Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors at City Center Dental Group of Englewood are kind, thoughtful, gentle, understanding… the list goes on. This appointment was to have my teeth cleaned. This is the first time I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned I was not hurt me. My only compliant is the high cost. But, you get what you pay for and this place delivers. I had a crown put on a few weeks ago and it is perfect.

Negative experience: Got veneers of them cracked only a year after getting them. Just recently the crack turned to a chip. I would have expected them to last a lot longer. Seems as if the material they’re made with is cheap. I don’t understand how they would break in that short of a time…. I’m wondering why? Any answers ?

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough kind things about this office. Dare I say that I actually had FUN at the dentist!? Seriously. The front office staff is lovely and I absolutely adored the hygienist! Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience today at City Center Dental. They have been my dentistry provider for years. I had been ignoring a pain in a tooth for a few days. This morning, I decided to go to see if Dr Pierson could see me. Within a few minutes, Dr Pierson saw me, an xray was taken, tooth needed to be extracted. I agreed to have him do so. The extraction went well. I was home within 90 minutes. No issues.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this dental office, I absolutely loved the dental assistants so polite and gentle. Office was clean and the front desk was so kind and helpful. My dentist was very gentle and very knowledgeable, no one was pushy or trying to upsell me on procedures I didn’t need. Made me feel very comfortable. I love they have a membership program for those of us who do not have dental insurance. It is affordable and gives discounts for other services they provide. If you are looking for a dental office this place is great!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I would have known about this place sooner. I have dentist anxiety and this place makes me feel so comfortable. My main anxiety are the blocks and they numb your gums with a gel first, that way when they inject with a needle you don’t have the sharp pain. 10/10 recommend. They are so knowledgeable and confident in what they do.

Positive experience: This is a great dental office with all the best technology. They’ve got all the best equipment and the hygienists are highly skilled. The Dentists are very knowledgeable and can craft a good treatment plan for the most extreme cases. I was missing teeth and most of the rest of my mouth was not far behind. They saved my smile and I thank them. Edit: I was a patient here for over a decade until they stopped taking insurance and when I say insurance I mean all insurance plans. They now have a “subscription” plan which for me is not really an option since my dental insurance is paid in full by my employers. It would be stupid for me to pay for a subscription. I’m sure they are still a good dental company but it is unaffordable to me now.

The dentists are knowledgeable, the hygienists and office staff are courteous and friendly, and the environment is modern and clean. They also have an in-house machine that makes porcelain fillings and crowns in real time, saving patients from having to return for multiple appointments when having those procedures. Positive experience: I’ve been going here for over 6 years. The staff are awesome however this past year they stopped taking my insurance. I asked about what insurance they take and they said “all of them but all out of network. So you pay upfront and they reimburse back”. So I was ok with that. So I paid 330 upfront. Thinking my insurance will send me back 330. Well they sent me 120. No thanks, I’m going to a dentist who takes insurance in network. Sad to leave but they made it seem like I’d get all my money back. Switching now as I can’t imagine how much I’d have to pay out of pocket for any dental work.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist who is highly skilled and warm and personable, look no further. The CCDG Team is the best. I had a front tooth break off at gum line over the weekend and on Monday was fully expecting a consultation and assessment for next steps. I wasn't expecting to come in and walk out with tooth restored. Thought for sure I was looking at an implant but Dr. Reed is magical. He was able to restore with a post and crown. He looks at your immediate need plus the big picture for the BEST solution. He and his very competent assistants tell you everything they are doing step by step. Fantastic experience: I've always seen Dr. K, who has shared her own journey with TMJ to help me progress more efficiently. I'm so grateful for her professional self-disclosure, friendly demeanor, and excellent care! The last time I went, she was sadly out sick. I was a little nervous about seeing a different dentist, just because I typically find dentists very impersonal and awkward (given the small talk while they're inside your mouth and you can't really respond). But Dr. Reed spent time genuinely chatting with me in a way that felt like he truly cared and wasn't at all worried about rushing to get to the next patient. The dental hygienists are all fantastic, too! I don't have dental insurance and they have a very fairly priced program you can join for the year that makes sure I get dental care as often as recommended without breaking the bank! HIGHLY RECOMMEND City Center :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reed and Andrea took exceptional care of me during my bridge replacement appointment. I had a lot of anxiety. Dr. Reed took all the time I needed to explain the procedure (with models) and make me feel more comfortable. He also explained treatments I may want to consider in the future with no pressure; just wanting to make sure that I knew of the other treatments that may be beneficial long-term.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for several decades. Nobody is as thorough and able to take care of delicate situations as this group. Not only are the dentists simply the best, so are all of the dental hygienists. This is the dental practice you want to have access to for total confidence in every procedure - from regular cleaning visits to more complex and sophisticated strategies.

