Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and called the office. The front staff was amazing! They went over everything with me in detail. They were knowledgeable and professional and put me at ease. Dr. Santo saw me the same day and determined what the issue was and my options. He was gentle and understanding. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new dentist. The first place I went to was absolutely awful and I left feeling so discouraged. Then I found Santo dental which was recommended to me by my child’s pediatric dentist. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Dr. Santo took his time and thoroughly explained everything to me. Wonderful warm front desk staff too. So happy I found a great place!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy and feel extremely comfortable going to the Santo Dental Group. In the 11 years I’ve been going there, I’ve never have had any issues or discomfort during or after any treatments. Before I made the smart switch to the SDG, my previous dentist always managed to find “issues” with my teeth that lead to many visits after the check ups. Since going to the SDG, I rarely have subsequent appointments needed after my 6 month checkups. You’ll be glad you made the switch to such a finely tuned dental group.

My Hygienist, Brielle, is very attentive and provides the best cleanings I have ever had. Dr Santo recently fitted me for a complex bridge and the work to date has been excellent. Dr. Santo was very nice and puts you at ease. My husband also had a great experience. He had a tooth infection and they got him right in and took care of his pain. Highly recommend this practice!

Chelsea, my hygienist, is terrific. She's knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The space is very pleasing and calming and the background music adds to the chill vibe. One suggestion though...the waiting room furniture is awfully uncomfortable and ought to be replaced.

The music was great and overall vibe made it feel more like a spa than a dental office. I only waited a few minutes before Kim, the assistant, brought me back. She was incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was having a hard time with the X-rays, but she was so patient and reassuring the whole time. Fantastic experience: After my initial examination with Dr. "Mike", I was in no pain but was in need of care, he took a week to consider all the options that would benefit me. He then attentively sat with me and systematically, in terms I could understand, explained all the possibilities and their outcomes. I opted for a two tooth, virtually painless, extraction with a removable partial denture to be fitted in the future. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be an upsetting or anxious experience and Santos Dental Group proved it to me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Santo Dental Group for 25+ years- I think that speaks volumes as to their reputation and quality of care. I’ve even stuck with them when they were out of network with my insurance company. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is wonderful (lovely décor, and great music), and the hygienists are friendly and thorough. I’m lucky enough not to have had a ton of cavities, but I wouldn’t want to let anyone else take care of me except for Santo Dental Group’s dentists.

Fantastic experience: My children and I have been patients of Dr. Michael Santo for at least a couple of decades. I had a terrible experience with a dentist when I was a teenager. Dr. Santo is always gentle yet delivers excellent care and results! His team is just as caring and patient. Recently, my children and I have been under the care of Dr. Miles Santo and Dr. Kate Santo. They both provide the gentlest care and efficiency as Dr. Santo. As I mentioned, their team works as tirelessly and as accommodating and are the friendliest people who puts everyone at ease the moment you step in their office. I cannot say enough good words about this team! I am blessed to have them help me and my family.

Fantastic experience: I was highly impressed with the care I received at Santo Dental Group. After experiencing an emergency and not being able to be seen by my regular dentist the office staff was so helpful in getting me in the same day. Dr. Myles Santo was thorough and spent a great deal of time making sure I understood my treatment options. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Santo Dental is THE BEST dental office! First, the decor is gorgeous along with the “not dentist office” music. The front desk is always friendly. I have seen several of the hygienists (Chelsea is may fave!) and they are all great! Dr. Miles Santo is great also. I was so nervous about getting a crown and he put my mind at ease! They always remember personal details too…give them a try. I promise you will be more than satisfied!

The office is also beautiful and warm not like other dental offices. I've had 4 fillings and Dr. Miles did such a great job! Love the relaxing music they play while they're working on your teeth. Fantastic experience: I have to say, Santo Dental Group is by far the best dental office I had been to. The minute I walked in I was welcomed, not just greeted but welcomed. I went to sign in at the front desk, I was met with the kindest person AnneMarie she knew who I was before I said a word. I was impressed! I was sitting in the waiting area and I was welcomed by DR. Santo who stopped to introduce himself on his was to maybe to another patient. Not long after was I called in by Assistant Priscilla who again welcomed me was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Then I met Dr. Meagan, A Great Dr. very skilled , professional, and thorough. Great staff, and atmosphere. Well done!!

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with Santo Dental Group. March 2024 they pressured me into unnecessary work, then the work they pushed me to get damaged nerves in my tooth. It still hurts two months later. I wasn't having any problems with my teeth when I made the appointment with them. My regular dentist had a scheduling conflict, so I went to Santo Dental for a cleaning. Before the cleaning Santo insisted on x-rays and, when I declined, they told me x-rays were required by New Jersey law, but it turns out it is not. Then they showed me a “shadow” in the x-ray next to an existing filling and initially described it as a “cavity”, but when pressed, they began describing it as something that “could turn into an issue if they didn't “remove my existing filling and put a new filling on”. $1400 and two months later I can't eat out of my ride side and they're recommending and I pay for another procedure to block the nerve. Thirty years with no tooth pain and now it's constant.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Santo for over a year now. For the first time in my life I’ve felt comfortable going the dentist! Everyone on their staff is excellent. If you are looking for a new dentist or are new to the Monmouth county area, look no further, this is place is the best you will find!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is amazing from the front desk to the finance department to the dental assistants, dental hygienists and of course the dentists! The entire staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Dental visits have been my biggest phobia for my entire life, but that phobia has disappeared since finding Santo Dental Group. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am the absolute worst when it comes to the Dentist. I tried Santo my last visit (because my last dentist would not see me anymore) and they were fantastic. I think they had all the medications and tools necessary to deal with someone who has a dental phobia to where it was feasible enough for me to get work done. Staff is very friendly & professional, Dr. Marcus was great and overall it is just a really great family business. If you have a fear of dentists this is where you want to go.
