Although I was extremely nervous, Dr. Drabick and her assistant were remarkable and I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience for the procedure that I had to have done! They are super kind and did a great job, but please add hot water to the water pic sinks so patients can feel warm water during procedures versus super cold pressurized water! It’s horrible against the tongue and so sensitive teeth!! FIR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE FIX THIS!

I have an extremely high opinion of Katie Remeils , but I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Nadia Drabick if she is available during your visit:). She is excellent.

Positive experience: I signed in approximately over an hour for my appointment thinking that I maybe could be seen early. However, I was informed that I would be seen at my original appointment time, so I went to lunch. I got back 5 minutes before my appointment time and checked in. I was informed that I would be seen by my dentist signed in a few minutes. But I waited over 35 minutes and asked the receptionist why I was being delayed so long. I was finally called at 1:40 pm., the last patient in the waiting room. However, the Dentist was very professional. I hope the next time that I would be processed in and out more professionally.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area I was on the hunt for a new dental office when I accidentally had the misfortune of chipping off an old filling this past weekend. After explaining my situation the team was able to get me in promptly to help. Being an anxious person about going to the dentist I can happily say this team was so kind, informative about the whole process and extremely professional. From the interactions with the scheduling to getting X-rays with Lamaria, going over my gum health and dental hygiene plan with Christina, and having my broken tooth examined by Dr. Stephanie every interaction was so refreshing compared to my past dental experiences at other locations before my I moved to the area. I felt like I was heard, valued and educated about each step of the way which to me is very important.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Drabick and her team were unbelievable!!!! I have never had a positive experience at a dentist office…EVER, until now. They are all extremely patient and very detailed with ALL the work that I had to get done. They explain everything to you and what every tool is going to do and very comforting. The atmosphere is great as well. Very calm and relaxing. Every team member that I dealt with there were all professional and I highly recommend to anyone needing dental work. I am not a fan of dentist visits as I get high anxiety, but Dr. Drabick and her team at Reimels, Miller, Paterra, have officially become my go to dentist. Fantastic experience: Had a seamless experience. I was in need of emergency dental work and was seen as quickly as possible. Dr. Drabick and Cameron took great care of me, and my smile, which looks as good as new. The entire staff did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout each visit.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the protective results provided by the mouthgard prescribed by Dr. Pattera. Unfortunately my mouth guard deteriorated sooner than the expected lifecycle. There was an issue with the warranty but Dr. Pattera made sure my mouthguard was replaced promptly and assured me that I would not be charged even in light of the warranty issue. Great to feel your care provider going beyond the required to ensure care is truly delivered.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over three years since getting out of the military, mostly because of a chipped molar, a cavity, and a broken retainer I couldn’t afford to replace. I’ve always been self-conscious about my teeth, and to be honest, I was nervous to go back to the dentist after so long. I went in for their Veterans Dental Day expecting just a free cleaning but what I got was so much more. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. The office had such a calm, comforting energy, and the atmosphere instantly put me at ease. My dentist, Dr. Nadia and her assistant went above and beyond for me. In my very first appointment, they not only gave me the cleaning, but also took care of a cavity, two fillings and started the process for a new retainer, all completely free for Veterans Dental Day. I honestly left feeling grateful beyond words. Everyone there was incredibly kind and genuine, you can tell they truly care about their patients. They turned what I thought would be a stressful visit into an experience that actually made me feel cared for and confident again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning, and the hygienist was caring and professional. She gave me some tips on brushing technique and my Sonicare water flossing to care for my dental hygiene in considering that I have diabetes 2. I also got a look over from the dentist caring for me to see how I was doing and how often I should be seen. Although I’ve moved away, I’m very happy with this dental practice and I do return.

Positive experience: Very welcoming environment and all the staff are great and very experienced in their roles. Customer service is top notch in every way and it’s convenient for us in Huntersville. Unfortunately they are making changes to how they handle our insurance, Delta Dental, beginning January 1, 2026 and based on the changes, we are going to be finding a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a friend and it’s by far the greatest dentist’s office I’ve ever been to! I hadn’t been to the dentist since moving to charlotte ~ 4 years ago due to being anxious over finding a good dentist but I’m so glad I finally decided to book with them! I’m so I’m terrible with names so I’m sorry I forgot but the front desk reception team was so nice, when I came in they all introduced themselves since it was my first visit, and then the tech that took me back and did my x-rays was so personable and funny! I then met the dental hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful! I then met Dr. Paterra and he was great and really listened to my concerns and sent out referrals for my TMJ and sleep complaints. I’m not getting answers to all my problems thanks to him! I went back a couple days later for my dental cleaning and had the same dental hygienist and she was again absolutely wonderful! She was very gentle throughout the whole process and personable and I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend while getting my teeth cleaned! 10/10 love them and highly recommend!!! Also forgot to mention they have floor to ceiling windows and the building is surrounded by a beautiful forest with deer that they feed and come up regularly to the windows so I got to enjoy the deer and other forest critters grazing while I was being attended and it made everything so peaceful:)

I recently had a cleaning done and had no cavities! The hygienist was fantastic and I have a severe back issue but she piled up towels and a blanket to keep me comfortable! Fantastic experience: Fabulous overall experience. Everyone was kind, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was able to get a complete exam while watching the birds, squirrels and deer feasting on food provided for them, from the spacious window in the exam room. To my surprise, they were even able to get a cleaning done on the same day. In addition to that, they have amazingly reasonable plans for people with no insurance. I highly recommend Reimels, Miller and Paterra Family Dentistry to everyone.

