The dental staff is very polite, understanding and provide excellent care. All your concerns and questions are answered in a clear and understandable way. You just could not ask for anything better!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Keith Bradburn DDS is in the top 1% of dentistry, his staff of Dental Hygienist are the same. All the front office staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. I’ve lived in central Contra Costa County of Walnut Creek, Concord and Clayton for over 35 years. This dentist and dental practice is the “best of the best”. I would only add make an appointment so you can be a dental patient and experience this level of dental care.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Brad Burn dentistry's office by my brother to get a second opinion after seeing a prior dentist who recommended several treatments for my teeth including one root cannel, five teeth extractions and seven teeth implants. I was very welcomed by everyone in Dr. Burn's office and I was happy too hear his treatment plan. First he confirmed that I needed a root cannel for tooth #6 and that implants are very costly and take a long time and that is nothing urgent for now and that future treatments will be determined on as needed bases.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bradburn put a new crown on me today …. One with a large cavity under an old crown. Im very fearful of going to the dentist. He's very sensitive and careful so i don't have pain, nor triggering my vertigo from leaning back to far. I really appreciate his understanding and patience about that and his efficiency in his work. Fantastic experience: Found the office through a family member. After our visit today, I HIGHLY recommend them too! Everyone from the front desk, all the techs and the Dr himself are amazing. Dr B took the time to get to know me & my concerns. He and his team all answered my questions throughout the appointment, they made me feel like I was the only one there. Mind you I have high anxiety when it comes to dental appointments and I came out feeling well taken care of. The office is so beautiful and peaceful. The building is very old town-esque. If you are wondering if this is the dentist for you, the answer is yes.

Fantastic experience: The cleaning procedure lasted 20 minutes! No deep cleaning, no water brush used, no polishing! I’m very disappointed with e 20 minutes $300 minutes session.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bradburn and his team were AMAZING handling my early morning tooth emergency. My toddler had chucked my phone to my previously severed tooth and it completely detached once again. I was visiting from OC and had a flight that left the same afternoon. They were able to see me within the hour and reattach my original tooth back! I am so happy with their quick work!

The Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be welcoming and soothing. The dental hygienists are gentle and very professional. I have never had cleaner teeth after a visit. Further more, Doctor Bradburn explains all procedures and is proactive in preventing potential dental problems. Bradburn Dentistry is exceptional based on the Dentists i have visited in my life.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to another local dentist in Clayton and thought I knew what a dentist should be until I switched to Bradburn dentistry. Hands down, Bradburn is at the apex of dentistry. The office staff are dialed and friendly. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by name and checked in immediately. The facility itself is state of the art with the latest dental tools and technologies. Dr. Bradburn has assembled a literal all star team, and undoubtedly is running circles just not around all other dentists in Clayton, but all dentists within a 50 mile plus radius.

My regular dental cleaning appointment was moved to be earlier so that Dr. Bradburn could check out a concern I had with a tooth. I appreciated the schedulers’ courteous response to have my concerning tooth issue looked at promptly.
