transparency of work being done (before, during and after the procedure) aswell as go over all aftercare in detail. Today I had a tooth extracted and bone put in for a replacement tooth and everything went smoother then expected and above all else it was quick and painless. Fantastic experience: Dr Dudziak placed a dental abutment (healing cap) into an implant I had installed in an another denral office with which I was having an issue. As with my previous experience with Dr Dudziak more than 10 years ago, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my visit. I have yet to be treated by another dentist or oral surgeon who exceeds Dr Dudziak’s skill. He is an exceptional physician, and his staff is absolutely top notch as well. If you need the services of an oral surgeon, I would highly recommend you consult with Dr Dudziak and his staff at Inland Empire Oral Surgery. You won’t regret doing so.

Fantastic experience: Staff were all very helpful and kind. I worked with 7 different associates, including secretary, technicians, etc in addition to Dr. Dudziak. 4 wisdom teeth extracted, I’m about 5 hours post op. The provided med regime instructions are VERY clear so I’m hoping recovery is a breeze. Also included information on recommended soft food diet which is also very holistic and healthy. They also provided a few unexpected goodies including a ice pack strapped to my face when I woke up from my general anesthesia, with a spare set of freezer inserts, super convenient over holding an ice pack to your face, and allows the spare to remain in the freezer until you need to swap it. Also sent me home with 2 bags of black tea in case my bleeding didn’t stop or got worse, something they didn’t need to do but went above and beyond. Communication, respect, and professionalism at its best. I can see why they have a 5 star reputation. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dudziak is THE BEST. He removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth, and from our initial consultation through recovery, everything went perfectly. He is knowledgeable and passionate, and the entire staff was great. The whole experience went above and beyond our expectations!

Negative experience: I’m upset and confused. I had a broken tooth my dentist said needed “surgical removal.” I was referred to IEOMFS to get the tooth removed, but surgeon did additional work he felt was “necessary” without consulting me. End result I can have a black gap show on my front teeth or pay another $1800 for a crown I didn’t ask for!

Fantastic experience: Had to visit for an extraction of a baby tooth I never lost and implant prep. I know - gross. It was a procedure that should have been complicated and unpleasant, but was made quick and easy by Dr. Dudziak and his awesome staff! Rosio is the best. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. Worked me into a schedule that was already booked up. Isaac was great. Took the time to explain the procedure and answer questions. The remaining staff were all great, just didn't get their names. You can always tell a true pro that is well experienced and really knows what they're doing. That is Dr. Dudziak!

Fantastic experience: clear explanations. Easy to schedule. I previously had an extraction which went quickly with minimal bleeding. Stictches very clean. Pain as expected somewhat relieved by non-narcotic pain meds. Was offered opioid but declined. Nice office and nice staff. That was written a while ago but somehow wasn't posted. So now I add that a number of months after the extraction, once the gum was properly healed, today I had the tooth implant. Like earlier, it went smoothly. I needed to cancel at the last minute due to car trouble, and they were able to fit me in the next day. I really like Dr. Dudziak. He is very funny while being very professional, so you feel like he is both super fun and super competent. Again, swelling and pain as expected, but no bleeding. They give clear instructions and respect the patients' needs and desires. Highly professional. Top recommendation

Fantastic experience: Obviously NOT excited for my tooth extraction BUT was at ease because of the surgeon, staff and location. My appointment was bumped up to 7:20am. I agreed because I wanted to be in and out however my husband had to drop my kids off at school and come back. Normally they don’t start the procedure until your driver is there but thank God they did because I did not want to wait! The laughing gas kicked in, the IV was inserted and ultimate relaxation began! Less than 1 hour I was in recovery! Staff was extremely nice!!! Dr came out and briefly described the procedure and some aftercare instructions and so did his nurse. The experience was seamless from beginning to end. Everyone was very kind with lots of smiles for such an early start. Lastly I want them to know that the mango smoothie is bomb!!!!

Fantastic experience: The whole team was amazing at the Upland office. It was my first ever time to have an oral surgery so I didn’t know what to expect, and if I’m being honest, I was nervous. But the Upland Team did so wonderful in keeping me at ease. First of all, they were able to squeeze me in for a sooner appointment given my condition. The Dental Assistants during my procedure were great - Val and Ralph, I believe were their names. Dr. Dudziak was BEYOND GREAT! He was so nice and friendly and did an excellent job on the procedure. Fantastic experience: This place is great. All procedures were explained and my one hour appointment was just one hour. I had a molar extraction and now 5 hours later I am doing fine. No pain. They sent me home with a list of what I can and cannot do or eat for a couple days. It helps to have written instructions in case you aren’t a good listener when you are nervous. Don’t be nervous, Dr. D is very careful.