Fantastic experience: A great dentistry. Great doctors and staff starting from the receptionists. I had a bad tooth that caused me miserable toothache and tried to get an urgent treatment. After an immediately simple refusal by two other dentistry, I tried Reimels Dentistry. A very nice receptionist listened my problem patiently and found a doctor for me right away. Dr. Stephanie Gurrier and her assistant were very nice, gentle and careful and pay attention to my concerns. The whole extraction of my bad tooth was so smooth that I didn't feel any pain at all. They saved my life!

Staff makes sure you are checked in and ready for your visit. The building is very tranquil,cozy and friendly. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The tour with Autumn was a great experience!!! So many people- the patients and staff. So many rooms for a great visit. Chad was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Everyone explained things in a manner that was not over my head. My ONLY reservation is with the $$$. I have a champagne mind but with. Pepsi wallet. $$$ is my only holdup. A really great experience.

I have always been scared of the dentist and I had to have quite a bit of work done, but Dr. Nadia and her team were so amazing and made this experience way less terrifying than I had expected it to be. they were very professional well also being warm and kind and understanding of my concerns . I have very sensitive teeth and they were always making sure that I was not feeling any pain no matter what I was going through and I truly feel like they cared about me as a person not just a patient or a paycheck. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Reimels to anybody that needs to get dentist work done, especially if you're a little fearful like me and especially if you get lucky enough to have Dr. Nadia!! thank you guys for fixing my smile

Negative experience: My first and last visit to this office was in March. When I called to make an appt., the lady I spoke to directed me to complete an online medical questionnaire and scheduled my appt. The medical questionnaire was ridiculous...too many unnecessary questions. Also, the lady told me their office would contact my insurance and previous dentist to obtain my coverage, records, and X-rays. I was told to call back if I had any questions. Upon realizing she not provide me with the name of the dentist I would be seeing, I called and left a message. No one ever returned my call. I showed up for my visit and was taken back to have a full head scan of my teeth and jaws. I asked Amanda her name as she didn't introduce herself. She had to do the X-ray twice. She escorted me to the room and introduced her herself again as if she was reading from a script. She then proceeded to argue with me about my insurance and what the initial lady said to me on the phone when making the appt. This lead to a trip back to the front office. Amanda was very unprofessional. I then found out they did NOT contact my insurance or prior dentist office. All of this information was provided on the online form I completed prior to the visit. I then pulled up my benefits on my phone and called the prior dentist to have my records and X-rays faxed. I was then scheduled with a different asst. and dentist. The asst. took a lot of X-rays of my teeth and reviewed the faxes sent. She said they sent the wrong information. The hygienist who came to check my teeth was very impressive. She knew her "stuff". The hygienist had to tell the asst. I had teeth pulled to make room for braces earlier in my life. The dentist was nice and thorough; however, I was not told until the end of the visit their office did not provide Cerec crowns and have not for a couple of years. I was not pleased as that was the ONLY reason I went there. This is called FALSE ADVERTISING !! This continued to be on their website for months, but has now been removed. I called their office 3 times after my visit to express my concerns asking for the dentist to call me to discuss the materials used to have a crown made by the lab, as I wanted no metal included. The last time I called, I left a message for the owner to call me. I never received a phone message from them. I would not recommend this office due to my experience. The ladies up front were nice and did what they could.

Fantastic experience: Even being in the medical field, I have dental anxiety, and I have shied away from dentists for several years. Well my experience with Dr Paterra has restored my faith and confidence in dental professionals! From the 1st interaction with Sharon to schedule my appointment, to the welcoming greeting from Alexis at the front desk, working with his assistant, Ileana, and meeting Dr Paterra; it was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dentist! He was so gentle, concerned, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, he listened to my concerns and didn’t rush through my appointment or try to add on services that I really didn’t need! Fantastic experience: I just recently changed from my previous dentist to Reimels, Miller & Paterra this week. The whole process from the beginning to my first treatment was easy and efficient. Everyone from the front desk staff to insurance verification was quick and easy. My Insurnace was even verified before I arrived for my first appointment. Dr. Godwin was thorough and caring during my new patient exam and the X-Ray tech was gentle and patient with me. After my first visit I had a detailed treatment plan and got lucky and was able to schedule my fillings and cleaning for the following day. Kandiss was my hygienist and was caring and thorough. The assistant to Dr. Godwin ensured that the numbing was complete before I received any shots and for the first time I didn’t even feel them. The work Dr. Godwin performed for my filings is amazing. They are perfectly smooth and unnoticeable. Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and efficient office. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any dentist since moving to the Carolina’s 8 years ago.

EVERYONE in this office is so friendly. The lovely ladies at the check in desk are the kindest souls on earth! Great first impression! Then I had Miss Renee who did my xrays and pictures of my teeth- she is my new bestie. The whole office could hear us laughing. Dr. Godwin was the dentist who did my exam and prescribed my treatment plan. Even though he could be mistaken for Doogie Howser since he looks so young, he was so professional and kind. The view from the chairs is INCREDIBLE! You are looking out into the forest with a creek so all the animals hang out there. Fantastic experience: I have suffered for years with teeth grinding that resulted in jaw pain, inflammation and broken teeth. Even with a night guard the pain continued. Dr. Nadia Drabick at Reimels Dentistry assessed my symptoms and recommended neurotoxin injections for the jaw pain and tension. I did agree to the treatment and so glad I did. After a week or so I could tell the difference in the tension and jaw pain. I have had relief for weeks now. I can say my sleep is much more restful and the jaw pain and soreness is gone. Thank you Reimels Dentistry staff and Dr. Drabick. Highly recommend such treatment for relief of TMJ symptoms or jaw tension/pain.

Positive experience: Been going here for a few years now and have been happy with the service I’ve received, however I had to reschedule my upcoming appointment and the lady that took my call was short with me and seemed annoyed that I was calling. Probably just an off day, but it put a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. Service is always amazing when in the office, the hygienists are always super friendly and do great dental work