Fantastic experience: I felt...rather extremely well taken care of, almost pampered, which felt extraordinarily validating and unexplainably awesome. Also - they do offer a very affordable year-long dental plan, which reduces the cost of cleanings and various treatments, significantly. Fantastic experience: Courtney took my blood pressure and checked for lumps in my neck before she started to clean my teeth. I felt like she was very careful and thorough when she cleaned, after which Dr. K checked my teeth. Both asked if I had had any problems in the previous six months since I had been into their office.

Fantastic experience: Once again, I left my hygiene visit with Chris feeling really clean. Several years ago Dr. Reed had treated a broken molar with an all-ceramic crown. It is not only still functioning well, but it is so smooth that I can’t even tell which tooth is the crown anymore. My family and I love the friendly staff. They make the visits fun.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with City Center Dental for last thirty-five years. The consistency of care, kindness and professionalism followed when Dr. Reed became part of the team. Honestly, going to the dentist isn’t the highlight of my day. However, Chris, my hygienist, knows my trepidation and calms my anxiety. Fantastic experience: Had my six month teeth cleaning with Chris. He was on time and did a great job as he always does. Dr Kay stopped by to check for any problems as well. I’m more than pleased with the root canal and crown she did last month to give me back my smile! They have a great team and a good dental plan.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khorshidian with City Center Dental is amazing. She has been instrumental in helping me keep my bridge work done almost 25 years ago. Without her and Dr. Saha (outside of City Center). I don't know where I would be. Dr. Khorshidian and her staff are so kind and gentle, they listen to concerns with dental anxiety and work with you. They work with my insurance and help me maximize coverage with what needs to be done and what can wait until the next year. I continue to go to them even though they are considered 'out of network' for my insurance. It covers a little less than an 'in network' dentist but it is worth every extra penny to see Dr. Khorshidian and her team.

Fantastic experience: I previously saw Dr. Pearson for several years and recently had to change dentists due to insurance. My new dentist noticed that a crown (that Dr Pearson put in) was not fully sealed. She also told me that my insurance would likely not covered a replacement crown since I recently had one put in. I called Dr. Pearson’s office and told them the situation, and they immediately wanted to rectify it. As usual, they were so kind and had me come in as soon as possible. Dr Pearson replaced my crown free of charge and even thanked me for letting him fix it. I’m so grateful for their amazing work!

Fantastic experience: They are so good with my son, he's 3 and he's been seeing Dr. K as long as he's had teeth. They are so good with making him comfortable and he loves going to the dentist. They're also really understanding of my sensitivity issues that made me avoid going for years.

Negative experience: I was a regular patient and care was adequate (except they will constantly try to upsell you on services you do not need). However, they did not notify me prior to my last appointment that they had been dropped by my insurance. Immediately after my appointment, I was told that it was out of network now but that it should still be mostly covered. Instead, barely anything is covered and the bill for a regular dental cleaning in enormous. The dental hygienists here are nice and the dentists are somewhat competent. But it's not worth being a patient at a practice whose only goal is to take your money.