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in very quickly. Dr Dudziak was able to accommodate my sensitivity to anesthesia and I didn't feel a thing! Upon my return for an implant, the staff was very knowledgeable and explained the process and answered all my questions. The day of surgery went very well and I recovered quickly, a little swelling. The CAT scan performed was so clear I was able to see the problem and how it was going to be fixed. Very impressive technology and expertise!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dudziak and his associates were all extremely professional and made getting my wisdom teeth out a breeze! Two days after surgery and I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort, and I've been able to eat almost regularly too! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I got my two lower wisdom teeth extracted and I had no discomfit during the processes of being put under. It was my first time in a form of surgery and they made me feel comfortable even let me listen to some music while my meds kicked in. I was in and out very quickly and was provided with delicious smoothie. They also made sure I was comfortable in the recovery room.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it was overall a pleasant experience. I felt that I can trust everyone from the front desk to the Dentist. Dr. Hanna and other staff even made courtesy calls to check on me and answer my questions. I couldn’t have asked for better quality care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was wonderful and informative and fortunately put up with a couple coughing spells I had during the extraction. I've had no swelling and only mild pain and a little bleeding; a total success!

Fantastic experience: I took my oldest here to have her wisdom teeth removed and she had a good experience. I just had mine taken care of and I feel the same. The office staff is polite and friendly, the techs/assistants are efficient and make you feel comfortable, and the doctor is and did as well. I received a care kit with a smoothie when I left and had all my medication waiting for me to pick up. I even received a follow-up phone call from the doctor in the evening so he could check on me. I dislike the idea of dental work and I felt uneasy about going under for the procedure, but the team did great work and made it feel comfortable and simple. I am beyond grateful!

Fantastic experience: Everything went smoothly. My daughter was anxious about getting her wisdom teeth removed. The nurses and Dr all did an amazing job going above and beyond to reassure her, making her as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all. You are the sweetest. Also, the ivy was painless according to my daughter. They use a cold freeze spray to eliminate pain during insertion.

Positive experience: Dr. Dudzack, Kate his assistant, and AJ receptionist, offer exceptional professional services. Rating:10/10 Jessica, treatment coordinator, was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. While talking to her about my concerns regarding billing, she just turned around and walked away without saying a word. I found her behavior and unbecoming attitude totally inappropriate in an first-rate professional office. Rating: 0/10

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanna, Rocio, Kate, Ralph and Maryanne are such a great team. I had to get a molar extracted due to a bad infection and they were kind and helpful along the way. I definitely recommend the Upland and Glendora locations. In both locations staff explained things in detail and made sure to answer any concerns I had. Definitely found a trusted Dentist team.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with IEOMFS was amazing. Dr. Dudziok made me feel comfortable and confident. Only minimal swelling and pain and no bruising following sinus lift and bone graft surgery. The staff is kind and caring and answered all questions. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: These professionals were Engaging, Attentive, Caring and Educated Not only were these traits apparent in their profession but also in the way they communicated with me as a patient. In so many medical situations the first question is, “HOW DO YOU PLAN TO PAY” after that everything changes based on your insurance. That is Not what this group is about. They wanted to know how I was feeling and what I wanted them to do for me. After I communicated what I wanted they gave me options and we went from there. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Dental related office. Post surgery, (tooth removal), I have very little discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Great office with a wonderful team that is so compassionate to their patients. I took all three of my children for removals and they accommodated our schedule and timing needed to get back to school. I would recommend to anyone needing dental work. You will be in hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanna and his entire staff at the Upland location were nothing short of amazing. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and has thus far experienced minimal pain and no complications. The front office staff was very informative and up front with patient costs. The nurses were very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care for my daughter’s well being post surgery. As the caregiver, they made sure I was well informed on post surgery care and provided me with everything needed. They even gave my daughter a frozen smoothie on the way out which I thought was beyond thoughtful and she thoroughly enjoyed it on the ride home.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen with my daughters wisdom teeth removal. The Doctor followed up with us later in the evening to make sure everything was OK and to make sure my daughter was doing good. Highly recommend them and I greatly appreciate how we were treated.
