Fantastic experience: BY FAR the BEST experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! I had so many cavities to fill & they were extra gentle with me! I used to have bad anxiety at the dentist but they’ve truly cured my fear! From the massage seats to the blankets they offer you during your appointment, you’ll really feel comfortable during any procedure! I love that the office is filled with women who care & take their practice seriously! Also, I highly recommend wearing earbuds during your procedures, it really changes the experience for the better! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend getting any dental work done by GSmiles, black owned, women operated and really the best!

The only down part is that it takes a while to get an appointment, but that is a testament to how good she is.

Fantastic experience: 20 years ago, I had a bad experience so it has been difficult for me to keep my blood pressure down. The whole team is amazing, from giving me a blanket, putting on relaxing music and a water. Ashley has helped me so much with extra help on my insurance. I highly recommend GS. They all go out of their way to really CARE about every patient with SMILE.

I have neck problems that cause me a lot of pain when laying down but Chandni took great care of me and made sure I was never in pain. Nothing could have been done that would have made my visit any better. They by far exceeded my expectations with 98 percent of that being Chandni. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Today was semi-annual check-up day and Goodlettsville Smiles. My first visit to the new office. Awesome office upgrade but, same great front desk staff experience. The front desk was welcoming. The waiting area was clean, inviting, well stocked with water and coffee and had very chic but comfortable seating area. My wait time was less than 4 minutes. Dr. McClain was out but, the new Dentist was just as awesome. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. informative. He was willing to answer any questions and address any of my concerns. The Dental Assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She even noticed I was off the mark with care instructions from prior visit and gave recommendations for getting back on track. While they are in an upgraded facility they have managed to maintain awesome care and customer service. Thanks for everything Goodlettsville Smiles

Fantastic experience: I so appreciate this practice. You won't get sloppy care here. They do the right thing and care about your dental health. My bad daily habits resulted in deep clean for gingivitis. Chandni is the best meticulous hygienist ever and the new affable dentist Dr Patel was perfectionist on removing old filling and placing a new crown. I will never go anywhere else.

I have sensitive teeth and have had some unpleasant experiences in the past with dental cleanings and dental work that ended up causing issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: From first walking into the beautiful office, and until leaving they were all so very kind. Chandni was very informative and thorough with the information that was given to me today! I learned a lot! I was nervous picking a new dentist, and so very grateful I chose Dr. Harrison-McClain!! Her staff is amazing, and the second opinion I received from her was very upfront and honest!! Dr Harrison-McClain was thorough on her exam, availability to do the work is next week, and she wants to try to do what’s best for my teeth. Definitely recommend Goodlettsville Smiles!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Fantastic experience: A great experience at this office. The staff is wonderful. Lucas cleaned my teeth exceptionally well. Dr. McClain will be replacing some old fillings for me soon, and reassured me all will be well. I am not excited about dental work, but her office is very welcoming and the staff makes you feel good about coming there. It also helps that it is very close to my home.

Fantastic experience: Goodlettsville Smiles has won me over! I had a Dentist in Nashville but moved to this area and was looking for a Dentist closer to home when I had a tooth chip a couple of years ago. Since meeting the staff at Goodlettsville Smiles I knew I would go back. Then today I had to have a crown put back on from another Dentist and was worked right in. While I was there got an examination and was told I had to take care of a couple of things so decided just to get it done today.Kelly ,Kenzie and Nicole all worked on me and did everything right to make me feel as comfortable as possible since I get pretty nervous going to the dentist. I had an appointment this morning and they installed my crown ,did a complete examination and cleaning. I had to go to work and finish up a job and they took me right back in after lunch so I would not have to be late for work another day and finished my tooth repair. Dr. McClain is awesome and made sure I did not feel any pain! The girls in the front office are awesome too working the schedule for me to get in with a smile! Will be seeing them for my 6 month check up.

They have brought her teeth from so-so to, today, a clear report within just 18 months ( something we didn't t think was possible with her teeth)! They are very efficient, making it easier to accommodate appointments with my work schedule.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at Goodlettsville Smiles to have my teeth cleaned. I was seen by Callie, the dental hygienist, who was courteous, professional, and gentle in cleaning. I was also seen by Dr. Deidra McClain who is genuinely interested in her patients and their dental care. She too was professional, courteous and throughout her attending to the patient she is constantly checking to insure that everything is okay. Her attentiveness to and concern for the patient are apparent throughout her time with you. The other staff members are friendly - a very warm atmosphere to visit.

Quick service to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it and got an appointment the next day for the fix. Chandni was very nice and told me everything she was going to do before she did it. Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist office I've been in , front desk staff was nice and professional, check in wasn't a hassle, everything from the rooms to the procedures was flawless. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my visit today with Kenzie and Dr. McClain. I appreciate their patience and great care. I really loved the music and the friendly atmosphere. I appreciated given a throw when I got a little chilly and the massage from the chair was wonderful. I liked the big screen where I can view what was going on with my teeth as Kenzie and Dr. McClain were explaining it to me. They were also open for me to ask questions and didn’t mind answering them. It was one of the best exams on my teeth that I have ever had, my 17 year old daughter also had an exam and said the same thing. It was the best experience with my teeth that I have had. I go to the dentist all the time for my teeth , bc I am in love with my teeth! I was going to one closer to my home and they are ok, but why have a dollar store purse WHEN YOU CAN GO GUCCI! Fantastic experience: I am so glad I looked for a new dental office closer to home. This place was so welcoming, comfortable & provided super great service. My RDH was Chandni. She had a great personality from beginning to end & was very thorough assessing & cleaning my teeth. Then came in Dr. MCCLAIN who was totally awesome as well. I told them I will for sure be back for my 6 month checkup. I bragged about them to my husband when I got home. He will see them next week. Update: Everytime I go to this place, I leave so happy with the service & results. I've had a few people work on my teeth there now, & everyone has seriously been super nice, knowledgeable, & skilled.