Fantastic experience: I went in for an urgent repair, and I'm also extremely uncomfortable with dental work. Dr Khorshidian and her staff took fantastic care of me - they listened to my concerns, amended their procedures where possible to accommodate my fears and anxiety, and explained the process as they went through it to help reassure me. I am still not a fan of dental work, but it sucked a lot less having it done at City Center Dental. I left with a fixed tooth, and I'm very grateful for their care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: City Center Dental makes you feel like a guest at an expensive hotel. The front desk staff are cordial, polite, and wholly dedicated to your comfort and every need. The lobby is plush. You are welcome to the music on the big screen as you enjoy their complimentary beverages and treats. I have never had a bad experience in a dental chair at city center dental. I saw Dr. Jordan and Dr. K. Both took time over six visits to think through my dental issues, complicated by medical issues. I felt both cared for and considered. At all times I never doubted they had my best interests, and not theirs at the forefront of their minds. Each followed up. Each was attentive and caring. Also the practice is cutting edge. They will 3D print and install your crown or dental implant.. They employ state of the art technology to enhance their craft and also to make their billing easy and transparent. Finally the parking is open and plentiful. They are located within a mile of major state highway interchanges. I have zero reservations in giving them my highest endorsement.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff who work well together. My hygienist was more gentle with the flossing than I am to myself. The high-tech ultrasound makes tartar removal easier. They’re happy to chat about upcoming travel plans.

Fantastic experience: I have been a satisfied City Center patient for many years. Recently, one of my crowns partially broke over Christmas. I went in thinking it was going to be an easy repair because the crown was only 2 and a half years old. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a full crown replacement. Thankfully, Dr Reed completely removed and replaced the old crown with a new one. He insisted on making it right. It was part of his warranty. There were no charges. Fantastic experience: I always have good experiences at City Center Dental Group. Everything from my twice a year cleanings and checkups, whitening, tooth extraction, root channels, and crowns. I have probably been seen by about 8 dental technicians over the many years I've been going (since before Dr. Reed started/joined the group) and have been seen by doctors Reed, Pearson, and Khorshidian. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly including the front desk (how many doctor offices do you go to, and they greet you by name as you enter)? Fantastic experience: I've been going to City Center Dental for about two years for regular cleaning and upkeep. Dr. Pearson and Courtney have been helping me along the way. I recently had a terrible toothache. Dr. Pearson was booked and unable to assist but very quickly got me scheduled with his Partner Dr. Khorshidian. Unfortunately, I had to have a root canal and am feel much better. Dr. Khorshidian was very gentle and the procedure was seemless. Dr. Pearson has been in daily communication making sure I'm doing well. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The medical staff was good but the front desk staff and business practices were troubling. I agreed to pay $5,000 for Invisalign. On one of the first visits they scheduled a cleaning. Upon arrival they asked for insurance and I told them that I was paying out of pocket. They then insisted on doing xrays. I told them that I did not want them and they insisted insurance requires it. I again told them that I was paying directly and insurance was not involved. After a few visits they told me that I owed them more money for this cleaning and they billed my insurance. I expressed that I agreed to pay $5,000 and nothing more and if they wanted to bill me for additional services then this would need to have been agreed to in advance. For $5,000 one could assume that a cleaning is included especially because they never told me otherwise. After a year of disagreement on the matter, which led to ongoing conflict throughout the experience, the manager (Jenna) was very rude and her attitude as a leader seemed to be rubbing off on the entire front desk staff. I never agreed to pay additional money but they continue to bill me and even threaten me with collections. The amount is trivial in comparison to what has been paid but the feeling that I have because of this conflict and the ongoing disrespect and stress associated makes me want nothing more than to finish treatment and to never again have anything to do with this organization. I asked multiple time to be connected with the owner and treating dentist about this matter but was denied. I had hoped to express this situation in writing to them but currently have no other avenue than public forum to address this.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience. Due to a bad snowstorm I had to reschedule my appointment with my regular Hygienist. Had to reschedule for another appointment. The replacement Hygienist was great! Keep up the good work and keep hiring the best and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to CCD for over 13 yrs. They have kept my teeth in excellent condition. Dr. Parsons group are outstanding. They have kept everything up to date with making there own caps and implants. Dr. Pearson is a very hands on dentist and cares. I recommend CCD very highly. Fantastic experience: Stop searching for your new office, you've found it! This office is so welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in the front door. The team up front always have the answers to my questions or get back to me promptly if they don't. Your gums DO NOT get stabbed by the hygienists here. They all have a soft touch and make the experience of getting my teeth cleaned and polished something I look forward to. This group of doctors is exceptional. You are in very capable hands regardless of who you see. I grew up with my uncle as my dentist so I like to think I have a high standard and they all exceed it. Glad my uncle does't live here or I would have tough decision to make. Save yourself the headache of going into another office you might not like and head to City Center, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Had a teeth cleaning here and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Courtney my hygienist made me feel so comfortable even though I struggle with confidence in my smile, she made me feel at ease. I would recommend Courtney as a hygienist as she was so gentle. As far as the doctors, Dr Reed was the doctor I saw. He did such a wonderful job helping me gather a game plan to achieve my perfect smile. Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible! This has been my dentist for 3 years now, and every visit has been spectacular. Every person on staff is always awesome. Dr. Pearson is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I've struggled to go to the dentist regularly throughout my life--because who likes the dentist?--but Pearson makes each visit a treat. After years of neglecting my teeth, he had to repair a few cracked teeth in the middle of 2020, and he did an excellent job. My teeth haven't been in this good of a condition in years, and now that I have a dentist I really trust, I've been able to keep up on dentist appointments. This place has changed my life after fixing teeth that were causing so much pain. And their high-level of quality has been a constant over the years. At this point, I'd travel across the world twice a year if I had to to keep coming here!

