Fantastic experience: Every time I go there Dr Carlos and his staff are always professional, friendly and very accommodating. Dr Carlos surrounds himself with some of the best Dental associates from greeters to assistance. His staff prepares me every time for Dr Carlos to efficiently provide me the best treatment in the shortest time with the least amount of pain. Very few doctors office let alone dental office operate at the efficiency as Dr Carlos and his staff. I am lucky I have to have found such a warm professional operation.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office that I’ve ever been to. My appointment was for 11 and they still weren’t ready for the appointment after 45 minutes. Stop wasting peoples time and gas if you don’t have said “associates” to see people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this office a few times, and during my earlier visits there were some delays that were frustrating. However, on my most recent visit for another procedure, they truly more than made up for it. I was seen immediately, the procedure itself was smooth and efficient, and the overall experience was excellent. The office manager was especially kind and attentive. Her and the team acknowledged my previous experience and clearly made an extra effort to ensure everything went seamlessly this time. I really appreciated how seriously they took my feedback and how proactive they were in turning things around. It made a big difference, and I’m glad I gave them another chance. I look forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: Very painless and well done root canal procedure.

Negative experience: 2026 - While I liked this office, I ended up leaving because it started feeling too salesy. Additionally I had a crown that needed replacing and the area needed to be cleaned out further. My mom went in for a $2000 “deep cleaning” and she just found out that the deep cleaning wasn’t good and she has tarter in her gums. Her new periodontist asked if her gums were measured and when she answered that it was not, he was shocked. My aunt also needed her crown replaced that she got here. Was good while it lasted. ————————— 2021 - As many people, I’m always nervous about going to the dentist. After yesterday’s visit, I’m not anymore! Dr Llapur was the nicest, most informative dentist with the best bedside manner I have ever met. He showed me what was wrong and a detailed plan to fix it. His assistant was also great, being the first person to take a full mouth of X-rays without any difficulty (my jaw is a bit locked due to radiation treatment). Sharon, the hygienist was fabulous as well! She was friendly and used different techniques to clean my teeth without much pain at all. I was so impressed with this office that I will not only be returning but recommending to everyone who asks for a dentist. Thanks! ETA 4 years later: Jocelyn is now my hygienist and she is spectacular as well! Great dental office!

Fantastic experience: Was anxious about getting a root canal done. There was no need to feel anxious. The endodontist was amazing. He was concerned about my comfort but the whole procedure was pain free. Also the crown procedures, temporary and permanent , was smooth all the way. The nurses were kind, professional and caring. Altogether, a great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend this dental service.

Positive experience: I was impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff. The hygienist who filled in on Dec 23rd was warm and caring. However, the doctor I saw was unfamiliar to me and appeared disheveled in his attire compared to the other staff members. (His scrubs were wrinkled & just not presentable for the office - looked as if maybe he was running late and grabbed them out of the dryer & just threw them on) The doctor's explanation of my treatment was lacking, as he didn't show me the x-rays or provide clear guidance on addressing some plaque issues he saw. Consequently, I felt somewhat uncomfortable after the appointment. Furthermore, I'm not satisfied with the new teeth cleaning method, which doesn't seem to provide the same level of thoroughness as the traditional approach. Nothing against my hygienist, as she's the best. This is just my thought. Lastly, the dental office, however, is always clean, cozy & inviting.

Fantastic experience: This office is very clean, and professional. I had trouble finding a good dentist in the Hollywood area due to my insurance. However, I did not have to compromise service with this office . Highly recommend them. The Hygenist was the best I have ever had, and shared brushing techniques that have made a difference in me. Great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for 240, unfortunately traffic was backed up for miles on I-95 , I called the office explained my situation, everyone in the office was super accommodating, I was treated like a queen, as a patient who had to take antibiotics before any procedure I needed to get procedure..

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness I loved this experience!! Ms Lynette is who I spoke with when I first connected with this office. I admitted how scared I was and how I needed someone who would be patient with me!! I went in for a consultation and everyone from the Dental assistant to the Dentist was AMAZING!! I’ll come back with names next review ( sorry I forgot). We have a plan, I finally have insurance and I couldn’t be happier that Ms Lynette didn’t lie when she said she would put me with great people who would do a great job. Fantastic experience: Dr. Llapur's office is actually a delightful place to go to for your dental needs. Not only is the doctor himself a most pleasant person and highly qualified (in my opinion), but his staff are great people. Courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and great at what they do, they make each visit pleasant. Not only that, the office is really beautiful to look at - furnished most tastefully and very clean. They even have a coffee machine (free) and I appreciate that so much - and the coffee is delicious! I highly recommend Dr. Llapur for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office, I only had to wait less that 5 minutes to see the doctor , my follow up appt , no wait at all front desk was very welcoming and friendly, super nice! Dr. Carlos Llapur is gentle and explained everything He is very caring and compationate , Inez is the best ,she knows what you need before you do ! The price for a root canal and crown was way below what my last dentist charged me I know it's weird to say but this root canal was the best I ever had, No pain at all, I can not say enought about Dr Lluper! I would give him 10 stars If i could I highly highly recommend the office and staff!!

I have several dental issues. I am hoping Dental Associate will advocate for me when they bill for this cleaning..A tooth that needed work, ha since broken.