Fantastic experience: Wow. Maybe it was that I haven't been to a non-military dentist in 8 years, but I don't think I've ever felt more welcomed or comfortable at the dentist. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, which was what drove me to City Center Dental Group. Right away from Check-In, this entire staff is extremely friendly, and they were extremely accommodating handling my last minute insurance details. I will certainly be returning and might I actually say I look forward to going back?

Fantastic experience: Dr Thomas Jordan was incredible at explaining my options for an extraction and was very personal when it came to understanding more about me and my previous history with dental care. I enjoyed my time with my hygienist as well, she was very good at making clear my options for further care and went above and beyond to help me walk out with everything I needed as well as info to schedule another check-up. I can’t remember her name (dang it) but she has twins headed to college and that was just one of the MANY things we talked about while I was there. Top notch service and care.

Fantastic experience: City Center Dental is the best dental facility around. The dentists and hygienists are very skilled and knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and very helpful no matter what your problem or question might be. We have recommended them to our friends and colleagues many times and will continue. We live in the Castle Rock area which is not anywhere close to or convenient to City Center Dental, but we make the effort because we know we will get the best service Possible! Hope they stay around we have been with them since the group was located at Gates Rubber Company. Doug and Connie Jones PS: Our loyalty has not paid off. City Center will no longer take our insurance as of 12/2023. Sign of the times I guess. Will force us to find a new dentist closer to us.

Fantastic experience: I have my teeth cleaned every 6-months and have been going to City Center Dental for at least 25-years. Needless to say I have seen many of the techs and they all did a good job. My gums are sensitive, back teeth are very tight in between and my throat tends to close if there is too much water from cleaning. CASHEL did my cleaning this time and was very gentle, thorough and pleasant. She made sure that the water did not build up too much. I will definitely be seeing CASHEL in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to City Center Dental for many years. I have always had good and attentive care. I am currently going through the process with Invisalign and it has worked very well for me. I’m glad I did this after Dr. Reeds recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I moved back to Colorado recently and hoped to find a similar dental practice as I had in Illinois. I found it!! Super patient with my dentist phobias, very informative, professional and personable. Very clean office offering Keurig beverages too. Without insurance I needed emergency work done with a front tooth. They were able to take me first thing next morning. I’m going to join their membership plan and continue my dental improvement journey I’d begun in Illinois. Thank you Dr. Reed and your fabulous staff!! Fantastic experience: I've now had an initial consultation with Dr. Reed, 2 cleanings, and most recently, a consultation with Dr. Pearson. Both consultations and the cleanings went very well! My teeth are fairly sensitive yet both of the dental techs who performed the cleanings were very gentle and did not cause me any pain or discomfort. Both doctors listened to my questions very patiently and gave me solid advice about my oral health. Everyone at City Center Dental Group has been professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I feel like I made a great choice in deciding to trust them with my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Courtney was truly amazing. As someone that has a crazy fear of the dentist, she truly mitigated that. Not to mention how awesome Dr. Reed was. Fantastic experience: Visits to this dentist office are always a good time. Perfectly situated above an IHOP, the lobby smells like pancakes. The space is clean, bright and most of the dentist chairs have a window view. The front desk staff are welcoming and warm. The hygienists are friendly, fun to talk to and do thorough cleanings. The dentists take time to carefully exam any potential issues and have honest conversations about best options. If you've been scared to go to the dentist or have been putting off a cleaning, do your teeth a favor and visit my friends at City Center.

Fantastic experience: I don't know how I haven't written a review for this place! I love this dental office. I started coming to them in 2018 after a very serious accident that broke half of a front tooth off and cracked the surrounding ones. They took me in the same day and treated me with such compassion for what was a very traumatic situation. Dr. K was the one who treated me that day, and she has treated me ever since. Her cosmetic work on my teeth after the accident was incredible - I get compliments all the time on my smile. The actual dentistry was top notch too. I ended up having a root canal on my front tooth and she really helped ease all my fears and the procedure was painless. For my routine care, Chris is an excellent hygienist and I constantly recommend Dr. K and Chris to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Seriously, my sister-in-law, husband, and sister all go here now and I recently just recommended them to my other sister and her boyfriend. This place cares about you. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: staff is very attentive to the patients needs. had a rather long procedure and the dental assistant made sure to apply chapstick periodically to help keep my lips from getting injured. They do a great job communicating what is going on. very pleased with the level of service provided

I’m sincerely thrilled to say that she’s concerned, caring and spent a good amount of time to examine my teeth, gum and everything else which is related to dental procedure. Also, it was the first time that I had my routine dental hygiene at this place with Cashel! I like the facts that she’s very confident and knowledgeable about her work on her patient. Fantastic experience: Dr Reed and his entire staff are kind, thoughtful, and very professional. They really take the time to explain everything that they are doing as they work on your mouth. They are always on time, you never have to wait for your appointment. Dr Reed has been my dentist for over 25 years. This office is conveniently located, with plenty of free parking as well! They communicated with me both before and after the visit regarding the nature and reaults of my visit which is great. Fantastic experience: City Center Dental is by far the best dental practice in Colorado. After 7 years I drive from Cherry Creek to Englewood because if Dr. Reed! Dr. Reed is upfront, honest and always offers solutions. He takes the “scare” out of the dentist chair... The staff- WOW! Just WOW! Fantastic experience: I appreciate the personalized service. Everybody is friendly and make you feel comfortable. Since I visited this dentist group for first time I really liked it. They keep good follow up of you appointments and remind you with good time prior to it. Also, once you are there they take you on time. Everything looks very clean. Definitely they take very good care of patients.

Negative experience: BEWARE! YOUR INSURANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT CITY CENTER DENTAL. I recently had my last visit to City Center Dental...EVER. When I came in to have my teeth cleaned, I made sure they had my insurance info. They said yes. Then was told that my insurance covered the cleaning. Great! I had my teeth cleaned, asked if I owed anything, at the reception desk, and was told "no, your insurance covers your teeth cleaning." Fast-forward a month and I'm being charged for this cleaning. Then I receive a call asking to pay them before they send me to collections in a week. So I call back and they told me that my insurance is out of network. Weird... because a week before my teeth were cleaned, I was in City Center Dental for a crown replacement...which WAS covered by my insurance - IN NETWORK. I was told that in the 1 week between my crown and my cleaning that my insurance was listed as out of network even though it was in-network the week before. I said, how can this be? Turns out, City Center Dental is completely moving away from dental insurance alltogether. Needless to say, I will never be returning to City Center Dental after being a client for over a decade. DO NOT TRUST CITY CENTER DENTAL

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reed is an amazing dentist and even more importantly, an exceptional human! I have received dental services at city center for over 15 years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Everyone who works there is patient- focused and very friendly. Services provided are beyond compare. Dr. Reed and everyone around him truly care about the people they serve.

Fantastic experience: Warm and Inviting Office and Staff! They were so professional, yet charming. Offices are clean as you would expect a respectable doctor or dentist office to be. The care I received was top notch! I haven't had a dentist I liked since my Childhood dentist retired in my early 20's. I am a client for life... or at least as long I live in the state anyway. :)

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my experience at City Center Dental Group. The staff is always kind and professional. This practice has been a lifesaver for my husband as well, providing him great relief from an episode of TMJ and a treatment plan to complete a root canal and repair a broken crown. My husband and I had a series of poor experiences with different dentists and are grateful to have found a quality dental care home at City Center Dental Group.