Negative experience: I gave this dental office 1 star because i was given a new type of cleaning without being notified by the management first;, they were only interested in upselling me bridge replacement that has been working perfectly fine; the type of cleaning they gave me no brush or polish was used.... the worst my mouth has ever felt leaving a dentist's office; the hygienist didnt even take the time to tell me what was being done differently being this was my first time in the office; on top of that the hygienist was not gentle at all. felt like i was ripped off

Positive experience: Nice office but been twice now and had separate non-5 star experiences. First was when I was getting a check up and they said they could do a cleaning and a filling in the same day. Great! But the hygienist apparently applied fluoride on my teeth at the end and so I couldn’t get a filling (contraindicated) I wish there was more communication within the team so I wouldn’t have to come back because how am I suppose to know that? My check out process was also prolonged due to the receptionist being on the phone and busy despite 2 others also working the desk with her. If they don’t do check outs they should be taught because I waited at the desk for atleast 10 mins just to pay. I came back for my filling and who I assumed was the doctor (never met him prior) just came in, no intro, no past history questions, didn’t ask me my allergies (important to verify especially when you’re getting a procedure) and just proceeded to numb me. The process was smooth and quick for the filling but then he just got up and left, no goodbye, no instructions. And then I waited again to pay because the clerk was again busy on the phone. Let me be clear, everyone who works there is polite, the office is clean, but I didn’t have an outstanding experience which is why I gave less than 5 stars. there’s just some things that could be worked upon. I’ll continue to come back, but with more realistic or standard expectations.

I was terrified about a molar extraction and they made it very easy and comfortable to relax and were constantly informing me of the process and were very patient while performing the procedure with my anxiety and fright in full force. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a positive experience here. I got my entire Invisalign here and I was a special case with an implant I needed to have as well but Dr. Llapur took very good care of me as well as the rest of the staff. I have wonderful results from that and continue to get my regular cleanings here. I no longer fear going to the dentist like I did as a kid.

Negative experience: No Stars... this office is untrustworthy. They allowed me to undergo a deep cleaning, before giving me am honest review of the cost. "Just go get your cleaning, then will figure out the cost" was the statement made to me... thus making me feel like my insurance would foot the majority of the bill. When i was done they charge me $350 for a cleaning just the top, not even the whole mouth. Just Crazy!! One, price for that procedure is simply too much and second it is their ethical responsibly to make sure i know the price before undergoing any service they are providing.

Fantastic experience: This office has been my dentist for several years. I have regular cleanings and appointments with Dr. Llapur and his assistant, Inez. They are both excellent and caring. Recently I had to have a root canal. Dr. Sas and his assistant, Sabrina, took good care of me. The experience was not painful at all, and the ache which I had been fighting for a couple weeks immediately stopped after the procedure. Everyone here is pleasant. I definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I found Dental Associates and Dr. Llapur because my insurance was excepted by their office. I am glad I did. He has been wonderful through my treatment there even to my surprise personally calling me the next day after doing a bone graft to check on how I was doing. Unheard of in the life I have lived until now. The entire staff from receptionist to hygienist and assistants have been top notch, professional, caring, and warm. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: The location is fine, a little confusing to navigate due to lack of sufficient wayfinding on site/the building. Where they really shine is the staff, whom are stellar and accomdating (definitely deserve a raise) but cannot tell you their level of service since they refused me service because of my whack arse gross insurance. So yes, they lose a star from participating in the for-profit healthcare system that denied me access to care due to unaffordability - but this should not be a demerit on the workers - hope I can go back and actually get care! In the meantime and into perpetuity, #MedicareForAll.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for years (since moving here), and I’m one of the few people I know who actually like going to the dentist. My appointment went great today, my cleaning took about 30 minutes tops, and they said my gums look good. You can’t ask for more than that!

Fantastic experience: They were very cordial and professional and I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Sas and his assistant were very patient and accommodating to me when I realized, to my great surprise, that I felt quite claustrophobic, when setting me up for the 1st part of my root canal procedure. They adjusted the setup to allow me to feel less confined and restricted around my mouth and face and therefore he was able to proceed with the treatment/procedure. I greatly appreciated that because, that setup I had never experienced at a dental office and the feeling of claustrophobia took me totally by surprise, in such a setting. Negative experience: After being a patient for 20 years, I will NEVER go back. Once the practice was sold to a bigger company and my treating dentist left the practice, I should have taken the hint. I have a broken and infected tooth left in my mouth that the current dentist refused to help me figure out options to treat. It started with a crown that came off. He refused to glue it back on after doing so once before. His only option to me was a new crown. He wanted me to pay $1500 instead of the $500 my insurance company said it should should cost me. Needless to say, wothout the crown, the tooth has now broken in 2 places, from the top to the bottom. The top is so jagged, it cuts the underside of my tongue. I asked for an extraction, he refused, insisting he could fix it with the crown that still cost $1500. When confronted with the fact that I called the insurance company and they said it was covered for $500, he just walked out of the room. Currently it is so infected that I cannot close my jaw. I was there 2 days ago and told them it was throbbing and infected. They would not give me antibiotics without an xray. I never knew xrays could show infections! Wow. Looking in my mouth, the gums are swollen, red, throbbing. The remainder of the tooth is rotting and black. I have completely lost a tooth because of his refusal to to treat it like he should have from the beginning. He won't listen to what youvwant or need. He apparently is only interested in the money.
